First let me say ive never been a customer nor will i ever. Why u ask because ive seen first hand the type of harassment these people deal out. I have family/friends member that do rent to own from them but that’s between aarons and them.

Sadly not the case because they get on whoever opens up a door to them. I dont like the level of disrespect they display to anyone they consider an associate of those that owe them. All im saying is they need to learn that they cant take it out on whoever they think is close to the person owing them, that needs to stay between them(the store and purchaser).

I purchased a washer and dryer from this store in Midwest City, OK. I paid it off within the 120 days, cash price. Afterwards, I had some furniture ordered; my problem began with the order. I was told I would be scheduled for Monday which ended up being Wednesday.

Some of the items was not on the truck and the other set up could not be completed because they did not have everything needed to completed installation. m. Prior to that time of closing I called and they told me they still had time to get there.

The guys who left install incomplete also left trash in my yard from opening boxes. , no one showed. Several phones again to the office. I was told everyone was gone. Yea, and no-one delivered anything to me. The next day I was told I am sending them to your house right now.

We rented a TV and sound system not to long ago. And returned it because we were never home to watch it. We called to return the TV and it took the company almost 3 weeks to pick the equipment up.

They made many arrangements to pick it up but never showed. Then randomly showed on a different date 3 weeks later. Now we want to rent a PlayStation but they are charging us for the 3 weeks they took to pick the equipment up before they will rent to us again. This is not okay.

Management is saying we are incorrect on what we told them. But we are very correct. They litterly took 3 weeks to pick up the TV after we told them to return it.

I went to the Aarons of Sylva on 04/13/2023 which is located in Sylva,NC to pay originally on the freezer that I was trying to get my life reinstatement back on because I've paid so much into this merchandise. As I go in I was greeted my john the manager and another guy whom I don't know his name, but I asked if Allie was there, John replied yes she's in the back and asked his employee to go back and get her.

On March 28, 2003 I made a specific perchance for a mattress, box spring and black button head... After NUMEROUS complaints on this store.... This past I accidentally caught the REGIONAL manager in. two days later in the middle of the night...

Tuesday Today is April 13,2003 7:44 p. m. and the company just showed up with the wrong headboard and no pillow top mattress. WHICH WAS THE WHOLE TOPIC OF THE CONVERSATION... Either the store manager just keeps making mistakes or he's a not qualified for that position.

I ordered a refrigerator from them and when the delivery guys came with it they were very rude to my fiancé. One of the guys cussed her and yelled at her and said she was rascist he stood out in the road beating on his chest screaming “You Need Me” to my fiancée after the other guy dropped the refrigerator onto a table that we had sitting outside and

put a big dent in it. So anyway the black guy called his boss Tim who came out and proceeded to tell my fiancée how she could and could not speak to him and his employees in our own yard.

Which in my opinion she was just trying to tell them that we would put the refrigerator into our house ourselves. This went on for about an hour. So fast forward a couple months and now we get to the harassment.

The Aaron's from Hope Mills they didn't want to come pick up their 86 inch TV and didn't want to repaired the tv tell me them didn't do the damage for the tv and tell me I have to pay them 1500 dollar to get other tv before I get other tv, and tell me if I don't pay will go to my credits.

I was sold an HP All in One desktop computer last year at the Defiance Ohio location and I was told it was a touch screen and it wasn't. The computer has been in Aarons repair shop once already for over a month and it has just came back from HP's repair shop a couple weeks ago.

I am STILL having DNS, Network Driver and USB issues. And before I sent it to them for repair I was informed that it is not a touch screen and it could not handle being the main operating device in a recording studio.

00 more for a computer that is touch screen and has the abilities of maintaining a recording studio. 00 for the first one that it could handle all the work and it was, in fact a touch screen. I have been a very loyal customer for many years.

I sent my 65" tv off to be cleaned via Oneonta Al. Aaron's store , it has been gone 4 months now , the store manager Brandon is making claims that are nothing but lies. I am purchasing a zero turn from the rock hill SC store and it will crank but not move. I called store and have been trying to get it repaired and everytime I call I get told they don't have room for it and it's a hour and a half to place to get fixed.

I pay my payments on time and can't get it repaired. I have purchased a lot over the years through Aaron's and this probably will be my last time. You will be taking money out of my bank this week on time but I can't get this mower repaired.

I have a recorded message of an Aaron's employee using foul language and cussing at me via voice-mail. What kind of business let's their employees do such a thing. I purchased a 65 in Philips Smart TV from Aaron's. Back in January the picture went out and since I'm still making payments Aaron's came out to pick up the TV and replaced it with a very cheap 50 inch.

Since then they have collected two more payments and about to collect a third. Every time I call them and ask them where my TV is they tell me flat out when they get it back I'll get it back until then just to leave them alone.

I want to know where the hell my TV is

Me and my mother sister inlaw went to Aarons with the hope of finding a good deal was told it was a good place. My mother Maria Martinez was looking for a washer and dryer but being thier saw a refrigerator that my sister inlaw liked to get as well they live together they were paying cash.

First of all, first couch didn't fit..okay, fine, picked a new one.....a 3piexe puzzle couch yesterday....TODAY a 2piece couch shows up, delivery drivers bring it up, me being nice.....okay, it's not the right one, but this will work.......guy from the store says he steam cleaned it ....it STINKS of cat piss, and what else? Ask the delivery drivers, they watched me, inside the couch crevices....A DIRTY DIAPER, crushed up snacks, Doritos, dirty snot filled napkins, crumbs, dust....etc etc .......yeah, I either need a new couch, or a huge discount on this one for the money I'm going to spend cleaning it!

Got a refrigerator delivered and the delivery people cut the cord. Went to store picked out another fridge,told them take doors off of it. They took one off left door with the water and ice on it dangling need less to say it looks like it went through a demolishing derby dents all over the doors and the ice and water do not work.

I didn't make one payment. The store told me as long as it kept food cold &frozen it worked. I am giving it back and going to rent a center and getting better service the people at your store tell to many lies.

I have been a customer for over 4 years and have paid every month my payment. I have expressed that I get paid on the 15 th of the month and that's when I will pay. I have 2 payments left and the store is harassing me to pay now, not on the 15 as I have every other month in the past.

I have explained that I will pay the last two payments on the 15th. I have got only one extension in January so now they are demanding I pay now. We are talking a matter of 12 days. I have been a customer for over 4 years and they are not allowing me 12 days to make the final payment.

I ordered a mattress and in casement on February 21st I have had nothing but problems from the manager at store C 18-70 he is very rude and from day one he is not told the truth. I waited all day yesterday for them to deliver my mattress they did not come so I called and the manager informed me that he didn't say they would be here when in fact they did.

I happened to login into my account today because the amount being charged to my card was higher than what the store told me. Low and behold they had enrolled me in some foolish membership club for discounts at restaurants. I never knew about this membership or authorized it. They charged me 15.66 in Dec 2022 and 11.15 in feb 2023 with another payment scheduled in March. Pure fraud.

In addition I have made numerous calls to Carlos in the Albany ny office to repair a broken drawer on my new dresser and no response. He said he would put it on his list. Never heard back.

I tried to amicably resolve this issue today with an online chat who offered no refund or help with repair issue.

My fiancé financed me an amazing gaming laptop from Aaron’s and it’s been my prize possession since I got it. I seriously adore it, or I did when I had it. See, recently I turned it in to have a network card replaced.

I was told by the store manager (who happens to be the most unprofessional manager I’ve ever witnessed) that my laptop would be “in and out in a week, week and a half tops” (her own words). First red flag.

It’s been over two weeks. My second issue, and this one is my biggest concern, is that my laptop was reset to factory settings… without my knowledge or consent. According to their service providers, the network card wasn’t the issue, and the laptop needed to be cleaned of viruses.

I got a push lawn mower in September from Aaron's in Statesville NC I've never used it I can't crank it it was suppose to have a bag attached and it didn't a guy came out one time and crank r it for me I called them 2 months ago and told them I didn't want the mower they were suppose to come the following Tuesday and pick it up and I told them not to take anymore payments out of my account the bank was suppose to stop it also I couldn't down load my app for my bank so I couldn't see any transactions so when I did get it I saw they were steady taking the payment out I've called them 2 times about this they still haven't picked the mower up I want that money put back in my account for 2 months

I recently started renting from the store in Flint Michigan on Miller Rd. I lost my job and kept in contact with the manager even told her that I filed unemployment and showed paperwork. I even told them I will try to get money from family members towards my account which I did come in and pay a little.

I told them I started work on 2/6/ 23 and get paid every week and will be in to pay my account back on track. I have been working with them. I got disrespected by a co worker when I was explaining my situation.

They took money out of my checking account twice last month for a payment. They said they would credit my account back for one payment, it's been a whole week and I still haven't received my credit back into my account. All of this has resulted in my account being overdrawn and the manager and assistant manager act like I'm an inconvenience to them.
