Okay I went on line and put in for a freezer at the McKinney TX store. I went in done my paperwork again got my new freezer. I'm set up for them to take my payment out on the 3 of every month.

Okay someone keeps calling me from McKinney TX store say I been approved for a dollar down if they work for that store they know I'm in the computer I got it. Okay I was born with a cleft palate I feel like someone putting them up to calling me.

I want it to stop now. If I need anything I will call. So get with that manager put a stop of them calling me I got what I wanted. Thank u Paula Stewart

Went in with my cousin cause we was trying to finance a washer and dryer set. Well the manager of the store miss Melinda had poor customer service. I was treated like a thief and robber at first because the Carrollton corporation had called in advanced and said we was coming there.

I have paid off several account's with your company . I have current account I stopped in your store south east street and spoke to A Sue about a queen mattress she said I was eligible I told her after the Frist of year would be interested.

So I called spoke to a Melinda and she said would get back with me did not happen now this is about the third time I have contacted you on line. No phone call no explanation nothing. Now I got a delivery notice saying was delivered.

I have no mattress nothing. If money comes out of my account I will take this to the attorney general of Indiana. And have this looked into. This Sue Never reports phone calls and Melinda has no Clue. Like I have said I have paid Off Accounts and was Never Late on Many items.

Recently I was a victim of a crime. In the process I have had to change my emaily phone numbers. I pay by automatic payment. Never been late. Over 20 year's as a customer. When I discovered my bill was not paid.

I attempted to change my email and phone number online to no avail. I called to update my information and explain the situation and make arrangements to pay February 1. Next week. The male employee Billy or Bob at the Kansas City Missouri on Troost avenue proceeded to verbally abuse me. I hung up.

Now the store made no attempt to send notifications to my home address and the over sight resulted in a missed payment. I'm 64 year's old and disabled the way I was spoken to caused flash backs from Domestic violence I experienced.

I am sure that I paid my payment with cash to the bushy face guy at Arrons I can’t find my receipt so that guy is the person that sent some lady out to my house to pick up the merchandise so I then gave her a post dated check and I had called Brody and he said they don’t take post dated checks but that lady did take it As I said I’m not sure what I done with my receipt But

We have been dealing with Aarons for quite awhile. We are very unhappy about the customer service at Aarons in Albany oregon, Waverly drive. In particular Miley the little girl who is trying to be a sales associate. Very unprofessional and rude. No knowledge of anything.

Hangs up before your finished talking, drops your call midway. If they are going to have employees then why not hire someone who actually does something. Tired of getting my time wasted by this girl.

I ORDER NEW FURNITURE BECAUSSE OF COVID I TOLD THEM SPECIFICALLY NOT TO BRING ANY USED ITEMS TO MY HOME I HAVE KIDDS AND A NEW GRANDBABY and I didn't want to take any chances Well they Brought a Sectional stink and looked as if it had been rained on.

Less than a hour after they left Roaches started to come out the headboard and I didn't have a mattress for the set until weeks later thank God. I was only suppose to pay a Dollar to get it out the store I was Charged Differently.

00 because that was the promotion for the set at the time. i also order a washer and Dryer in which the 70 dollar was suppose to be applied to the first month rent for them over charging me for the bedroom Suite.

1st it took over 2 weeks to get the washer/dryer set that I ordered. I called to see if I could pick it up as opposed to waiting for the delivery date (which was 4 days later). They said yes.

So I found someone to help me & called them to let them know I was coming for it. It was 7:00pm when I called & they closed at 8pm. She said no I could not come tonight but I could come when they open the following day.

I purchased a washer and dryer from the store on Brent Lane a year and 5 months ago. It's almost paid off. Meantime my ex comes to stay and needed a bed I agreed but he was supposed to make the payments .

Writing this on behalf of my elderly mother. Twice a Dryer was sent to the Aaron's Store in Brewton, Alabama to be fixed, it was making grinding noises with next to nothing in it while running. 1st time she handled it herself, 2nd time I took video of the dryer making the same grinding noises with only a childs pullover in it.

They claimed to have fixed it again, the problem was according to them " the door switch. I will be returning it to them tomorrow for exactly the same noises. Even I can tell that it's the drum rollers, axles & glides that need attention.

I feel they are doing this to my mother because she is elderly and does not know how to complain about things. Aarons IS responsible for maintaining said items during the term of the contract. Hopefully, corporate will remedy this…

Call Dean over a month ago. Today is January 16. I let them know that my Washer had broke. I’m still waiting to have someone come out and fix it. They lied to me and said that they contacted somebody and that those people contacted me and that I canceled the order which was not true I called the service people who are supposed to come and

fix it, and they said they never got no ticket from the Aarons in Eugene on West 11th to come out and fix my washer so I’m not paying them into my Washer gets fixed. These people are unorganized. They need someone to go down there and help them learn how to do things I’m very upset.

I’ve been having to go to the laundromat for over a month to wash my clothes and they still expect me to pay for something that is not working.

Helen is the manager at the Aaron's store on Patton Ave Asheville NC. and she said she's ordered my peices for my fridge which never got here , I didn't want to pay off my fridge till I got my peices and they should have been in if they ordered them when I asked them a year before the fridge was to be paid off.

So they took a payment from my vacuum cleaner and paid my fridge off for me and I've been a good customer since 2016 and paid off alot of stuff now , I took off my ezpay and had my bank card off and was going to go to the store to make my payment so I could ask them how u taken a payment off one to pay off something I'm needing parts for.

Aaron's store manager Savannah is saving parking spots for her and her employees, and per their lease she is not allowed to do that. This is taking spots from other customers and employees of other stores in this strip. When I moved a cone yesterday Jan 11, 2023, from a spot she had saved she confronts me and tells me I can't do that.

I said you are not allowed to save spots. I pull into the space she pulls her car in front of mine and waits for me to get out and says that she works 14 hr days and is in the store be herself at night.

I told her sorry you can't save spots and start to walk away. She call's me a bitch and said fuck you said I was being insensitive. I told her to call 911 and proceeded to walk into my place of employment.

I was supposed to make a payment today of 131 dollars on my account but l lost my card so l had too cancel it which l called the store an explained why the payment didn't go through an l order another card so the manager said he couldn't wait until Friday.

So l had my mom call an try too make the payment that is recorded on file for today the manger of the store in meridian Ms refused too take the payment unless she paid 214 which they would take the payment too theJan 15th that's not due yet so l told them they could come get the furniture because l have been constantly harassed by him an his employees showing up at my house twice a day.

I went in to Aaron's to get a bed 2 weeks prior to Christmas. I was told the bed would be in on Thursday. I called on Wednesday to confirm. I was left on hold for 45 minutes. I was told someone would call me back.

I never received a call. I called Thursday morning. I was told the don't have a time frame for me. I called Friday morning and was told the bed was delivered to a store that was 18 miles from me.

The nearest Aaron's is 3 miles from me!!! I was also told that Aaron's trucks were grounded. Yes we had a little snow. I rented a uhaul truck & went to pick up the bed, because guess were arriving Friday evening.

I just moved to Vegas I hove rented couch washer and dryer. I had to look for another job and while looking I filed for unemployment I just got approved for it. I called the store at 2513 Nellis Blvd Las Vegas and explained my situation to store manager Jacqueline at about 930pm she was extremely rude, disrespectful and degrading she was yelling at me as I was trying to make arrangements to pay.

3, 2023, A delivery driver came to my door asking for someone I’ve never heard of. I told him I didn’t know anyone by that name and maybe he had the wrong address. To my surprise he provided me with my exact address.

I told him I didn’t know how that happened but that person didn’t live there and that I didn’t order anything. 30 minutes later, I hear people outside talking. I look out the window and the delivery driver is back.

The second delivery delivery is helping unload the items in my backyard to other individuals who eventually loads the items onto a Uhaul. I immediately contacted one of the Aaron’s affiliates who began calling around to find the store in question.

I paid for a sectional and had a delivery set. They never came on the time I called had reschedule the delivery. They still wasn't there on time had to call they said I was set for next week. Which was wrong.

I purchased second hand lawn mower that I was told was serviced before it was brought to the house. Upon arrival I saw a 2x4 stuck to the blade and front bald tires I sent it back to be fixed and have heard nothing until I stopped payment yesterday.

I received 3 phone calls for my payment which I made and finally talked to a sales rep that told me that my mower could not be fixed! So, it was not serviced prior and I have been paying for something that I will never own, but your company keeps taking my payment

We bought a table from Aarons not long ago & we paid cash for it.

It has a leaf built in & the gear is messed up and you can’t even close it up to use it as a regular table now.

We never open it to use the leaf, so its hard to tell how long its been messed up.

& Because we paid cash it isnt covered under warranty BUT had we done payments and leased it for the 18 months it would be!

Don’t think I will ever buy another piece of furniture from Aarons again.

I feel like warranties should be consistent. I mean aarons could always give me back my cash money and i’ll lease it and they can come fix this fire wood of a table they sold me.

My complaint is against one of your employees that work in your Texarkana, Texas Office. His first name is Keyone, not sure of last name. He is so rude and very unprofessional. At the time of writing this complaint, I am behind on my account and its mostly due to Keyone.

He doesn't like me and the feelings are mutual, with that being said because of that, he really needs to have no communication with me. He always calls blocked, at any and all times of the day. He yells and talks to me like he's lost his mind.

I am not very nice to him either being the interactions we have had. Something needs to be done about him because noone should have to get treated this way. I have never been talked to in such a manner.

I am currently leasing previously owned tvs. Both were have issues, I called informed the store more than once. They finally came put in a work order for one of them and gave me a loaner. They said they’ll pick the other one up later.

During the wait my disabled son knocked it off the stand. So they said there’s nothing they could do about it, I still have to pay. I needed two tvs, so I asked to lease the loaner which they’ve agreed.

So I finally get replacement for the 1st tv because it could not be repaired. So now I’m paying on 3 tvs. I don’t feel as though it is right that I have to pay on the tv that was knocked off its stand it was defected.

I have been a customer of Aarons for at least 20 years up until now I have not ever had a complaint. During the past year I have had nothing but problems with the errand store in Salina as far as I'm concerned it is managed poorly .

I was told they would take a certain amount out on easy pay and all of a sudden they're taking more than what they said they were gonna take they're taking it too early which is causing overdrafts on my account the merchandise was damaged I was told that I would get a discount which I have not if it continues I will have no choice but to return my merchandise and not recommend Aarons to anyone anymore.

The Arron in Oxford Alabama needs to do something about there customer service rep Yolanda she is extremely rude and hangs up on customers. If you ask to speak to the store manager she get offensive and very aggressive towards the customers.

I rented a playstation 5 for my grandson about 5 months, the playstation has since been stolen from my house and is still an active case with local law enforcement. When the playstation was picked, NO PAPERWORK was offered to my grandson or my husband to sign for anything, including a protection plan that would cover the stolen property. i am disgusted, that I am receiving calls to pay for something that I don't have, and was not offered the protection plan at time of pickup to protect me from this unfortunate event.

I initially tried to pay it off doing the 90 day same as cash but the manager Britney said I had to come to the office to pay it off. I could not come that day. I waited two days later to come and it was too late the price had went up.

Several door hangers have been placed on my door in the past few months. I have called the store back a few times try let them know that I do not have Aaron’s Furniture in my house. They apologized and said that they must have gotten the wrong address.

Tonight, while relaxing, an Aaron’s representative, knocked in an extremely loud manner on my door. I answered and the rep was looking for a Ms. Phillips. I told her that she does not live here and that no Aaron’s furniture is on the premises.

She told me the address was 106. I told her that is 104. ” I would appreciate if there was no further contact on my door or in person from Aaron’s. This is feeling a bit like harassment. Once or twice with the door hangers could be a mistake, but tonight was too much.

I had a lease agreement for a sectional in Amarillo, Texas for a year. Before I moved back to New Jersey, Aaron's picked up the sectional in perfect condition. I paid every month on time like a model customer should.

I was told once I got to NJ that I can go to another Aaron's and start a new lease and begin payments where I left off. I attempted to start a new lease in Perth Amboy, NJ and I was denied.

I was told I had a charge off from 2014 (over 8 years ago) and that I would need to contact corporate in Atlanta, Georgia. I contacted corporate and spoke to someone in the Customer Retention department named Danielle and she told me I had a balance from 2014 and that she could make a payment plan with me.

I set up a bedroom rental set from November 24th through December 5th 2022 as my 70 year old mother was flying across country to stay to care for me while I am going through treatment. This alone places my life in danger but my mom needs a place to sleep. I did call ahead and alert the woman (claimed to be the manager) of my situation prior to my arrival. I went in, pointed to the bed set and ordered.

During the ordering process, I began getting very ill, nausea, diaphoretic, and weak. I felt I was going to vomit and or pass out, maybe even have another seizure. I requested she finish up without me and do what needed to be done, that whatever she messes up can be fixed…
