My parents, who are in their 80s, were lied to, manipulated, harassed, and deceived by the manager of the Aaron's store in Sayre, PA. It is a long story, but here we go: a person who rents a trailer from my parents, skipped out and left everything behind - including some items that they were told were rented from Aarons.

We had no proof of this, so my dad refused to let anyone into the trailer for these items. My parents were then harassed on a regular basis for a couple months - phone call after phone call of threats and name calling - trying to get my dad to let them in the trailer.

When my dad had enough of these calls, he met with who we believe to be the store manager, JD, to discuss the situation. (NOTE: I am not sure if that is his name. All they remember is it was 2 letter…

My complaint is about manager at the above business name Jamil Alexander, this issue has been going on for approximately 3 weeks. I walked in store to make a payment. A female employee stated that the computer was not working properly after I scan my card, to make a payment.

She being used another scanner to try and make another payment go through but it did not. So I ended up using have cash and have a payment on another card. The next day it show ed where the payment did go through $57, after I had already paid on another card and have cash.

I have been a customer for quite awhile now with Aaron’s. It seem that every time I contact them because of certain item I saw online and it always happens they can’t help me. For the life of me I can’t remember his name but anyway I always get thrown back online.

That whatever I saw online is only online they can’t help me regarding that item. Such bad customer service that the McAllen store on North 10 th in McAllen, Texas has , the men are the worst. You would figure you want to help that customer so that they can keep coming back, but they don’t.

If your tired of your job than quit because the way they treat a person is no way to keep in business. And I don’t want anyone from that store calling me either.

One star is beyond being nice in my personal opinion. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL!! I have paid so much money and have had an ongoing issue with them and their horrible customer service since I lost EVERYTHING due to the hurricane.

The manager Jose tried telling me I did not have insurance and would have to pay for the couch I no longer have for weeks just to find out I am not responsible to any damage caused by an Act of God per the lease I have with them. He has called me several times only to hang up me.

I have all the proof on my phone records. They will scam you any chance you get and you will only call you to harass you about payments but you won’t hear a word from them when there is an actual issue.

Since sharing my experience with a mom group on Facebook so many people are disgusted…

Purchased (new) washer from Aarons in Seaford De. Early Nov. in 2 weeks Nov 14th washer broke. Called Aarons was told someone would be out on Friday Nov 18th. NO one showed or called. I stayed home all day. As of today Nov 28 still no one called no show.

Pd for one month had it only 2 weeks before it didn't work. Stopped by office, Nov 28th store was closed. Called several times no answer. Called corporate on Nov 28, sat on phone for over 1/2 hr. no answer.

They delivered a ton of stuff to our neighbors home after we went in looking we signed NO AGREEMENT PAID NO MONEY and they showed up and dropped off the stuff to the wrong address We never received a product but now daily they are harrassing is calling showing up multiple times a day yelling at our children and threatening us.

I was not satisfied with this order. I purchased a fridge from you all on November 9 and guess what it not at my house yet. My son went to get it but they would not give him the strap to hold it. Hello, I am placing a complaint against the Aarons store on Capital Blvd. in Raleigh, NC, 27604. I am 18days past due on my payment. A delivery man came to my home on 11/18/22. I was not home. The delivery man(Ren) rang the door bell and the proceeded to bang on my front door, and look in my window.

Caught all on my ring video. I spoke to Everett at the store at about 6pm the same day and told him I would make a payment the following morning, he agreed to that. On 11/19/22 the same delivery man comes to my home at 8:30 am, woke me up.

I called corporate about a month ago, about an employee name Eric at the Vidalia,GA store. He has reached out to my family (who isn’t on my account) about my payment. He has contacted us through social media, and I have proof of both of these things.

This has been on more than one occasion. Tonight, November 18,2022, the Vidalia store contacted the Waynesboro,GA store to come get my washer and dryer. The guy from corporate told us to have no contact with Aaron’s until the DM reached out to us, which has been a month or a little over a month.

So I’m writing to complain, but also to inform you that we will be filing a lawsuit. The lady from Waynesboro was super sweet about it.

I am currently leasing a couch from your 4405 Montgomery Road Norwood, Ohio 45212 location. I had to move and requested the pick the couch up for a return. This was prior to the 1st payment. It was scheduled to be picked up on Tuesday Nov 8, 2022.

They never showed up nor did they call to tell me they were not coming. I missed entire day of work just to sit and wait. Then we rescheduled for Thursday Nov 10, 2022. They called which was missed by 2 minutes and I called back.

I was at Aaron's on county line road I paid to rent a washer and dryer Paid my money and was given to run around about when I will receive my merchandise. That is a very unprofessional store they would take your money and bring your merchandise to you whenever they feel like it.

Cece came to my house today looking for a payment. I have already told her not to come through our locked gate. She got into a loud argument with my girlfriend on the sidewalk in my neighborhood and embarrassed us.

I have many dogs, all rescues and one foster who is very aggressive. I have warned her our dogs can be very aggressive, two of them have had repeated bites. I live in a area close to crime and one of the dogs is specifically for protection and i have him out in the yard periodically.

I have signs about dogs being on the property. When someone comes into the locked gate, all 3 dogs go off like sirens and i imagine this is distressing to some neighbors, one has a newborn. I have already told her not to come into the locked gate, and she has several times while we werent home.…

We ordered a generator for express delivery 4 days ago and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday and it was not it was delivered today and now the store will not let us pick it up do not know why it's going to be below freezing tonight and I have no power at my home and that's why I was getting the generator this is the biggest load of b******* crap whatever you want to call it. Manager continue to yelll at me even after I explained he was on speaker and I wasn’t trying to yell. Was told an item was paid off but a few weeks later get a call denying payment. Visited the store and asked for payoff amount and was given an amount and paid that price we were quoted.

His customer service skills were very unprofessional You don’t talk to customers that way! I am a RN and I can afford to buy from somewhere else but all of the accounts I have paid off in the past the service was much better

I was basically belittled by a sales manager in a store in Roseburg oregon. Here name is Reanne . I called n to talk to her about an electronic item for my son. She told me I didn’t have enough leasing power and that I would have to reapply for it.

I’ve been leasing from you guys for years and have paid off over a dozen items . I am currently leasing 2 small things from you guys. I felt insulted the way she talked to me and at this point I’m gonna pay these 2 items off and take my business else ware.

Melinda from store 3664 S east street was extremely horribly rude, unprofessional and treated me like I was a bother, hang up on me during the call. My apt had a bldg flood we had to do emergency transfer to new unit I called the store for help with transfer she was omg extremely horrible to me I was those phones conversation are recorded.

When I called last week she schedule transfer for the following week, they were a no show. I called I got the same Melinda at this apt I just ask to close the account and return the living room before she hang up on me, I had to call her again.

Aaron's in pampa Texas 79065. The absolute worst customer service. My PC is under warranty i had to send it back for a faulty hard drive. After almost 2 months without my PC and using a loaner laptop which i forgot to mention i use for my daily job .

I purchased a tv a stand a kitchen table set and end tables and a puzzle sofa. The living room furniture was delivered used with pet hair all over it.

Also the one piece was bowed so they picked it up to fix it. Came back they couldn’t fix it ordered a new piece now that was delivered broken. I am still waiting for a new piece and feel like I’m paying for nothing also the coffee and end tables were already delivered damaged they had me pay to buy them at a cheaper price.

I did not know I would be getting used furniture and i feel like I got a bunch of junk I’m paying money for.

I have bought almost my whole home from you guys. I just recently, this month, paid off my stove. I called the store not many days after making my last payment. I needed help my stove ignitor was axing up, when I asked for help or who I should call they haven't returned phone calls and when I finally spoke to someone they were not helpful almost rude to a point!!

I've gone threw Aarons for several years I just ayed off my lining room set never had a problem. I opened up a new agreement April of this year I've always had to wear they would come and pick up my payment on the 20th each month since I started this new agreement it had been the biggest hassle ever I've never been late they have been late picking up the payment which is not my fault I was told I would not get charged a late fee.

I have a sofa sectional,washer, and Tv. I been having trouble with my sofa sectional. I had gotten behind on my payments and I have gotten caught up. The store manager told me when I get caught up on my payments he will send the repair guy out.

He replaced the cushion in my chairs and now my cushions need to be replaced again. I got paid up until my next payment and that was do on the first of September. No one came out and the sad part of all this the store manager got very disrespectful and said that they will be out at my residents to pick up the sofa sectional the TV and washer.

I have a account with an account with Aaron's and the management there is very rude and uses her position as a weapon. My wife and I both wanted an account and the manager told us we couldn't have 2 accounts, then she degrades me because my payments are late but paid.

What she doesn't know is my mom is also a customer of Aaron's but my mom and 2 sisters all have accounts at Aaron's at the same address. The manager goes by the name Manny, one of the rudest people in that store but for her to down talk and degrade me about late payments and when they're paid, then she changed my payment arrangement.
