I told them I can they hung up on me. I went out and bought a new one else where told them to come get the broken one and they will not give me my money back . I keep getting excuses when I ask for it back .

I had no choice but to get a washer because over two weeks without one and no answer on when I was getting a new one from Aaron's . I need my money back I should not have to pay for it when I returned it and it hasn't worked since I got it

In a conversation with the Aaron's employee not too long ago and for me that now they that appliances when people miss a payment they instead of repossessing them they stop them and they're no good tell me why and my neighbor hollered that she seen the ends people when I was yelling about it she hollered with me came on my property mess my air conditioner up when it is so

hot in the summertime and I can prove I made my payment on September 1st so I guess the Aaron's company is nothing but trespassers a criminally trespassed on my property broke my air conditioner which is a $899 plus tax air conditioner so I can prove I made my payment someone explain that one to me

Unfortunately I have to report serious financial fraudulent activities by your Boston road Springfield location. 00 unauthorized withdrawals from my bank account. This $207. Is not the amount of my monthly payment and it was not done on my account to payment schedule.

I had to report fraud threw my bank which froze my accounts while the issue was investigated and my money was returned by your store. This fraudulent act also led me me being required by my bank to replace my debt card.

As you can imagine this complicated my entire financial situation, as I then had to contact all other institutions who had secure access to my account for various financial reasons. As I sit here now, already invested in this refrigerator and with a payment due I hesitate to provide ANY financial information…

I've been trying to get a bedroom set through Aarons for 3 months now. Every time I order it tells me it's on its way. Etc. Etc. Then the Day before delivery I get an email saying it's been delayed. So I wait longer.

And the end results are " I'm sorry but that bedroom set is out of stock. So I asked if I could come in the store and pick something out of the store. She said yes but would not honor the $1 down deal.

My wife rented a new couch and was told they would deliver first thing on Saturday morning and she explained we had several appointment to make in the next town over due to chemo treatments and so we waited and waited the finally at 10:30am she calls them and the lady says there was just no way to get it until 3pm so we rush and skip a few things to be home at 3pm finally at like 4 or 4:30pm they show up to our home.

We love Our furniture we have purchased multiple pieces of furniture from here and also paid a lot off. we have always paid on time. Just recently my husband got sick with covid horribly. He can barley walk and he’s been in the hospital for a few months the doctor said he’s at risk of having a stroke so it’s been hard.

But in the end we always pay our bill and the late fees. This guy named Jonathan is such a horrible person. He’s rude. He mocks me on my ring video when he comes to my house. I told him my husbands still in the hospital but I will make the payment as I always do.

Hi my name is Tyler annis and I do not have a complaint based on a customer but as a associate. As of July 29th 2022 I prior put my two week notices in. Today I was let go on false accusations and false statements.

Co worker stated that I did not lock the back door up or lock the gaming room up but July 28th 2022 I did not close I was out on deliverers till 7:30pm I worked in the concord nh location and I do not approve of false statements to remove a employee to save on payroll.

Went in there to get a riding lawnmower cub cadet had one the week before 130 month the one I was looking at was use the lady said it was just return yesterday was dirt and u could tell it had been used due to the mud and grass in the tires the lady said that one was about 290 a month plus taxes and they had a brand new one right next to it and

They charged $100 to my card w/o my authorization before I even completed the application process. Then, when I tried to cancel the order, I was told it would take 3 business days. A week had passed, and nothing was done at all.

Hello I am writing because I need to understand your policy. I know sometimes we are a little behind making our payments or we need time. However, I don't think that a call to my references is warranted, especially after I only have ONE payment with you all left.

I have been phone harassed repeatedly by Aaron's store in Laurel on Ft Meade Rd now, since purchasing a family room set, which is now paid off and a tv, which again, I have one payment left. If I am late even 5 days, they are calling repeatedly, sending certified mail to my house. Telemarketers don't even call that much. One, maybe two courtesy calls are enough. Not daily. To the point, I had to change my number.

Leased a couch and loveseat on delivery paid 88 it's 112 a month. Some time later a salesman called me to tell me could get a air conditioner for only 2 first month and 104 a month for 6 months.

When delivery got here only had A $20 he said to go on the back end ok no big deal. When my first couch payment came due my phone was in my friend car. Don't drive do all my banking online.

I have a self propelled lawnmower that I had serviced about a month ago and it broke like a week later with a different issue. The first time the lawnmower broke it was the cable belt and this time the wheels locked up.

It took a very long time before I received my lawnmower back and it looks like I will be having the same issue again. The manager at the Thibodaux store told me she would have a loaner lawnmower for me on Sunday but said the internet was down so I should come to the store on Monday and she would have a lawnmower for me.

I went to the store on Monday and she was out to lunch so I went back on Tuesday and she said she didn't have one for me. Frustration kicked in because she could have called me.

I have attached my 3 open leases with Aarons. The issue all of them were stolen by my ex but I'm still required to continue to make payments. I tried to file a police report but in the state of Florida your roommates or anyone living with you has the right to take whatever they want and you can't report it as a stolen item. I'm not saying I don't want to pay part of lease but to continue paying for 18 months for furniture/washer/dryer that will never be used by me is a lot. I bought a Samsung double door fridge from them and a washer. 00 dollars. Called the store the 1st of May 2022, to request service for my icemaker on my fridge. Now I have leased from this store several times and NO problems ever.

But since this new management , they are so unfriendly and make you stay on hold forever. I spoke with Charlie or Charles several times. Leased a couch almost a year ago. Wanted to return it 6 months in because of COVID and loss of hours at work. The associates at Aaron's in Edwardsville PA refused to take it back and told me I couldn't cancell my lease.

Now, every month it's harassing and degrading phone calls. Today I spoke with a gentleman at the store and he asked me if my payments are going to keep being late because I have 13 more monthly payments to pay.

He also insisted that I didn't even have the furniture at my house and I do, I just don't need it/want it/can't afford it! They won't accept it!

I rented a riding mower almost 2 mts ago they have brought me 3 different ones and none of them worked. The last 1 they brought out the blades were bent really bad and cut half my yard all the wsy down to the dirt. My yard looks bad.

Took my galaxy tablet in because it said there is moisture unplug, Been paying every month for the extra insurance. Had my tablet for two months said it was fixed picked it up and bought new charger and cord took it home and plug5it in and said the same thing they did not fix it.

I filled out application online process online then I received an phone call from the local store close to me said I can come pick it up and disregard the email when I arrived I I had do application all over again twice once on paper once online they then called my landlord to verify my address which he did but also stated I should be able to afford anything the lady front desk stated I need pay additional $350 take it home today so

At approximately 2:40 pm on May the 20th driver of van number 34199 in Waterford Michigan ran a red left turn signal at Cass Lake and Highland road causing us to have a near miss and go off the road.
