I am behind on my bill, I have been diagnosed with cancer and I'm terminal so I have lost my job and I have Aaron's club but according to the local branch manager in the ELLSOWRTH Maine store I dont qualify to use my Aaron's sickness or accident waiver which was the whole reason I got that to begin with . I've spent allot of money threw you guys and this manager is beyond rude and un professional!

I have live in a are that we have very poor cell service and that is my only source of phone , I was told by the manger that if I was going to be late or couldn't come in the past if I couldnt call to have my husband or someone I trust and when my sister in law called in to him she said he spoke very poorly about me as a customer and made false accusations that the Arron's truck came to my home…

I have purchased several items from your ada oklahoma location. payment was due yesterday on a sunday, was not going to drive 1 hour out of my way on my day off to make a payment when I am in ada the following day and make the payment.

the worker at the store made such a ass out of it being one day late and charged me a 5 dollar late fee. do not appreciate being talked to the way he was making such a scene. bad thing about this I was about to upgrade my tv, which I am making payments on there, to a high end 4k tv.

but if I am going to be treated like trash at that store I will not do business with that store. never had a problem before when payments fell on a weekend. like i said this is not my first purchase through that store, but you can bet it will be my last.

I was looking to buy furniture so i went to Aaron's to look what t5hey had i was told by a employee that his boss wanted to sell this 2 pieces set for 318 out the door and when i went back to buy this furniture i was told that they would no sell it for 318 and the store manger would not come out and speak with me one of the store workers had to keep coming to speak to me....,...store 6976 us 322 cranberry pa 16319.....so i will not go back to this store for anything

I rented a washer, dryer and a rocker recliner for four months while I was waiting for my house to be renovated. One month later, I called my local Aaron's to me the chair was defective from the manufacturer and informed me he would havelet the manager know my chair no longer rocked and tilted to one side.

He sent two local employees to check. Neither of them could determine what was wrong. He next sent a repairman from out of town. He immediately told me he would have to order parts and would have them sent to the local store to be repaired.

He also advised me they would remove the defective chair and would provide me with a replacement. The manager never contacted me and later informed me I failed to ask for a replacement. I asked for an adjustment on my bill and he said he doesn't do…

I rented a bedroom set and the living room set from Aaron's Rental in Troy New York. I've had the furniture for about 6 weeks and already my bedroom set the dresser the bed and the nightstand are chipping and at the feet of the dresser and the bed they're like the wood is spreading apart and behind the dresser is hole!

I am very upset because I called the manager and sent her pictures yesterday afternoon and as of yet I'm still waiting on a phone call! I called and the lady to answer the phone said that she was with a customer and she would call me back in which she never did!

The Pelham, Alabama location is running a scam with riding lawn mowers. They have 1 new one and two used ones currently for sale. I've been watching them for several days. no problem. But after approval my contract was for a used one.

The new one they say is sold. It is not. I also had someone go in after me. I will be Filing a complaint with the BBB. This better be made right. This is just a brief example.

They donated games that I was supposed to get back and they told me that I could not get a cheaper sectional but I would have to start over and purchase a new one, and as for my pac man and street fighter game, I told them I would be back to get those 2 games and then I found out that they had sold my pac man game and

I found out that they did not, they donated it and had their picture in the news paper showing they had donated and I was told I couldn’t get any of my money back from the sectional or my games. I wanted both of those games BACK AND I TOLD THEM THAT!

That was wrong on so many levels, my heart sunk when I see that picture in the paper, I paid for the games for them to donate them.

Be threatened to take the furniture back when it hasn’t even been a day since the payment is due at this point it makes me just want to cancel my contract with the company all together

My complaint is that Aaron’s call you before the payment is due. I have never missed a payment but yet I get harassed on the 1st of each month until the 7th for a payment when my payment not due until the 8th.

I hate renting from this company will NEVER rent from them again when my furniture is paid off. The customer service SUCKS.

I went into Arron's yesterday, Sunday and they told me my washer and dryer would be delivered today, Monday. Good thing I called them today. I was informed it wouldn't be delivered till tomarrow now. It would have been nice to have someone call me and inform me of this.

I am very mad that they are so far given me very bad service. Is this company another non trustworthy buisness? or what? This screws up my schedule. thanks a lot!!! NOT! Bad bad service. :(

I have been with you for over 18 months never missed a payment. My mother rented a chair from you n I was supposed to receive a credit for 3 months now. Well 2 weeks ago I came into the store n was showed the computer where my payment was only come out of my acct and only 130 was supposed to come out of my acct well your company ran my card for 157 and

now my rent is off my electric is gonna be shut off all becauae you all took out the wrong amount. So now I have to pay a late fee on everything. I only owe 15 on my tv n 4 payments on my washer n dryer

up until 2 days ago I was unaware totally of this issue until an employee came to my house to reposses my rental. they notified me of a large amount of Xtra charges tacked on to this month's bill due to them having to come out supposedly a dozen times while I was out if state.

considering I have never been late or behind on my payment I felt that I should have been treated and worked with in a more courteous and understanding helpful manner. Instead I was talked to like a child untill I finally hung up on the ugly woman.

I would really appreciate an apology and some consideration on this issue I am a very nice considerate person and would hope to be treated the same way. Thanks for your help with this issue

After being shown several refurbished models that wer NOT repaired in any way, I placed an order for a new 46" Husqvarna mower. I was under the impression that the mower I saw in the store was the mower I was purchasing.

This was a NEW mower. 00 and was told that the delivery will be March 3rd 2022. I waited patiently for the days to pass and was eager for the mower's arrival. 4 hours of use and was told that the mower had been serviced.

I reluctently allowed the delivery as I had another obligation and could not wait. The delivery went well, but even the driver and delivery individual helping the driver stated that they did not know the specifics and would be required to reach out to the manager for more information.

I live at 12 Park Place Apt. 212 im hattiesburg Ms. Aaron’s Store in hattiesburg Ms comes by my home everyday harassing me about a payment when I have payments set up through the automated system online that comes out at the end of every month.

I rent a refrigerator from the Pico Rivera Ca store. This month I had my rent increased and also missed work due to personal reasons. I called the store and talked to Juan the mgr. I asked to make my payment the following week and he said yes if i signed up for auto pay.

I have just contacted my lawyer!!! The Sterling , IL Aaron's has been calling people that are NOT listed as a contact on my contract!! My ex-husband and his wife were called!! I have been divorced for over 20yrs!!! Never in a million years would I list them and I do NOT even know their phone #s!!!

I have been an Aarons customer for over a decade in the Binghamton NY area, The staff was always friendly and the store was always clean. Over the last 2 years the store has started to dwindle and become unkept, Pre leased items have been put out on the floor dirty and as the staff changed it seems to get ruder and ruder.

My issues started around 2 years ago. I purchased a dryer and not even 10 days later I had 2 women knocking on my door and explaining to me that if I "wanted nice things" I had to pay for them!

Dryer was on a monthly payment plan. The then manager Justin did the best he could to correct the mistake. I in turn paid the dryer off early (BIG MISTAKE) it broke, and because it was paid for they would not have it fixed for me.

I have talked to 2 different people from the Kingscanyon and Chestnut store in Fresno and I have a card on file, never had an issue on the past and now this "Manager and Assistant manager " at he rudest people ever! I purchased living room furniture for the second time from the store on Longpoint in Houston and this time around i am having a terrible experience. I have spoken with Tim and the manager several times regarding them holding my furniture until I get my keys to the new house.

I have been trying to transfer my account to the store near me since July 2021. The Aarons located at Westheimer and Diary Ashford in Houston Tx. 832) 379-0564. I have talked to the account manager and store manager. At the Conroe Store I talked to Joe the previous Store Manager and Julie.

I also called recently both stores in the beginning of 2022. I have called to set up service for washer / dryer prior to paying it off and recently. I was told someone would call me. No one called to schedule service or to check to see if my concerns were resolved.

On March 10, 2022 at approximately 5:45pm, I received an incoming phone call on my personal cell phone from Aarons Rental. The caller refused to identify himself and insisted on speaking to the person who they claim that was behind in their bill and needed to pay their bill.

The Aaron’s employee refused to tell me his name, continued to ignore my questions and statements, he became very combative, used vulgar language, yelling and talking over me on the phone. I have never and do not currently rent from Aarons.

Arrons rental company is a horble employment company. a fried is a female and she is harrasesd by both her sales manager and her store/district manager. they messaged her on social media stating that if she talked to her sales manager and sent pics of her herself she would have better opportunities at work and would be treated better.

I am a loyal paying customer who had paid off items from Aaron’s before. I have lost my job and home and I had to move into my daughter house due to the COVID-19 outbreak. I pray to God someone that gives a damn gets this. Greenwood SC store is going to hell!!! Manager Caroline needs to be fired. She is rude and abusive to customers an especially her employees. She yell at them, threatens them, puts them in impossible situations with customers.

She never comes to work on time unless bosses are coming. She leaves early and goes home when suppose to be at work. Her private life is enterfering with work. Lonnie, another employee at the store is also nasty, rude and un professional.
