I order online and was contacted via email on my delivery date. My wife if in Philippines at the moment so I had to take the day off to be home. When I don't work I don't get paid So I losing pay for the Thursday I took off.

Aarons didn't show all day, I called again Friday and was told, the trucks were not running because of the snow. Living in Colorado all my life, i understand that, but do not understand the lack of communication telling me as such.

So I again, took Friday off and waited - no show. Called Saturday morning and was told (guaranteed) it would arrive by 8pm Saturday. WRONG. Again nothing Sunday.

Finally Monday to find the description of couch didn't match actual sizes and it would not fit through corridor or elevator. The Federal location was unreachable, thankfully another…

Rent it a stove from them and we had a power outage and the stove want bake. They sent a man to fix it, but he didn't have the parts and now there being rude especially the Hispanic lady. I feel that we should get our money back or a new stove.

I went to Aaron's in Somerset KY after my fiance got a switch for our daughter for Christmas. I wanted to upgrade our TV to a larger size for my fiance for Christmas. Being low on cash I decided to go through Aaron's because they offered a $5 first payment deal.

I was approved for up to $197 monthly payments online. I went in and explained my situation to the sales man and he told me it would be no problem. He had me do all the paperwork and when it came time to pay the five dollars he asked me if I could do $30 in stead of $5.

He said it helped them feel better about the liability. Not having 30 dollars on me I told him I could go get it and come right back. I went to the pawn shop up the road and sold my tools and got the rest of the money and returned about twenty minutes later.

Hello I need some help. Apparently I can't get a message over at my local Aaron's store. I had made online an extended payment agreement until the 28th because I had been out of work due to having to quarantine and apparently either my Aaron's store has not received that, or not listening I've been sending multiple texts messages as well and

had also contacted chat trying to get the message over to them they keep calling acting like I haven't been trying to get a hold of them I'm unable to call out at this moment from my phone because of being out of outgoing calls neither can I go there because I'm sick under quarantine can somebody please please please help me with this!!

The Hispanic Managers at the S Nellis store tried to setup their own Employee, Essence (African American), to get fired. I was right there when they literally told Essence what to say and do in regards my order, then, when things went wrong, they blamed her for everything.

They purposely set that woman up to make her look bad. They purposely didn't deliver my order as promised by them, not Essence. They told Essence to tell me that knowing that they couldn't do it. They purposely had Essence take money from my card, then, they tried to overcharge me the next day stating that Essence shouldn't have done that either.

16,21 when I 1st did the application, since then has been nothing but lies, attitude and Awful customer service from this location! It is now 1/3/22 and I’ve just gotten my delivery going on 3 days ago but it was just dropped off n promised with a hook up the following day which never happened!

I’ve now had my washer n dryer sitting here for almost 3 days and still no hook up! When I call n speak to the manager I get lies, attitude n pushed back dates even more! So now I’m being charged for something that came weeks later n with the job not complete with appliances that I have Not been able to use but still being charged for!

This is the Worst experience ever and after this I would Never do business with this company especially location ever again n will be sure to express that to anyone…

This is the 3rd time Jason from Albertville went into my account unauthorized after me asking 5 times for the furniture to be picked up. This morning Jason charged my account again on a credit card Chris removed from my account.

Also today 2 males from Arrons in Albertville entered my home with my 14 year old daughter by her self. And finally picked up the couch but not after trying to collect another payment after 2 months of me trying to get them to pick up the couch.

They also took out over $70 unauthorized. I know Jason laughed and said all online complaints go to him. I was waiting on a call from GM Robert but her never called. I am filing charges with the court for theift of property

For the last 4 months are payments have not changed and we're being told that most of our payments are going towards taxes and fees and that we're only paying like $30 on a $73 item and I just want to know what is going on and I want it fixed on our washer and dryer we're paying $103 but only 40 of that is supposedly going towards taxes and fees so what's really going on

I have been dealing with my local Aaron's for over 5 years. I've spent thousands of dollars with them, yet the Mgr of the store calls me by the wrong name. Before I bought anything next I specifically told him I found it insulting and he made a note in the computer that I went by Beth, or Elizabeth, NOT Liz.

Yet here we are over a year into my latest purchase and he just called me again, and said " Hi Liz". I have received texts, and calls, even calls to my fiancee, DAYS or WEEKS, before my bill is due.

I have other items I'm looking to buy, but I will be spending my money with another company as I refuse to deal with someone who shows me such blatant disrespect.

Poor service they lie to you about when they're going to pick up an Appliance or drop an appliance off to you schedule time have to rearrange our schedule for theirs just for them not to show up and then when you called to ask them why they never show up they say they did show up knocked on the door and no one was home which was a lie have home camera system shows they never arrived have been done this way several times after I pay off my last item from Aaron's I will not be going back

We’ve had our washer and dryer for a year and a half now and last Monday it stopped spinning. Every day since then they said they could call us and come out and here we are on Friday and nobody has yet to show up snd call us!!!!! Terrible communication!

I ordered a bed set and called my store in Plainfield indiana and the guy told me he just got it in and it is only a bed frame the picture I agreed to purchase had the bed frame 3 dressers one with a mirror and a mattress but that’s not the worst part the worse part is I told him I worked Monday through Saturday and he told me he promised to deliver it before 2pm this past Saturday the 4th I never received a call or anything and

When I told them I was in the hospital with covid, double pneumonia, sepsis and was n severe respiratory failure. Was at high risk of respiratory failure while there. And while trying to get better the five and six phone calls a day don't help not to mention the " I don't care if you're in hospital" comment was just hateful and RUDE.

My payment was due on the first. I called my local store here in Martinsburg, WV to let them know of my financial situation. On Nov. 22nd at 2pm they sent someone to my home to do an account check. 74.

My complaint is involves a mattress cover zipper that broke open. I called Aarons and asked them if they would mind replacing the mattress cover. They said they would come out the next day. They never came out the next day to replace the mattress cover.

I called to ask them why they never came out. After they lied and said they come out. They said they would replace the mattress cover when they came out to Kittaning . Its been a few days and they still have not replaced the mattress cover.

And they were rude to me initially when I first started account with them. They were not friendly at all. This was at the Butler Pa. store. Who do I contact to file a complaint.?

I purchased or leased a gaming computer from toccoa. They gave me a crappy screen that I can purchase separately, not even a gaming monitor. The refresh on this "Supposedly" gaming monitor was only 60 lol. When I addressed this with them they tried to play it off like I knew and they took the monitor back and held it at the store on Tuesday.

With no one in charge except for the accounting lady, which keep in mind could not even take it off my account. I was told I would have to wait until Thursday when the District Manager comes in (Jackie). " When I addressed my issue with her, she got an attitude and was very hateful.

I have been an Aaron’s customer for over 5 years or so. In the beginning I was very pleased w the service and customer service as well however, as hard times begin to hit us harder w Covid and all I fell behind on my payments.

The store manager Chris started to become very disrespectful and rude. They know that I would make my payments over the phone w my permission but Chris ran it 195 w out my permission. This was the second time he did that.

That was it for me I always referred my friends and family to Aaron’s in the past but I will never step foot nor refer anyone to them again.

Also to the CEO of Aaron’s I think u guys are not concerned about ur customers. I left u several messages informing u of this incident I never heard back from you! I even tried the customer service complaint…

prior to my termination I won couches for sales I did during rtb. while waiting for them to aarive I was terminated. I was told the couches would be there in 2 wks and then they would get delivered to me because I WON THEM.

now chrissy wing is refusing to give me the items I won for being a good employee because I was terminated after the fact due to complaints that were not even true. I earned those couches and my bonuses and i expect to recieve them.

no where did it say that i wouldnt recieve them if i was fired after the fact while waiting for said items to aarive.

I ordered a sectional in March. I waited a week to get it because it was coming fein the warehouse. I was fine with that. Thus was suppose to br a brand new couch, but there's just no way. The threading is coming undone all over.

The stuffing is coming out of it. There's a broken board. You can feel springs in your lower back when you sit down. When they brought it, the legs had some scratches, but they said they probably did that loading or unloading.

I have purchased previous sets, bedroom sets, washer, dryer, and a refrigerator. Ive never had issues. That's why I came back and paid cash for this couch. $2100 is a a lot of money for a single mom who works hard to have nice things.

So me and my boyfriend go into aarons in brunswick ga to buy a laptop and rent to own a nother one. The manager was working and we found one and out right bought it. The other one we wanted to make payments on.

I got covid at the beginning of August 2021. I let it be known to the Aaron's in Crowley Louisiana about my circumstances and that I would not be able to pay on my loan for a couple of months.

However, they continue to call me every single day 5 to 6 times a day asking for payment. I don't know what you guys don't understand about when someone gets sick how they're not able to work. Therefore I do not earn money, therefore you did not get paid as I had mentioned in the previous phone calls to you guys.

Once I did begin working I had to pay rent for two months electricity for 2 months gas for two months, etc. I said I would start payment again in November but you guys continuously called me daily and harassed me asking the same questions I had already answered.

The customer service is terrible. They laughing and talking to someone else while answering the phone. I had to wait about five minutes while she enjoyed her fun. Then the assistant manager talks to the customer very terrible. I witness her talking to customers the same way she talked to me.

I’ve been a good customer for Aaron for over ten years. I’ve never been treated this bad. I don’t know if after I pay these agreements off, if I’ll ever buy from Aaron’s again. This was the worst customer service I EVER experience.

I’ve been in customer service for over twenty years and know in sales. Would never treat my customers the way I got treated.

I'm a long time customer of aarons long time meaning 15 plus years and I have never had a bad experience as I'm having now. My tv went out and it's still under contract and when I called they said they couldn't get to me until Monday the 25th mind you I called the Thursday before hand.

Well Monday came and went no loaner tv or mine to get picked up and fixed I even called 2 times and valen I believe the girls name is at the Riverview office in Florida is the most rudest person I have ever spoken too. Said they are on the way.

Like I said no one showed. So I called on Tuesday and I spoke to Mike and said he would make sure someone was here today on Tuesday. It is now 5:51 I called and spoke with the same girl and she more or less yelled they are on the way.

I've told Aaron's in mount sterling KY to come and get my mattress 3 weeks ago and they only give me the run around. The lady that I talked to is named Crystal. She told me that she took my account off of ezpay last month and still I'm getting charged.

I've had nothing but trouble and lies with this store every since I started with them. They took a payment out of my account which overdrafted it. I was also told that they were going to refund it which they have not yet.

Every time I call there I get a different person and they act like they don't know what I'm talking about. Something has got to change with that store or they will probably lose more customers... Last Thursday I spoke with Bill the manager at the D’Iberville office. I was told to put in my application and I was approved for the puzzle sofa. I was told by Bill he could have it delivered late Monday or early Tuesday morning.

When I called Monday I was told it will not be delivered until Thursday due to Thursday staff went to bed Orleans and Wednesday no deliveries. I said ok and I will call Bill on Tuesday. I called today snd bill was not in and the sales manager was rude and arrogant and arguing with me about what I told the Sales person on the phone.

Then the sales manager hung up on me! I am livid with this and this person should not be working with customers!!

I first started leasing a couch from Aarons in Riviera Beach Florida, I then decided we wanted to lease a different couch so I went and I spoke with the manager. And we got the other couch which took four months to even get the couch.

Then when they couch finally came in four months later they didn’t call to let me know that it was in I had to call weekly to find out where it was. Once it finally did come in they came to deliver it and it had a rip on the side of the brand new couch.

So they said whenever another couch of the same kind came in they would replace that piece that had the rip on it but they wouldn’t give me a discount on the couch. That was fine. Ordered bedroom set, it was a week late bc a piece was missing, when they showed up(unannounced), that said piece was still missing! They showed up hours early without warning. Moved my new furniture in the rain. Didn't get to prep so they shoved it in my son's room and now, I have an incomplete set to move all by myself and take care of a new baby.
