I had ordered a whole bed plus the set. They delivered my set but not the bed. I called them and they said they had forgot, that the bed will come in a week on a Thursday. So, a week and 3 days passes by and no bed.

I have been sleeping on my floor! So, I called again, employees already being rude, I ask to speak to a manager about my bed he works something out with me on the payment of the bed since I have no received it.

He also said that they're waiting on the truck that they will let me know when they're gonna be on their way. I've took off work and still no show. It's Friday already and noone let's me no anything and I'm still home waiting and again, no show.

So Saturday comes and I call and the manager is being VERY RUDE!! says he actually called to arrange when to deliver the bed…

I went to my online acct for Aarons rentals I removed my payment info and made a promise to pay by the 8th. And within 30 minutes the payment. Was processed anyway I had also made a promisary not to pay on a week well how was my info added back to my acct.

I been with Aaron’s for years , I been told that they will report good payments ( even early payments and pay offs to the Credit Bureaus , I payed off quite a view things in the last 3 years and nobody reported anything to the Credit Bureau , it looks like I just get the runarounds with that , I went with Aarons so I could get better credit ratings but

nothing was reported, I am very satisfied with the customer service in Spring lake North Carolina but can’t see anything on my credit reports from Aarons it would help me very much 3 years or more and always payed on time and many times even earlier and have a living room and a OLED TV and other things payed off .

But no reports from Aarons to the Credit Bureau. I want to lease and buy more things from Aarons because I like the people…

I got a bunk bed last month it’s been broken since I got it. I called them to come and fix it i they come out put different hardware on it broke again. I have called them and told them to come and get the bed they told me they will come out a week ago and made an appointment and never did come and get the bed. I Purchased another bed.

I called Aarons to see bout getting an exstention on my washer and dryer payment, because I haven't been able to work because my whole house has been quarenteened for covid cause we were in direct contact with someone that has covid so I don't have the money to make the payment right now and the manager there in Minden, La got on the phone and just started off being very rude and un polite to me and

I was not being rude or anything like that to him and told me no they can't he'll me that there coming to get my rental items and then tells me I have only made one payment when I know I have done made 2 since I started renting from them on july 16th, 2021. I'm thinking bout just letting it go back and taking my business some where else I have never been treated like this for no reason at all…

00 to start a new lease, and I requested it to be sent to the Aaron's in D'Iberville, MS. A month goes by and I call to see why I haven't received my lawnmower yet. I was told that someone was supposed to call me and inform me that the lawnmower I ordered was out of stock.

He says there is a similar lawnmower and asked if I would like for him to order it. I say yes. He tells me that it should arrive in about a week. A week goes by and no lawnmower. I call again and the sales manager there says there is nothing on file saying that I had ordered a lawnmower. I did.

So he tells me that he will have to find the manager who talked to me on the phone (since nobody there ever tells me their names, I couldn't tell him), asks for a number to reach me at, and says he will give me a call that same…

I ordered a sectional over a month ago but because they was short handed and sickness I understood. They never called me to keep me updated I had to call them. Yesterday I was told they would be delivering between 3&7pm I ask if they could call or text if no answer I am a Caretaker and service is not always good for calling so

I do get text he said sure No problem well I waited no text I got off work at 7pm went home thinking maybe they was running behind. Nope was left a note on my Door they couldn't reach me Eveeyone eales reaches me by text.

The note said Furniture left on side porch but it's a Deck outside in the weather my husband works out of town so it's only me I could not get Furniture inside and I went to the office this morning and told them to come and get it I don't want it!…

I called this morning to request my pymnt. to not come out of my acct. the 4th due to an emergency and I would pay in person next Wed. I was told they think it came out due to me receiving government money on the 1st or 3rd.

and it falls on a weekend. I explained I was not told this when I first made the purchase. I was told by the manager he was new and had no idea what I was told. But then the conversation went bad because he was arrogant, disrespectful and asked personal questions.

I called Aaron's since I missed a call about three days ago. This was a Aaron's in Richmond ky. A sales rep named Tyler was very unprofessional and very rude to me over the phone and called me a liar.

Called and talked to a guy. He said it was possibly on a truck. No call. Talked to the same lady that I originally talked to she told that she talked to a lady about the situation. I am a male. Bad service and company.

Ive made a call to aarons speak to someone in payment. I wasnt talking to this guy i was literally hearing agressive lanuage and yelling arguing with me on the phone showed no type of proffessionalism. Ive never had to argue with an employee on the phone like he knew me or something discussing my payment terrible im at the point just guoi g to give my furniture back and not deal with aarons ever again.

The GM Sarah, she has been there for about a year possibly going on 2. I have been a customer since 2016 and up until now have had nothing but a wonderful experience with them and in fact have referred them to my friends and family.

Torsha who was their former GM, is truly missed on very much on her game when it came to her customer service. Sarah is very lacking in that department. My first encounter with Sarah was a year ago when I was on the hunt for a recliner for my husband who was going into surgery and had sleep pretty in an upright position.

When I called Aaron’s they had no recliners in the store but she went online and looked in other stores, found one a couple of hours away, it was suppose to be slightly used but in perfect to new condition. When it arrived a couple of days…

After complaining one end of the reclining sofa is lopsided the store associates came out to look and said a screw was never installed so they ordered one. After 3 weeks I called and they said it could take months to come in.

Mean while there is no support and breaking. because I cancelled my lease. I still have the furniture and no show or phone call explaining why it wasnt Picked up. I am having new furniture delivered Friday the 13 and need this gone.

The store associates are of no help and I don’t want to speak to them at this point. Please have this stuff picked up!

I have been waiting 5 weeks for my chair to be fixed, it's payed off. I can not get anyone to give me answer. If I can't get a answer soon I will file suit against Aaron for price of the chair and aggravation in this matter.

I was called by a manager and was told I had a $ 120 credit and got to the store and the manager embarrassed me in front of my mother and the store employees and told me there was no such thing that when I brought back the merchandise it ate the payment and I have no credit on my account now he was rude !!!!

I was recently a customer at arons on Dawson rd in albany ga. I had 2 tv and a washer and dryer i paid double payments so i can have the items paid off in 4 months . but when i got ready to pay my bill off for the payments was higher than it was supposed to be i was expecting to pay 500 but instead waa told i need to pay 900 and

after the items were returned a payment was taken and i still haven't got a return and the extra that was paid has been over looked so its like i was expected to pay double the amount for the monthly rental i gave money away

When my furniture was delivered there was only one delivery person. He was lucky my son happened to be home as he helped bring in my sofa and loveseat. When the delivery driver brought in the sofa I told to be careful he was going to hit the ceiling fan, he slammed into it and shattered the globe and bent the fan arm.

When the store called they said they had a new globe for me and wanted to bring it by. I didn't get any kind of phone call before this to see what happened. I mentioned that the fan arm and was informed that it could be bent back.

She informed me that they would not replace something that they could bend back. Then I was given a speech about being short handed. I told her that the glass from my globe shattered all over my kitchen and into my living space and the new furniture…

On Saturday July 17th around 7pm my husband and I went into the store to purchase a washer and dryer. There was a customer before us your associate was helping. We waited about 40 minutes and another gentleman entered the store.

Your associate proceeded to help him and totally ignored us when she knew we were waiting to be helped. My husband and I thought it was very rude of her to do that and we left the store.

Ordered a refrigerator online. Sent 1 delivery man for a large refrigerator to the second floor which Aarons was well aware of. Was then told fridge will not fit then driver said he would return in 2 hours with help then came back 10 mins later saying contact store manager because of fridge size.

Spoke to store manager and he went on to say it's not policy to deliver refrigerators to apts. Something different to what I was previously told. Aarons was aware I was an apt. I don't understand the run around and policy considering my sister has purchased a large fridge before from aarons same apt complex.

So yesterday I paid $140 on my bill I had one thing that was pastel and I pay that off along with one or two other things so I can keep ahead. I got a phone call from the general manager of Lebanon errands her name is savanna and she tried to argue with me that I had a payment overdue on my bed.

I tried to tell her that when I looked online my payment for my bed is not due until July 25, she proceeded to argue with me saying quotation marks I am currently working at your screen and it says your bed is overdue and it was supposed to be paid on June 25. a.

yesterday and nothing on my account shows that I am overdue and everything that is left to pay is due on July 25 I have easy pay set up for July 25 for the new beds that I got. This manager has been calling and harassing me 3 to 4 times…

I got a washer through them and it was 50$ a month and I was paid till July unfortunately life took a turn for a the worst when my daughter was raped and I need a lawyer for a couple of different reasons today a guy got on the phone with a rude lady claiming to be the GM.

Okay we have an fridge that someone rented through them and left it here and stopped making payments. My friend and my mom talked and she told us that she was going take over the payments I am not my mom and I cannot do anything about what she is doing with the fridge.

My friend didn't even tell us he stoped making payments and I was planning on paying it as soon as more money came in but this lady was genuinely rude to me

I have had several accounts with Aarons going all the way back to 15 plus years under my maiden name Pagliacci. I have had two concerns now since the change of the staffing at this branch.

First was a TV 60in that all of a sudden went out while it was still paying for it . They told me that it was my fault and would not fix it or replace it and I had to continue t o pay for it until paid off.

They also left a loaner TV at my house for several weeks and kept saying they would pick it up but did not come. This caused several times in me leaving work due to arrangements and they would never come.

It took me calling to main customer service to get it picked up. I was also supposed to be called due to my complaint by regional manager and this was also never done. Now I have a loan on a bed…

Aaron's in Ennis Texas is very unprofessional. I have to call more than 3 times to actually get a response from the Store Manager Jennifer. I leased a mattress and told her 2 days later that it was not working for me.

She of course forgot about that call like every other call I've made. And today the accounts Manager Perry or Ferry was super rude and yelled at me. And I explained to him that I asked to pick up the mattress 2 days after I got it but no one had called me or came by.

I am NOT paying for a product that I was unsatisfied with from the get go.

Manager called day after I went in to make a late payment. We have been making payments late and with the added fees for that the payment amount changed. We didn’t know how much we could pay this time so that we could keep our furniture and still make payments.

But the manager was loud and was refusing to hear out and demanded the payment knowing he was loud and he was angry and it upset me and I got loud as well but this is unprofessional and disrespectful. He is not taking any responsibility or giving any le away to correct a mistake they made telling me the amount I had to pay yesterday July 1st.

I rented from aaron in fresno and every month i would have to tell them not to put me in easy pay and every mo th my bank would be charged. Its been nithing but a poor experience for me here.

The GM Anthony only tells you what you want to hear. No issues are resolved. For w months now i have been asking to speak to a district manager and everytime im told that hes in Florida. Everytime my account is charged my other bills are messed up im charged late fees overdraft fees and all im told by Anthony is jm sorry.

Something needs to be done. He needs to be fired

Paying for 2 computers and unfortunately had a work related injury, I pay for the Aaron’s club and was told it covers things like this…wrong! Was denied so the store assistant manager resubmitted the claim. Reassured it was taken care of, we had to send bank statements, medical records, FMLA paperwork etc.

well, the store just called saying they need payment because club denied again! I have had 4 surgeries and unable to return to normal duties as of yet, why did I pay for the club? It’s a complete rip off!

I promise you this, we have purchased from Aaron’s but this is the last time I will ever do business with any of them again. I will absolutely make sure my friends and family in need of anything go anywhere else but Aaron’s!

They are coming to pick these computers up in the morning…

The manager at the Sulphur Springs Store is very Rude. We have been a customer since 2016 we have bought a 65 inc TV and sound system, and a computer and computer desk. And then we bought a mower and due to medical reasons and payment being so high.

We were not able to keep it. The manager came out to our house was very rude about why we were not able to keep the mower. She got rude because she was told it was just too expensive for us.

I just had surgery and have alot of medical bills. Did not appreciate it the rudeness.

Since day one. My order was wrong. Wrong order was sent to my house. Then pieces was missing. They had to come back and forth to my house. Then the next month they came knocking on my door for furniture back for nonpayment.

They then found out I was wrong customer. Then I was a few days late they called me very disrespectful and threatening. I would like to speak to someone regarding my purchase with them. I want to speak to a supervisor.

This will not be tolerated.

Also the movers are drug addicts. I will be uploading all my proof to SoCial media. This is harassment and I will not stand for it.

My frig was taken to get serviced 1. Big inconvenience then didn't return for a month was returned scratch on the side and a dent manager accusing me I was lying? He gave me 1 month off pyt I did not think this was fair?

There was also one if the side door shelves missing never received yet? I also made claim my couch recliner needed repair that was 2 months ago? After I paid my current pyts off I was going to purchase again but not now the service on elm rd warren Ohio is not top rate they didn't seem to care when I said I was calling corporate and letting others know of the bad customer service
