I order an Ashley bedroom set 6months ago from arrons in farmington mo and the local manager told me it still has not been delivered. Now I have requested a full refund and they are refusing to give me back my money saying I'll have to speak with the regional Manger so now it has been another month and still no furniture or refund this store is not cool .

We rent to own a riding lawnmower form arons and we had them come out to service it and the part to fix it is on back order and the don’t know when it will be in so in the mean tine I am still paying for something that don’t work and my grass is getting taller and taller and tthey can’t even tell me how long the back order is my guess all summer lousy company

Your store in Hemet, Ca would be perfect and I would probably buy more items if it wasn’t for your store Manager, Matt or Matthew! He has acted arrogantly towards me on several occasion and makes promises he never keeps when ordering items I want to rent and eventually own! When I ordered a king bed, I was told you all had one in stock but when I get there he says oops no they were wrong! So now I have to wait a week! Matt also promised he would order the bed rails and didn’t do it! He passed the blame on the deliver phone drivers! My name is Michael Curtis. I set up an account with Aaron’s rochester NY East ridge road.

First I think the company is amazing and most of the time provides great Customer service. I have bought a washer and dryer and the dryer didn’t work. Got that replaced the next day but was a different brand had to keep that brand for almost 10 days.

Told by three people I would get the correct one last Thursday that turned into Monday today. I was told 10-2 and at 2 I was told 3-7 and then hung up on. 3-7 I waited no Aarons or a call from Aarons.

The staff are rude not very good at customer service and had lied to me in person and on the phone several times. This is the still the first month of service. This isn’t fair and shouldn’t be happening to a customer.

I plan on going to this east ridge…

Wrong item delivered. I went to Aaron's to lease a 65" flat screen TV. , Kansas City, MO. Pick the tv out supposedly dealt with the manager and he assured me I would receive a tv as I was shown.

When delivery was made a cheap off brand was delivered. I immediately called the store and told the manager what had happened and how his delivery people acted. Very nonprofessional. I was assured by the manager that it would be straightened out the next day. It was not.

As of this complaint date and time it still hasn't. I've rented from Aaron's previously with good results. I would like a replacement of the said ordered tv returning the cheap one that was delivered.

So I started a rent to own with aarons on brent lane in Pensacola florida of a zero turn mower. Upon signing up I was told that aarons understands that life happens and if at any time I'm unable to make my payment and aarons takes my item back that I will be able to pick up where I left off with no fees for the same item or similar item.

Well nope wrong the lady lied not able to do that with mowers well so I lost my mower. I have been threatened and harrassed by this store I have had them show up at my house threatening myself and my husband wanting to actually fight and this was manager I could to on but

I'm waiting for upper management is: corporate to be calling me it's been 2 w|eels and still NO ONE has called how long must wait . Should have went to the police and press charges…

My complaint is based on the quality of the products and the warranty attached to the item. Once an item is paid off through Aaron's the protection plan is good for a certain amount of time, yet the bottom line is, it is not covered really.

Warranties are not covering products that are still being paid for either, in my experience. I am currently paying for a brand new box spring and mattress and in good faith have not been late or missed a payment AND pay for a protection plan HOWEVER, when my mattress developed a dip in it and

I only gave one star because you have to give something. A person at the Merriville store took the phone from a young lady I was speaking to and began yelling. I asked for a number for corporate he yelled out 678-402-0015 when I asked his name he refused to give me his name.

He said "I gave you the number; you don't need my name". My reason for calling was to find out how to prevent emails and phone calls after giving a promise to pay.

Placed an order online, signed the agreement, they took the money, and then they canceled. I didn't receive any communication from them at all. If it wasn't for me checking the status I would have not known that they canceled.

Then I was told I can either go to the store or do another order online even though I signed a contract they on their end was broken and they took the money but never even refunded.

At the Tappahannock, Virginia store the sales associate named laurie did not actin a professional manor. I was in the store to buy a washing machine which I had called about. Now that I was in the store I proceeded to look at other washers.

There were several sets on the floor that were labeled as sold. Laurie did not offer any information on the washers or offer to order one for me if I wanted. There was also some pre-owned washers on the side, again she would not give me any information on the washers.

I have made several attempts to clear up an issue regarding a fraudulent online rental. I wait on hold 4/10 minutes each time I call. I am unable to speak to anybody who can actually resolve my situation as they do not receive calls.

My mother been with your company for over 20 years. She is 71 years old she called and spoke with Lisa Manager at your store in Silsbee, Texas 77656 about picking up furniture. The conversation she held with my mother was very unprofessional and rude.

As a manager she showed no store ethics. Ms. Lisa also lied to my mother about the trucks and deliver guys not been available and not at store. She hung the phone up in my mothers face twice. This is not the kind of services that I know in the professional field that you are training your employees.

Aaron's in Hamilton Ohio, the Dixie hwy store that took over for the main street store a few months ago..

First i called to find out what my payoff was and no one was able to tell me, i had to keep calling back day after day. Then i asked how much my payment would be if i returned certain items, again, no one was able to give me an answer.

Finally i called and spoke with a female that claimed to be the manager. I tried to explain to her that i no longer can keep the items i am renting and need them to schedule someone to come and pick the items up and needed them gone by a certain day.

I am a chef here in Las Vegas Nevada so believe me first off when I say I understand customer service. I paid off a washer and dryer set from your company before ( 3years ago) and want to order another set.

This company is now requiring a "soft credit check", a friend of mine has had an account with them for almost 10 years, she has had a washer dryer set that she is paying for, the washer started having trouble so she called them to have it repaired, the store she dealt with has closed and they moved the account to a city 1.5 hours away, so she wanted to upgrade to a set that is only a few more dollars a month, but according to the "credit check" she is not even able to pay for the amount that she has been paying, so how does this work? so as an elderly disabled person she is now stuck with their broken loaner and the less than working unit she is paying for.

I bought a used lyft chair from the New Britain CT 06051 store. It stopped working. They sent a man named Gilbert to fix it. He did not have the right controller but put a different one on the chair.

Which has not worked right and he never came back with the right one. He also did a lot of banging with a hammer under the chair and it goes up and down on a severe angle now. The guy was a nice guy but he wrecked my chair.

Now I want him to come back to fix it but the store manager said it was paid for and they won't fix it. Won't even give me the tepairmans phone number. I am disabled and I have this chair that does not work.

I recently purchased a duplex located at 1914 e 5th St Spokane wa 99202.

Aaron's attempts to retrieve items unknown to me repeatedly from someone who no longer lives here. The disruptive and intrusive behavior of these employees is extremely unprofessional and inappropriate on all levels. I had furniture delivered to me from My local South Boston Va Aarons a week after moving into my apartment on January 16th, 2020 at around 1:15pm the deliver men arrived at my house and they were finished around 3:30. It look nice couldn't wait to sleep in it.

Around 10:20 my daughters and I went to go to bed, low and behold not 10 min after me, my 3yr and 6yr old daughters were laying in the bed I noticed a bug in my comforter and upon further inspection I noticed that the Head Board was crawling with bed bugs.

I purchased a sofa and love seat from Aarons on 9/2017 and as of January 2020 I noticed that the faux leather was starting to rip at the seams and the fabric on another cushion was ripped. I called the store to ask what they could do because I paid over 2400 dollars and it lasted a little over 2 years and is falling apart.

They said there was nothing they could do because I already finished paying for it. For something that price i would have expected it to last for at least 7or more years, I have bought many items and have been a good customer for Aarons not trying to fix the situation for me very disapointed from NY.

I have an account with the store in Madison NC 27025. I have had my account for about 13 months now. Have not been late and had one defrement. I wil never buy from this store again the custmor service is awlful they are rude and hateful will not work with at all.

I went in to Aaron’s last Saturday to get a bedroom suite. I did my application, paid my money, and signed all rental agreements and lease. I called on Monday to see what time my merchandise will be delivered, I was told my application was denied and my money was refunded back to my account.

The manager could not give me a reason why my application was denied, my money still hasn’t been refunded back to my account. Every time I call, they tell me I need to speak with management but he never comes to the phone.

I will pursing futher actions on this matter. Very unprofessional and rude.

Me and my husband have had a washer and dryer set with Aaron's for almost two years. Our dryer went out three months ago, was given a loaner and has now heard anything or had our dryer repaired yet. Aaron's continues to think that they will keep collecting payment when we do not have our product that we purchased from them and they are not trying to replace our dryer with one similar or exact same model.
