Called Aaron's on October 25, 2018, complaining that Samsung washer is getting stuck on 2 cycles Lewis said he would schedule a repairman to come out. The following week Lewis called and said he was going to send me a loaner.
The delivery guys came with a basic machine that is no wear similar to the one I had. I told them this is unacceptable. November 1, 2018 repairman from Appliance repair came out he did not even hookup any of his gauges, he ran a self-check on the washers diagnostic and said the washer is fine.
I asked him why he did not check the cycles that are getting stuck he said you can use other cycles. When he left I ran a load and it ran for 3 hours. This is totally unacceptable. I tried to call Aaron 's from the phone associated with my account, I got no answer.
