I AM JUST GETTING AROUND TO WRITING AARP ABOUT OUR, ANNE, MY WIFE AND MY, EXPERIENCE WITH A RECENT ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE ISSUE. SOMETIME IN MAY AND OR EARLY JUNE OF 2023 OUR 2004 HONDA ELEMENT RADIATOR FAILED AND EXPELLED HOT WATER ALL OVER THE FRONT WINDSHIELD OF THE CAR. ANNE WAS DRIVING AND ABLE TO PULL OVER TO A BUSINESS PARKING LOT AND OUT OF THE GENERAL TRAFFIC LANE.
OUR AARP PREMIER NATIONWIDE ROADSIDE CARD WAS USED TO CALL FOR HELP. OUR MEMBERSHIP NUMBER WAS 360291334. THE CALL CENTER WAS IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY AND IT WAS HARD FOR ME TO UNDERSTAND THE PERSON AND FOR THEM TO COLLECT INFO. IN ANY CASE I PROVIDED THE MEMBERSHIP NUMBER, CELL PHONE NUMBER AND…
