We stood in customer srrvice line for 15 minutes while clerk was on phone with a customer. She finally came to lady that had been waiting in line also and didn't say "thank you for your patience" or "sorry that call took so long" I suggested to her that she should tell the phone customer she will return the call when she is free. The other clerk (who had just come up there) said "She wasn't on the phone that long". I told her I didn't need her to accuse me of lying and to get the manager. He came from the back room and says, "Yeah we get alot of calls" and my husband suggested too that they should return the calls later...no apology, just defensive. I was fuming! With a manager like that, I now understand why the clerks are snotty and rude.
