I want to know why my deposit is not on my card. It was supposed to be deposited and posted on the 6th. Today is the 7th. I want my money Deposited and my account balance where it needs to be If This is not done. I'm reporting you.

I had to file a dispute on 2/8/23. Uploaded dispute form and police report to the dispute dept. Was informed that I needed to verify my identity and that I needed ID, 2 utility bills. I uploaded documents for dispute and ID verification on 2/9/23. Uploads were successful.

My dispute was concluded on 2/13/23, with no problems and money was credited back to my account. But, with the verification of ID, I've had to upload the requested documents 6-7 times from 2/12-3/9/23. Each time I was given an excuse as to hthy they were rejected.

I want notified that anything was going to happen to my account and all my pay from my job is deposited to my accountnow account. 01 . But they say they closed my account because of a banking issue. And it will be mailed but now I get a message saying they have technical issues and to call back later.

I've been calling for days with them telling me this. I really need the money I made at work and that directly deposited into my account and need to ask when I will expect it cause all my bills are very late.

I am in ssdi. My checks have been deposited into account now for 10 years. 22. I am not at my home address, as I am in a long term care facility for three months. I asked to have my new card sent to where I am temporarily living.

They asked for a copy of my id, which is expired. I no longer drive, and too sick to go through the process of getting a new one. THEY WONT GIVE ME MONEY! I need to pay for my care or I will die on the streets.

This is the second complaint I’m sending in. Your company is so very unprofessional and not understanding to anyone’s situation. I’ve been very cooperative in sending over the required documents for proof of my address change but I’ve been told for weeks now that it’s still under review even though I call every day and

I have been using account now as my main banking source done 2018 and have had no complaints up until now. My card had an expiration date of 7/22 so I made sure to get a jump on updating my account info which was my change of address.

I had recently moved into a home of a friend with who I have been only renting a room from so obviously I had no “bills” of any sort that would be in my name.

However after sending in copies of what I did have which was my REAL ID drivers license from DMV as well as a copy of my social security disability verification which is directly deposited into my account now account every month for the past two years. My complaint is that I keep being denied access to my own account because The documents I’m able to send aren’t hard proof.

They will not accept my temporary drivers license and the excuse is because it’s not in color. By law that is a legal document and should be treated as such while your hard copy comes in the mail. Never dealt with such ignorance in my life!

they deactivated my card without my permission, i was calling for something else. that was on the 7th, now its 3 weeks later and they keep telling me they are waiting for my "documents to be approved" so they can issue me a new card.

this "approval process" was suppose to take 24-72 hours. that was 3 weeks ago. i cannot pay my bills, buy groceries from my kids, and every time i speak to a manager/supervisor they say they "escalate" the issue but nothing ever happens, i call literally everyday.

its not like it 20 dollars in my account, its a huge ammount. that i really need.

On March 28th, 2022, I had a direct deposit into my account. I also saw 2 unrecognized purchases that was pending. 25, and for the same company. The transactions were pending. I contacted Account Now, hoping to prevent the transactions from posting because they weren’t mines.

I have been dealing with Account now customer service since March2021 due to my account being temporarily suspended so I can’t access my account online and my card expired December 2020 so I can’t access any funds in my account. I have sent documents to prove identity as I was asked and 7 months later finally the documents get viewed but I am told they are not valid due to being blurry.

My complaint is that I have been all day speaking with representatives about my expedited card. What I wanna complain about is the fact that when I asked the representative I spoke with at around 4:30 today about how to file a complaint she says she doesn't have access to that number.

I supposedly answered a security question wrong which lead to the a "run around". I was first told to upload documents to the accountnow website and when I did, it says the system was down. I then emailed the documents and was told that the email is down too.

I just got out of the Hospital with Covid And Umonia. I'm home now but on Oxygen. 00 for my phone to get turned on it's AT&T some hacked my card and took all my money off my card. I had transactions took off my account that I didn't even authorize and I talked to them and they tell me that my dispute was denied and that I wasn't getting my money back. I don't use Microsoft but therefore I had a bunch of charges that took a lot of money off my card because it was compromised. Sent them what they needed and still got denied.

I lost my card back in June of this summer. I did everything they asked me to do for a replacement card to be sent to new address. They took forever to review the info I uploaded to them, then I had to resend copy of ID.

I sent it without hesitation thinking this will help speed process, however it’s the same situation. I am still being told every 7 days it’s in review. At this point I don’t know what to do I just want my card, and for some reason they are always happy to tell a customer that one paper is in review for 90 days when it’s supposed to be only 7.

Please send my card before I get the courts involved ASAP enough is enough already !!!!

To whom it may concern I Mark Williams misplaced my account now card and reported to account now customer service department on July 12 or the 13th. My replacement card never arrived so I guess it may have got lost in the mail because I never received it.

I have been a customer of AccountNow for 11 years and never really had many issues until I needed to have my debit card replaced because I was having some unwanted activity on my account and was told this would be the best option to shut down the account and get a new card.

I was told that I needed to submit documents for proof of my identity and this would take 3 to 5 business days to review. So I called to have the card replaced on 7/21/21 and submitted the documents on 7/22/21.

The stimulus was going to deposit the next day - so they came up with a bogus fraud charge on my account - they charged me for the fraud charge then cancelled the card made me pay $25 to have a card overnighted on a Friday morning and now it is Monday and still no card! 95 maintenance fee!!!!

I moved and had an address change and Accountnow mailed my card to my old address, so I called to cancel that card to have them mail me new card to my new address. They asked me to upload proof of address onto website with electric bill and updated d license.

they said it would take three business days to release new card. I have been waiting now 6 business days with no answer from ACCOUNTNOW as to why I spoke with management and they keep telling me that the "back office" is still pending my address review and they have no answers for me.

My account has been frozen since 7/6/20, for no reason at all, as far as I know. They did not contact me to let me know why they were freezing my account, I found out by trying to buy groceries and my card being declined for “unauthorized use”.

I knew there was over $600 in my account, so it wasn’t insufficient funds. it’s been 10 days and no call. I’ve called 2 more times, where I actually spoke to someone, but nothing happens! Funny thing is that they are allowing deposits to be made, only because they make money off the interest.

Tried calling again today at 3:30, but there offices were closed?? The message said they have recently updated their office hours to “5am to 7pm (pacific standard time)”???? Beyond furious.

I got my deposit on May 13th it is now 1:24 in the morning and it has not posted. m. m. Central Time. My deposit is not even pending. I contacted the sender of the deposit who said it was sent to this account and should have already posted.

They deposited a check that wasn't mine to my account and instead of rejecting it they accepted it and restricted my account. Account now then asks me to send information but not all at once but piece by piece so they can hold your money even longer.
