We purchased a pair of football boots in October and they have split already and my son oy uses them once a week, and it's not near where he kicks the football. It's on his right foot and he is a lefty.

I took them back to the store I purchased them from and they didn't want to know. We contacted someone from Addias that also wasn't interested and only tried to sell us another pair! Seems no ones wants to help or even cares.

I did expect them to last longer especially as he only wears once a week for 1 hour for his match. Really not impressed, we have always brought him Adidas and never had an issue before. Not a happy customer

Returned 1 item from order--item #HK5114, unopened, via FedEx using scan on my cell phone. 39. FedEx tracking # 394495986091. Mailed 2/11/23.

Hello I ordered an item online from Adidas and upon my delivery date I was sent and email that my item couldn't be delivered due to missing information so I contacted Adidas and laser company to handle the situation, at this point I have given my address 4 times to Adidas including my apt# I'm assuming people have to know there numbers and alphabets.

I have never experienced this with any other company I tried to contact Adidas but only Monday-Saturday they are open this has to be the most unorganized company I just want a full refund at this point and I will not be ordering from Adidas again.

I purchased a track suit from your Access Park - Cape Town- branch on the 01/20/23 as a gift for a friend. The following day we contacted your Mr. Anthony at the branch to make him aware that we needed one size bigger.

He advised us that he has to get it from the warehouse as none of the branches has a XXL size. After 3 weeks he called us to say we can collect. When we came to the store only to find that only the top was in there NO pants.

We were promised it will be remedied immediately . To our disappointment we are STILL waiting . I am not sure if I am going to continue to buy Adidas products in the future. Really disgusting customer service. My contact no :0846878611.

I’m writing this email to you because my wife and I for the first time, decided to buy my 17 year old son some of the very expensive pairs of cleats ($243.80) to be exact. We received the cleats on February 10th 2023. He has only worn them 4-5 times kicking a ball around since we received them, and the whole tongue of the shoe is a few stitches short of coming all the way off. Over a week ago, I returned merchandise, superstar shoes. Adidas refuses to check the inventory to make sure with their own return label. The item was returned in the warehouse. Yet Afterpay is consistently coming after me for payments to pay for an item I no longer own and is sitting in adidas warehouse.

Apparently adidas new policy is waiting. 21 days up to not including Before refunds can be issued. This is an atrocity I get it there’s an abundant amount of probable return merchandise in the warehouse to sort through sift through verify, etc.

In my particular case it is affecting my Afterpay account. Which at this time is suffering by missed two payments. I refuse to pay them for merchandise, returned to the warehouse that adidas will not recognize in their own inventory!

On 20/2/2023 at 13:04, I made a transaction which was successful with proof from my bank statement at Adidas Stoneridge branch. The employees claimed not to have received the payment despite me showing proof.

I then contacted Head Office which promised to investigate then contact me.

Good Morning, I received a £300 pound voucher from Sansung to use on the Adidas online store. I went to the store and bought a jacket for £110 pounds. I was under the understanding I could use the voucher when and when required until the £300 pounds was spent.

I only bought the jacket and used the promo code and now I can't use the voucher again and have lost £190 pounds from the voucher. Please advise if I can have another voucher sent with the remainder of £190 pounds.

Ordered two pairs of shoes one green pair and one black pair order no,AD163443891 Received two pairs of green shoes.Contacted Adidas and was sent a return slip which we stuck on the box and returned the green pair of shoes and asked for the black pair off shoes. The replacement arrived and again they sent the green pair of shoes instead of the black pair of shoes on order no ADX11970520. I then called adidas again and spoke to your employee and he promised to send another return slip to me on Friday and it never happened. Please can you sort this problem out as this is unacceptable. I purchased a pair of Stan Smith's while in Savannah, Georgia and traveled back to Dallas only to learn they were defective: purchased on 1/3/2023, I started the return process on 1/5/2023. I placed my original order 10/24/22. Sent exchange request on 11/1/22, received by the warehouse 11/8/22. I never received my exchange after numerous calls, chats, and emails for the status. I canceled the order 12/29/22, since I was receiving no exchange or response from Adidas. Dealing with addidas customer service for over 2 months. our order never shipped for over 2 months, then once we started calling it got worse, repeatedly promised a supervisor would call back, a refund that was not issues until we called and

our credit card company threatened to open a case against them, a gift card for 25 USD that never showed up and when we call to ask about it we are hung up on after we tried to clarify the information because they were mistaken. ) It's just a mess and they are terrible.

I don't want to buy from them ever again. And I've worn their products since I was in school playing for the local team.

I had placed an order of around Rs. 5597 through adidas online app on 19th September 2022. As soon as I got the order I decided to return the product and initiated the return request. Your team has collected my return order but not processed my return amount yet. It's been 3 months.

Exchange order received on 12/14/2022. I have not received communication concerning the order. The order is paid for. Customer Service is horrible and continues to blame the order as backed up due to the number of exchanged orders. I do not care about the number of orders Adidas has received.

Purchased a pair of trainers on 21st sep 2022 from Adidas lakeside Thurrock which has now become faulty. Spoke to the manager Irfan and he told me to find the receipt and only then he can authorize the transaction. Went home found the receipt and he refused to exchange it as he said he needs an authorisation from a store manager as the rule has changed and all the faulty products are approved by a store manager.

I am like you told me to bring the receipt and now you have changed your statement. He said his store manager is the only person who can authorize exchanges on faulty items. I have worked for retail and I know that isn't true.

I got one pair of adidas avacourt tennis shoes a few months ago through Tennis express who didn’t accept my complain.

The problem with the sneakers is that the clay has gotten through the mesh of the sneakers and it has been impossible to remove it. I am surprised that this is happening since this type of sneakers are specially designed to use in clay court. I´m attaching the picture of the sneakers to this email.

It’s impossible to get my refund from adidas. Out of $145 I got$18 back. I returned their items in original condition and packaging. Every time I call their customer service they tell me to wait it’s processing. You will get your money back in few days.

Adidas Flagship location in NYC on 12/11/22. A member of the staff disrespected and insulted me. I had returns, a rep (unknown name) initially was helpful then was unable to figure out the confirmed return due to the system down or outage.

I am writing to express my pure disappointment with Adidas Singapore on the 1st December 2022.

I took half day leave from work just to rush to Marina Bay Sands Adidas Singapore to purchase the fast-selling Authentic Spain Home Jersey 2022(Red) to avoid from sold out.

After trying out the sizes, the first staff I asked was where can I customize the jersey prints and was advised to head to VivoCity or Orchard Central. I was happy about it and proceed to make payment for the set of Spain Jersey. To confirm whether I could customize my own prints, I asked the counter staff and he ensured that I am able to do the prints at the above two outlets. Some how I two ordered were placed I called to cancel one, I was advised this had been done to then call again that actually this had not been done. I was then told so many different things by each agent I’m not sure if they knew they job.

Then I received a lady that was so rude, telling me what do I want her to do, I had over £600 taken out of my account wrongfully my bank was also shocked with the way Adidas handled my complaints, in fact they did not handle the complaints I asked to speak to a manager I had the phone put down once I explained I had a complaint. I am deeply concerned that a company like this is allowed to treat customers like this. Very disappointing.
