My son was charged for a pair of shoes that your company said he bid on through the Adidas app. He did not remember doing this. They told him no worries. You have 30 days to return them after you receive them in the mail. I was not happy with that answer so I called and asked them to cancel the order because it hadn't shipped yet. They informed me that they could not do that either and again that I had 30 days to return them. 20 days after receiving the shoes we contacted Adidas again for the return label. At this time they told us we could no longer return them, we only had 7 days. When I asked them to pull up the conversation that I had had on October 8th, I was put on hold.
