My son was charged for a pair of shoes that your company said he bid on through the Adidas app. He did not remember doing this. They told him no worries. You have 30 days to return them after you receive them in the mail. I was not happy with that answer so I called and asked them to cancel the order because it hadn't shipped yet. They informed me that they could not do that either and again that I had 30 days to return them. 20 days after receiving the shoes we contacted Adidas again for the return label. Hello,

I am sending this email because I am fed up with the customer service in Egypt as they are not working seriously with my case. I made an order on 26th of October 2022 and did not receive any notification with the order number, either through email or SMS. I applied a gift voucher amount of previous purchase which was cancelled. The amount is EGP 545.

I returned 3 items with a note attached with instructions. It was a pair of sneakers to be refunded, a pair of pants for a different size, and a top for a different size. The sneakers were refunded, but the pants and top have disappeared.

I’ve been given the run around about this. I’ve paid for these items so I’d like to have them sent back to me. I spend too much money with you guys to be treated this way!!

Bought not 1 but 2 pairs not by choice. I ordered which came late for my son to start school... 1st pair came damaged.. looks like sec he put on it would rip and glue all around whole shoe... Said let me order again to see now mind u $80 and $80 on kid shoes...

Absolutely horrid promises after promises of phone calls back nothing then when you how long will it take to get a call back csc advisers has different timescales some saying 2 days some saying 3 when we challenged this we’re hung up on. Despite giving out number at the start of the call and asking the agents to call back they never do there wrekcless and careless! On Aug 1,2022, I received my order and due to size issue I have raised a return which was picked up n they received on 8th of Aug, then I have not received any info for refund. I emailed them but no response so i called them after 2 days they said I have to submit a refund form then they will initiate the refund.

They didnt send me anything so on the same day they sent me a refund form n told to wait for 14 days. I wait n after 15 16 days i called them n asked they said to wait for a week.

I wait, then they said there was some issue so i need to submit refund form again. I was so pissed, they didnt even share any update n how will we knw their error. I submitted the form again on 26 n ask me to wait.

Still i have not received my refund which is 4099 rs. Pls take action against this…

To whom it may concern I am just from your store at the mall of Africa asking for assistance with regards to the hiking shoe I purchased. After approximately 8 months ( maybe 2 hikes a month) Both my shoes are pulling apart as can be seen on attached photos.

But you will also notice that the bottom of the sole shows no wear. This is the working part of the shoe I believe. t’s not pulling apart on the bonded section but actually tearing at the material. I would like to know if these are not appropriate for hiking?

I need to replace my shoes and I noticed that you have a different one now. I would like someone to advice on the quality and suitability for hiking of these shoes. Thank you in advance for your reply. The store manger’s name is Raymond.

I spent over $200 on cleats for my son that are falling apart . I cannot get a hold of anyone to honor the 12 month warranty. My email to Adidas gets blocked when I try to send. I'm on hold for over 30 minutes when I call and eventually have to hang up

03. I call/email/chat at least once a week and being told 3-5 days for refund and when that doesn't happen I ask to speak with a supervisor and told one will call back within 24-48 hours, but it never happens.

This is going on 4 months. I keep receiving different case #'s. The most recent I have is 48779337 (today). I have submitted all the paperwork they have asked me for, including the signed receipt from FEDEX that the shoes were received 3 days after I sent them in March.

I am this close to flying to their American HQ in Portland, OR and protesting! Can you help me? Thank you, Karen

If there was a -0 rating for this business that’s what I would rate it. My complaint is the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, FROM THE CEO DOWN TO THE STORES. I placed an online order, it’s been a month and I still have not received my merchandise or my refund.

I received blue instead of black and this is a father's day gift I am trying to exchange it do not see the correct size I chatted with a representative named Marc who was unprofessional and answered with my bad... who speaks that way?

I was told I have to return via FedEx then wait 1 to 3 business days for my exchange to be processed and shipped. This was a father's day gift that now will not be ontime due to your error.

Sent a pair of adidas sneakers back due to being a wrong size. The item was sent back and received in their Wilkes-Barre, PA warehouse and signed for per delivery receipt. No refund was ever credited to me for the shoes that were brand new, never worn and shipped using the adidas return label to their warehouse.

It's been over 5 months with no acknowledgement of my emails or ebay customer service follow up. I will never again do business with adidas official. Trying to navigate the circus that ebay forces a consumer to go through to follow-up on a purchase is a joke.

I shopped at Adidas on Black Friday November 26th at Allen Premium Outlets in Allen, TX. The cashier who checked me out did not give me a receipt nor asked for my email to send me the receipt online. The tights I bought did not fit me so i went to return them the very next day saturday November 27th but the store staff was extremely rude to me and insulted me in front of all other customers.

A blonde girl who lied to me she was the manager embarrassed me in front of others and refused to listen to anything i was saying. I will start by saying I wear Adidas at the gym, at stores and all over the place. I am well known for my lifestyle in working out/bodybuilding. The brand Adidas is fashionable and the clothing tends to fit me well which is why choose to wear your brand.

Now that being said the specific store my wife, daughter and I went to this past weekend at the Woodlands Shopping mall in upstate NY has piss poor customer service. My order made on April 7 was not delivered on April 10 like the shipper Lasership claimed. I waited 2 weeks for an investigation into the missing package when finally completed Lasership concluded that they could NOT verify that the package was delivered. I have been waiting since then for Adidas to review the claim and make a decision refund me or send me new product and I am still waiting 6 weeks later!

I have a complaint with my order from February 6th 2021 - AGR02002675. It was a gift from my husband and he asked for custom writing “infinity “ and “beyond “ on the shoes cause I like toy story. This costs more and he paid for it.

We didn’t know that we pay for simple stickers... By now they are gone as you can see from the photo. This is highly disappointing for a brand like yours and it should be written so the customer knows that he pays for something that he will loose within days.

Also we tried to file a complaint from your site in Greece but the link for the complaint for the online store does not work and the phone number does not work either... We even tried the phone number for the orders made not online... didn’t work.... Totally dissatisfied customers.

Shipped return item back with attached FedEx label from adidas site and adidas has never credited my account with refund. Has been over 30 days. Asked to talk with management numerous times and was told they are were in meetings.

I have ordered adidas products consistently over 30 years and will no longer buy adidas if they refuse to give back money for items returned according to adidas direction. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and based on this experience, adidas has not only received the item back, they have also taken money that should have been returned.

I have tried to get my refund back from Adidas, but they say they have tried to refund my money to paypal and paypal would not accept their payment. I talked to paypal and they said that is obsurd. They would never deny payment, that is their job.

When I contacted adidas for a 2nd time, they refused to cut me a paper check or an electronic check and would not allow me to speak to a manager.

I ordered a pair of soccer cleats for my son. No where on the website or in my order did it state the order would sit in the warehouse for 6 days before being shipped. I talked to several customer service reps who did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue.

One rep even lied to me and said that the cleats were shipped when they never were. After several contacts ADIDAS Reps told me that I would receive my order by a specific date. Once the order shipped that was not even close to the date I would receive them.

I purchased a Performance Adidas Swimming Costume from Sports Direct last October. As I swim twice a week I spend a little more and buy the Chloride Resistant costumes so they last me longer. My I last costume a Speedo Endurance last me just over 3 years, so I am disappointed that my Adidas Performance has only lasted me 9 months and is now not wearable as has gone "see through" in a number of places and

I am totally blind, and am unable to place on-line orders on the Adidas web site. So, I called Adidas customer service to ask them if they could place the order for me. The representative said "No. We don't do that any more." I asked to speak to a manager. She got on the phone and told me the same thing. I explained that I am blind and that their web site is inaccessible to me, and she told me that they can't do it. I bought an expensive pair of cleats which were defective. The sole of the shoe came off. I called customer service in August and they told me to take photos of the shoe and email it to them. After 3 weeks of continually emailing them they told me to ship back the shoes.

When they received the shoes they told me I had to wait another 3 weeks to get a gift card via email. After the 3 weeks were up, I called and they said I would receive the gift card in 10 days.

After the 10 days were up, I called again and they apologized and said I would receive it the following week. After that I called and they promised that I would receive it by the following Tuesday. Still no gift card!!!!!!

We have purchased two pairs of Adidas soccer shoes within the last six months for our 14yr old son. Unfortunately both pairs have split or torn within 2 months of him wearing them (see photos). I'm not quite sure why this happens or if this is a common thing with soccer shoes.

We have since purchased the Adidas Goletto's a month ago and so far so good (crossing our fingers). Please help me understand why your shoes keep splitting or getting torn so soon. It's frustrating to pay up to $50 per pair only to see them in the trash within two months.
