Was informed that after 19 years they have lost the record showing my wife and son as my beneficiaries. I have to log in to correct it, but the site is constantly having problems. Customer service? They don’t speak with us lowly employees
I had requested a Vacation accrual liability report on 6/16. Owner of the case was C-10091211309 Mary Grace. Caducoy. I did not receive the report nor a phone call. Then on 6/20 I escalated the call to a Supervisor. New case C-10091211309 owner of the case is Marian Plata. As of today 6/26 and after spending more than 2 hours on the phone I don't have a report. I hope this matter can be resolved ASAP.

16 on 4/19/2023 or 4/20/2023. I didn't know anything about this bill, I didn't authorize it nor requested it. ADP withdrew $ 230,61 from my Business Account. I demand any & all monies, funds be returned to me.. I despise sneaky people..

ADP payroll services in the Dallas /Fort Worth area has failed each of 4 months to pay our employees timely and correctly. Their manager Ben refuses to follow through with promises he made. Ben refuses to respond to questions and phone calls.
Each time his office fails he refuses to return calls and fix the problems he and ADP caused. Do not use ADP in the DFW area of Texas because Ben. Ben will use ADP to harm your business and incorrectly charge your business bank account and he will not return phone calls or follow through with promises made.

I have several accounts from several jobs. I needed 3 to file for unemployment 2 of them show me a record of pay stubs no problem the 3rd one is completely blank no matter what I do. I can't get past the welcome page and there is nobody to call or email for support when you call the number It is only for businesses and if you do not have a code It hangs up on you so i'm so I am just SOL
To save time and stress we agreed to pay for ADP services. Each of the 3 months we have been with them, ADP has failed. Thus far they have cost us triple the time and stress we were hoping to avoid by agreeing to do business with them.
Their rep Nick promised he would set everything up correctly and would watch over our account for the first few months. He lied. The very first month he didn’t notice our payroll had not been paid until two weeks passed!
The second month ADP caused a different problem and the third month despite our specifically planning payroll with the ADP representative late enough so our account would not be drafted early- - our account was drafted early. Inno-Flex, LLC sent ERC data to Yvonne Trost an ADP Lead Payroll Provider in September 2022. and were told it was in with your amendment team. We started aggressively asking for information from Yvonne Trost in mid February 2023 which was about 20 weeks from giving the information to Yvonne Trost.
Finally on February 22, 2023 Yvonne Trost told us by email that the information never was given to the amendment team in September 2022 and was just recently given to the amendment team. Due to this mistake by Yvonne Trost of ADP we have asked for it be expedited and get absolutely no response from her.
Not having this submitted in a timely manner is hurting our company. I feel not having a response to this mistake by an ADP employee needs to be made known to Yvonne Trost superiors.
I submitted a Benefits Cancellation due to QLE (I am now on Medicare and have a Humana Supplemental) on 12-12-22 and have gotten no results. I have submitted all the reguired paper work and nothing is getting done, our Human Resources Department here at Home Fashions International is not having any luck either.
My Health,Dental and Vision Insurance were supposed to be cancelled on 12-31--22 and they were not and my next pay check took out the payments. There is no excuse for this and my next step is going to be to File complaints with the SC Attorney General, SC BBB and get a lawyer involved.

34 weekly for several weeks due to my not submitting payroll due to their error.
SECONDLY AND MOST IMPORTANT upon cancelling that business, ADP cancels BOTH business account!!!! I HAVE PAYROLL DUE TODAY, 11/30/22 with NO ACCOUNT!!! I've been placed on hold and still on hold for over 30 minutes now. ADP employees do not seem to know what each other or department is doing.

Our company was victim of fraud and ADP did not saw the flags and now they want to charge us. ADP made a deposit into an unknown account with out authorization or verification they just simple proceed. Now the fraud is under investigation by the police but they want us to pay the money they released without permission of the account manager.
The fraud was reported to the bank and to the police immediately as we realized.
THE WORST page, there are always problems with logging in.. you always need to update, create a new password, and it always says that "your account is locket". It's a waste of my time. what a lame program.
The worst place to process payroll. No one manages the process. You will be dropped with mistakes and lack of follow up. They have been working with us on a relax posture for the past 60 days. Sure thing on payrolll processing day they dropped the ball on us.

I have tried logging in at about 5 different sites, all ADP, reset password, get in, but no paycheck information... just a wisely option. My employees have often complained that they cant't get support and now it is happening to me.
As I now manage this business, I will be researching more a more functional payroll company. The last studio I managed move to gusto and it was FAR superior!
I have child support taken out of my check. Their wage garnishment system took a payment out two weeks ago, but it never made it to child support. Now I have a other paycheck processing and I’m going to be behind due to what ever malfunction they have going on.
This isn’t the first time they messed up sending my garnished wages in and I’m sure it won’t be the last.
I am an employee of a staffing company that uses your financial service product. Specifically your Wisely pay card was issued to me March 5th 2022. I have recently experienced a problem is resolving an ID issue with the card ending in 6211. After receiving a reference number and link 3 times I've uploaded the required documents ID : drivers license and SSN so they could unlock my account. The customer service representatives continue to tell me that the documents were not received and that this time " we will specially expedite your case once we've received them. I totally understand that it should only be within the specified time of 1 to 3 business days to resolve, yet I'm still waiting for an answer. Can anyone help me in this matter

Would not let me register my account. Their "customer service" is non-existent. All you get is a run around. They don't help at all. It's stupid. You can't get a real person. EVER. I need to get into my account for a job they NEVER listed on their site (I worked the temp job for 3 months).
And it is vital that I get this information as I'm trying to file for bankruptcy due to medical bills. I know, the American nightmare. And ADP is absolutely no help what-so-ever. It's ridiculous.

Hi. I would like to complain to a work staff. He works as a taxi controller outside in CDG airport terminal 2. It was about June 9, Thursday at about 5 pm. The incident was that I asked him how I go to cdgval and I would go to a hotel.
His attitude was really bad and did not see me just let me take a taxi. I would like to photo his name. And he threw away my cell phone and broke. Some features were take out features. I would like to complain this day.
But you were already closed. I think I reported the police later. A taxi driver saw events and would help me. This bad staff just let him go.
Finally he took a picture of me too. He was very bad and did not respect customer. I wonder how you can hire such bad staff. Hope you can know this event and answer me. Thanks.

Absolutely the WORST company i have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. very good about taking your money abut completely inpossable to get a hold of when you need to speak to a human being to resolve issues

Its very frustrating to try and speak to a live person at ADP. The few times I have called them I was greeted by an automated response, which I am usually fine with. Its the 20 questions that I have to go through just to then leave my name and number and wait for a call back.
If I had that kind of time I would do my payroll myself. Very frustrating and time consuming. Its every single time I have called. I get we are in a pandemic. We have been in a pandemic for a little over 2 years. TRANSITION ACCORDINGLY ALREADY!

I need a verification of the taxes that was taken out on one of our employee. The ADP representative that I spoke with keep on insisting that Probably it's because of the previous "third party sick pay" All his explanations were vague.
I asked him to connect me to another representative - and of course he just put the phone on hold for the longest. ADP Representative name is Tony - reference number C10040017348. I won't even give him a one star.

I've been owed a substantial amount of deferred income from a previous employer handled by ADP. It's now 11 months later and I don't have that money. I've wasted a lot of time talking to people at ADP that will escalate and have an answer within 24hrs with a call back.
I have yet to get a call back and today, I'm on groundhog day, again, told the same thing after I called in and waited for 2hrs to get help. There's no way to escalate on the phone? It's the most ridiculous operation from a customer service standpoint I've ever dealt with.

ADP has been our worst nightmare since we refused to upgrade their payroll services. Our sales representative was trying to sell us an upgraded version, which we did not want. We had asked them to streamline all our 7 contracts, which they said they will do but they did not. They wanted us to upgrade the services. I’m so frustrated with ADP to the point where I’m seriously considering hiring an attorney and take you to court. You have not paid my state (VA) taxes correctly and now VA has referred the balance to a collection agency. I called you many times and uploaded unpaid taxes notice on ADP portal without a resolve.
Also, you are double charging me for payroll run, you are charging me a monthly fee and then again when we run payroll. These issues must be resolved immediacy. Not doing so, will result in unnecessary litigation/legal fees.
Please call me at your earliest convenience to discuss this issue. PLEASE have someone competent call me, I’m tired of speaking with inept customer service reps.

Adp doesn't have a help center for employees to request help for logging in issues. I was hung up on by the automated system telling me that I am NOT allow to get help with my login because I am employee and the not the owner.
I am set up the account so if I am having a issue why I can't resolve my own issue. Then I was told that if I work for a company that went through Adp I would be able to combine the two jobs under one account.
LIES Now I have 2 accounts and I can't access the two for some odd ass reason and i need my check stubs. And I have no help. I have no clue why companies choice to work with this company.

I have been truing to work with customer support over a month for my wisely card associated with my school account.: I have been constantly hung up on , Have not received a valid card Been told they canceled his card. Replacement debit card should have been delivered by yesterday, and I was suppossed to had been emailed a tracking number, but after speaking with them twice today they could not provide a tracking number or tell me the status of the mailing!!!

I have 10 years experience in accounting and payroll. I'm a qualified CA. I cannot stress enough how absolutely terrible this product is, and how furious ADP make me - I would rate the company 0 if I could. Managed services with ADP is an absolute nightmare and an expensive waste of time especially for small to medium business, the product is poorly designed because its designed to rip people off. They don't manage your payroll - you still have to do all the work, all the data entry, all the redundancy and other calculations. You have no control and you'll still have to employ a full time payroll person, and then deal with them. Employee changes are never processed on time and you have to constantly follow up for them to get things done.

On 3/22/2020 I received a third notice of late filing from CT Dept. Of Labor for the 3rd qtr 2020. 81. I have emailed ADP 3 times regarding this issue. 12/10, 1/10 and 3/22/21. Their system shows "In Process" for all three complaints.
This is a small business and can't afford to pay these charges, especially through no fault of our own. We no longer do business with ADP effective 2021, and have yet to hear if this is being resolved.

i have been trying to dispute a fraudulent charge on my account for over 6 months now, i have sent in the proper paperwork and everything that the dispute department requested, my claim was denied and i appealed it , i never received anything prior to the denial, i kept reaching out and reaching out with the appeal update and kept getting the run around.

I don't know what to do. My paystubs go to their online portal but I'm unable to log on. It just keeps asking me to change my password over and over again. There's no way to contact anyone because they will only talk to administrators.
