10 invoice 172584. Cuando salgo del local siento un ruido al frenar paso por el local y me dicen que son los platos y yo le digo que los platos estaban bien, que fue el que alineo el carro. Voy a un mecánico honrado y me dice te dañaron el plato derecho, fui a ver cómo me respondía la gerencia y me dijo que para la próxima hablara con él.

I was in store 317 on Nostrand Ave Brooklyn I was looking for Chemical brothers wheel cleaner And the guy behind the counter acted like he didn't know what I was talking about I asked him where it was and why all the chemical brothers stuff is scattered all over the store and he gave me a nasty response and I said why you treating me like a jerk off and

then he started yelling at me that I called him a jerk off which I did not. He was yelling show me what it looks like? I said how could I show what it looked like if u don't have any?

I told him I bought there many times and he said then you should know what the bottle looks like. Another point they only order 1 of things like spray paint muffler hanger etc it's very annoying when there is only 1 of some thing.

The was just a very rude employee in there and he claimed he was a manage. I wanted to get a battery check to see if it is bad and it was because I had it checked at another Advance Auto after that in my town.

battery showed a bad cell. the manager swapped it out for a new one with no problem warranty started over. and he stated if any more problems bring it back. now i'm having the same problem with the same battery that is still under warranty.

this manager charges it for 2 hours and said it had a bad cell and it should be replaced, then she tells me i cant get it replaced because can only be replaced 2 times reguardless what the warranty is. So if the batterise are bad and i bring it bad for service mutiple time it should be replaced no questions asked its still under warranty, i want someone to resolve this matter, batteries are very costly, no other auto store does this type of mess

ON 2/14/23 I WENT TO ADVANCE AUTO STORE #5161. I PURCHASED A 2 PK OF BULBS FOR MY CAR. I TRIED TO RETURN THE ITEM THE NEXT DAY UNOPEND. THE CASHIER (RANDY) STARTED THE RETURN BUT NEEDED A MGR TO PUT HIS NUMBER IN TO COMPLETE IT.

HE CALLED TO THE BACK FOR JAY TO COMPLETE IT. IN COMES (JAY) HE PROCEEDS TO SAY WE DONT TAKE BACK ELECTRONICS, I SAY SINCE WHEN, HE THEN SAYS TO ME BECAUSE IT MAKES OUR DRAWER SHORT. I LOOK AT THE RECEIPT NOWHERE ON THE RECEIPT DOES IT SAY NO RETURNS ALLOWED.

WITH THAT BEING SAID I HAD TO TRAVEL TO ANOTHER LOCATION THAT WAS OUT OF MY WAY TO RETURN THE ITEM THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN RETURNED THE ORIGINA STORE.

I have been a customer since they opened a new store on the corner of Evergreen and Jericho tnpk. I purchased new break pads for front and rear brakes and new rotors…I changed them 8 months ago and every time that I stop they are as loud as a school bus…very embarrassing! The were not the low grade brake pads either…I complained in the beginning and the store told me that they had to break in…we’ll, it’s 8 months later and still as loud as a school bus…ridiculous!!!

Hello my name is Chris, Ave my wife quashana Harris came into site number 9247 on 2/16/23 to pick up her online order of oil at 5:30pm. She asked store manager James if they could scan her car for her.

The store only had one customer and there were three employees in there. Under any other circumstances I would overlook this but I'm really irritated with the racial profiling of some of the people in certain positions. I could if they were busy or they don't do scans but I just got off the phone with one of the other employees there and asked do they have a specific time to do scans and

@ 603 W Euless Blvd in Euless, Tx. This is also a UPS shipping location & I come in this store frequently to send packages via UPS. This evening I came in, & Linda Porter, an employee there, her boyfriend came in & I know him.

He immediately started cursing at me and accusing me of vandalizing his vehicle. I stood up for myself. Linda told me to leave the store & I immediately walked out. He then followed me outside and continued cursing at me.

I continued to stand up for myself and cursed him in return. Linda came outside and physically threatened me and told me she knows where I live and that I need to watch my back. This is unacceptable that your employee acted this way.

com because all the stores in my area had no stock. When checking out I used "speed perks" and a discount which put me a few pennies under free shipping so I ordered the recommended cabin filter for one my other vehicles.

com to find the exact same ignition switch for 1/3 the price. Being a curious person I checked the price of the cabin only to find out my car doesn't have one. I maintain 10 family vehicles and will bring my business to Rock Auto for mail order and Napa for local items. GOODBYE ADVANCE AUTO.

Purchased a gold battery February 2021 that carries a 3 year warranty. Battery went dead first part on January 2023. Took 30 min + to boost it off. Contacted Advance Auto immediately and was told the gold only has a one year warranty.

I didn’t have time to go back and forth over the phone. I called back later to the Clintwood store and explained about the battery being dead. They looked my information up and said sure it’s covered and bring it by.

I did the following day and again had to boost it off. Once I arrived at the store. The sales guy said let’s test it and said it was good and would not honor the replacement warranty that I bought with the gold battery.

My vehicle after boosting over and over is sitting in the drive 100% dead. Why offer a warranty if your not going to cover…

On 9/12/22, I purchased a Master Cylinder for my vehicle. I took the part to my mechanic to have it installed. 99 + $20 core fee. On 9/13/22, I returned the core and received the $20 core charge back. On 9/29/22, I was driving my car and put on breaks and my pedal went to the floor and barely stopped.

I got the car home and parked it until the following Monday. On Monday morning I took it back to the mechanic who informed me that the master cylinder was bad. I went back to the Advance store I purchased it from and they did not have one in stock nor any store in the surrounding area so I purchased one form another store.

Hello, my name is Darryl Battle. I was at store 7522 in Lithonia, Ga. at about 0920 on 9/30/22. The manager during that time was loud, belligerent and would cut me off while I was just trying to talk to him about my issue purchasing a tool that might not work.

He was even insulting and continued speaking crazy to me even when I stopped talking to him. " I was calling my mechanic and he was still talking to me saying he talks all day every day, cause that's what he does.

For a manager, his customer service skills are horrible, the way he speaks to customers is definitely confrontational and he is very disrespectful. The young gentleman working with him was the total opposite. He kept a level head and helped me work through my problem.

Literally ordered ahead of time the ends for the ac hoses, measured the line(12 feet) and called in advance as I am 2 hrs away and the lady who takes care of it said yep I'll make that for you. Drive 2hrs and oops I don't have enough hose..

This complaint is in reference to Advance Auto Parts, I've been a cash customer for the last 20 years, the last 9 being at the Grand Island N.Y. 14072 location

I spent over 800 dollars this past Friday and Saturday in which I paid cash. I've been an Advance auto customer fot the past 30 years, I purchased brake pads for my 2016 subaru with the life time warranty so when they went bad I went back and purchased replacements when i attempted to turn in the old pads in under warranty the manager informed me that the brakes only had normal ware and he would not warranty them after speaking with the manager twice he still said he could not.

Hi to whom it may concern. I do not even know if this will even get anywhere. But I would just like to tell you how dirty and nasty one of your stores that do business. I buy parts from adavanced auto.

But only used this one dump of a place one time and never again. I looked at a part online for brake hardware adapters on the advanced site like I have many times in the past. And useally when I see a part online it shows what store it has in stock so useally advanced has fast service so I could go to the place and usually have no problem getting the part.

One of their employees was involved in an accident with one of our insureds. I called on behalf of insurance company as an accident claim was filed to pursue more information about accident. Called 303-320-0844 - Advance Auto Parts - 2121 e Colfax Ave Denver, CO 80206 Spoke to rep who answered and asked for Management in re to accident claim.

Rep put me on hold and came back to tell me the Manager said they are unable to help me. I asked who can I talk to or who addresses accident claims that involve their employees and bus veh. My name ,date of birth, address, signature, id number in the hands of a stranger at the back of the store. The store manager on cassat is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL! The manager has his children running around the store, pushing one another on store carts, the little boy riding around a wheeled office chair while trying to avoid being chased by his sisters on store carts with scissors in his hand.

I purchased a starter for my truck yesterday but I couldn't get my old starter off, so today I decided to bring back the starter and a Jonathan C. that works at the advance Auto on 18th Street didn't want to refund my money.

I went in your store last Saturday morning as soon as they opened. I needed a bunch of parts ordered, exhaust system, torque converter, trans oil and filter kit and other misc. parts. (hundreds of dollars of parts). Your new "general manager" "Brent" helped me.

Ordered radiator Monday said to be ready for pickup tuesday.showed up no radiator.not nice and told me I was 3 minutes early and my radiator still.not here.even call that morning and guy said it just came in.drove another hour and another 100 miles and it's not there.now waiting to try again.well I'll have over 300 miles and 3 hours of driving and will it be there tomorrow.ive I wasted time and gas.that equals to to value of a new radiator.and my family is waiting too long.this is not right.

I went in to see about an upper control arm for my SUV, it was not in stock. Tim was very helpful, had no problem looking up my part and answering questions. He informed me that it was not in stock, but he could have it ordered and it would be there tomorrow.

I said that was fine but I wouldn't have the money until Wednesday and I was off today, so I wanted to price it and have it ordered and waiting for me when I got paid. Well, Jamal said that "it was policy to require payment before they ordered the part, you know, in case we order it and you don't have the money because it's an expensive part", with a very condescending, snippy attitude.

I then turned around and called your store on Thompson Rd and I spoke with Greg, who happily ordered it for me and will have it waiting on Thursday.

I bought a starter with year warranty and I didn't install it because found out motor was locked up tried to take the starter back and get my money and they tried saying I installed it never did can you please help me
