I walked into the advanced auto parts in trenton ohio about 30-45 mins ago with my 13 yr old daughter to pick up a part for my husband (he is a commercial customer of this location for over 5 yrs 5k plus per month). We know the general manager and the drivers well but not everyone that works inside the store, my daughter and I walked in and no one was out front so we walked around for about 4 minutes and

then we heard some noises in the isles with the parts in it so we went back there to get the workers attention and we caught the general manager Danny recieving oral sex from a heavy set blonde female my daughter said works there and my husband said it's only 18 or 19 yrs old and Danny is in his 50s, not to mention how disgusting and completely unprofessional they noth are i got my part…

The advance auto employee (known as Luke) located at advance Auto on Bustleton and street Road Trevose Pa. He was somewhat harsh and arrogant. He acted as though conducting a battery check was beneath him. When I questioned him about his attitude, he walked away.

I don't think i will be shopping with advance auto anytime soon.

, on June 23 2021 and ordered a Instrument Cluster for my vehicle. I never heard anything from representatives regarding the order and called one (1) month later for management to inform me the part was on back order. I contacted them again and had to recommend that they order the same part with another order number.

Management nor staff had the respect to contact me or replace the order with different order number. Customer service is poor when I call and request assistance. As of August 24, 2021, no one has contacted me regarding my order nor has anyone provided a resolution to issue.

I have the receipt if needed.

Please see attached copy of sales receipt. I purchased a new replacement wiper blade for my vehicle from the location on the receipt. I did not think for a second that the Salesperson who rang up the purchase would not have the common courtesy that has been shown to me in prior visits from other Advance Autos when buying replacement parts, to install the wiper blade. He handed me the blade as I stated I am not sure how to put the blade on and he proceeded to tell me instead how to install. I left the store in total disappointment. I should also mention he was not wearing a mask as it was my understanding that Advance Auto Parts store staff are required to wear mask due to the Delta Variant Infection surge.

Every time I go in the Grundy store it’s always something they stated got to have receipts I took something back and had the receipt but cause it was folded up and he couldn’t scan the barcode he told me he couldn’t take it back it’s not my fault that the receipt paper did that cause if the paper it was printed on.

They are a couple employees that work there is smart asses he said you have to keep your receipt straight and in excellent shape. I won’t be back cause of the 2 employees. Auto zone will have my business for now on.

found part on advance auto parts webpage #10-1534 master cylinder, printed page and called store to make sure it was in stock, Lakewood pacific hwy store. 00 listed online, manager said i would have to pay online and pick up in store?

i said but i am here now to pick it up, he said he was not going to sell for the online price is what he said. is that policy? loosing a lifetime customer over a few dollars , is customer service a thing of the past?

I called to inquire about a particular part and I was told it wasn't available so I asked if he could look at another location or affiliate store and I was told NO. Went in for part and the girl had no idea how or what the part was. My husband had to pull it up on his phone before she could order it. neither one has a clue about what they are doing in that store.

Another man was wanting an oil filter and they couldn't even find that. We are going back for the part in a little while but I promise if it isn't there I will take my business elsewhere! My husband has done business with advance a long time but this store won't stay open at this rate.

This is regarding UPS package handling by Advance Auto stores. This evening at 6:30 pm I went into store #6154 in Battle Creek, MI to get my Amazon package that had been delivered there. The moment I told the associate I was there to pick up a package, he immediately told me it wasn't there, He didn't even look at my ID or bother to check.

He said he wished that they (Advance Auto) had never started receiving packages for UPS. Any time UPS emails me and says my packages are ready for pickup, they are there. This particular associate just refused to do his job.

Attached file will show that my package was at the store but wasn't being given to me. This is no way to run a business.

Stopped into your branch on 1333 Main St. Watertown, CT. Looking for motor oil for my generator. I asked the sales associate "Rod" if conventional oil would be fine for a small generator. " I asked him, "what kind of attitude is that??

I bought a battery from your altavista va store. The next day my car would not start . I had to get a jump to get to work 40 MI. Away. After work I had to get a jump. The car would not start without a jump for 4 days.

I lost 2 days of work. 00 To get my car towed then 40 to have the systems checked. Then I bought another battery from a different dealer. 2 batteries in 1 week. My mechanic said to return the Advance auto battery to your altavista store, and when I tried to return it after missing work paying a tow truck and having to ask total strangers to jump my car for 3 days is preposterous and dangerous!

I cannot afford to lose this kind of money! Please consider refunding my money from your faulty battery. Thank you.

Poor customer service at Venice , FL store. Associate soooooo lazy. Said she could not order air filter for my 2018 Terrain. Too lazy that’s why! If people go on line it’s there in plain English to have an Associate order .

I overspent for wiper blades back in Dec. had rebate for $20 . Needed a new air filter . Ended up walking out in disgust. No wonder Amazon is soooooo successful. Lazy people don’t last long there!

I brought my old battery in to be tested. The worker said that my battery was dead and needed to be replaced. I told her my year make model. The lady typed in my information and told me the battery that I would need.

Not knowing much about cars I trusted that I would receive the right battery. I took the battery back to my vehicle and installed it with my friend who knew how to install batteries. When we put the battery in and attached the cables to it a huge spark ensued.

I brought the battery back and Advanced Auto manager was completely confused as to why the lady would have sold me that initial battery. When I put the correct battery in my car was completely damaged. No radio, no power windows, no power to the car at all despite it turning on and idling.

February 7,2020 I purchased a AC Belt and tensioner for my 2004 Chevy Tahoe because I already purchased the parts in Aug 2019 with a lifetime warranty but didn't have them off the vehicle. I was told to bring the parts back after installing them an I would be refunded.

On February 8 I went to Advance Auto in Midlothian Illinois 145 &Cicero Ave where I originally purchased the parts and spoke with a Manager Eric for a return. Eric refunded the tensioner but failed to refund the purchase of the belt that had a lifetime warranty.

Eric went on to state the store policy of the lifetime warranty in which he knew nothing of that because I had returned the damaged belt in Aug 2019 that was my 1 time lifetime replacement. End of discussion! And wouldn't refund my purchase nor futher discuss it…

I visited the store on the first week of October 2019 to charge a battery and was told that I would be given a call regarding the status of the battery later that day. I was not given a call so I returned to the store approximately 10 to 14 days later and saw the battery still there but had not been looked at or charged.

No I was not with the man in front if me, yes I was looking to purchase brakes for my vehicle.

I went in tonight to Auto Zone Here in Gladstone/Kansas City, MO. on Antioch about 7:15 pm and asked for a scan code to be done on my truck, the 1 woman of ONLY 2 women employees on duty told me that they needed ID, I said; I dont need to rent it, I just need a code scan done on my truck.

She told me that auto zone cannot do it due to responsibility issues, and they cannot be responsible for reading, or help to read my codes on my truck. I was just there less than a week ago, and had codes read by an employee, and I bought Spark plugs to try and remedy the problem.

Now that I put in the plugs. I still seem to have problems, so I needed a code scan to see what comes up now. I am a perks customer, and I see the only reason is: that they were woman auto zone workers not wanting to go…

Good afternoon, I have been battling to get my insurance cancelled and credited on my account (060-962-4673) from 10/05/2019. The insurance was cancelled, but I was billed every month. Eventually I returned my debit order and later had it removed from my account and now doing EFT payments. I am still waiting for the credit and invoice disputes was logged - every time I phone it is the same story - it will be sorted out in 7 - 14 days - we are 5 months down the line and it is still not done. At least now the insurance is off my account now - but now the credit note is still to come.

I gave 0 ratings on 2 occasions now - but not one person from Vodacom customer care phoned me to find out what the problem is - shows how much Vodacom cares about their customers.

My daughter went to buy battery for my 2011 Equinox and was told she they could not install it, but the mechanics next door could install. At first, it was going to cost her an extra $100 because it would take an hour.

She was pretty upset and head mechanic said they would charge her only $50 and then had to take old battery back to get additional money off from your store. This was her first day on new job in Charlotte and her battery was dead. So she took Uber.

She spent her first night at Advance Auto because I told her that they would install battery free. The employee told her that her battery wasn’t part of that deal. This sounds wrong on every level. The mechanics must have something going on with the employee from your store on South Blvd.

I visited store #7779 on South Queen St. for a dead battery issue. When I walked in and explained to the representative my issue, he turned to the other representative and stated "man, you gonna be out there all day".

My brother has an account with your establishment. He purchased a socket for my vehicle which ended up not fitting. He gave my the receipt to return the item and as I went to one of your stores, they stated to me that no electrical components weren't returnable.

I asked how is that possible when there was nothing stated in writing nor stated to me nor my brother. I really think that's unacceptable and not right if a client receives the wrong item. At least on commercial receipts and regular it should state that at all time everywhere...

I bought a set of lights from the store got treated rudely didnt even make it to register yet and they looked at me when I came back saying they dont return the lights and I even said so yall pretty much ripped me off then 20 bucks and the guy legit said yes that's what happened.

This was at the alpena michigan advanced auto parts store I am very not satisfied and will never and will tell friends and family and post it on social media everything not to ever go to advanced auto parts because it is a joke and they sell broke things to people.

73v, measured 700cca, rated 800cca, temperature 103 F. I asked the clerk to check with my phone number to see if the warranty was still good. He checked and supposedly it showed the battery was still under the 3year warranty ,but another clerk came over clicked on the page then stated that the battery had been warrantied out.

I am left with the question of Is it a limit on the number of times to replace the battery even if the warranty is still in effect? Did the clerk just tell me it was warrantied out to avoid replaceing it to get another one purchased?

I stopped at your location on Heckle Blvd. Rock Hill, SC to purchase a headlight for my vehicle. Miguel stated I can buy one but they wouldn't be able to install it. I explained purchasing items from Advance Auto parts in the past and they installed before.

I was contracted to do the lawn maintenance at store number 8390in Madisonville, Kentucky. This started on June 23, 2019, by Emerald lawn care of Burton, Michigan. I completed a total of 5 mowings at store number #8390. I also removed several invasive plants from the flower beds and Holly bushes in those beds, and I have not received payment for the services that I performed.
