repair man came to fix my dryer and said he had to order a part and it would take two weeks for it to get here now the part has arrived but the number he gave me to call was sears service center and I paid him before he left my home. So what is he trying to scam me buy having another service people install the part he ordered.

I called in a claim with Sears Home warranty either 9/10 or 9/11 for my Refrigerator/icemaker and paid $100 deductible. The Technician arrived on 9/12 (7am-11am) took the icemaker apart and placed it back. He said he would need to order parts and he would notify the warranty company.

The technician called back around noon and said his mentor suggested I unplug the appliance for 4-5 hours and plug it back in. I did as he said and after 4-5 hours, it still did not work. I called the home warranty company since no one called back to follow-up on whether the appliance was working again.

They scheduled a technician to come out the following day but the same technician called and said he would order the parts. He never ordered them as he said he would. The technician was extremely…

Garbage disposal replaced under Sears Master Protection Plan has resulted in my staying at home for more than 8 hours waiting for technician Charles S #0939843 twice and then him closing the service call without showing up. I have had 4 appointments without any replacement.

I have spent many phone calls on hold only to be quoted the same “the technician will show up you are next stop” but no show. I’m scheduled for another appointment on Sep 14 which now makes 5 total. If I have to replace it myself I I will then feel I must file a complaint with Sears and the BBB.

Hopefully this won’t be necessary.

My complaint is your A&E factory service employee Mike Dresbach who lives at 2296 Oppio Street, Sparks, NV 89431 is using his condo garage and driveway as a A&E factory service shop. He is running this business out of his garage.

Unfortunately there are 3 other garages in condo that it is affecting. Increase traffic with vans pulling in and out blocking driveway and blocking access to are garage. There is constant van doors opening and slamming shut. Noise and work being done from garage.

Very very disruptive for the rest of us living here. Yesterday van Nevada plate # 731-T29 swapped with other van Nevada plate# 730 T29 so fast glass could replace a front windshield. It also seems to be a place where there doing A&E van servicing.

There is a reason they are 1 1/2 stars out of 5! I was relieved that the tech that came wasn’t as rude as the previous co. I think his name was Brian. BUT later found out that he was extremely two faced and wrote on his tech notes the complete opposite of what he told us he thought, and was going to write!

After having a brand new dishwasher that has never worked for 6 mo and everyone seemingly in cahoots saying it’s ‘the install’, when it SO obviously is not, so they can waive the warranty…. I have deeply regretted my choice in LG appliances.

I have been given the run around on an issue of being assaulted by Raul who now has a police report on him, plus he caused damages to my home and LG dryer. He broke the internal gas line inside dryer and we had gas filling our home.

He stated the duct was blocked which it was not per another company. I need this to be taken care of seriously and not given the run around. Like I have the last 3 days.

Billing issue. The technician "Frank G" made a service call on July 5 regarding our Maytag washer. 04. I paid this fee via check #7040 which was scanned by Frank G. using his phone. The check has since cleared. The problem is that I am still getting billing notices from Sears Home Services for this amount.

I have contacted A&E twice via Email with no responce.

The service SUCKS. You can not get a live person to talk to and they have canceled appointment 3 times. I have a washing machine full of water and the lid is locked and it’s been sitting for three weeks.

This service is completely ridiculous and not sure why I paid the have the service when they are fricken useless!

Automated Phone System is useless. Have a repair scheduled but the parts they ordered have not arrived. I call to re-schedule (per instructions)....when I navigate to reschedule appointment, it says to visit the website, when I go to the website, it says "Need to make a change?", call 1-802-613-1923, which gets me into the same exact useless automated phone system.

Give me a LIVE person!

I had an A&E tech come and check my refrigerator that quit working. He order parts and i received them all by 7/1. I was rescheduled for repair on 7/6 tech did not show up and i was rescheduled for 7/13.

I called AHS and they contacted A&E and i was rescheduled for 7/11. Tech did not show up and I was rescheduled for 7/13. I need to know why it is taking so long.

Also I received an email today showing he showed up today and my wife signed the document. He did not show up today. I do nor understand your business practices for if I would make an appointment for someone and did not have time to do it today I would come make it the first job in the morning.

3 year old 2019 Kenmore refrigerator quit working. A&E came out in a couple of days and diagnosed the problem. Had parts sent. Then they never showed up for service. 2 months and 5 appointments later, they never showed. Technician reported we were not home.

We not only were home, we have 2 cameras via RING doorbell to show all visitors to our house. They were a definite no show. I even did some sleuthing and found their offices in Olathe KS, where they confirmed were the home based for the technician.

He told their staff he called and we were not home on one of the earlier appts. I said there was no call, no visit to our house. They said they had only 2 technicians in the entire Kansas City area, which says to me that there is an overall corporate strategy to not provide warranty…

We purchased a Frigidaire induction range a few years ago. The heat setting go from Low to 10, the range would not heat on the middle setting 5 I call Centricity with whom I have an extended warranty with. They called A&E who call me to set an appointment.

I explained to them the problem and told them we need a new control board. On Monday the technician came looked at the range. I showed him it did not work on the middle setting. He said we need a new control board.

He would have to order one. FedEx delivered the new board on Wednesday afternoon. I call the Centricity and they scheduled an appointment for Thursday form 8am to 5 pm. Around 4 pm I received a text saying my appointment was rescheduled until Friday 8 am to 5 pm.

I receive a text at 3:15 saying they have rescheduled to July…

Our dishwasher broke down 2 times in less than 6 months the last time was 5 27 2023 we had 3 appointments set by a and e no one ever showed up we waited for 8 hours and no one showed up no one called the last appointment for 6 6 2023 we received an email at 4pm saying our appointment was now rescheduled to 6 19 2023 no explanation when i called i was told that all the parts had not been recieved i really don't understand how they can continue to stay in business

if I could rate it less than 1 I would. I had 9 or 10 appointments scheduled and NO ONE ever showed up but tech Marshall C Tech ID 0024794 lied multiple times saying he showed up and no one was home.

I stayed home every time an appointment was scheduled all day and I sit 10 foot from my open door but that was a complete scam. I got an email today, May 30th saying he showed up and completed the repair and he charged $196 labor cost that I didn't have to pay because it was under warranty that expires in August 2023.

it shows a X in the signature line because of course he never showed up and I sure didn't sign it. SCAM SCAM SCAM it is a complete scam by the tech. NO ONE showed up today just like the other 10 appointments that were previously scheduled.

There was open parking in front of the service address and across the street!!! Refrig stopped working & lost food in freezer & refrig. A&E was to service scheduled for 2 days later. When tech arrived temp in refrig was back to normal ( it figures) , but still no ice being made Tech said “probably heater element” & it would be ordered.

I asked about the ice maker & was told it was another service call ($50: call on insurance policy). I complained, & he said “ I’ll tell my mgr”. I was not given a receipt or service call slip to sign, even after I asked about one.

I was told to call his mgr w/ any concerns. I cannot find any person tel numbers to call! Need the repair I paid for.

A&E scheduled by Home Warranty of America (HWA) to repair my refrigerator on 03/23/2023. Repairman (Brian) arrived on that date. He advised that parts would be ordered and shipped to my address, and another appointment would be scheduled for 04/05/2023 to make repair.

He provided number to contact to confirm that parts had arrived before then. Parts arrived on 04/04/2023. I contacted A&E and was advised by a female subject that 2 of 3 parts had shipped and that Sears Parts Direct was trying to locate the final part; therefore, the appointment on 04/05/2023 was cancelled and would be rescheduled when final part arrived.

Technician bent my pannel when removing it and left without telling me he did it. When he came back with a part I did same something to him, he tried bending it back in to place, snapping it back on but it wouldn't go on like it original was and you can see where the metal was damaged from being bent. The technician refund to replace it and I have not been able to reach anyone in person, get a response from email or from management through chat.

Technician appeared to fix washer. Parts were needed and ordered. Only 1 of the parts arrived. Was told that the other parts were backordered. Never received the parts. Then A&E closed out the service ticket without any communication with me and without ever coming back to fix the machine.

The machine is still in the same condition it was when the original service ticket was created. I can't reach a person through the customer service number provided for A&E. It's impossible to reach anyone to try to resolve this issue.

We had a technician come to our house to check our washing machine r washing machine has been leaving blue stains on our clothes. the tech did not do any kind of diagnostics on the machine or even look in the machine.

Instead he looks to see what chemicals or detergents we have and decides that bleach is the problem. He then swears that bleach is what is causing the blue stains on our clothes. I tell him that I have not used any bleach in months.

My husband then shows him another article of clothing showing the blue stains and he then says its dust and that our machine is very dirty. I'm not sure how he came to this conclusion given the fact that he didn't even look in the machine or run any tests.

Our sec tech(Kevin) was outstanding. He did a great job in repairing our Fridgedaire range door.

However, he left 6or 7boxes that the parts came in. And the old door (which is too heavy for us 80+ year olds to lift) was also left. WE were able to get rid of the above with the help of one of our sons.

Complete garbage. Guy showed up with out calling. Said he would return later. No call no show the second time. Can't reach anyone, just a garbage automated line. Won't ever do business with this company. Unfortunately they are tied to NFM warranty through Assurance company.

No customer service, no call back, can't get them to respond. No human being to talk to. Just constant excuses to fix my dishwasher. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. You can't talk to anyone. The number listed gives you three options, and you still can't get to a human being.

I tried the chat, three times, I got the same excuse, the technician was held up and would call me, but no calls. Then if chat doesn't like your answers, they end the chat. Took two days off of work, no compensation, still no calls.

Elevating to manager they say, but I don't believe it. Worse business ever.

The technician took a pretty picture of my front door but must not gave knocked because I was here. My dog didn't even vark to alert me. Technician left. i called and spoke to rose who assured me that someone would come out today. no one has come. terribly frustrating.

A & E accepted a service order from American Home Shield to repair my dishwasher. The first appointment on 1/18 the tech indicated a new motor was needed and he didn't have one in the truck. Waiting on the motor to be ordered the next appointment was scheduled on 1/23.

Icy roads must have resulted in a canceled trip- I was not notified. I understood this and was not concerned. The next scheduled trip was 1/30. No show by tech. Next trip 2/24. No show by tech. I was not notified as to the reason for the missed trips. I called on 3/6.

Microwave under warranty. Stopped working in july. They cancelled the reapair 4 times at the end of the day scheduled. No explanation. No phone number to call. Wasnt fixed until first week of January. Refigerator, under warrant. Compressor went. They have now cancelled for the third time after live chat yesterday guaranteed repair today.

No fridge since January 23. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY. DO NOT USE THEM. IF YOU BUY AN EXTENDED WARRANTY, MAKE SURE THEY DONT USE THIS COMPANY. NO WONDER SEARS IS IN THE TOILET.

Technician came out on 2/7 for my Whirlpool Cabrio Washer. He arrived early, didn't say much, completed his diagnostic, and said he was going to his truck awaiting the warranty company's approval. A few minutes later, he left, had no paperwork, had no information, and did not even collect the $85 deductible from us.

He ordered the wrong color console panel, and I called TWICE requesting this be corrected and was told it would "sent up" but NOTHING was ever done! I guess because A&E and CHW have some "back door" deal going on it is supposed to make me the customer blind to the total lack of attention to detail from the Technician who obviously didn't care to order the correct color and

There is absolutely no way of communicating with this company unless you have an existing service repair order. Their phone and website both lead you in circles with no option to speak to someone. I have a service contract on all of my appliances and they contract through A&E.

The original service appointment is always the same. Needs a part, we will order it. Part is shipped directly to me. I get a text to verify when the part is in. They give me a 15 digit service repair # to reference.

Without a valid service repair #, you can't get anywhere. The space to enter the service repair # on the website is only 8 digits. Now the service appointment is missed because there was no way to tell them the part is here.

Then another text saying to schedule another appointment. The circle starts…

On Feb 13 I had a repair man from Sear attempt to fix my refrigerator w a new part shipped to my house (thermostats) n left saying all is working!

However I called Sears back 2hrs later n asked for repairman to come back refig not running still ! After 2 day of non working refrigeration n $500. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service and business practices of A & E Factory. I made my initial appointment for my refrigerator repair at the end of December. My first appointment was January 3rd. The company changed the date to January 4th with not direct contact with me nor verifying if this change would be acceptable for me.

I stated the problem when I made the first appointment - the refrigerator and freezer where not cooling. a & E changed another appointment to January 12th. At that appointment, the technician did not have all of the parts needed to repair my refrigerator.

I have extended warranty for a GE dishwasher. Purchased in 2019. Have had them out 3 different times for the same issue. I was supposed to get a part installed today 1/18/2023. They gave me a window of 8am-5pm. It is now 5:56pm central time and no one has been here.

The 800 number to call is a joke because there is no human interaction. If I call it I get a text message detailing appointment. The number that is on it to call to cancel or change just hangs up immediately.

This is complete and udder crap for customer service.

Scheduled for repair appointment 1/6/23 between 12-5:00 PM. No call, no show. Called to ask why no one came, told they'd contacted me several times, and no one answered. I was home the whole day, and no one called. Sent a note (no one to contact) of the problem--asked how I wanted to be notified, replied by phone.

Next day e-mail arrived saying my complaint was sent to this department that doesn't call. Wrote back to say this wasn't acceptable, was told I now had a new date for 1/24/23. Told Harris K. that I wasn't going to sit home all day and wait unless I talked to someone who would assure me they'd show up.
