A technician was sent to my home to repair a malfunctioning oven. He pulled the stove out checked everything thoroughly. He said there was a faulty valve and that the computer board in the front needed to be replace. He order the parts, they came.

A&E sent another technician who knew nothing about the previous call although the first technician wrote his notes. It was late and he knew nothing about the previous call. I just don't like it. Since this was through an extended warranty company, A&E would not talk to me.

The extended warranty company gave me a runaround and finally found out the name of the first technician. They said he would come back. He did not and today, I learned that A&E had closed the ticket saying the oven is working properly. It is not!

I made an appointment for an A&E Factory Service technician to come to my home on 8/26/2022 to look at my refrigerator, which was not staying cold. The technician diagnosed the problem as the relay switch. He said the part would be ordered and sent directly to my home. At that point he said I had to pay for the service call and the part. I gave him a personal check for $458.19. I received the part and on 9/19/2022 a different technician arrived to install the part, which he determined was not the problem. The first technician totally misdiagnosed the issue, as the actual problem was the motor. We decided to get a new refrigerator instead of having it repaired. The technician advised that since he was unable to repair it, we would get a full refund.

I have had 9 appointments, 7 have been canceled. Washer not working since July, almost Christmas. I guess we give up with this company and the warranty co that we purchased from Loews. Please don’t purchase the warranty from Loews, these big stores don’t care about their Customers, just the money they make.

Store manager at Loews couldn’t care less about our problem. I will go to small appliance stores in the future.

Thanksgiving day my refrigerator was hot and I lost all of my food had to wait after the holiday weekend called back on 11/28 another technician came out on 11/29 and said that the compressor was installed wrong and it needed a circuit board at this point every technician has been blaming the previous technician on 12 / 7 the technician that installed the compressor came out said that the circuit board did not need to be replaced and

Had an appointment with a technician technician showed up the refrigerator was not away from the wall I asked him to wait a few minutes I can get someone to help me take it off the wall he said take it out of the wall and I will come back tomorrow, I did with the text said to no avail he never came back I made an appointment two weeks later the same technician showed up I asked the technician hey you told me you were gonna come the next day you never showed up next time please at least give me a call technician close the work water and left.

There's a reason this company has 1 star. GE uses them for their appliance service. The first time they came out, they couldn't find what was causing the problem. GE scheduled them to return a few weeks later for the same malfunction.

I watched the A&E truck drive down my street and back again at 8am, but it did not stop at my house. I called A&E and was first told they didn't have me on the schedule. When I told them they must be mistaken; because I just saw the A&E truck drive up and down my street, I was told they would still be coming to my house sometime between 8am-5pm.

When they still did not show by 5pm, I called A&E again and was told they have no technicians in my area. They did not call to cancel or to say they would not be coming, nor did they apologize for making me sit at…

Hi my wife and I maid a claim on 9-6-2022 and was scheduled for 9-14-2022 between 8am and 12pm however I received a text advising me that the tech. I've taken off of work for a half of day to meet my requirements for this service call and ended up taking the entire day off from work at my expense.

parts are here. I called and reported they had arrived. was given an appointment of September 12 from 8 -12. no ne showed up and when I call I was given an incorrect phone number.

This is after several appointments and various parts replaced. Weeks with no refrigeration. When I got a person it was another company selling something. I have a hopeless situation since I have no refrigeration, parts are sitting here in a box and I have no way of communicating withn= repair service since they gave me a phone number that is not valid.

The technician was very nice, but I believe had to call someone to get advice on how to test my dishwasher . In the end, I paid for the service call with a check and he told me to make it out to him instead of the company.

That was unusual for sure. It's been a month now and the check still hasn't cleared my bank. After talking to customer service, which is a room full of people on the phone, I was told the payment had been received.

I could find no way of talking to a real business person with a&e.

8/1/2022 This is an update to the message I sent on 7/25. Someone called me and said that my appointment was moved to 7/27 from 1-5 PM. I was at home waiting for the appointment and was sent a text indicating my appointment would be between 1:10 PM and 2:40 PM. No tech arrive. I received another text at 445 that said my appointment was cancelled. I scheduled another appointment for 8/23. The refrigerator is not cooling at all at his point and is unplugged. It's been nearly 4 1/2 months since I have had a working refrigerator.

As I stated in my last email, please reply in writing with a confirmation that I have met the requirements of the No Lemon Guarantee and what would be the next step to determine a replacement.

I don't know why you have allowed Sears to take you down. You're a shell company for them. You canceled several appointments, when you finally showed up, the man told me to sell my washer on Craigslist. After looking at it, he said to use black nail polish to cover up the rust.

Did nothing but crab about everything and said he'd rather leave 2 hours early than work 10 minutes over. Supposedly you cut the repairmen from 80 down to < 20 to cover the same work load. He tried to close my washer lid while the fabric softner dispenser was pulled out, I should have let him.

This is the second time in two years the compressor has gone out on my Kenmore Elite refrigerator. In May 2021 I called for service as my unit was not cooling properly. I had to wait 4 weeks for an appointment. Tech came and said I needed a new compressor. Parts were ordered and installation of new parts was scheduled for July 7th. I can’t seem to find a phone number to be able to talk to an actual live representative. I had an original service appointment for my non-working refrigerator on 6/8/22. That technician couldn’t fix the problem. Another tech was scheduled to come on 6/29/22.

That appointment was rescheduled for 7/13/22. This morning (7/13/22) I got a text saying my appointment was rescheduled AGAIN to 7/21/22 with no explanation. This is absolutely unacceptable. 5 months now because of this. A&E is who Frigidaire is using through their warranty.

The very WORST. They came out (sent by my home warranty company) to fix our oven. In the process they fried the control board to the oven. Left in a hurry and left the oven racks on the floor.

Additionally can't give us a definite time to return with the correct parts. Do NOT let them in your house. Do NOT use Sears either they are one in the same.

This is the most poorly run company I can imagine.

First nothing was fixed after three visits.

Second they canceled my two week out appointment at 5 o’clock on the day of the appointment with no explanation. Rescheduled me for two more weeks out. Then I get a bill after I had already paid (After much frustration of getting a human on the phone) and was told they would let accounting know as they saw the proof.

If you tried to reach upper management, good luck. They seem to keep all their information a big secret. Operators are very courteous when and if you get one. My repair man was great but good luck ever getting them back out.

After you pay You are not a priority.

- called about LG refrigerator not working. They scheduled service for June 3rd - June 3rd a service rep came installed a new compressor and tried to "jerry rig" the computer board. 5 hours of labor. The rep said it was working and left.

I checked in 5 hours and it was not working. I immediately called and they scheduled another rep for June 6th. - June 6th the rep said that I needed a new board and he ordered one. My new appointment was for June 20th.

I received the part on June 11 and called to get an earlier appointment and they wouldn't change the appointment date. - June 20th the rep came and discovered it was the wrong board and had to reschedule for July 1st.

On June 1st 2022 I had Sears (a and e factory service) come out to replace a light switch on my Kenmore refrigerator. It took about five minutes to replace the part and the technician was very nice and apologetic about the fee. 95.

I could understand $100 or a little more for labor but it only took five minutes to replace part. I feel very scammed to have to pay that much for labor. I won’t be using them ever again.

I own a LG refrigerator purchased from Nebraska Furniture Mart in The Colony Texas. On April 5, 2022 I initiated a claim through Assurant and was assigned to A&E Factory Service. the first repairman that came out on April 7th refused to diagnose the problem because we had unplugged the refrigerator due to the noise.

he said it hs to be plugged in for 24 hours. we were then rescheduled approximately a week later. The second repairman showed up and inquired about the refrigerator being plugged in. He stated it was a waste of energy and could have caught fire.

5 hr past the latest time he should have been at my home. He seemed to be all pissy becuse he was working late. Telling me i was lucky he showed up. After a few more rude comments I made the decision to tell him to leave my home.

Since the i have tried to get another repair person to my home . A&E keeps sending the same jerk to my BUT he never shows up Instead he signs the receipt saying I signed it (forgery) and creats a bill with what looks like a labor charge of 175 and another for 125 labor (fraud) time to take legal action .

I paid 75.00 to Sears Home Warranty to fix my stove. My 2 boxes of parts came. The technician showed here on Monday am. He stated that he could not fix my stove due to 2 bugs being in it. The contracted service provider A&E was contacted and initially scheduled April 13th, 2022. Two days later it was rescheduled to 4/8/2022. I confirmed this appointment via automated SMS service on 4/6/2022. I was contacted this morning (4/7/22) at 11:25am and told my service appointment was cancelled.

I was informed no service technician would be available for the next 37 days (5/13/22). I received a call just over two hours later the same day (4/7/22) at 13:51pm and was told again by A&E that my appointment was again cancelled with no technician available now for the next 42 days (5/18/22).

The repairman came out to diagnose my problem and schedule the appointment for the following Saturday. a day early I waited around until the end of the service appointment never heard from anybody went on chat found out they can't make it and rescheduled my appointment.

I can't believe they couldn't make a repair schedule that the company rescheduled themselves and that they didn't have the courtesy to contact me for a repair window that was not going to happen. Regarding work order 616788295. No show for appointment!!! Is this protocol for Sears??? The last time I had Sears, the tech said he couldn’t come out because it rained. This time, the tech was to be here March 23, 2022 at 1:00pm.

The time was constantly changed for the next 5 hours and still no show or ANY communication from anyone. The phone # 800-905-9505 is NOT customer friendly and incredibly frustrating. The repair person came on March 7th, He ordered s parts to be delivered to our home. They arrived in a few days. Told us he would be back on the 17th of March. No show no confirmation nothing on the 17th.

I had a technician diagnose my oven and order parts in Decemeber. One of the parts was on back order. When I called in March to check on it, I found out that the part isn't made anymore so they cancelled my order and never told me.

Now that I'm trying to get it fixed (replaced) they won't tell the warranty company what their recommendation is to move forward. We (warranty company and myself) requested to speak to a supervisor and the supervisor declined to take our call!

Even though the oven has been diagnosed and the parts aren't available they are making another technician come out to diagnose the oven AGAIN. It's been the biggest waste of time and frustration. Taking care of the customer is NOT important to your company.

Need warranty work done on a new fridge. The tech came the first appointment (1st week of February) and said it needed parts and new appointment was scheduled and parts were ordered. Parts came in the next week and now it’s been over a month (mid march now), multiple rescheduled appointments because the tech never shows up or calls to say he won’t make it.

This is still not handled and there’s another appointment scheduled next week. And customer service hasn’t been very helpful either.

We had a service rep come out through our warranty company on September 2, 2021 to check our washer which wasn't working properly. The service rep could not repair it and sent info to the warranty company. I paid the serviceman with a USAA credit card.

Months later I received a bill for this same service. I called and received an e-mail address where I could send a copy of the payment made on my credit card statement. Then on 1-28-2022 I received a collection notice from RMS saying the bill was in collection as we hadn't paid. 00 service call.

I talked with a Brian at RMS this morning and they have closed the case because we had paid and returned the case to a & e. I am extremely angry that this was turned over to a collection agency when I had sent proof of payment to a&e.
