I was charged 3 times for 1 service. They will not refund my money from 2 of them.
I bought a GE window heat pump which will not heat A&E came out told me its working still not heating. Call GE again set up another appointment.. Appointment time was 8am to 5pm at 5pm I call they said time is 5 till 7 7pm I call and cancel to A&E showes up at 8pm anyways.. A&E really unprofessional ..
Horrible company my home warranty company sent them out to repair my washer, and sears they kept moving the appointment 3 weeks later they finally showed up, Then it was supposed to be charged to the warranty company but the repair person charged us $350 or he was not going to fix it.....

This company has the worst customer service, the technician never showed up I made my appointment 2 weeks ago, I contacted customer service and it's a call center in India obviously no help.
This company is good for nothing, my appointment was from 8am to 5pm I stayed home all day for nobody to show up! I call to find out why, and that’s when I got a text saying they won’t be there, now it’s going to take 3 weeks for a new appointment.
Customer Service rep was very rude, lied several times and yelled at my husband and I when we were trying to understand why their tech never showed up for our second appointment, no call-no show, no explanation that our door was on back order which automatically cancels your appointment, no one ever explained that to us prior, would have been nice to have that told to us calmly, not yelling and then hanging up on us.
After we had already been on the phone an hour with home depot, and then their insurance warranty dept, all to have it end with this very rude service rep from A&E. This is not my first go round with A&E, I imagine if they did not have service contracts with big outfits like home depot no one would ever use their horrible service.

Tech came Monday, did diagnostic on May tag dryer, major overheating! In minutes to point paint is gone a bit on outside of dryer, drum vent clearly burnt!! never gave his name told us to have roof vents checked, did same day! nope!
even called Lowes who sold us dryer and extended warranty! Bad customer service!!!
On 12/21/21 a technician came out from A&E to fix our freezer. He ordered about 4 parts which had arrived at our home. The refrigerator was not freezing, so he replaced the computer in the freezer with the one which arrived in the home.
After 24 hours the freezer still was not freezing. We noticed that the same computer that he installed in the freezer is the exact same computer that is in the refrigerator side. The computer that he put in does not go below 33 degrees Farenheit.
The temp in it does not get cold enough to freeze. This service was paid for by Frigidaire and the problem has not been resolved. Whenever speaking on the phone with A &E representatives to report this no one listens and I feel helpless.

First available appointment was a month later on 10/20/21. 93. Parts arrived. I contacted A&E indicating I had the parts. Repair scheduled for 11/16/21. They cancelled without notice and said they didn't know I had the parts. Repair rescheduled first available for 12/15/21.
They cancelled without notice and again indicated they didn't know that I had the parts. They rescheduled again, first available, 01/18/22. I have no confidence they will show up on 01/18/22 to complete the repair. I requested a refund. They will not refund the labor of $ 249.

We had a service tech diagnose a refrigerator on October 13 2021. The tech did not leave any report or invoice. We need a report to send to frigidaire. We have been on the phone with your office at 800-905-9505 with at least 4 different agents to get a report.

Very difficult trying to call to resolve billing issue... we paid the $129 to the service man sent out to repair our dryer with credit card. A & E Factory Service Repair: On 10/5/21 we had a repairman (Adam from Syracuse) troubleshoot our new Electrolux clothes washer. The problem was diagnosed as "water-hammer" which we were told would not be covered under our warranty. 53 on site and that he could not accept our Visa card. So we pd.
CASH and were told we'd receive our receipt via email. Even after a follow-up phone call to your local Syracuse office, we never did receive a receipt or an invoice to document his visit or findings. This company has been to my home 4 times to repair a defected washer by Electrolux. They have ordered parts that have sat in y garage for weeks, this including 3 washer tubs, pumps and drains and many other things. The tubs I believe they have ordered for personal repairs.
On 2 occasions , technicians have said the washer was a defect, but they constantly scheduled repairs to my home to my surprise a day before the repair. I have had a work order for my washer with Sears A & E since July 2021. I've been rescheduled NUMEROUS TIMES. A technician has been to my home for service repair two times, which both times the two different technicians could not repair my washer.
The first technician stayed 4 hours on the phone with another technician only to find out that a part needed ordering. I was then rescheduled for Aug. 5. After the technician left, I found scratches on the side and front panels of the washer where the technician had used different tools to pull all panels of the washer, including the top panel from the washer.

We called for service because dryer stopped heating. The tech said he could find nothing wrong & left. Of course it still doesn't work & we called for service again. I took off work again & waited & they cancelled at the last minute.

After making contact with LG company on September 16th reference my refrigerator problem, I was informed that the technician from A&E Factory would be at my home on Sept. 27th between 8am and Noon. Since the tech was not showing up that day I called the office and they told me the tech was not coming and I needed to re-schedule.

They are the repair company used by Lowe's for our LG refrigerator service plan that we bought from Lowe's. Refrigerator died on 8/5/21 and soonest they had someone diagnose was 8/16/21. He ordered parts and now we are being told 9/3/21 for next visit. A & E has allowed me to reschedule 3 times on their site, and then those were canceled and I end up with a worse time than before. They have no escalation process and the last person hung up on me.

DO NOT USE This company. A&E Factory Services or Sears is not sure which is correct. I was assigned this company to fix my dryer through my home warranty company. The technician came out with the expectation of fixing my dryer.
He did not fix it but said it was complete. I had to call out a second time and he had to come back again... the same technician to fix the dryer. Later I received a bill for additional services that were not covered by the warranty.

I had a service call on 7/13, at that time the technician and his boss gave me a return date of 7/27. I have been attempting to get a hold of the technician and/or his boss directly to confirm the appointment.
Your call centers will only state they it’s not on the computer. I have asked that they contact the Yuma office directly and have them reach out to me or provide me with number so I can call them. I get we don’t have that ability.

Was to be at my house yesterday 7/14 in which I have to leave work to have someone at the house to let service repairman in at 1:15 pm received a text saying I need to re schedule.
Call repairman who knew nothing about appointment. So that means he was never coming. Again had to leave work for this. Can not get another appointment for 3 more weeks. No one should have to wait this long for repairs.

First, A&E is not accredited by BBB. they show 1 star for 6 weeks they have failed to fix our refrigerator. the tech misdiagnosed, ordered wrong parts, took out the ice bank dispenser seals and kept them, yes did not reinstall. caused our refrigerator to freeze everything 2 times. now i have the seals but they won't come install them for 2 weeks. all we wanted was a dented door replaced in a refrigerator that worked perfectly. Oh, just try to get in touch with someone. when you do get a customer service rep, the computer is down, being updated or some other excuse. has been the case for over 2 weeks.

Worst customer service experience ever. They didn't show up at all for the first scheduled diagnostic service and then said it'd be 2 more days before they could come. Showed up late - after 7 pm - only after I called to complain.
It's now been 5 weeks and we're still waiting for them to come and complete the refrigerator repair. The parts have been sitting at our house for a month. They have cancelled our appointment 8 times! When I call to speak to a supervisor I'm repeatedly disconnected.
After sitting on hold for 20 minutes at a time! Their automated phone system provides no options to talk to a live human and no one there gives a damn about actually resolving anything. I strongly encourage all manufacturers to stop doing business with this company.
Your company came out to repair my Ice maker on my Whirlpool refrigerator back in February. I told the technician it was doing the same thing that it had done the year previous. I told him the Ice maker had been replaced, and needed replaced again.
He looked at it and said the door on the ice maker was warped and it was not holding cold air like it should, and that was the problem. He did not do an electronic diagnostic test at this time.
He ordered the part and told me it would show up in a week and wanted me to install it. He also set up a new date to come back and see if that fixed it. The date was the 19th of March he did not sow up.

A&E service has sent a tech to service our refrigerator ice maker 4 times. The company has a history of making appointments and not showing for those appointments. They don't even have the decency to call and reschedule the appointments- you have to recall and re-schedule the appointment again.
then upon repairing the damaged refrigerator door he damaged the gasket between the ice maker and the door shoot, just left it so when you opened the refrigerator door it fell on the floor. The last visit he came without a mask and refused to take the damaged refrigerator door for disposal.

My LG refrigerator AND freezer went out in March. I called Home Depot then another number to call for service. I was given date of Saturday Apr 10. I was given a link for earlier reschedule dates. I updated to Thursday Apr 8. I confirmed Wednesday Apr 7. Today I called for update and was told it needs reschedule to April 16. I’m so mad I could scream.

I had a service call today, Tuesday, April 7, 2020 with A&E Factory Service technician, Brian. I needed him to look at the faulty filter on my refrigerator. Brian was rude, short with me, unhelpful and just plain out NASTY.
I've never dealt with anyone - coming into my home for a service call - to be so disrespectful. He claimed it was his accent.
However, I understood him clearly. It was his tone and the way he talked to me. I have called A&E on several occasions over the years with great service, and professionalism. A couple of days ago I had a dishwasher failure, and again needed to call A&E. I spoke with a very polite lady named Jane who handled my scheduling, and my service appointment.
Jane was very professional, but she had very poor communication skills in the English language. I am not even 100% certain of my appointment - hopefully it will be as I understood. In my opinion when a customer is spending money for good (any) service - the customer should be well aware of the financial responsibilities, and other details.

Bought a refrigerator from Lowes. Two years old and it suddenly defrosts. It won't keep the temperature steady. Called LG, they send out A&E factory services. After 6 appointments they still can't seem to fix the problem. During one of the visits they damaged my cabinets and dented the refrigerator.
I filed a claim against them but they have denied it stating that they have my signature on a document that releases them from liability. Really? They refuse to give me a copy of the document and are using it as the basis for denying my claim which is against the law in Washington State.
