I was git for dentures and told that my dentures would be ready within a week. They were not ready until 2 weeks later because I was told that the technician that normally makes the dentures had broken her collarbone so that had to get a replacement technician.

When I was finally able to pick up my dentures they were way to big and a liner had to be put in for me to even be able to leave the office. The did not fit well and looked terrible cosmetically as well making my top lip stick out.

I was told by both the doctor and nurse/assistant that as soon as their regular technician returned from her injury that I would be contacted and fit for a new pair of dentures that did actually fit. This was 2 months ago.

I have called, emailed and stopped in the office just to be brushed off. I only…

Dr. Omar Mirza is a lying narcissist. He got a manager fired at the Spartanburg, SC location due to him lying telling both the front desk to move up a patient and turns around and tells HR that he didn’t say or.

He will take all the patients money and bill procedures that equal to the amount he came up with in his head. In huddle he will tell the staff what they are “doing wrong” to start the day but doesn’t blame himself for anything!

Staff is wonderful but the doctor is unfortunately dishonest. He does not know how to do implants or any hardware for implants. So sad to see, the staff is hard working, the lab is hard working, so much potential but the doctor and the manager fiend of operations Marcy Estep are horrible people.

The surgeon completely malformed my jaw bone to leave my jaws uneven the denied she even was the one that did my surgery. After denying me any resolution, I verified my proof of surgery with their corporate office and was offered a refund.

After having to have a second corrective surgery and involving an attorney I was sent a form to sign to get my refund. My user very was in 2022, I finally signed my agreement for a refund in Nov of 2023 and now have not received my refund and the person I’ve spoken with at the grievance dept not only refuses to return my calls but

I had an implant done last year at newnan location , I had been a customer at Carrollton but the wait to get in was two weeks. I thought all clinics were held to the same standard of care? Evidently not !

I should have waited the two weeks !! I have had to go back and forth to have abutments replaced. The thought was that it was the abutments (defect) that was the problem. Not knowing how an implant is supposed to fit???

Not balanced on posts and the back of the jaw?? It is evidently supposed to fit along gum line and then mount on posts. With no gaps ? No wonder I have had to go back and forth. Now I am having to have a new one made that actually fits. By a real dentist.

Affordable dentures ruined my life. No explanation or consultation. Pulled ALL my teeth. Had many good ones left! Awake for entire procedure. Happened too fast. I didn't get to ask questions. Now I'm stuck with detures that look fake, I can't eat, losing weight, gag daily.

My wife had tooth removed in the spring of this year and given an appointment to receive her new tooth. She had a scheduled appointment at 10:00 AM and was twenty minutes early and after waiting for two hours as she watched others go right in.

She finally left when she saw some staff leaving for lunch. She complained to the gal at the desk and she was told that just because your appointment was at ten doesn't mean that they can get you in then.

She has since been calling and sending emails with absolutely no response, which has been going on now for over 3 weeks. We paid $4,000 dollars up front and have the proof.

I purchased a full set of dentures from the Gaithersburg Office. 00 out of pocket. I had to go back 2 times for fitting. I was told by the dentist that the bottom ones will not fit because my mom does not have enough bone to stay in securely.

I was also told that the reason there is an overbite on the top set is because "it is suppose to be that way". The dentist told me she could secure the bottom denture with screws but will cost me an additional 4,400. 00. 00 out of pocket.

I have been going to this office since June 2023. The dentist apparently doesn’t know what he’s doing because I’ve been in there over 5 times and still NO teeth!!!! Oh but you guys made sure ya got money first and I’ve made 2 going on 3 payments now.

I've not had good experience with the jackson, tn office. Can never get my teeth adjusted right. Everytime I go it's someone different. Now I'm sure my 100 days is over & I'll have to start paying. I have tried to call for 2wks & left messages to make appointment, no response.

Began my procedure at Office in Algonquin, Illinois. Suddenly, dentist quit and I had to go much further to another office for completion. Much further than I was comfortable driving! When I submitted my paperwork to my insurance company, I was not able to send X-ray from original office as they were closed!

I. Went to affordable dentures in Arlington TN. They messed my dentures up not once but twice and I've now been without proper teeth almost 6 weeks. This place is incompetent. They do not have the ability to produce proper dentures

I bought my new top of the line dentures in May of 2020 l have had issues with my partial bottom plate with teeth falling out twice and my full upper breaking 3 times. I have a warranty that is good for 5 years but they closed up the location without even notifying me.

I was told the Ultimate fit denture will fit snug in my mouth. the dentist didn't do any gum work and never said if I needed any. The temps I am wearing are so large they drop out of my mouth even after several relines and cause gum sores.

It has been a year and I am still waiting for my Ultimate fit denture. Last week the wax molds looked perfect, and I was told that I could come back the next week and get my dentures so I signed the paperwork that told me I had to sign before they could make my denture.

I've been going to Affordable Dentures since February, 2023, for upper dentures and lower partial. Which they made sometime in March... Have not been able to wear them, had to wait from May to July to get another appointment, at that time they were so rude I walked out of office!

I got my immediate dentures made prior to extractions I knew immediatly they were not right and alerted them and they told me I had to wait until after extractions. I was right they were not right at all. They could not get me in for almost a week to adjust.

I went yesterday and they "adjusted" but one side was thicker and taller than other cutting into my gums and made an ulcer. The bite was not right, they were crooked, there was way too much gum showing and not enough teeth.

When I smile big you could see where top ends. I can talk almost clearly without teeth but with them I can't talk at all.

Although not a retail business, the office manager has terrible customer service. I had some major issues last year and was not heard, and walked out several times crying. I have an ulcer for over a year. I am now being told I would have to pay for one of thr issues because I haven't been seen for over a year.

He has put down on paper that I refused help, which is a lie. I never signed off on my permanent dentures and yet they were completed. I was told by the dentist that I would "learn to live with it".

The beginning of January 2023 I went to Affordable Implants and Detures for implants. I was told I was not a candidate for implants so I began denture process. I live 40 minutes away and had to travel there at least 6 times and job is still incomplete.

Many trips because could not get my bite right (upper denture). An on call dentist said it was because 2 bottom teeth should have been removed. Main issue is though xray showed lproblem with a tooth, dentist made partial. After having a toothache for over 3 weeks I told them something was wrong.

After getting the implants put in the stitches kept coming open. Finally they closed . but the dentures where never given a final liner and the dentist Quit!! So I spent $10,000 on teeth that don’t stay in. I can’t wear them daily.

I had to have the connections put into the bottom denture by someone else, food gets under then always. These were the Biggest waste of money!!!!

The dentist told me into getting two implants at the back bottom of my gums he said I would get three prescriptions I did one of those were supposed to be for pain but all it was was over-the-counter Tylenol did not help any with no pain I thought it was going to be prescription Tylenol I talked to my pharmacy so I know he was telling the truth so now I just live with the pain

I had a contract with Daytona Beach affordable dentures to remove a tooth and get a lower partial. When I made appointments to go in there, I had to go down and make an appointment and come back for the appointment because they don’t answer the phone and every time I go in there I have to wait two hours to see somebody. I needed a adjustment. My gum was sore.

They told me when they took all the money upfront in cash. That I can come in anytime I need an adjustment until I got my new lower partial made. The guy at the front desk that answer the phone started talking like he knew nothing about anything that was going on. Asking stupid questions.

Just had an appointment at the vestal office. Had 8 teeth pulled a d was supposed to get an upper full temporary and a lower temporary partial. The lab screwed up the lower partial so I couldn't get it. Have to go back on the 9th for new impression a d then wait who knows how long for them to make it.

Upper temporary denture is huge and won't stay in my mouth and has a bad over bite. Not very happy!

Had an appointment n Jan waited,2hrs had to leave they called me to weeks later said we needed to make another appointment I said ok called them ten days ago said they would call back never did I have made six voice mails they have not returned my calls.

Went to the location in Lincoln NE to have lowers done. Got my temporary set and the permanent dentures were supposed to be ready in January. The Lincoln location closed for the holidays in December and never reopened. Corporate sent me to the Bellevue location, assuring me that all records from Lincoln would be sent there.

Made the appointment in March only to be told they have no record of me. Still without my dentures and out $3000.

Went to my appointment schedule for 1:30 pm and arrived at 1:20 pm. Checked in and ask and waited for 130pm appointment waited 1 hour no one came to be to explained why I was waiting so long or anything.

People were coming in after me and noone still said anything to me. So after waiting over hour half with noone assisting me and helping everyone after me I let told them what they do with them teeth and left the the proceed to call me ask was I coming back I said no and

then someone called again to tell if I didn't come back they were going g to no longer see me. I told them if they were going treat me like they was treating me I don't want come back. They need to be more communicative when patients are setting 1 hour in half l after original schedule appointment. Very unprofessional.

my son Damian Brown went to Affordable Dentures Hardeeville, SC location September 9, 2022 for services, I paid for services same day after given total of what everything would cost. my went back and forth having his teeth pulled because dentures wouldn't fit.

Having a billing problem. The dental office said I needed to get their New Wearer's Package. Come to find out There is no such code for that so they subitted a code (5130) for upper immediate denture. I have that temporary denture and now they want me to pay the difference form what my insurance paid to get my permenent denture.

My insurance company has been trying to get ahold of The Corporate office. They need to resubmitt the claim with a different code(D5810) so i can get my denture. But My Ins. Co. can not get ahold of anyone at that corp. office.

I waited over 45 days for dentures. I saw a roach in the waiting area. I got unconfortable. I was called a name by the clerk Kala. I was asked to leave by Ryan . Ryan told me to come in @10:30.

Because I waited over 1 hour and 15 mins. 's. The clerk Kala called me Stupid. I called her Stupid back. Only to be asked to leave. With no Dentures. And i waisted my time when I could have went to a much cleaner and Professional place.

Affordable Dentures did not do finals on my impressions and permanent dentures. 00 to the Affordable Dentures in Mobile Al. that closed in Nov. of 2022. 00 in Oct. of 2022. 00 on work that was not completed. For a month and half I have called weekly to Affordable dentures support team and each time I call for refund they email Virginia Howard to call me on refund for work not performed support team also give me number to Virginia Howard called her six or seven times left messages on this issue no response from her I need help I feel like they are trying to keep my money.
