Not satisfied with care given. Paid all charges upfront. Had COVID and deaths in family. Contract was 18 months, Started Oct 2021. Should be valid until April 2023. Wanted reimbursed for Economy Plus dentures $855. Due to wanting $780 for alveoplasty and additional $200 for dentures due to price increase!!!

Wanted to get dentures elsewear and they refused to reimburse price of dentures already paid.

I purchased lower dentures on January 17, 2023 at the new Palm Coast office . I tried many times to glue the dentures in place and eat. But they continued to be loose no matter what I did. I had to take them out to eat!! I returned to the dentist and told her what was going on. She told me the reason why the dentures would never stay in is because I have too much bone loss. She obviously was well aware of that fact when I purchased the dentures. She never at any time told me that!! Why would I buy dentures that would never stay in?? I want to be refunded . I was never told I would be buying something that I could never use. This is not the way to do business and I am prepared to make an official complaint to the Florida Medical Board and Better Business Bureau.

Trying to get a refund back nobody calls including Mrs. Howard she's in charge of it she won't even return my phone call

I tried getting dentures a couple of years ago. Wahington street. Another one in Speedway,Indiana. I was going to try in Franklin, In, but the dentist there said they wouldn't even try for me. The lady from Speedway. talked badly of me.

So they said they didn't want me there. They didn't mind keeping my money, though. Do I need a lawyer for a lawsuit? Do you think.?

After 2 wax and partials, the lab did not make it correctly. I was told by the nurse tech that the dentist said for me to keep the partial, as it was no good to them and I would receive a refund.

Shelby, the front desk clerk demanded that I give the partial to her in order to get a refund. The week before, said nurse tech witnessed Shelby be forceful and rough with my mouth and wanted me to get a refund then.

Back in 2018 I paid in full for extractions all the way to the best set of dentures you have to offer I'm still wearing my temporary set which my top is broke completely in half I started in Odessa tx transferred to Tyler tx I was given my bottom teeth of my final set which look NOTHING like advertised. My top was in wax mold process cause they couldn't get them right.

Your office in Paducah,KY they are beyond rude. They never answer the phone and because I have insurance they want to charge me triple and not go by the websites information.

I have called the Memphis office several times over the last couple months trying to get an appointment for my permanent dentures and no one answers and will not return my call. I'm unable to make an appointment online if I am an existing patient apparently and live an hour away and don't want to drive all the way there just to make an appointment.

I am satisfied with the work done, however, I would really like to get my permanent teeth that I've already paid for in full. My swelling has went all the way down so my other ones do not fit at all and I am without teeth of any kind and very self-conscious because of it.

A drill bit was left embedded in my jaw and exposed , dead bone was exposed subsequently to the service and I had to be rushed to a surgeon the very next week. I am considering filling criminal charges against this practice because they have yet to even check on my welfare since.

They were advised of the issue but the dentist lied and told my insurance carrier that they instructed me to come in, NEVER HAPPENED. I paid for extractions and a full premium Set of dentures! I received what I would call basic or lower! They felt grainy and within a week had cracks! It’s been a little over a month now and I’m too scared to even brush them because they are falling apart.

First of all the tech had to take two impressions each of the upper and lower and neither were good impressions. The dentures were put in my mouth and i was told to come back in a week. I could feel the fit wasn't right but no one even offered a mirror for me to look at.

Both the dentures rocked side to side and front to back. The color of the teeth were wrong and the upper teeth were too short and the lower too long.

Also the teeth didn't align and there was a distinct overbite which I never had before. Upon my appointment this morning I explained what I found wrong with them and the technicians immediately got an attitude with me and said they couldn't re-do the teeth, only the base and my gums would adapt to the fit.

I paid for the New Dentures Wearers Package $4200, in April this year. I got my temporary dentures, but have been trying unsuccessfully to get refunded for permanent ones. I have a new insurance plan so I will get the permanent ones with a practice in their network, which is why I want my refund of $1300. As one other review said, the temporary dentures I got looks/feels like a child made them. My mouth was swollen from teeth extractions and the dentures fell out of my mouth. They looked like they were made for someone else - plus there was the rough surface of the mold they didn't even bother smoothing.

I went back to have a fitting and they refused, saying I had to return in 3 weeks. Life is impossible without teeth and they promised I'd have functioning teeth immediately! This is NOT what I bargained for, nor paid for.

I had full mouth extraction along with an alveoplasty done by oral surgeon on 9/9/22. I went to affordable dentures in commerce on 9/20/22 to get temporary dentures. The techs were great, the dentist was not. He was very rude for one, and did not listen.

Since I started my treatment plan I saw Dr. Goodpasture who was the one who assisted me with my treatment plan along with my dentist in Bloomington, who referred all of her denture patients to that local Affordable Denture’s office at that time. Because Dr. Goodpasture was so good to work with her and her patients as well as having a good reputation.
