Avoid this place. Headquarters sends dentists to a weekend course ( in house teaching) the dentist start placing implants on Monday as an “ expert “ as America’s largest implant company. No thank you. Go to a real dentist. I am a disgruntled older retired dentist who knows how to correctly place dental implants.

Heads up This company hires dentists right out of school with 2% surgical experience ( I have 40 years of expertise) they hire a bunch of foreigners who who not citizens and cannot even own a practice so Affordable Dentures uses a YS dentist as a puppet owner. Can you believe that?

My bottom dentures are to long and do not fit in my mouth. I cannot eat without choking. I asked them to trim them down and it does not look as though they did anything at all. I have a very small mouth space but the dentist didn’t even step one foot in my room.

The assistant said she did all she could do. I paid $2600 for dentures I can’t even wear. The dentist that just left the practice did everything in his power ro please me with the top dentures. I am 100% pleased with the top.

This new dentist seems unwilling to even see me. If they can’t help me or get me a dentist who can, then I want a refund for the bottoms so that I can find someone willing to help me.

I've not been happy with them from the start. I had to have (13) teeth extracted to begin with. They might as well have used a baseball bat and hit me right in the face. The dentist pulled and twisted until the teeth broke off. Then she had to cut my gums and dig out the pieces. Then a temporary denture was shoved into my mouth and I was sent home. The next day my face was all swollen and black and blue. I couldn't wear the temporary at all.

A week or so later I had to go back and have my gums cut open again so they could remove bone spurs. I'm going to have to go back and do that again as I have more bone spurs that are extremely painful.

After I had lost about 10 pounds and the swelling in my gums had gone down I was finally able to wear the temporary denture. The problem now is that…

Less than 6 months ago, I received an implant from this location. I was happy with Dr. Hassan and the finished product. I paid $2645 for the procedure. Since that time, I have been extremely careful with that tooth. I do not use dental pics and am careful with brushing. On 7/12, I had my teeth cleaned by Lake Wales Dentistry. Before they began the cleaning, they advised me that the cap on my implant was missing. They took photos and emailed to Dr. Hassan's office. I also took a hard copy of the picture in. The tooth involved is upper back, and I was not aware the cap was missing.

The day of my cleaning, I scheduled an appointment back with Dr. Hassan. They got me in on 7/28 and replaced the cap. Now to my complaint. ... I was…

Bushings fell out of implant denture. They were falling out while fitting and now they are gone so teeth do not fit. Simple fix but they will not see me without an appointment. All I need is the bushings. At first they were going to sell them to me then they changed their mind and said I needed an appointment.

My mother passed and I am going to the funeral so I have no time for an appointment. The bushings should not have fallen out to start with. Dr. Faxio is the doctor. It took 2 years to get the job done.

Several times I had an appointment only to get there and the doctor was not in. The teeth have to be removed regularly (3 times at least a day) to remove food that accumulates between the denture and the gum.

Now the bushings are gone and they hurt when installed.

Because my dentures and my implants done in two diffrent locations I have had several issues!! The location I had implants done I had have all implants removed and redone so the denture from other location don’t fit!! Other issue is the final denture that was made besides them not fitting my implants from second surgery were awful and they promised to redo (this was before second surgery) this is over last 2 plus years!!!

Came in for a consultation after spending 10 k and wanted to get more work done . They sent off 2 reports to the insurance company 1 for more implants other for denture bottom . After several weeks i finally made contact with dentist asking and they advised they never got the ok .

I called my insurance they advised they did ok it gave me ref numbers and everything . Called dentist back they told me come in next day . I get ther at 8 thwy workedon me until about 930 am and said be back at 1145 .

Affordable Dentures made a full upper and a lower partial this past February. They never could get them to fit correctly. After about three tries I asked for my money back. After a month I finally got the money back for my partial, but had no use for my uppers without out the partial as they were made to work together.

I am still waiting on my money for the upper dentures. They have the upper and lower dentures and never refunded the rest of my money.

In March of 2021 after saving a long time I went to affordable dentures for a full denture. 00 because they fit so poorly I went back ever week , sometime twice a week, I had sores all over my mouth and each time I went in they would shave the denture down untill there was nothing left for it to hold onto, I finally said that we should just start over, I had to pay an additional amount and

they made another set and its no better than the first set.

Also, the bite does not line up with either set. Its like they have not Idea what they are doing. I have never in all my years filed a complaint, I don't like confrontation but i feel like this was really bad.

Going on 6 weeks to get dentures very. Unprofessional at making appointments within a timely matter always a week apart was running late for a appointment and was put off for another week just to pickup dentures

At my first appointment I told them I didn't want temporary because I thought I could get my permanent in 4 to 6 weeks so when I asked them at my appointment they said yes it'll be 4 to 6 weeks so they never said you know you might want to get temporary because it's going to be 9 months or more to get your permanent.

And I found out a day after my teeth were pulled that it was going to be 9 months or more. This has been devastating to me it is ruined my self-esteem and everything it just has changed me. I think I should be compensated I want my temporaries free.

The employees are supposed to tell me how to do it, I don't get dentures all the time. The receptionist hung up on me when I was crying. She didn't even say sorry or anything. I would have saved up money to get the temporaries…

I had my bottom teeth taken out on 3/16/2022. I also paid for a new top plate. After my month bleed for 20 hrs I called 3 days without and answer. Had to go to my family doctor to get antibodies.

My first appointment the front desk had me scheduled for one day but when I got here they said I was a day late. NO! So being my dentures are to big for my month when I finally got and appointment I ask the front desk. 9:00 right. 3 times I ask.

I've made one complaint but haven't heard back from anyone. I've been going to Affordable Denture's in Zanesville Ohio. I would not even rate them a 1. I've had nothing but problems with the partials I had made there. I've had to get my upper partial redone twice.

I also had to go back for my lower partial to have it readjusted. This is all within a a couple months.

First I had my uppers done and had to go right back in the office because they looked so horrible. Within a week or so I had to have another plate done on uppers. I then got my lower partials and they hurt so bad I couldn't wear them.

I had partials made in Zanesville Ohio. I would not rate them even a one. I've paid close to 2000 dollars for my partials. I've had 3 plates made for the upper. One was remade to add another tooth. 8 have not had a pair yet that fit right and they are so embarrassing.

I submitted a complaint to the corporate office after having my partial adjusted several times. I requested a full refund. I contacted them by phone a week later and was told they were working on my case. I received a call from Sonya on March 22 but when I called bak to speak with her, they had no idea who she was.

That was the last call I received from them. I have called several times for a follow up and have been told that Natasha is in charge of my case but they do not have a contact number for her or that she is busy and will call me back.

Right now,at this very moment,I am in discomfort because my teeth are not aligned correctly, and this is my permanent set! About a week ago, I complained again about my permanents not fitting correctly. I was given a reline. The upper set came out without incident, but the lower set got stuck!

I was seen back in June at the Harrisburg PA office. I needed to have all my teeth pulled due to infections. The dentist (R. Mann) was very rough and her bedside manner was terrible. After having all my teeth pulled, so I thought.

December of 2021, I went in to get the rest of my top teeth pulled and 3 bottom. I wanted dental implants for the top and partials for bottom. Implants are supposed to start in April. My problem is the bottom temporary never fit. This is March.

Between 10/14/21-12/24/21, I had 10 appts. for a top denture to replace my old cracked one. I finally received "an ill fitting denture", on Christmas Eve (I was the last patient as they were leaving for holiday vacation).

However, upon wearing them @ home, I realized that I couldn't chew, bite (eat). The overbite & color are atrocious! I even told them I'd pay extra to match color to my bottom teeth. ) they're incapable and/or incompetent of performing their job satisfactorily!

Bad experience from the get go. After them pulling 26 teeth, with me wide awake and no option of any form of relaxation, the bleeding didn't stop for 2 days. Called and was told that mouth pads could be bought and used from a local dollar store.

2 weeks later got an appointment (Well, really I just kept showing up everyday til they seen me). I had broken off pieces of tooth in every other hole and was told its from smoking. I don't smoke! After eye rolls etc.

Without a doubt the most horrific experience! Not only was the cowrie version horrible but the dentures are equally horrific! I have not eaten any solid foods for over a year. I was hoping and told my permanent dentures would be a better fit. They are not intact the bottom dentures are worse!! They cause me so much pain even without using them to eat with. Paid to have all my teeth removed and for a set of dentures upfront, got my work done and reieved my temporary dentures but then they said the dentist that did the work left with all my files and money and they are not responsible for giving me my permanent dentures. Hello and thank-you for reading my complaint. I’m hoping this can be resolved before I proceed for more assistance. Your Charleston, SC office owes me $1200. They stated to the consumer affairs office that my balance is $0 but I don’t have the new dentures nor my money.

I was told that I would receive a check by the end of October and it’s now December 5th and no money. If I can’t get this resolved, I will have to get assistance because this is elderly abuse. You should read your reviews in this area, they’re not nice.

00 for a reline , I think the way they handled this was not right, if a denture is not feeling or fitting right, it should be replaced with a new one.

The only reason for 1 star is the people are extremely nice . I have had too many problems to say anything else good. After having my teeth pulled and being unable to wear the temporary denture (even with adhesive) because it would come loose and fall out.

When the permanent implant came it was next to impossible to get an appointment within a week so I would be unable to wear them until after the adjustment. Then I would call the next day and repeat the process.

It's now been 6 months and am still unable to eat or wear my dentures. My last allowed adjusted will be Monday and I fear I wasted $7000 and will never be able to eat solid food again. I have been hung up on by people and am not happy.

I was treated horribly by the dentist and the assistant at the Independence, Mo. location. They pulled all the teeth I had left, top and bottom, was told "STOP SCREAMING" and " It doesn't hurt that much". I doubt seriously that they read my file because I have several different health conditions, including diabetes and also some mental health issues that includes severe anxiety.

I felt traumatised when I left there and cried for hours.
