Dr Patel of affordable dentures of Waco Texas will not make my temporary teeth even wearable, did not tell me of moving to a private practice until second visit & still took me under Affordable dentures package, then told me price will be different, more. $.

Refunded me $520 of my permanent denture money then told me unless I bring that back he can't fix others. I'm still out $3 grand & two hundred something & no teeth i can wear. Poor, poor business.

I was promised permanent teeth they made these crappy temporary ones I cant even eat with.now after pulling all my teeth and making these junk useless teeth and now they say I dint get permanent ones I want what I was promised by the lead dr.I WOULD NOT RECOMEND AFFORDABLE DENTURES TO AN ENEMY THEY DO CRAPPY WORK THEY ARE RUDE AND THEY BAIT AND SWITCH STEAL FROM INSURANCE COMO.

I went into the affordable dentures office in denison tx today. After suppose to be fixed dentures I had to come back for repair two weeks later for the same reason a cracked denture. After speaking to my dentist assistant I find out that the Dr who pulled my teeth isn't with them no longer to due him doing things the wrong way so malpractice.

After requesting to speak to a Manger for my records. I'm telling the Manger that I had to wait over the weekend for my dentures to be fixed cause I was told to bring them in and they could have then back by 3 that day(friday).

Never have I been so rushed and feel like I am just a number. I got new pins several years ago. One of the pins pulled out. Went back in she told me I had to give it a month for the bone to grow back.

Came back she put 11 mm post and double drilled. Two weeks later it came out again which put more leverage on the other one and that one pulled out. Went back to them and they put holes in my bottom plate which eventually snapped right where they put the holes.

Went back to get them all replaced and had to pay full amount. They ended up being very uncomfortable woke up the next day my glands were so swollen I couldn't swallow. Call them up for an appointment they told me it would be another week.

I made it by grace of god & when i walked into room the assistant was mad she began saying how she had to go to lunch and she didnt have much time i told her look if its that important i dont mind waiting she proceeded to fix my lower partial in which ended up ruining it all together as i walked out of there she tripped me then claimed it was an accident which it was intentional when i got to front desk & was crying told lisa what had just happened and immediately she said Why would she do that?

Have yet to recieve any refunds and the partial has caused my surrounding teeth to decay also shortly after pieces started breaking off of it from the bottom that sets on my gums.

I got the premium top denture. The lady asked me if I liked them. I told her “they were so long I felt like I looked like a beaver”. She filed them down so low that you can’t even see my teeth when I smile.

When I asked them to fix it, since there is a warranty, the woman on the phone said “I’m sorry since you paid with Medicaid the warranty does not apply to you”. Then they RELEASED me as a patient because they said they felt they “couldn’t make me happy”.

This is wrong every way you look at it. Please help!

Affordable dentures Jackson Tn has been a nightmare trying to just adjustments made. Had teeth pulled and dentures put in a month ago. Tried calling 2 weeks ago due to issues with them no one ever answers phone or calls back.

Wife finally talks to someone and was told they were short staffed and more worried about the customers in the store and they were answering the phone.

Had remaining 6 front lower teeth pulled in October 2020. After healing this place has not been able to make correct adjustments yet. Have to drive an hour each time I go there and now after around 15 trips for the final try in, they are still not right and are almost see thru and cheap appearance.

Rude and racist office and technician staff. They showed no compassion or patience for a 93 year old lady who is in hospice that needed emergency care. The doctor never knew how I was treated. He lost a sale for a full set of dentures.

I am writing today to complain about my local Affordable Dentures and Implants office in Bridgeport, Wv.

I had a consultation in September 2020. I have since been trying to get my dental problems resolved. I missed an appointment last week (June 22, 2021) because there was no reminder call the day before. I started calling the very same morning at 7:30 am to reschedule. My appointment was at 7:30 am that day. Several days later I found a reminder email. I don’t check my email every day. I was told by several people in the answering service that the Bridgeport, Wv office sends ALL calls to them. I do not feel this is an appropriate way to conduct business. Nor do I feel the employees need to be paid for services they are not providing.

I need 4 extractions badly! One tooth is so rotted…

Affordable Dentures and Implants in Bridgeport, Wv has THE WORST service!!! ALL calls go to an answering service. I had my consultation in Sept 2020, it’s almost July 2021 and I still do not have my teeth issues resolved. The answering service will send an email to the office.

Someone is supposed to get back with you in 24-48 business hours. I have never received a call back. I am in a wedding this weekend, and have to do it without my teeth being fixed because of the lack of attention of service in the Bridgeport Wv office.

Apparently they do not know anything about public humiliation! I’ll give this office until Wednesday 30th 2021 to resolve this issue or I will take my business elsewhere.

I now have a loose implant in my all-in-one that they put in for me at the kyle location less than two years ago and they will not answer my phone calls or see me there. It's absolutely diabolical and I've never been in so much pain and frustration in my life.

I have been going to the Kyle dental office at affordable dentures for years, I had a lower implant bridge put in in the back in 2015, they have refused to see me. I don't understand how they can just ignore a person that has been in excruciating pain & hasn't been able to eat for the past month & even had me come in & saw the shape it is in, & Blaine promised to call me the next day with a plan, I still haven't heard from him.

I am seriously at the end of my tether, especially bc the other bridge on the other side started bleeding last night & they're the ones that I have spent $40,000 on for the all-in-one upper & all my lower implants & bridges.

I am diagnosed with cancer and have resources to have my teeth fixed.

However I paid out of my pocket so that I would have teeth by the time I left on the 15 th for treatment. I even explained that Angel flights would fly me to The Modesto office off needed! Now I’m told I won’t have teeth by then.

My dog got a hold of my lower denture and destroyed it. I went to affordable dentures in Tacoma The doctors name is Dr. Goodman. She extracted seven teeth. I went to her every week or week and a half complaining these dentures hurt.

They would try to adjust it and when I got home and tried once again to eat solid foods they hurt too bad. I was on a liquid diet from the middle of February to May 17 and I’ve lost 30 pounds. Dr.

Goodman said oh you should expect pain up to six months. Well, I know that was wrong because when I had my first dentures, I was completely healed in 7 to 10 days and it never hurt. Being disgusted with my care I went and got a second opinion at Federal Way Dental Excellence.

Went to have a crow put in and loyd took out my bones in that spot instead! He said let it heal for 6 weeks and come back, I did!!!! He told me he could not put a crown in because the bone is gone and he had no Bone's laying around!!!!

The office lied on the phone and said that the x-rays were complimentary. They proceeded with the extraction and reline after we agreed to the price of $435. After I was numb, they came and told me and my wife that there was an additional $95 for x-rays.

They would not allow us to read the papers I signed and took them out of my wife's hands while she was reading them. They told her she could get copies on the way out. We bought the premium dentures at the location in Charlotte they told us they were under warranty for four years we go back proximately a year later and they're telling us we have to file with our insurance or pay out of pocket for a realignment that's not what they told us when they sold us the dentures the nurses name was Jean Jean and she was being very rude she said it's like if you go on a diet there's really nothing we can do it's mother nature I will be contacting the local news about this issue.

I had lower extractions. Some teeth were broken. Was told they needed surgical extraction. 1st appt on a Fri. they couldn't numb the area. they gave me a packet with ativan & xanax. Told me to take the pills, find a driver, come back Mon. before extractions. s.

I made sure I told them the first visit. They were to only pull half of bottom teeth. They "pulled" all lowers, butchered my lower gums. I have splintered bone, broken teeth under the gum, shards and they put the dentures in on top of all the damage. And sent me home.

I went to Affordable Dentures on 9/3/19 and had all my upper teeth pulled and took my new denture with whom my dentist made, Dr McMurray. After my teeth were extracted the nurse was fitting my denture and explained it needed adjusted.

She took it and when she brought it back, I noticed she had ground down my two back molers which made it flat. I was out of it and didn't think too much about it at the time. But it's difficult to eat with those flat teeth now?? I want it fixed.

Went for 4 on 4 implants top and bottom payed cash for all work in advance had implant put in and they cut my tounge whle doing so took months to heal . That was the first time dr hall was present.

After that alway got a tech. any almost a year later implants healed but sticking way out of gum line . and see if i can even get dentures with these implants . The doctors i have talked to wont even consider it.

The dentist there Dr. Cleary did 3/4 of my work, then refused to finish because my husband had an argument with the receptionist on the phone. I did NOTHING wrong. My husband didn’t swear or threaten. Now, I’m stuck with 2 implant screws in my mouth with nothing to connect them to.

What kind of service is that? Where do I go to finish? They took my $4700 and never finished the job.

I started with them because I needed an implant. The Dr. was great and the service was excellent. This week after wanting an adjustment to the implant, I contacted the office and they denied servicing me since the Dr. I had was transferred to the Denver office and told me I’d have to go there for service after spending thousands!

I paid CASH money for a full set of Dentures and did not get the cheapest set either. Mesfin W. Zelleke at the Woodbridge Va office did the work from beginning to end. Although his policy says satisfaction guarantee and unlimited adjustments for 60 days he refused.

That was nearly two years ago today. He did such a poor job on my dentures I can't even wear my permanent dentures. I am wearing my TEMPORARY dentures. Basically I paid big money to wear the free temporary pair.

Have use Affordable Dentures for several years. Made an appointment in Topeka KS to have teeth extracted and full bottoms. Dental assistant was not very friendly and could only tell me that I took better care of my fake teeth better than my real.

I felt humiliated and felt I was being scolded. I told both dentist and assistant what I wanted done. Assistant only wanted to have me pay more money for upgrade. Several times I told her what I wanted, only to have her insist that the "upgrade" was better for me.

My dentures are absolutely horrific! I spent 11,000. And they look like I'm the joker on batman! My dentist won't help me. So unprofessional! My teeth are comical, I'm only 52, they talked me into taking all my teeth out, which I didn't want to do, I only wanted a bridge in the front.

So they have the worst customer service I have ever seen. The office staff is rude, and the employees in the back don't even listen to their patients. I had 12 teeth extracted (11 on top, 1 on bottom) on May 31, 2019.

They didn't give me anything for pain except for Tylenol and Ibuprofen and didn't even give me an antibiotic or any information on my denture other then don't take them out until they fall out on their own. Well, after they fell out I couldn't get them back in. They didn't fit.

The partials that I received from Affordable Dentures in Bedford Virginia are awful this is my second pair my first pair the top set was uneven in my mouth they hurt my gums the bottom set didn't even fit at all so I went back to get them redone now the top set hurts teeth and holes in saliva in the roof of my mouth so when I'm talk spit be coming out of my mouth the bottom set I really lose and

I went in for my initial visit and they said I needed 5 extractions. So the process began. I had all that done and got my temporary dentures. While the dentist was pulling the last tooth he broke one of the roots off in my sinuses and sent me to an oral surgeon.

I went to my ENT and he did xrays and other planned surgery. My sinus were effected in a big way. When I tried to get my permanent dentures, I would call and have to leave a message for someone to call me back.

January 2018 my husband went in to Affordable Dentures & Implants on NW Expressway, Oklahoma City, OK to have 3 implants put into his lower gum for his dentures to snap onto. That was sometime around October of 2018 Now a different Dentist/doctor has taken over and promised my husband that he would need a different kind of implant and there would be no charge to replace them.
