I have been reaching out to AIG for a month by calling and leaving voicemails and writing an email. I have been waiting for Kenny Holder to call me back to help have my 401(k) rolled over. However, they have not called me back.
I decided to go through the public number to try and have another representative help me accomplish this task. After waiting 40 minutes to speak with someone, they told me that I need to continue the process with Kenny Holder who does not return my calls and email.
I have until March 22 to get this rollover completed, yet no one at AIG will go the extra mile to help me out.
