My 13 years old granddaughter family member of EU (Austria) father but born in Nigeria was denied a boarding from Birmingham international to Lagos despite calling Air France customer service to clarify her travel document. I was told my Air France that my grand daughter does not require any transit visa because she was not going into France but only transit for connecting flight from CDG to Lagos. On the said travel date 14/8/23 having driven from Nottingham to Birmingham to board the the plane the counter checking in lady refused my daughter a boarding pass contrary to what I was told by Air France that we do not require transit visa. Worst airline ever! If you want to travel with no baggage it is great! Or they will never send your baggage and worst customer service and they don't care. You can enter your complaint, create a claim and it goes nowhere. Worst airline ever!

On 10th July 2023, I approached gate M47, 40minutes before boarding flight AF9088 going from Paris to Minneapolis. There, my passport and boardingpass were confirmed by Airfrance employees who told me to await my boarding. About 30mintes later, I approached Airfrance employees at the same gate and was told my flight just left.

I later learnt from other passengers that the flight was overbooked and they were offered $1,000 each in mileage to give up their seats. I missed my flight not because I came late, but for misrepresentation by Airfrance employees. I expect your response in addressing this issue. Thank you.

My husband walks with a Cain he had priority skymiles instead he was made to wait on the sidelines and attend and offered no help!! We then had to go to the tarmac to meat out plane to jfk again no assistance for him going down or up the stairs!!!

I complained at the tarmac because the nurse was hot and I was upset due to covid about the air and the attendant threatened to take me off the flight!!! My husband by now was about to collapse from it all!!!

On the 14 July 2023 we were suppose to fly from Berlin to South Africa via connecting flight in France. The flight delayed in Berlin and when we arrived in France the connecting flight to South Africa was gone. We re booked into a hotel for a night and issued with flight tickets to get a a connecting flight to South Africa in The Netherlands the following day, 15 July 2023.

The same incident occurred as the flight from France to The Netherlands delayed and we were told the only option was to fly to Ghana to get a connecting flight to South Africa. In deed we flew to Ghana and got the connecting flight to South Africa.

In the process, three suitcases were damaged and pictures are attached.

Furthermore, my employer had booked us accommodation from 15-22 July 2023 and we could only check…

Air Fance regrted that I couldn't “ benefit from a comfortable seat”

I paid an extra 44 euro Mr. Nobody to get a shity seat mended with blanket and same tape, Fancy style I guess, I had to eat my perfect salad STANDING in front of so many people. I had to spend 8 hours of my life unable to have the standard TABLE every seat has. Moreover, my company paid 860 euro, for a seat without a table I did not use my laptop, I did not drink or eat anything for eight ours.

Air France are liars and con artists. Do not travel with them. We called for an upgrade. The agent charged us for two brand new tickets and did not give us the seats we were promised. 90 euro for two tickets that should have cost 6,600 euro.

They refused to help or refund us and we had to do a chargeback and are still fighting the case with our credit card company. Liars, scam artists and completely worthless in terms of making things right.

My wife and I canceled our trip from Athens to New York and we are supposed to get both of us a credit towards a new flight within a year from Air France. We called many times the airlines trying to get this credit.

All we got was an email back with a reference number UQLEEN and then we were supposed to get an email to tell us the difference of the price within 24 to 48 hours. we waited a week and we had no one contact us, and finally we gave up because we were so disgusted and we bought tickets through another airline.

This is for everyone who reads this, good luck trying to get a credit through Air France. You will never get it.

I am a Minister of Religion and have dual nationality U K. and Irish. I had booked return flights on Saturday 28th January 2023 to Israel returning to Dublin on 3rd February 2023 with a stopover in Paris . I had booked my flights on flexi on advice from Air France London that I could change my flight detail's when in Israel with these tickets to stay in Paris and have time with my son boosting French economy.

It cost me several hundred pounds in phone calls to London being denied ability to change tickets from Israel , even though I had been told choose these tickets to do so. I am registered disabled with ulcerated legs, diabetis 2 and Chronic Fatigue as well as high blood pressure, having died for over 12 minutes on 16th November 2021.

The stopover in Paris was to be a holiday in Paris…

I booked a flight from Israel to New York and on the return trip from JFK to France to a connection to Israel, Air france would not let me check in or choose a seat or order a kosher meal! I called customer service and they also would not help me with any of the above!

It says you can check in 24 hours before your flight but online would not work and customer service would not help and they did not care that I also would have no food to eat because of my special dietary restrictions. I am shocked by the poor service and unprofessional manner I was treated with when speaking to customer service.

My flight information is AF0015 on 20/02/2023 at 17:30. I demand some sort of compensation for this horrendous situation

Purchased changeable ticket. The only option online is to change dates. I need to change to different cities in Europe. Which was confirmed by customer service only a phone option. Found a few ticket options that works, called the phone line.

All of the sudden the price multiplies from what is available online. I do not feel that is it reasonable to use my tickets value of $1000 for ticket that is only $100 and get nothing back in any form of credit or voucher.

Or on the ticket that is around $300-400 pay additional $1500 over my $1000 already paid. Looking to get reasonable solution to the situation

I travelled from Houston to Delhi and both time my luggage was damaged. When I reached Delhi one of my suitcase was cracked. I purchased new luggages in Delhi and paid f$150 each or extra four luggage. When I reached to Houston on October 22, 2022 and I was on wheel chair.

The lady who was pushing me on wheel chair pulled my luggage from the belt and found my two baggages out of six were completely damaged and stuff was coming out from one of the luggage. I lost some valuable items.

Wheelchair assistant refuse to take me. And, I was forced to drag my luggage cart which causes me a physical discomfort and I had to go to emergency. I filed a complain (Claim # C-5664068) for my damaged bags and sent the pictures but did not get any response.

My flight was Los Angeles to Istanbul on Dec 19,2022 All 6 luggages did not arrived. Filed PIR ISTAF 26462 in Istanbul. Received 5 luggages on Dec 24. One is still missing. Another One came damaged with broken wheel. I submitted lost baggage claim C-5852488 .

I flew using Air France from Raleigh to Paris on flight AF3629, from Paris to India on flight AF0218, and then from India to Bangkok on flight UK0123. This reservation was made under the booking number 3BX4FG. During my layover in India I had 3 vapes confiscated each of them being 20$ USD.

I was never informed by Air France that vapes were confiscated and were told multiple times before and during my flights that vapes were permitted in carry on luggage. Prior to my flight from India I was texted a list of prohibited items for my flight and e-cigarettes were not listed.

Baggage was missing in the destination. My luggage was lost in July, 2022. i was advised by KLM representatives in the airport that I would be reimbursed for everything that was lost. I have contacted numerous times but no one has said anything about finding my luggage. That's all I want.

However, I was told that I would get reimbursed only for what I bought while abroad so that I could live. I spent the minimal amount possible because I don't have much money. plus, i expected my luggage to be returned to me.

If we travel on an Indian passport from India to US (having US student /work Visa) but having 2 stops in Schengen counties, do we need Schengen visa?

Air France stole my luggage including clothing, shoes and purses plus life saving medications and pain medications. Air France sent a measly $200 even after I produced tickets of my purchased items for my travels which were ruined due to their theft and I had to return to the USA due to illness and lack of clothing.

The customer service team is 99% inadequate, the organization has an incorrect self inflated ego and lack basic common sense skills. AF is a legal thieving team of crooks and liars.

AF flight was delayed in London, caused us to arrive late at CDG, they won’t allow us on plane even though the plane stayed at the gate for 50 mins, had to spend the night there cause if no more flights that day. Arrived at CAI to find out one of our bags missing, been 5 days now and they can’t locate it.

Called the number to check on status, the agent didn’t speak in understandable English, was rude, refused to transfer me to a different agent, a supervisor, give me his name or ID number. Worst experience, never flying Air France again.

At the skypriority security gates in terminal 2F this morning my husband was padded for about 5 mins by an Indian member of personnel because the system detected his metal hip. The Indian member of personnel even put his hand down my husband’s trousers at the front and the back which in my opinion amounts to physical abuse.

When I spoke to my husband the Indian men approached me and started to ask me what I said to my husband and accused me of talking about him. He was aggressive and his behaviour completely inappropriate. I spoke to the supervisor and she said that she didn’t hear what happened but she told me he was Indian and he understood English.

My booking reference number is NPAXA8, and I initially booked a return flight for Rochester NY to Lagos, Nigeria for the outbound flight scheduled for December 10.

My plans changed and I had to reschedule the flight to a later date and a new location. I had to reschedule the flight to Washington to Lagos, Nigeria for December 14.

The issue here is that I did not see the excess charge of $2,380.10 while booking. For whatever went wrong, I cannot say but I did not see it, else I would not have completed that transaction.

I actually thought it was free as even the current flights are less than that amount. Now my account has been debited and I need that refund because there is no way I can even make it to Washington for that flight without that sum.

I purchased my ticket from Delta but the flight was operated by air france. Furst if all the seats are beyond narrow inly a child can be comfortable. I was at row 33 and purchased my ticket in March. My seat was broken and the reclining was not working.

When the seat in front of me was reclining the back of thd seat was almost touching my nose. I could not breath properly. I got very upset. Talked to the crew the best they could do was to offer me a seat all the way in the back of the plane.

My wife, Farnaz Javaheri & I, Manouchehr Javaheri travelled by AIR FRANCE from Vancouver to Johannesburg 17 April 2022 and returned on 14 Jun 2022. On our return we noticed 2 out of three of our baggage were damaged. Before leaving the airport, we took our baggage to AF desk for lost/damaged baggage.

They inspected them and gave us a printout of proof of the claim. They told us we will receive emails or calls within 2 weeks to agree on an option. After 2 weeks passed, we phoned and they told us to wait.

On Saturday, September 24, 2022, my wife and I flew from San Diego to New York where we boarded Air France fli8ght 8742 to Paris. We had checked our large suitcase from San Diego through to Paris (luggage claim ticket number 4006362750) When we arrived in Paris our suitcase was not there.

I have lost luggage and have had no correspondence from the airline or the baggage handlers since June. Now I am filling reimbursement on the website the baggage tracking is gone and I can no longer file for lost luggage as the system does not accept the booking reference and name.

I was also delayed at the airport overnight with no hotel provided and had to sleep on the floor of the airport. The entire journey was completely unsatisfactory.

I would like to file for the reimbursement of the lost baggage and possibly get the bag back.

On 7/20/22 I went to JFK Airport with my husband and my two sons to embark on Flight AF0007 scheduled at 7:30pm landing at CDG Airport in France for vacation. I was told at the AF counter that I could not go on the plane as my US Passport will expire on October 9, 2022, because the expiration date has to be at least 3 months after my departure date .

I had to rush back to my Connecticut home in a yellow cab to go pick up my French passport in order to be able to fly to France. It took almost 3 hours for the round trip, $500 fee and excruciating stress to try to make it back on time for the 9:00pm flight.

In addition, my husband, who is handicapped, had to wait with my sons near the AF counter for 4 hours until I returned. An AF employee denied them the right to use the lounge as business…

Flew Rome to Paris Sept. 2 2022. #0571261217385. 0nly 2 agents at check-in for 3 flights. Long wait. Flight delayed . Connection, Paris to Detroit was almost missed. On the 8 hour flight, only was offered refreshments once. Was given some sort of pickle sandwich later in the flight.

Asked attendant for a beer, response, " I'd have to go back to the galley for it, have a cognac instead" he was 10 feet from the galley. My wife needed the attendant, pushed the call button, waited over 30 minutes for a response.

The ships wifi was not working. Supplied headphones did not work but problem was corrected. I can understand flight delays but the service on the flight was horrendous. Then, to make our experience perfect, our baggage did not make the flight.

I had booked a flight from Glasgow to Bangkok in April 2022. The flight from Glasgow to Amsterdam Schiphol was delayed for 2 and a half hours so I missed my connecting flight to Bangkok. Despite severe moblity problems and having booked wheelchair assistance I was abandoned overnight at Amsterdam airport with NO ACCOMMODATION and NO FOOD or shops open, NO AIRLINE STAFF FOR 9 HOURS and NO DUTY MANAGER to assist.

Total chaos reigned at Schiphol, and after a catalogue of failures by airline staff, I was flown to CDG airport Paris and booked into a hotel for my second overnight. It took me 2 days to get to Bangkok instead of 17 hours on the scheduled booking.

When I got there, my luggage was missing, and it took a further 3 days for that to arrive in Bangkok. A totally nightmarish experience…

I write this letter (attached) to detail Air France’s inhuman bumping off, at the last minute, my 60-year old mother leading to an additional 6 hours of flight and more than 5 hours delay to reach her final destination at the time when a simpler solution (a short wait at Boston Airport) was available but denied. Based on this unaccepted behavior, I request primarily a formal written apology to my mother and a monetary compensation based on our rights and aviation regulations.

We traveled with Air France from Ottawa, Canada to Naples, Italy on August 28, 2022 and returned to Canada on September 7, 2022. We were pleased with the majority of our trip! The signage in the Montreal airport was very poor and the information we had been given on the plane as to where to catch our bus was incorrect.

Once we were able to find the location for our bus, which was not easy, the Air France personnel were hesitant to let us board as we were not on the list….. we were on the previous list! My complaint is regarding the bus driver - he was surly, extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. To make matters…

My complaint has to do with the compensation they wanna pay me for two weeks of delayed Baggage all my clothes all my hygiene products and my hearing aid charger were in my suitcase the person on the other end told me I could receive $260 for that two weeks that’s unacceptable the phone number he gave me to phone I found it and they told me they don’t hear of such nonsense so I would like to appeal it and it says my claim has been closed but I want to appeal it $260 is not enough for two weeks of delayed Baggage
