Air France lost my bag from Paris to Bologna on the 01 July. I have received zero compensation for my lost bag. Every time I try to call I'm either placed on hold for hours or can't even get through.
It has been over 45 days of no contact from them. There service is absolutely terrible. I also require a letter to provide to my insurance so I can make a complain and I haven't even received that.
