Air France lost my bag from Paris to Bologna on the 01 July. I have received zero compensation for my lost bag. Every time I try to call I'm either placed on hold for hours or can't even get through.

It has been over 45 days of no contact from them. There service is absolutely terrible. I also require a letter to provide to my insurance so I can make a complain and I haven't even received that.

Off loading of full fare passengers at Paris

I purchased two full fare tickets Paris/Gothenburg/Paris on your airline ( not discounted fare/ sub-load etc.) on 18.06.2022 for my wife and myself. The ticket Ref are MYRHUY………travel date 07/09/22. Paying SL Rs 253.800 per person.As we had to transit from Paris to Gothenburg to attend a Important Business meeting ,on Monday 8th August

We purchased full fare was to ensure that our seats were confirmed and assured as we were to keep a very important business appointment .

However, at the check-in counter at Paris we were designated “stand-by” much to our surprise. The staff had no plausible reason to offer as to how two confirmed , full fare passengers checking in well within the stipulated time were ultimately humiliated and off loaded.

I fly to New York JFK and always on business class expecting exceptional service. 30 am. I was told that the plane will arrive late and that I would miss my flight from Paris to New York. I am a disabled passenger with mobility disabilities and total blindness. My flight from Bangalore to Paris on September 5 (confirmation number 2O7ZSI) was delayed by more than 4 hours resulting in me missing my connecting flight to Seattle. When I arrived in Paris, I requested wheelchair assistance.

The woman assisting me was extremely rude and clearly had no interest or desire in assisting me. She refused to place my personal belongings in my lap as I requested, and refused to bring me to speak with a rebooking agent in my wheelchair.

After I was forced to stand for over an hour clinging to the counter so that I would not fall, I learned there were no available flights to Seattle until September 6, and I was given an airport hotel voucher. The agent rebooking me told me the hotel would…

Dear Sir Madam, can you please update me on the status of my voucher - 0571590203953. I requested for a refund about 6 weeks ago. However about 3weeks ago, I requested a suspension of the refund as I want to use the voucher. Presently, I don't have the refund nor voucher. And you do not reply to my email. I use different bank cards to purchase ticket with air France at different times. None of these accounts including those I have closed, have received any money from you.

Baggage did not arrive in Buenos Aires for 23 day holiday in Argentina. I was travelling I to the Andes and needed warm clothes and shoes, plus warm weather clothes for Iguazu. Because I was in the Andes I had to buy from markets etc.

- no receipts (I have photos of clothes bought).

Also had clothes for my son who is living in Argentina. I was offered £170 but had to spend more than this but Airfrance will not pay due to no receipts. My bag arrived in Buenos Aires 5 days after I arrived but they would not deliver it to a friend's address - said I had to be there.

We missed our connecting flight from Paris to Newcastle because of security, we weren't called for and we weren't able to get through fast as there was very little staff around to tell we had another flight to catch. We arrived at the boarding gate 2 minutes late and were denied boarding. Staff weren't very helpful and didn't seem bothered that we had missed our flight

I traveled with my puppy, a small puppy of only 5 kg. I am very disappointed and disappointed with this trip and it is the last time I travel with this company. She started to struggle, make ugly noises, cry, tear the bag, I thought something bad would happen to her, she felt suffocated there in the bag because it was too hot for her.

Air France Customer Care (Charu Sharad) will not process my claim, citing that the files cannot be opened (receipt photos). I've sent the files four times since June 1, 2022 as instructed, in every format listed and all under the size limit.

I believe that they are dismissing my claim to avoid payment, which was only laundry services for the day it took to get my luggage back. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. How can airlines get away with treating customers so badly?

Our baggage was delayed on a flight. We filed a complaint and turned in receipts. They promised a reimbursement and sent confirmation they were making it. Nothing ever was paid. I’ve made five subsequent calls. They always take my banking information and say they will follow up with the appropriate person but never do.

My flight was in January.

This email is to officially register a complaint against your company for a completely ruined vacation.

We booked a package cruise with Princess Cruises who booked flights on our behalf with Air France. On the 9th July we boarded the AirFrance flight AF1669 from Manchester, following a delay and flew to Paris CDG. We then had to run from Terminal 2F to Terminal 2E to catch our transfer flight from Paris CDG to Rome, flight AF1304. This was quite a distance and a very stressful start to our holidays. We managed to catch the transfer flight at Paris to Rome, only because our second flight was also delayed.

Upon arriving at Rome we headed for the carousel to receive our luggage (4 cases) which didn't appear.

In my opinion, Airfrance is operating like a scam organization and I dont think it has any professional ethics. I booked my one way journey with Airfrance. Confirmation no: TAKJS3 for Aug 6th flying from Mumbai to Orlando. I booked a premier economy for myself and 3 others in my family ( so total 4).

On Jul 29th, I logged in my Airfrance home page to reuquest special assistance for my wife who needed wheelchair. and to my surprise I saw the message that my flight has been cancelled. Airfrance never sent me a single email before or after letting me know that my international flight has been cancelled.!!!

Web page didn't allow me to look for any other flights. Then I couldn't find any numbers where I can reach customer service.

On August 5th, my wife and I travelled to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. We arrived on August 6th and due to missing luggage, we have to postpone the celebration planned with our family and the medical outreach until the last few days of our trip.

Worse, on arriving back at JFK, all four of our luggage were missing and still no news of those luggage as I’m writing this complaint. There are food items in the luggage should have been shipped to cousins in Midwest or being picked up by friends.

The inconvenience is so extreme that there’s no words to describe the disappointment.

Over the past two days, there is too much stress I had to experience as none of your agents was able o resolve my issue. My flight was booked from Edmonton to New Delhi by a travel agency for Oct12, 2022.

Next, I rescheduled my flight to Oct 7, 2022, without informing my agency and the card was charged and the ticket was shown on the website. I had some issues related to the baggage police so I contacted one of the agents agents via FB messenger and there I get to know that my ticket is not confirmed and is on hold by delta airlines.

I called delta airlines and they confirmed that my ticket has been canceled and nothing is on hold. I called up one of your agents with a wait time of around 20 min. I was told that I need to contact the travel agency as they are the ones who can fix it.

DO NOT TRAVEL ON THIS AIRLINE IF YOU HAVE A SEVERE FOOD ALLERGY. I have a life-threatening peanut and nut allergy. Before booking my ticket with AirFrance, I called ahead to make sure they could accommodate me, they assured me they could.

I called again once I had booked my ticket and they added my allergy to my booking. I arrived early and told the person at the gate about my allergy, who called the airline to confirm. When I boarded the plane, somehow the crew had absolutely no idea that I had a severe allergy.

I explained to them what the usual process is (setting up an allergen buffer zone), and they said that yes they would do it, and then didn’t. The person sitting next to me had a bag of peanuts. This could have been a fatal situation for me.

I have a Delta flight that leaves from building M in CDG airport. I have a priority pass and an AMEX Platinum card. I waited in line to go into the AF lounge in building M. The lady at the counter didn’t even look at me.

Our travel with flight AF9407 from Marrakech to Paris on 1th of august 2022. At the in checking in desk it was not possible to make at transfer even we explained that Air France had a cooperation with Atlantic Airways.

Onbord a passenger got sich, so we had to land in Seville in Spain. We sat at the same row and we think the lack of information what was going on was not in order. We felt the plain was lacking altitude, and than the captain gave information, that we had to land in Sevelle, because a passenger needed medical treatment.

Airfrance lost my bag and RUINED my very expensive trip to Italy, and it took 18 days to get my bag back. I was FORCED to purchased clothes in Positano and summitted a claim C-5286335 on 7/21 and am still waiting to get my claim paid. My experience with Airfrance has been a disgrace and on a scale of 1 to 5 stars they get O stars, not 1. I need someone to give me an update on my claim asap or i am contacting an attorney.

My wife and I paid for direct roundtrip flights from Vancouver (YVR) to Paris (CDG) for our honeymoon trip, and that's where our first experience (and probably last) with Air France goes horrible.

To start, our direct return flight home to Vancouver got cancelled, and they tried to put us on a connecting flight a day earlier, which obviously does not work with our travel plans as we are not even in Paris that 1 day earlier. Secondly, our seat selections for both our outbound and return flights that we made suddenly disappeared and my wife and I got separated to seats that were not together. Air France has delayed my luggage - I was on a flight from London (LHR) to Montreal (YUL) via Paris (CDG) and upon arriving to Montreal, and not finding my luggage, I was told by an agent that my luggage was still in CDG. I filed notice at the YUL airport and the online form but have received no further updates for the past week.

My trip has been severely affected due to this, as my luggage contained a lot of essential items. The airline number does not work, as I have been calling every day for the past week and have been on hold for hours each time, with no response.

I hope to hear back with some positive news. I would like to know if my luggage has left Paris or is still stuck there!

My sister Rama Pillutla and I traveled from Boston to Nairobi and back in July. We left on the 12th and got back on the 25th. The vegetarian food selection was terrible. In fact there was no selection. We got the same polenta with artichokes both ways whereas meat eaters had three choices.

In spite of ordering vegetarian food on the web in Nairobi and also confirming it was in at the time of check in, we were told that the food we wanted was unavailable. Not only that we all were sick after coming back with diarrhea and fever, probably eating the leafy salad, which was wilted and stale.

We booked as a group of 5 people to Toulouse for Monday 22 August 2022. Two of the group had to cancel due to ill health by email. It now appears that Air France have cancelled the whole group by mistake.

I have tried to ring Air France on several occasions without success. It is impossible to speak to an actual person. The service is appalling so what can we do to make sure that the 3 that didn’t cancel can still get on the flight that we have paid for?

My baggage is did not arrive with my flight. I cannot track it using the online tool because the reference number, given to me by air france, is not accepte by the tool. There is no easy way to contact the company.

I understand they are inundated with complaints of missing baggage. I am just looking for a reference number so I can at least have some hope of getting my baggage back sometime. Please send me a response and help me.

I am a member of Flying Blue and I have 663,000 miles that I want to use to fly from San Francisco to Sydney, Australia in either November or December of 2022.

However, Air France does not have flights using miles from San Francisco to Sydney and so I looked to an alternative airlines which is either Delta or Quantas both partners with Air France. I called Delta and their customer service representative told me that in order to use miles, I have to go through Flying Blue.

I was the host parent dropping off a 15-year old minor. We were three hours early for the flight. The supervisor didn’t like the look of me and decided I would have to wait 2 hours with the minor until crew arrived; but she had already allowed another host to leave their cute blond 14-year old girl behind the counter and go.

I could see no reason other than that the girl they took responsibility for looked better.

Complaint #1 - Missed flight AF 356 on 24th June 2022 due to delay of AF 1341 more than one and a half hour from Amsterdam. This made us unnecessary waiting in Paris and we missed an important function we would have participated. I was an important part of family to present me there.

Flight number AF1355. Departure time 5:30 am. Gate number 31 travelling from Houari Boumedine Airport to Paris CDG. Disabled passenger discrimination, passenger was made to wait on the back of the que and was deprived of wheelchair que priority. Station manager provided incorrect information and personal details (karim Abdullah) which was inccorect according to other member of staff.

Shift manager prioritised his colleagues. When questioned he reacted in a very harsh and aggressive manor. Disabled passenger was made to feel extremely embarrassed and depressed.

I was booked on a flight from Venice to Paris yesterday. I arrived at the airport 3 hours before departure time. I was no 2 on the list and after 30min of waiting the ground crew arrived. We had wait another 30 minutes as they were busy setting up if I can say?

Dear Sir(s), My initial itinerary was Boston-Paris-Nairobi through flights AF0321 and AF0814 from June 23rd to June 24th, meaning with one stop. At the last minute when I heading to the airport, I received a message informing about a delay of the flight as well as a change of itinerary.

Both of my checked-in baggages went missing. Air France representative at airport asked us to call during day time on the service numbers.

However, when we called during the day time on those numbers, there was no one to answer any queries. We don't even get a tracking number or reference number from Air France to track our baggage. One of the worst flight experience.

Flight 1071. Heldinki-Paris, July 2, 2022 I requested assistance on the above flight. Upon arrival at CDG the attendant had to be responsible for me( in a wheelchair) and a couple who were deaf-mutes. This couple was running late for their flight.

The attendant sat me in a corridor, said she’s be back to get me, and ran off with the couple. I waited about 15 minutes, and then, frustrated and angry, I made my way to the luggage carrousel with great difficulty as I have severe osteoarthritis, and am 80 years old.

I feel very insulted and angry to have been treated like this, and think Air France must make some compensation to me for this in onvenience.

I arrived in Chicago from Paris and my luggage was missing. It has been 5 days and there is not even an email or whatsoever about the status of my luggage. Customer service is useless, wait time is longer than 45min - 1 hr.

All they say is to fill out the form and keep tracking via on-line, which by the way, the web form has so many issues, it looks that it was developed many years ago. Overall worst airline experience. I understand that there is a strike going on, but does the airline even care about its customers?!

I had booked a special meal, but received something else, it was good though.

There was a big delay in departure.

I lost my baggage and am still waiting for it, had to spend from my pocket to buy essentials, and am hoping that you would compensate me for the loss.

We, the undersigned, were passengers on flights connecting through Paris (CDG) on 18 May, 2022, all of whom missed connecting flights as a result of delays not of our doing and so were re-booked by Air France on flights the following day. Many of us were on flight AF 1025 from Lisbon to CDG, where the delay was caused by an emergency landing in Madrid due to the medical crisis of a passenger who was unfit to fly.

All of us were re-booked on other flights by Air France, and provided with vouchers for overnight accommodation and related expenses, which proved the beginning of a strenuous and poorly designed process for passengers in our situation. Terrible, disrespectful, rude as hell, poor customer service all around. The workers are so unkind. They are lairs and blamed an agency that they cancelled my flight without no email, call, or text. Last minute I was at the airport and told they could not accept my ticket they can’t find my name anywhere and sent me for a loop around the airport for 2 hours.

It was a waste of time giving this company another try they disappoint every time. If I could I would tell everyone to never fly with them again they should be shut down for the poor ass job they call “good”.

If it was not for the amazing agency I would not have received a full refund and also for the great women at the airport who offered me another flight with an amazing company.

I took the flight AF0570 from Paris to Cairo on 29th june First the flight was supposed to take off at 6:55, however it was delayed for more than 30 mins, so it took off at 7:35 PM claiming that the baggages are a lot and that they were trying to manage the hand baggages!.

Secondly we landed at 12 am, and have been waiting for 2 hrs till now to get our bqggages. Baggages are getting out too slow I am still waiting for my baggage while its already 2 am in the morning!

Not sure how can AF deliver such a very bad service Waiting your feedback Thanks

I called today at 18006672747 to speak to Air France customer service representative name- Joson at 10.30 am PCT; he was not at all cooperative throughout the conversation; he doesn't understand English as admitted by him and still declined to pass the call to his supervisor or any other colleague.

It's more than a week, I haven't received my luggage. One of the representative has already confirmed me that luggage was located at Paris Airport and has been shipped to Vancouver Airport on June 24th and now you people have no idea how to communicate to Vancouver Airport about the status of luggage nor you people have any turn around time for this process.

I flew on flight AF1058 on Saturday 25th June from Paris to Newcastle. The airline lost my bag and has since not corresponded with me or answered any of my calls or emails. It has been 72 hours and I still have not received the bag and the latest update was that it has not moved from Paris.

I am appalled by their service.
