I flew to Montreal , Canada by Air France flight on 24 June 2022 to attend Lions international Convention. My baggage didnt didnt arrive in same flight which i landed and official in the delay / lost baggage counter informed me that it will be delivered to me within two days.

All my cloths and most importantly my usual medicine i take are in that baggage. Now today is 28 June but still i didnt received my baggage so far. I m in a medical risk without my medicine and its violation of my human rights to get it delivered on promised date.

I dont have my basic requirements in terms of my clothing etc... and i m not in a position to move from the hotel even due to this matter. Please focus your urgent attention and sort out this matter . Thanks Kanishka

My baggage did not arrive with my flight. I had no clothes, so I had to purchase some new emergency clothing. Bag arrived after 4 days which I was unable to pick up as I was in different City. So the money spent in buying accessories and inconvenience faced should be compensated.

My teenage daughter's checked luggage stayed in Detroit when she landed in France. Four days later, she still has no luggage, although the tracker says it's sitting at and airport 90 miles from her at this point. Customer service phone number constantly disconnects; baggage tracker seldom updates; baggage services at the airport told me they don't deal with lost bags then hung up on me. Great system. Great service.

My daughter's been wearing the same clothes for 4 days.

Hi, Flight AF0166 CDG-BKK, seat 18G, date 11 June 2022, serious issue with table, inclined of 20%, food tray was sliding making very unpleasant meal with one hand to hold during all time Connecting flight Vietnam Airlines VN600, seat 17A, date 11 June 2022, display malfunction opening/closing every 20 sec. I travelled from Birmingham to Delhi and I did not receive my luggage so I had to buy clothes for myself as I was travelling next day to Anand in Gujrat . My bag was delivered after 3 days and I could only collect my luggage on my way back from Delhi .

My trip was for only one week and got disrupted due to inconvenience of not receiving the luggage . I hope I will be paid for the amount I spent on buying my clothes

traveling from Cairo to Los Angles on 6/6/2020 flights #AF0551,AF0066, airframe employee on Cairo international airport prevented me from boarding because i don't have PCR and even thought there is no objection to my travel as American citizenship received 3 does of vaccine and i have QR code to prove that, they took me out of the airport to do PCR which it cost me around $600 when i fell into the hand of Cairo international airport gangs to have PCR, the amazing thing when i arrived to LAX no one asked me about PCR, I'm asking Air France for investigation about my case with the supervisor of cairo station her name is Alia.

The airline destroyed my suitcase during my travel from Mumbai, India to Toronto, Canada, via Paris. When the fight landed at Montreal Airport, my suitcase was missing a wheel and was cracked in many places and even had two holes in it. I am missing some of my smaller belongings which probably dropped out of the suitcase through those holes.

I would like to complain about an employee at the check in. Her name is Laurence Laufer, at Israeli Ben Gurion airport. She made me download a certificate of corona although I had it on my phone already updated and showed it to her.

She was not polite and service oriented. talking like I didn’t pay 1000 $ for a tourist flight. I spent 10 more minutes after standing in line for an hour. When I showed her that she was wrong, rejecting a viable form, she refused to look at it and threatened me I will not go on the plane.

I fly a lot Didn’t get such a treatment from an airline employee ever!

And she put the phone down on me. This matters because it takes an hour to get through again. And there is no other way to contact Air France. So I still don't have an answer to my question.

Hi

On 16 of may 2022 I was at the airport of barcelona to do the check in. There was a guy at the check in counter who insulted me. I know that I had luggage over weighted and he wanted to charge me 150 euros for that. Then I tried to organize them and I threw several of my belongings away to reduce the weight. He was very unhappy as he wanted me to pay 150. As i disposed several things he could not say that the weight belonged to me so he said that I was plaing with him all the time. He treated me badly and refused me to throw my things in other bins. I had to hand over my things to him. He gave me the feeling that he just wanted me to pay 150 and he could not get it he was unhappy.

it is almost 16 years now, Every year , I and my family are flying with airfrance. On 9th this month,I bought two tickets for my son 3 years old and my wife. You charge fee for my wife ticket 772,27$ and my son ticket was 1076,07$.

First they lost my luggage in Paris, then they took 36 hours to deliver my luggage and when it finally arrived the suitcase was severly damaged. All attempts to contact the airline and request a refund were frustrated by automated email replies and when I tried to call the airline I ended up in a seemingly endless waiting queue and finally gave up after 45 minutes waiting on the phone to speak to a person.

My husband & I departed VYR on April 03, on AF9420 to CDG with a connecting flight to AGP. Flight left Vancouver late so upon arrival at CDG, it was impossible to make our connecting flight to AGP. We were offered 15 Euro each for a 12 HOUR DELAY.

For this flight we were issued the very 2 back seats on the plane, flight was not full!. This flight also left late so it was early in the am when we finally arrived at AGP ( over 13 hours behind schedule) Here we discovered that our luggage was missing!

Were told that it had never left VYR, no compensation was offered, we finally received luggage on April 6. Air France has NEVER reached out to us with as much as an apology or offered any compensation for this disgusting customer service.

I am so angry and upset with Air France and really hope this complaint will now prompt a RESPONSE. My husband and I purchased business level round trip tickets (saved for a life time and this was to have been the trip of our dreams/hard work) to fly from Seattle to Paris for the Christmas Holidays. On Dec.

3, due to strong urging of our medical doctor because of the Omicron variant, we very disappointingly had to cancel our ticket/plans. We tried and tried to speak directly with an Air France representative - phone would just cut us off every time.

I just called the +1 (800) 237-2747 number to ask about my claim and the person answered the phone was very rude to me and when I told her that I’m not happy with the way she is talking me she said “awesome” is that how AF treats their customers now? I’m really chocked an disappointed.

She refused to give me her name and When I asked to speak to a supervisor she said bye and hung up on me. Never had such a bad experience in my whole life

We traveled from Manchester to Cairo through Paris CD. Two large suite cases and two hand luggages were booked to receive at Cairo International airport. 40 hr and after a very long wait, one of the two large suite cases did not arrive.

We reported this at the Air France disk and filled the appropriate forms. The suite case was duly delivered after two days by DHL. Our complaint is that liquid 20 packages of liquid Yacult which is taken daily by me and my wife were in this suite case and which must be refrigerated ASAP.

Leaving them at room temperature for such long period of time would violate the integrity of this product. We were unaware of its availability in Egypt, hence its need for our one month stay. Essentially we could not take such risk and we disposed of all of them.…

Unacceptable delay with lack of consideration from customer service (CS) at CDG airport. I arrived at CDG from TXL, flight was delayed for almost 5 hours and at CS I explained the delay and only answer: it is not our problem you just have to wait.

I then sited from 13:00 to 21:30boarding time. After the flight no message anything.

I have traveled with my daughter Melodie to and From Paris with AirFrance from 7/11/19 to 7/26/19. Going there was not a problem. We were allowed 1 carry on and 1 checked bag ( both weighing 12 and 23 kg respectively).

Our bags were slightly below those weights.

However, coming back was a nightmare. I got to the CDG at 1 pm for my scheduled 4:50 pm flight. At the counter, they weighed my purse with my carryon which increased the weight to 16 kg, my daughter’s carry on and purse were 17 kg.

We were not aware that our purse’s weight was included in the 12 kg allowed on board. Why wasn’t that mentioned beforehand. I found that very deceitfully. Now, the clerk told me to take out some of my makeup and other personal items and put them in the checked bags which I did.

Now that bag is over…

They broke our child's wheelchair and offered to pay for a replacement which costs over £2500 now they are offering £500 token gesture and we are left without anything for our child I wouldn't recommend to anyone we had nothing but

issues we paid for supported boarding and noone helped we got sent back through check in as they wouldn't accept a doctor's note for medication and the lost several parts of our wheelchair not only on the flight out but

but i finally realised that my bag was damaged since and they could not tell me within the period i have been calling. Again the delay issue, you people claimed it was weather condition so we cant get compasation for a delay that cost me a lot.

what i want to know is that, is there any clause under the delay conditions that stIpulates that if there is bad weather and the flight can not take off the passengers would not be compasated? I want to also know It really baffles me the way you treat your customers.

We were a party of 6 people flying from JFK to Geneva, with connection in Paris. (April 22, 2019) The connecting flight had technical problems, but AF staff kept saying it would be fixed and we'd depart shortly. After many hours, the flight was eventually cancelled, and we were dragged around the airport to book new reservations to Geneva.

We spent 10 hours in your CDG airport, after a grueling 8 hour flight from JFK. When we asked for compensation, due to the inconvenience, we were told we could use the Business Lounge, while we waited for our rescheduled flight.

When we finally found the Business Lounge, we were rudely treated and told we must leave. This is no way to treat customers, especially those who paid for Sky Priority service. Needless to say, our group of 3 sisters and their…

We flew business class round trip to Paris from Los Angeles. Everything was great except for the seats on the way home We flew on a 777 on the way to Paris which was great. But on the way home we were on a A380.

The seats were so uncomfortable I could hardly stand it. They don’t lie flat and your legs are hanging down in a very uncomfortable position. The angle they lay down to is horrible. I will never fly on one of those planes again.

I will be very careful to check and make sure I never get those kind of seats again. Lots of other people were also complaining. You really should do something about those seats. People need seats that lie flat not downhill.

I recently took Flight 0377 from Detroit to Paris CDG. When I arrived exhausted at 3AM my time, I left under my seat a mesh, zippered bag with a variety of cables, a pouch for my headphones and a round red and black zippered container. I filed a notice with your lost and found department but never heard back that was found.

I find this hard to believe since the plane would be cleaned by Air France employees or contractors. How could they not find it? Do you have thieves among your cleaning crew or do they simply throw everything they find in the garbage?

I recently flew Air France from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, to N'Djamena, Chad, Africa on January 29, 2019. Our bags did not make it to N'Djamena. Our flight from Vancouver, Flight # AF 379, to Paris was delayed leaving, and then we were delayed on the ground in Paris, we had 2 hour window, but because of these delays, we only had about 20-30 minutes to catch our flight to N'Djamena, Flight # AF 538, on January 30, 2019.

Unfortunately, our bags did not make it to N'Djamena. This is very, very, inconvenient because we do not stay in N'Djamena, we fly out on RJM the next morning at 7 am to Moundou, and then bus to our site an hour and a half away.

Plus, there are no scheduled flights to Moundou the next day, they are only on Thursdays and Tuesdays. So even if you find my luggage and forward…

I am seriously disgusted with Flying Blue and Air France. To understand my frustrations I have outlined the events of 28 January 2018 below.

My husband has in excess of 38 000 miles available that must be used before May 2019. I called yesterday to redeem the miles for our upcoming trip to Sweden and Amsterdam. The consultant booked the miles flight and indicated that we would need to pay the taxes on this flight which was 98.71 Euros. We proceeded to book my flights and the other flights for which we did not have with the flying blue consultant. She quoted me R17355 which was great as the same flights would have costed us 33k on line. This is when things got tricky. After putting down the phone 3 transactions were processed, one for 98.71 one for 1535.61 and one for 1117.32. This adds up…
