The stewardesses were horrible, they didn't know how to stop a toddler from hitting me and pulling my hair, they said just deal with it, it's just a little boy. No help at all and the parents allowed this behavior.

This went on for almost 4 hours and I had bruises and scratches on me. Just terrible and lack of any formal conflict resolution.

Airline crew very rude, lazy and angry. The whole flight has a very bad vibe because the head air hostess, Reny, is a big bully. She doesn’t like to help passenger with anything. Her crew, especially Heyward, is super lazy.

He is a big tall guy but doesn’t want to help organize any luggage of passengers. Instead they just serve the minimum to a select number of passengers. Super angry and scary - nasty attitudes to passengers

Flight no AS882 from Maui to Los Angeles on 22nd April 2023. A cabin crew member was incredibly rude and caused distress and embarrassment when distributing the in-flight snacks. I have Coeliac disease and asked if there were any Gluten Free options.

The cabin crew (Jan) did not answer my question but instead chose to to loudly inform me (and other passengers) that "only the pretzels were free, you've got to pay for anything else". I (and another passenger) explained again that I needed Gluten Free and was willing and able to pay.

My son & his family had military orders to be stationed in England, leaving Anchorage on March 12th. Ten days prior to leaving, on March 2nd, he went to Alaska Airlines at Ted Stevens Airport, in Anchorage, to get approval on the crate for their dog.

The agent had a Supervisor do an inspection & he 100% approved of it. The Supervisor also had the agent document the approval on the computer so my son would have no issues when leaving, however, upon arrival on the 12th, the agents working, rejected the crate!!

They refused to send the dog because of a 1/4 - 1/2" gap at the top of the door. If that had been an issue, it could have been resolved 10 days prior! My son asked for a copy of the Supervisor's approval, but they refused to give it.

I have had the worst experience with Alaska Airlines. My 15 year old daughter was traveling with her friend, the first time flying without me or my husband. Alaska changed her flights, so I had to make changes to update her flights.

One update saved (return flight) that I made over the phone, however the departing flight (that I changed online) did not save in their system. While at the airport, my daughter tries to check in and find out that the changes were not saved, and no one at the airport could help figure anything out.

My flight was 4 hrs delayed from austin tx to seattle wa on 1 22 2022 due to maintained problem ,bathrooms were not working. Then because of this delay I missed my connecting flight to spokane wa. My wife and I booked a flight back to home in San Francisco from Portland Oregon. At the last minute our flight 600 was canceled: We were informed that the flight attendant was late due to the change in flight time.

Later we were informed that the flight was canceled because the pilot was timed out . This is unacceptable! This put our jobs in jeopardy and we were not assisted in getting accommodations. Please explain how Alaska failed to check on this issue .

The flight Alaska Air # 1432 on our Confirmation code QIEGVC was scheduled to depart at 3:30 PM on Sunday December 4th from Las Vegas to Seattle and was delayed by two hours with very little information given by the gate personnel as to why this flight was delayed. It became evident that Alaska Airlines knew in advance that the flight would be compromised with the restrictions on the flight time to the entire crew.

I believe that Alaska Airlines including the pilots in control of this aircraft knew in advance that the flight had no chance of departing to Seattle at the time that this flight left the gate. This is a first world problem, but i am still annoyed I recently traveled St Louis/ seattle on October 27 and Seattle/St louis on October 31

I was contacted by Alaska Airlines via an email on Oct 26 requesting my meal choice (first class).

I choose a fruit plate/cheese for both flights. Going out, they couldn't find my selection but had an extra plate Going home, they couldn't find my selection, and had to hustle one from coach. I will admit that I coveted my neighbor's roll that I was missing, the oranges that I was missing, the extra brie selection that I was missing.

Again, a first world problem. But disappointing.

First off, the air didn’t work. The entire plane ride was hot and uncomfortable. I took a red eye flight and the entire time a woman sitting directly in front of me screamed, sang as loud as she could, clapped and made out with the stranger next to her.

After being woken up 5 x in 3 hours and her keeping the elderly couple next to me awake for almost the entirety of the ride I asked the woman to be quiet. Not once did a flight attendant intervene.

I have spent three separate days trying to get through to an agent. I have a credit that is expiring today if I don’t ticket it and can’t find where the $400 credit is. I started last week but I got a call back 6bhours later when I was asleep.

I know u r have issues but this is way beyond anyone acceptable level. A $400 credit is a lot to lose. I really thought AA was better than this.

in March of 2021 i purchased 2 flight tickets to Las Vegas for an event. I purchased flight insurance. The event was canceled due to covid. I desperately tried to get a refund on my tickets to no avail. I was issued 2 credit certificates.

I tried to explain that the event would not be rescheduled and that I felt uncomfortable to fly at this time. I was given until March 30th 2022 to use credits. To my surprise when I did try to use the credits today, I find that they have expired.

My instructions said to use by March 30 2022 not before. Alaska airlines have stolen my money, and now my flight credits. What can be done to remedy this situation?

The wheelchair assist is a dismal failure. Each time we fly into or out of Phx we worry. This week we arrived early but sat in our wheelchairs in the big open area on the first floor for so long that we were too late to get dinner.

There was no one to take us to E2. We asked for a supervisor but was told they were too busy. It was humiliating and very stressful for 85 year olds. We may be elderly but we have all our marbles.

Phx needs to find out how SeaTac does this service successfully.

I flew to Nashville, Tennessee from Seattle, Wa on the 28th of October, 2021. Flight #1480. It was a direct flight, however my luggage did not arrive with me. It had been miss labeled with a gentleman named Scott Agee and went to Cincinnati, Ohio.

After numerous calls to customer service and baggage management, talking to at least 8 different people they in fact located my bag, in Cincinnati.

However, it was finally delivered to my hotel on the 31st, long after event that I was there for was over. On July 30, 2021, the Alaska Airline flight from Portland, OR. PDX to Washington DCA, a passenger on seat 11E ( middle ) kept talking loudly for more than an hour without face face mask. The flight attendants completely ignored it.

I used the chat on the website to replace missing credit certificates. The representative stated that she sent emails to me but she did not send them all. I was on the phone with her for 25 minutes and she just disappeared.

I was planning a trip with my wife and 2 daughters. I thought we had the perfect trip planned until there was a flight change. Instead of departing @ 7:50 AM, I received notification that it would be changed to 7 AM.

This caused an overlap in our scheduled and changed out the whole trip. I spoke to Laurie LK (Supervisor) out of the call center in Boise, and she stated that the policy was that since it was only a 50-minute difference and not a 60-minute change per policy, they could not refund the amount.

They should be able to make exceptions when it's it's close to their refund requirements. I asked to speak to a manager and was denied. I'm more than disappointed in Alaska Airlines, and I would not recommend them for travel.

1) the plane sat at the terminal for over 30 minutes because the tow tractor broke down. I can only hope that the plane maintenance is better than the tow maintenance. 2) flying 1st class, second row and you have ran out of Diet Coke.

How difficult is it to figure out how many diet drinks are needed? I hope that the same person isn’t figuring out how much fuel is needed. But the refreshing 80 degree bottle of water really cheered me up! I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to drink it or bathe in it.

50 per hour for internet use. So, in a nutshell, I am sitting here in your plane drinking warm water praying to god that we don’t run out of fuel mid flight.

On 7/15/20 (6:30PM PST), My family and I booked our tickets from SFO to OGG (10/15/20 - 10/22/20). At 9:00PM PST, we called into Alaska Airlines and requested to modify our return flight for 10/27/20 instead. The representative (Julie; ID JW) informed us because we have SAVER flights, we were unable to modify and would need to cancel our tickets. She told us that the refund would take 7 business days, which we were okay with.

We also informed her that we have (3) certificates from Alaska Airlines ($150/each), which we booked our flights separately with. On a simple flight to Vegas 1688, the pilot continued to lie about a luggage fastener issue and resulting paperwork delay. Clearly it is a labor issue. Pissing me off further is how after an hour, 20minutes with no end in sight...no water, or steward service of any sort.

I was flying internationally came from the Philippines via JAL and one of my connecting flights from Seattle to DCa is thru Your airlines Tues Nov 19, 2019 with airline confirmation# KR997B which is my first time with your airlines. I got 2 checkin luggages tagged at DCA .

Upon arrival at Washington DC on Nov 19 at 10 pm I only retrieved one luggage the other was missing with # 374684 so I went to the baggage service and was traced that it was left in Seattle and would be retrieved and be delivered to me the next day..

They called me the next day another person and told me they are still looking for it and I think there was no proper endorsement made . Considering that you have 2 flights everyday to DCA. The luggage was delivered only today Nov 22 at 9pm .

Our 18-year old daughter, Dana Vlaisavich, booked a round-trip flight from Spokane - Portland (flight #2257, Confirmation # YRBXCE) to come home for a family visit this past weekend from college (Departure on 10/24, return 10/27). Several weeks after booking the flight, she learned that she had an important school event that she had to be at the same evening as her flight home (10/24).

On Oct. 19 my husband and I flew from Victoria BC Canada to Orlando Fl for a business conference. Our luggage took an hour to arrive at the carrousel in Orlando. We were scrambling to find a ride and had been travelling since 5:30am.

We arrived back in Victoria yesterday morning at 12:35am. OUr confirmation code was CRZEFE. We fly Alaska Airlines at least once a year. Onboard, there is always an announcement about the luggage guarantee of 20 minutes, if it is longer, contact a customer service agent and get miles toward your next flight.

There is never a caveat that the agent must be contacted within 2 hours of the flight. I did not know that it had to be done at the airport that day and we were already late arriving at our hotel.

I booked my 3 children on Flights to go from San Diego to Texas. Now their flights are cancelled. The flights that they were put on do not work, they have to work. The only other choice I was given would get them there on Thanksgiving, family will have left.

Today is Sunday October 13, 2019. I took Alaska Airline Flight# 648 from Seattle Washington to Tucson Arizona today. I was sitting in the isle seat 11C . About half way through the flight, I watched as the man in the seat in front of me (10C) set a small Muffee Dog in the isle beside him. The dog was on a short leash and had a cloth sign on it's back that said, " Please don't pet me as I am working". Dear Madam/Sir: ‘ I had the opportunity to fly Alaska Airlines for the first time on September 28th on flight 413 from Pittsburgh to Seattle. My return was October 7th from Seattle back to Pittsburgh on flight 412. Between that time, while in Seattle, I had an accident which resulted in a broken patella and two surgeries. Your employees would not let my deaf and blind mother get to her flight because they said she was late. Her flight was at 2:40 it took the supervisor no less than 2 minutes to stop her personal conversation, she was about 3 feet away from me and looked at me when I asked for a "supervisor" to finally address our existence. I went to see visit my uncle Wed Sep 25th LAX- EWR flight # 546. Right after I entered the plane a detected a funny smell. After everyone entered the plane we were told we had to evacuate the plane since they found a leak.

About 20 minutes later we were told everything checked and we had to get back in the plane. The smell continue and it was very cold. They knew about being cold because they said they were going to adjust the temperature unfortunate I had to check in my luggage because the plane was full so I was very cold and the smell continue giving me a very bad headache.

I had the worst experience in my life shipping my cat on Alaska Airlines- flight 3412 on 9/19/2019. Before hand I called and spoke to an AA cust. serv. rep and asked exactly what I should do in picking up my cat-flying from San Jose to John Wayne airport.

I was told to go to terminal B and to go to the baggage handler's office to pick her up as she would not be going with the luggage down the carousel . When I arrived I was told here was no cat there.

Needless to say I became hysterical and demanded to know where she was. I was told that she was not at the airport and I had to get her at the freight warehouse in another city. I asked the baggage man to call there and see if she was there.

He refused and told me to call myself. How can I call- I have no number and I don't know where this…

If I could give you zero stars I would. I booked a flight to leave on 9/13/2019 (Friday) on Alaska 533 from Spokane to Seattle with a 40 minute layover, then to Fresno so that I could attend a funeral for a family member at 10 am on Saturday.

I would then return on Saturday afternoon at 4:10 pm. When the plane arrived in Seattle, Alaska Airlines had no ramp to park the airplane. One would think that this a fundamental aspect of operating an airline. Are you new to this?

As a result of this impressive level of incompetence, we were stuck on the tarmac for about twenty minutes or more, including deplaning. Hello We (Ariel, Lilach, Lielle Margulis) had a poor experience traveling on both directions on our recent flight from sfo-lax. Confirmation code:YKROUN Aug 15-August 19 . Flight #1936 and #1933 Both flights were delayed and the wait time on the plane was unnecessary and upsetting.

Before we went on the plane the flight was delayed so why make us go on the airplane and just make us sit for an hour when the flight itself should take an hour. Disappointed of the way it all was handled.

I was scheduled to depart LAX to SEA on March 23 2019 Reference # XQJLST and couldn't depart because of death in the family the morning of departure. I was told by a customer service rep at the airport that I couldn't refund to ticket but could use for future travel.

Today I'm finding out that this is all invalid. The misinformation isn't acceptable and someone needs to be held accountable for giving out bad information to the public. I need your assistance in fixing this issue. I'm trying to purchase a ticket for future travel now........

We flew with Alaska Airline for our honeymoon to Hong Kong and it ended in disaster .

We bought our tickets from Las Vegas to Hong Kong, connecting at LAX to see our friends and family. We planned 3 days in Hong Kong, so my husband can meet my grandparents and friends for the first time. My grandparents booked venue to celebrating our wedding in Hong Kong. We booked tickets to China to see our other friends and family.

Due to mechanical problems, our flight to LAX for a connection to Hong Kong was delayed.
