So at the albertsons in tehachapi ca, on march 27th I told my daughters to go inside albertsons and wait for me to pick them up I was only about 15 min away and it was freezing and raining and it was dark. So for thier safty I told them to wait inside for me, the girls quietly went inside and sat in 2 chairs by the pharmacy.

They were not being loud and not touching anything, when a woman claiming to be a manager approached them and asked if they needed help with something to which they said they were fine and just waiting to be picked up. The woman said well you can leave, they were intimidated and tried to explain that they had walked there to get a couple of things but when they were done saw it had started storming.

Albertsons, Clarkston, Wa. has the filthiest womens bathroom. The frozen section is always in disarray. If I go to Albertsons, Lewiston, Id, it is perfect. If I was the manager of Clarkston, I would fire myself for such a lousy job.

We have shopped at this Albertson store since it opened around 25 years ago. This store recently got a new manager and we have experience very poor service, she is very disrespectful and short with us and others. It has gotten to the point where we will start shopping elsewhere (Walmart).

I went to purchase groceries with my son.

First the cashier put register paper in wrong. When my son went to pay the register was locked up. She just said the register says limited. For one thing she rang buy one get one free items up wrong. She scanned same package twice not each package.

She had to manually take off free items. My son and I both had more than enough funds to cover groceries. We each tried different cards several times. She just shrugged her shoulders. The manager finally came and took us to a different register.

The checkout process on the self use terminals have become impossible over the last couple of months at the store I usually shop at because of the multi-level pricing structure of the products and the special prices that are offered to individual members with their online accounts. The computer system fails to show the actual price that the member is going to be charged when a particular item is scanned on the checkout terminal display.

Instead, the discounted price with applicable deductions is buried somewhere else near end of process or omitted entirely causing the member to try to figure out what the actual price that was charged for the item. This is totally UNACCEPTABLE.

Worst employee ever!

I have called before and complained about this problem and it was suppose to be taken care of but it has not. I went back to store at Albertson # 1059 on Boulder Highway and when it was time to check out none of the registers were open and self check out had a very long line line.

Now all of us waiting to be checked out had large amount of items and some employees kept walking by but never opened up a resgister. I went over to the area that had toothpaste etc and that line was hugh too but I asked him to call someone to open the check out resgisters.

1. I spend $600-$700 per week at Albertsons. 2. If I have earned rewards, give them to me. Don't make ne jump through hoops (your inefficient app) to try to get them 3. Soap pods. Most times, shelf coupon holders are empty.

When coupons are available the cross referenced pods are seldom available 4. Target keeps the pods on the shelf, making purchase easy.

The pharmacy in Meridian on 10Mile and Cherry is the WORST. They're constantly filling the wrong tablet/capsule, the meds are never ever ready when they say they are. Their customer service is horrible they all stand there gossiping and could be filling prescriptions.

In all my years with them I've seen maybe a handful of people walk away with ready prescriptions. Everyone else Huddleston around for 15 to 20 mins until they fill them. They also always have at least 6 to 8 techs etc working so this shouldn't be an issue.

The Digital coupons are a waste - as there is NO or very Infrequent internet service in either store. The in store wifi always says no service or some such error/service message, and the cell service (Verizon) inside the stores is one bar or less - which won't bring up the website. I work in Casa Linda plaza in Dallas Tx. There is an Albertsons in the same plaza. I shop there on almost a daily basis as it is so convenient. It used to be a pretty good store. Lately every time I go in there they are consistently out of at least one thing I came in for, usually more than one item.

This has been a problem for quite sometime. Often many shelves are half empty. Packaged lunch meat section is half empty. And tonight they were out of mozzarella cheese. They also did not have the dental floss that I use.

I mailed a letter dated 4/12/13 to Albertsons Customer Support, MS 1051 PO Box 29083, Phoenix, AZ 85038, the address given on the Albertsons website, asking that my clubcard membersip be canceled, as it took far too long to set up, I was unable to make a purcahse for pickup, I do not want to receive communications from Albertsons, and I cannot find a means of cancellintg the card on the website.

I will be submitting a very long letter of complaints against many employees at Albertsons store #662. I used to love this store. I've lived two blocks from this store for 10 years but the last two years there started to be some rude customer service people and gradually the treatment would become a little worse as each incident would take place.

The incident that occurred the other day regarded Natalie who was working in the customer service area. The situation that occurred with her two days ago still leaves me feeling sick to the stomach. My complaint is about the shopping carts at your store on Hollywood and Lake Mead in Las Vegas…I was getting one yesterday and the lady before me pulled one out of the stack and started to push it away. She walked about two steps and left it and returned to the stack.

This a complaint about the corporation not the individual store. We went to our local Safeway at Vierra Canyon Rd n Prundedale CA today and found that the best coupon deals were via the AP. We are over 70 and do not use tech well. We were told that there were deals without the ap but found them less. This policy seems both age discrimination and discrimination against the poor. All the people who really need the coupons may not have the tools to access them.

On another note I went specifically to get things for Passover and the Matza in the add was not there nor were any of the former Jewish items. The international items were also mostly gone. I felt like I was in a young white or hispanic persons store. It was very frustrating and will definitely affect how much I go to Safeway.

I would like to know why your stores allow non-service animals in the AZ stores when it is a Health Code Violation? I seem to see dogs in the store and in shopping carts almost EVERY time I shop at an Albertsons (on Hayden Rd) or Safeway (on Chaparral Rd) in Scottsdale, AZ.

I have complained many times to the Board of Health in Maricopa County. They have spoken to management in person yet nothing changes. I have pictures of an employee talking to a customer with a dog at his feet and he says nothing.

It was a large order but similar to others I have siubmitted.
