The pharmacy at the store on 715 12th Ave S in Nampa, ID, has recently developed extremely long wait times. There are only two registers, the techs are inexperienced, and every transaction seems to be complicated. There is a desperate need for another register.

Maybe an express line for people getting refills of meds they've been taking forever I've been a sav on customer for a long time, but this situation is untenable. PLEASE OPEN MORE REGISTERS AT THE PHARMACY. And train the techs to work faster.

For the last month or so, when I receive my weekly email for Safeway savings I get the attached message on my screen. It will not allow me to move forward unless I select the Albertson's address where I do not shop because it is dirty.

I attempted to solve this through chat and was advised to troubleshoot the website - seems more like a them issue than a me issue. I have used different devised, I clear cookies and empty my cache on a regular basis.

In addition to the website difficulties, this Safeway has now locked 3 sets of it's 4 doorways. I see a collision with incoming and outgoing shoppers nearly every time I go there because everyone is forced to file through a single doorway.

They say it is to deter theft but I believe it is deterring paying clients. I had a discussion with…

I'm OTR Driver, and have delivery goods to this warehouse, probably over 100 times! Please!!! Whoever in charge, do something!!!! They constantly hold trucks to many hours, for unloading... no explanation WHY? We pay Fees, I guess for unloading, it's not cheap, so what they problems, keeping some order!

No parking, No Restrooms, Ho Food... and hold us in my case well over 2 hours!

We also go there to get many of our vaccinations. For years it has been pretty smooth. The last 2-3 months, there are lines that extend literally down the aisle and often can take 30 minutes or more. We mentioned this to them and their reply continues to be that they are working on it.

We will take our prescriptions and get our vaccinations elsewhere.

Last night my husband and I stopped at the Albertsons location at 1300 Flamingo Blvd in Las Vegas Nevada to do a little shopping and banking at the Wells Fargo ATM. The ATM is sadly located in a small alcove directly in front of what used to be entrance/exit doors before they were permanently closed off.

Now their is only the ATM, some gumball machines and mobile shopping carts that are broken and stored there. Very little room for banking and only for one person at a time. I am a 71 years old female who is disabled due to interstitial lung disease.

Because of Covid and other viruses I stay as far from people as possible even masked. A man entered into the ATM area, angry at the cramped space and demanded that I hurry up with my banking and get out.

Just tried to eat two takeout chicken orders with potato salad. They turned out to be the worst meals I have ever eaten. The chicken was overcooked and very dry like cardboard. and the potato salad was old. Might as well throw about twenty dollars down the drain. Very disappointed.

The store is located in Rancho Cucamonga on Campus Ave. My wife and I are both in our 80s and can't cook much anymore. We rely on cooked food from the grocery store.

My neighborhood Albertsons (715 12th Ave S, Nampa, ID 83651) is my grocery store of choice. I go almost once a week, and since the end of last year, not a single visit has gone by where I have not found multiple expired items.

I'm now at the point I have to check the expiration on every single item I picked up because generally, one or more was expired. This is everything from bread to eggs, to mayo, to alfalfa sprouts. I was in yesterday, and there were 4 different types of sprouts, probably 15 total packages. Every. Single. One was expired. I was super disappointed.

I stop at my local Marysville WA Albertsons for a few groceries. I got my “rain check” with me in my pocket for cube steak because they finally have cube steak available. I get to the check out and she says she can’t take my rain check because it’s expired.

I ask her to call the manager. The manager comes over and says the same thing, but with a less than cordial tone. Let me make sure I understand this correctly. You put cube steak on sale, only you don’t have any cube steak to sell, so you give me a rain check for the sale price, except every time I come in to this store with my rain check, you don’t have any cube steak to sell.

Then when you finally do have cube steak to sell, you won’t honor your rain check because it is expired even though every time I did come in to buy cube steak…

On January 31,2023, while shopping for my lunch was ignored by the Deli help. The worker helped a Caucasian lady in front of me. When it became my time to purchase an item from the Deli she walked off. I called for help and no one responded at first until a Africa American lady stop doing what she was doing who worked in the Deli helped me.

I informed the Deli manager and she stated ok then walked off. I never been treated this way before at Albertson. I did speak to the store manager, who was fabulous and stated she would address the issue. I was also asked to please come back.

I love Albertson's and always tell friends and family how great it is. Bad experience are just prejudice employee just wanted the company to know all money is green the last time I looked.

Store #38 billings mt. I was checking out at the register and Zack was the cashier and another lady was bagging. 99. 80cents off. 00 off. I told her I was glad she could read the screen cause I coudnt.

Zack than handed me my change and reciept. He didnt respond at all. No thank you or anything. I then told the gal he was kinda rude. This was very uncalled for and rude, not to mention insulting to me.

This happened on Jan 24 2023 at 13:14 . As a retired store manager of ten years I feel he needs to be sat down and talked too. I was in the store another time and witnessed the same behavior.

I enjoy shopping at Jewel and and have for decades. I have never complained about any company before.

However I was very upset and still am that the discontinued the 80 count Signature Select Kcuo varieties. The French Roast and two other dark roast coffies were the best tasting best value you could ever find and enjoy. I owned and sold a company for 30 years that sold coffee so believe me I know coffee.

They brought in Pappa Nicholas as the replacement and it's is not even close. 5 cases in my personal home brewer. This is a big loss to be and the others who enjoyed the coffee before. PLEASE BRING IT BACK...

I'm a 90 % disabled veteran due to being injured in Iraq. My prescription were stolen the night I got them out of my glove box, made a police report monday my anti depressants, anti convulsant, my anxiety ptsd. Doctor sent refills and the pharmacist treated me like I was drug seeking and treated me like I was trash.

Will not fill my prescription without the police report which they have 10 days to get into the system before I can even request a copy. I've been off my meds for 4 days now and I feel horrible

Truck was extremely careless in driving. Almost caused multiple accidents. Occurred 1/12/23 at 5:35pm at the Josey Td on ramp to Trinity Mills Rd East in Carrollton, TX. Driver crossed the solid white lines on in ramp and crossed into traffic.

I was sitting still due to red light with cars ahead of me. Truck was behind me to my left. He drove straight to the front of my car forcing me to back up and almost hit the car behind me.

He passed my car and made contact with my mirror. He then proceeded to cross two more lanes of traffic in the same manner. Many cars were honking but he did not stop. This was very dangerous. Trailer plate Texas 114X43

I love Albertsons, I love the app, I love getting rewards and using them for great rewards! But today I left in tears from how I was treated, I still can’t stop crying. So I earned a reward for $4 off my next single transacriaction.

00 off this certain bleach. 00 for bleach! Lol. My daughter picked out some drinks. I went to pay and used my ebt card first for the drinks, then the balance was above $5, I asked y , the manager( who already looked irritated) said it went to the food, I said ok can I exchange it and

I was just shopping at your Cheyenne Wyoming location and was followed around the entire store by a small girl named Mandy who was very rude and she was recording me on her phone. And then when I came out of the store the police were here. I believe she thought I was shoplifting which is a complete joke and I'm absolutely horrified and believe this is a defamation of my character and really think I'm going to call an attorney.

99 and I had ordered 19 of them. I suppose to pick them up today at 4 but I just found out that my order got canceled. If your company advertised it then they need to fulfill your advertising. This is pretty much a falsely advertising and it is unacceptable.

I’m very disappointed in the way Albertson doing business to the customer like this.

The cashier at number 5 is so rude. He told me to hurry up. He made the come here sign as in to go faster and put my stuff on the checkout line. This happened to day at 10:30 AM 11/24/22. Blonde haired guy.

I went in again and he was snooty he said “you forgot something” I said “no, no I got another order” and he said “oh” with contempt.

Last Fiday November 18, my wife purchased a turkey at the Indian Trail Albertsons Safeway in Spokane, Wa. This morning Nov 23, she thawed it out and found it is completely spoiled and smells really bad. A winter storm came in last night and the roads are very hazardous and it is normally a 40 minute round trip.

Plus we didn't save the receipt from last week. Didn't know they sold spoiled poultry. Happy Thanksgiving Albertsons!

Mathew panschow almost ran me my pregnant daughter and wife over nothing was done about this by the manager and he was highly intoxicated and very high on meth. It's to the point we changed pharmacy do not shop there anymore and the rest of our family and friends have not shopped there.

Once Mathew panschow is fire with confirmation we will gladly be shopping back there.... This was in the roseburg oregon Albertsons parking lot.

00 today at Albertson’s. most of the time. But today I had a bad experience. The gal that checked me out was not careful bagging my grocery items. She ran the belt and my pork chops got caught on something and tore them open.

Then she proceeded to put my veggies in a bag threw in the English cucumber, which is long and when I picked the bag up the cucumber tore the bag. Then she proceeded to put my fresh French bread in a bag and it fell on the floor.

I choose to go to an actual person to checkout and I’m sorry if someone has to work but this is totally unacceptable. The bags are so thin you might as well use wet Kleenex!

Today a little before 3:00 I stopped into the 1211 grand location to get two loaves of French bread. There was only one so I asked the bakery clerk if there were any more loaves. She huffed that she was just getting ready to put some out.

I asked how long it would take-I had forgotten it when I went in a few minutes before and drove back just for it. She huffed that she was just going to bag it up. She bagged up all the trays, put the cart back by the oven and started put.

I finally asked if I could just grab one. She was the rudest person I have been in contact with in a long time. I used to work at Albertsons bakery when I was going to college and would have never treated a customer like that.

I stood for 5 minutes before egot the bread. Why couldn’t she bag one and give it to me?…

I spend over $6 on a container of ice cream (that normally costs me $4 at Dollar General) and I come home and open it up and it has 1/2 of freezer frost on top_ the ice cream is like 1" from the top of the container, and you can tell it has been melted and Re-frozzen !! I'm not eating this crap I threw it away and because I lost over $6 I'm boycotting Albertsons and I'm letting everybody know what my experience was like

Store location Frank Loyd Wright and via Linda. Seniors don’t want to use their phones to get digital offers.

First of all they don’t know how to use their phones and really can’t see or know what to look for. We watch seniors over paying for their groceries constantly. We see it a a scam from Albertsons. Other grocery stores have a card that you scan and they get all the coupon items taken off at the end of the bill.

We did see at least 10 seniors in line to get their bill corrected. Waste of time and all the employees also disagree with the entire system Albertsons has in place. We still feel that we were over charged

McMinnville, OR SAV-On PHARMACY. For months Save-On has CLOSED the DRIVE-UP WINDOW for picking up RX. They have also LOCKED the Nearest door to get to the pharmacy. (South end). Old people must walk clear to the other end of the store and walk inside back to the South end of store!

Then, stand in a line of 20+ people picking up RX. IM FURIOUS. PROPLE ARE NOT WELL & this situation is making it an added burden! We pay hundreds & thousands a month for meds we need! This is no way to treat folks.

It takes an HOUR OR MORE TO GET A RX!! Please send this complaint to SOMEONE RESPONSIBLE for SHORT STAFFING. This has been going on for MONTHS & MONTHS!

On October 18th at about 6:00 pm, my husband went to the Safeway store on Cesar Chavez to buy some masks. He found out masks are optional in the entire store including for the workers. My husband also shared with me that the pharmacist was NOT wearing a mask!

It was our understanding that pharmacies are in the scope of the medical world, and people are supposed to be wearing masks when going to ANY pharmacy! Is the pharmacist at this store NOT wearing a mask when giving COVID snd flu shots as well??!!

We are no longer comfortable shopping in this store, and will be taking our business elsewhere.

I was shopping at Albertsons in Pasco at 442 pm and the 2 ladies and I use that term loosely. The woman at the self help in black hair said I was trespassed for stealing. I have my receite of everything I bought and I didn't steal a damn thing.

I want the employees who accused me of these actions to be fired from their job. They attacked my integrity and honesty as a human being today and i want every employee who accused me of this false accusation to be held accountable.

People who falsely accuse people of theft have no place in your store. There was a blonde woman who was looking at me oddly in the store for no reason. I showed what was in my pocket which was a biden phone and some gum and my debit cards.

11:30am 10/07/22 Albertsons on Rosedale Hwy.. Bakersfield. When using the Coin Star the machine locked up, when Rhonda the Supervisor came to help she scolded me loudly because she had to open the machine,she said there was debris in with the change and

that's why it locked up she loudly repeated this to me several times, she was rude and verbally abusive because she was obviously annoyed that she had to deal with the machine I found this very disrespectful this our neighborhood Albertsons. April the store manager at Albertsons on Rosedale and Allen needs some Serious Customer Service Training!!! She is rude to customers and comes across with a snappy attitude. I am the customer and no manager should treat a customer this way.

She snapped at me, because I asked her how come she can purchase a box of the new release Starbucks cups! April turned and said WHAT!!!! Completely out of line!! Said that the girl who works at Starbucks was apologizing for her managers behavior!!

I am a manager myself and I would never talk to my customers that way! Without our Customers we would not have a job!! Please have a discussion with April, because I can guarantee this is not the first time she has acted this way to a customer!!

Hello, I went through the self-checkout line today (9-22-22) at around 2:20 PM. I was trying to look up produce that I was going to purchase and was having difficulty with looking the items up. The girl that was supervising the self-checkout was not very helpful.

She just stood there watching me struggle so I took my cart and went through a regular checkout line. She tried to call the checker in the line I went to but couldn't get her on the phone. She asked her if her phone was working, and she told her no.

She told her to go to the phone in the next check stand so she could talk to her. I felt like her conversation was about me and it made me feel very uncomfortable like I was stealing something. I did not appreciate it.

I will not come back to your store. Terrible customer service.…

I shop at the Albertson's, Store # 580 on NE 20th Ave in Vancouver, WA. I have absolutely no problem with the Custoner service I receive at that store. In fact I shop there even though there's a Safeway store at 13023 NE Hwy 99, Suite 1, Vancouver, 98686 which is just as close but, I prefer the customer service I receive at the Albertson's Store.

My complaint is that once again, I wanted to purchase the 8 inch Pineapple Upside Down Cake for $6.99, being aware that the ad expires today, Tuesday 9/22/22. I asked the Bakery employee where would I find one. She checked the freezer and came back out and apologized for not having any, stating that they're a "seasonal" item. Good day, My family shops at Albertsons exclusively and up to now I’ve never had an issue. I went in the other day and saw a smoker marked down. I wanted to get it at the discount as I’m disabled and could never fit a full priced one into the budget.

So my wife stated to the clerks that she’d like to buy this smoker. They soon found out that there was a name on it. It wasn’t paid for yet. At that point everyone said it was the regional manager.

He waited until it was marked down to purchase from the Lompoc store. If I did this at any job I had, I would have been fired. How much does he spend every week at Albertsons? I bet not even close to what I spend.

I go to the local store in Desert Inn and Pecos in Las Vegas every Sunday morning to purposely get your Chicken Salad from you Deli counter. For the past MONTh there NEVER is any, even on the week it was advertised “on-sale”! Excuses range from we didn’t get the chicken (while you SELL whole chicken and parts) and we didn’t get the supplies to make it?? Are you NOT a grocery store? I’m totally upset that I go out of my way there to be given these remarks by your employees who half the time are unapologetic and rude. To be told try next week.

We ordered over $300 worth of food from the deli for my mama's funeral, and when we got our food The meat trays and food trays were all messed up and when I called about it all they did was give us money back for one little meat tray and I think that is Unprofessional we spent a lot of money the chicken was awesome the homemade rolls were awesome the fruit traves were us fruit trays were awesome but
