The distribution center in Portland or 97230. One of y'all's truck drivers purposely almost hit my child an I while crossing on the crosswalk on 181 ave crossing san rafeal. we got directly Infront of on of y'all 18 wheelers and as soon as we were right in front of him.

He made the truck jump an go forward if I wasn't paying attention my son would of gotten hit. And y'all's driver was laughing about it which there wasn't anything funny it really scared my son. My son is disabled and was terrified when that happened .

Eric associate at the deli department doesn’t have a good customer service. I don’t know if he like to pick and choose his customer that he likes to serve. He saw that I was next in line but he turn a blind eye on that.

Usually all the associate at Albertsons in Alicia Pkwy across Olympiad at Mission Viejo are very helpful and friendly except for this guy. I been shopping in this store for the last 19 years since I live across the street.

Poor qualuty of produce. Wife & I are both over 70 & disabled. We went to Albertson based on prior satisfaction visits. Lately produce is very pricey and poor quality. Bought bag tangerines in a hurry, half were rotton full of blemishes and bruises.

Week earlier grapes were rotton, bruised and rank. Guess its my fault for not inspecting each item, but based on reputation and being in a hurry our trust in you was not present. not being friendly, he had a snotty attitude.

Every time I go your store the old bitch on the store's spy cameras pays goons from the street to Stalk and Stare me. Wanting me to go "off " and then a pig will be called to 5150 me.

Albertsons was my #1 place to shop for a long time. A few months ago, I had the worst experience ever. Several items were rung up incorrectly by a cashier that seemed to be high, and when I asked her to fix it, she was not only incompetent but also very rude.

She sent me to customer service who treated me horribly and couldn't figure out how to fix the transactions, but made me feel unvalued. She was extremely argumentative, and after close to an hour of trying to fix things and insisting that the transaction be cancelled, she finally returned the whole order, without telling me it would take 3 to 5 days to receive my return on my card.

My husband was shopping at our local albertsons store.. Went to get food from the deli, ordered a express bowl - the lady said that they were out of lids, he said that was fine because he was eating it now, the girl was very rude and said no didn't he hear her that they had no lids.

The girl has a short hair cut, Greasy looking with color in it. just the whole experience with this girl was a mess. We've had other issues with her previously as well. She needs to be retaught customer service relations.

This evening myself and my wife went to your location at 8:10 East Glendale Phoenix Arizona 85020 During our check out we had a problem with the pricing on Fiora bath tissue 6-12 roll coupon. You list the items being on sale for $3.47 with coupon, expiring on 06/28/2022. According to the cashier she stated that you have not had this product in stock since the first day the sale was on. She also stated to us that many customers that she had go through her checkout line have complained about this problem to no avail. 99 for a baked or hanbaneros chicken breat that is a little larger than a wing. The wings are extra small. Even some of the employees have stated that the breasts are getting smaller and smaller. You need to charge by the pound instead of by the piece.

This is just plain robbery. The fried breasts and wings are a reasonable size for the money. But the baked and habaneros are shameful. Thank you.

Store 377. On 5-6-22 while checking out, a bottle of granite cleaner spilled on the customer isle. The checker (Alexis) handed my husband (70 yrs old) paper towels, box boy just stood there. I had to tell the boy to help clean up, he handed my husband more towels.

While husband is on his hands & knees cleaning I asked who the manager was. Alexis said “I didn’t ask him to clean it”. I was shocked. Where was the customer service. Common sense says help the customer. Definitely more training is necessary.

Went to pick up prescription this morning at Savon in Paso Robles. I was told to come back ANYTIME after noon by pharmacy worker so came back at 1pm and worker told me it's not filled and would take 10 minutes so I sat in pharmacy waiting area and

20 plus minutes passed and I requested to talk to pharmacist and she told me prescription was filled but I'll have to go to the end of a long line. I'm disabled and no one even let me know that my meds were ready and seems that there's a whole bunch of attitude in the workers in your pharmacy.

I will no longer shop for groceries at Albertsons or get my meds from Savon.

The Safeway store in Dover, De is no longer my grocery of choice. Last week the deli was closed because they were making trays that were due the next day. No chicken. This week the deli was open but no one was there.

This is a clear case of discrimination against people of a certain socio economic group, who might not have access to a smartphone or Internet access.

My son purchased 2 Roblox gift cards for $40 at the Albertsons store located at Anthem Hills and Democracy drive in Henderson NV 89044 at 6:26 pm. One of the cards did not work. My wife took the card back and asked for a refund. The refund was denied by Marquella the front supervisor. I went make to ask the same request. I was refused and treated in a way that does not reflect good customer service. I have been an Albertson's customer for more than 45 years. I don't like they way this Albertson's treats customers when they have a simple request...especially when it involves my children.

Oh well, I have a lot of other options for spending my grocery money.

Future store site at 5137 Grand Ave, Billings, MT owned by Albertsons. ) My adjoining property has a vinyl fence. I was home and watched him as he mowed too low and his mower hit rocks, shooting them and damaging my fence in several locations.

I immediately contacted my HOA who walked over and talked to the mower who was indifferent. It has taken this long to find a contact person of the owner of this lot to seek damages for the repair of the broken slats on this fence.

I was at the store in Las Vegas on Farm rd. I was waiting at the bakery case cause I wanted to buy a cake. A girl named Desiree walked right past me didn't even acknowledge me. The Albertsons store in Lebanon Indiana did not have any lines open for people with a lot of groceries you only had to do it your self check out people my age when we buy a lot of groceries need to have where there’s at least one lane open it takes too long to try to do a whole cart full of groceries holding up the Self service check out you had so many employees pulling food off of the shelves for people to pick up that you could put one of them on One of the regular lines for checking out the very bad experience and

First I have been a customer of yours for at least 10 years. Very excited when a new location was close to my residence. But since I started shopping there every time I go there seems to be discrepancies in the price of several items.

Today I brought up to one of your managers a issue with some beef.

I came in, like I do every single week to purchase a large sum of Rockstars. I always go through the self checkout. Today, a lovely young lady (Sarah) greeted me and I asked her if she could help me by doing a quantity scan.

I'd lik to know how your employees have avoided regulated mandating of vaccine injections. Simple word of mouth trusting isn't enough when dealing with covid 19, and not requiring documented proof of drug testing, and covid vaccine testing along with documents providing time and date and location of testing leaves a loophole for the spread of covid 19.

I feel your assurance and guaranteed sanitation of your stores is not valid when allowing gaming employees and other workers to skirt the required mandated testing and continue working under the influence of narcotics and possible none compliance of testing puts our families at risk for this disease. Store #377 13045 HWY 58 Bakersfield, CA according to the receipt my transaction took place today 07/14/20 377 6 24 4381 just before 11 am. I spent over $65 in purchases. My cashier was BRIANA she was excellent. What took place during my shopping experience is that I had 2 of your employees who helped me find items and in fact one of them lead me down an aisle to locate an item.

The last 2 times I went into the Albertson store at 4800 Blue Diamond Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89139, I could not find any shopping basket near the entrance. Both times I asked a couple of Albertson employees about the shopping basket and both times, instead of getting me a basket they said something like "It should be up front".

The first time, I ended up going to one of the cash registers and finding a shopping basket on the floor. The second time I could not find any anywhere and just left the store without doing my shopping. I stopped at my local Albertsons in Weatherford Texas Friday night at around 8PM on 02/07/2020. They were busy had to park way out. We did our shopping about $75 worth only to find out they did not have any checkers.
