I am having an on going problem with the Safeway Bisbee AZ store manager. This was the second year of no heat and no cooling an a great deal of rotten milk . I would like the store manager to simply stop going out of his way to go to the check out line I’m in or what ever means he can to tell me to have a nice day .

He has made so many mistakes and is not liked . I would like to simply do my shopping ! When a woman says leave me alone that what she means and I do not need to hear his comments in the back ground when I’m leaving the store.

I am not interested in being contacted by him but I can inform my Lawyer Christofer Hitchcock Bisbee Az if further contact is truly needed. I simply wish to do my shopping

I've made complaints prior to this one I am about to submit and what I gather is Albertsons customer service dept. Does not follow up on any complaints they don't care how there employees treat customers. My complaint is the same employee he is obnoxious rude if you use a ebt card he makes you feel lower then his level nice till he sees the ebt card then

turns rude works the late shift he thinks everyone is a shoplifter I refuse to shop at Albertsons and many more folks have stopped due to this employee his name is Marc he works at the Albertsons in Santa Maria Ca. on Bradley and Clark Rd.

I have been a recurring customer at the Albertsons in Vista on Melrose for over 20 years. The store is in need of a remodel, the bathrooms are old and filthy, the roof leaks in the winter during rainstorms causing water damage to the ceilings and leaking over the produce areas.

The employees have enough to do with handling customers and performing their tasks, however, the recent rains have added additional stress and work on the employees to tend to leaking ceilings and wet floors.

I believe that Albertsons should initiate a complete assessment of the maintenance needs of that and other stores and be more proactive in addressing the most immediate needs of each store. After all you are welcoming customers into your store everyday and desire a positive experience rating from those people…

Was treated very rudely by the manager this morning trying to collect my money from Western Union. The managers name is TARA and the store number is: 0132. She in fact bluntly refused to attend to me, closed her cash registry and walked back in the office.

This is a textbook racism and I am going to file a lawsuit. She should be demoted from being a manager and or be relieved of her work. She needs sensitivity training to say the least.

This company apparently has a corporate policy of cheating customers by NOT ringing up the correct prices EVEN WHEN THEY ARE ADVERTISED! I have shopped at the same Albertsons location for over 18 years because it is convenient to my home. No more.

I have been cheated for the last time and I intend to make an issue of this deception. Five years ago, I brought this to "corporate" attention. Very apologetic; as they always are. 00 store credit. Whoopee! They still are cheating people everyday!

I just wanted to send a note, I have shopped at the Albertsons at 480 NW Parkway in Azle , Tx for 20 years. I quit shopping there 6 weeks ago. I have repeatedly asked the assistant mangers, because I've never seen the manager, to ask him to please place some hand carry baskets at the North entrance, the one that is marked entrance.

For some reason I suppose that the manager does not think it's a good idea because after asking for months there have never been any there. evidently they were going to sever barbque on the sidewalk that weekend, even though this was Thursday they had the whole sidewalk blocked from that side.

Witnessed one of your Asian male clerks letting the Asian man in front of me buy his liquor without showing ID. Thinking he is judging by face and being 32 years old I get my ID ready but dont present, he asks for my ID which yes seems unfair to the least because the previous asian customer seemed younger then me to me.

Now to be fair my ID is expired but is my most recent ID and shows I am 32 and still looks just like me. He tried to scan the ID from Washington state he should know wont scan there.

, Klamath Falls, Oregon] I locked my bike - with two other bikes - at the small bike rack Albertson's provides. It is around the corner from the front door. The small area also serves as the employee smoking location.

Today I locked up amongst cigarette wrapers and many butts here and there on the ground. Dirty! Other times I have routinely arrived or departed the store to find employees relaxing on or near the bike rake smoking. So I get to lock up or unlock breathing their smoke.

I do not appreciate that. Usually they are friendly enough but do not move out of the area when we non-smokers try to use the bike rack. Not a pleasant event breathing their smoke and working around them to get my bike in or out.

We customers and your smoking employees are not being treated right!

I went to Albertsons Market and coors and montano (915) yesterday to get some cheese and sliced meat from the deli department. I had to wait at least 15 minutes before anyone came up to help me. When one of the deli workers Marcella came up to help, she asked me what I needed and I told her.

She was extremely rude to me and rolled her eyes at me. She didn't listen to me when I said I wanted my meat and my cheese a particular way. When I asked for papers in between my cheese she rolled her eyes and complained about having to do this.

She threw my food on the counter and when I went to look at it, the cheese was not done correctly and had tears in the middle of it. She threw the cheese in the bag and slapped on a price tag.

I walk in with my backpack cuz I bike everywhere. EVERY TIME they stare me down and say "REDLINE" over the intercom, which is obviously codeword for "This guy is stealing". So all the employees are thinking I'm stealing while I'm walking through the store.

Again it's not like I can lock my things in my CAR... because I only have a bike. I need to carry things on ME. Albertsons treats me like a criminal.

I purchase a bag of cat food two weeks ago which turned out to be the wrong kind. I was told I couldn’t return it without the receipt. I would think I should have at least been offered in store credit. Or an exchange.

I only have a problem with the meat department. I asked the dark hair lady to wrap each piece of chicken separate. She refused because it was on sale. This is not the only time they would not accommodate the customer.

I have shopped Albertsons on Indian School Road in Litchfield Park AZ and they are very accommodating to your needs. They go above and beyond to please their customers especially Gerald. I would suggest to the manager at the Surprise store to do a little training in customer service.

Our family shops at the Federal Way - Boise location several times per week. We usually get excellent customer service, excellent quality of product and would easily rate the store 5 stars as a whole. In fact, we know several of the employees on a first name basis. It is truly OUR store and we love it. Today, July 4th, I was finishing up shopping and went to the Deli to get some Hawaiian Rolls for our pulled pork BBQ. I picked up the rolls, checked the freshness date, made sure they were not squished and started to review the nutrition facts, when from behind the Deli counter I hear "ARE YOU GOING TO PUT THOSE BACK??". Keep in mind I had not asked anyone for help and was just standing there reading the label.

I gathered my goods at Albertson's on Saturday. At the register, the nice lady handed me a pamphlet and said to receive discounts I needed to go on-line. I tried to call the number on the pamphlet, after waiting for a human for a long time, I gave up and hung up.

I am in my 60's. I do not want to deal with on-line or phone apps to get discounts. Back to Walmart I go.

I shop at Albertsons in Tustin weekly. Never had such a bad experience as today. I had over a $100 in groceries taken out of my cart and there was a lady in front of me that did not have the money to pay for hers. She kept trying and trying to get her card to go thru? The checker just kept asking the manager, Jose, for an override with no regard for the customers in line. Not once did the cashier apologize for the delay not did the manager Jose. I ended up after about 10 minutes putting everything in my cart to go to another cashier.

I was so upset because your employees, especially the manager, made no attempt to help the customers inconvenienced by this woman?

Think he as well as your employees need more training on customer service.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was going to buy alcohol at the albertsons in Goleta. The cashier would not sell alcohol to me because I said hello to someone I ran into at the store. I explained that we simply ran into each other and they proceeded to call a manager who did not directly address me and passed off his responsibility to the young employee.

The employee also held onto my ID as if I was lying until I finally had to ask for it back. I will not be going back to Albertsons because that was absolutely ridiculous. The management seemed very incompetent and ill equipped to deal with a customer.

He was unable to present me with a valid reason. I am extremely unhappy.

I had the rudest cashier yesterday. She was very impatient and in a horrible mood. She had no patience with me. This is not the first time I have experienced this with her. I thought the first time she might of had a bad day.

Albertsons 2351 Main St SE Los Lunas, NM 87031. Self checkout every time I go in to use self check out, I scan my first item, put in my number for the savings, when I scan a second item it pops up unidentified item in bagging area even though I scanned item it still comes up with unidentified item.

Then a employee has to come and punch in a code to continue scanning, then employee starts treating you like a child and stands next to you as if you're dumb. Please fix this glitch, it is not convenient when you're in a hurry and the self checkout wants to glitch on you.

I never thought I would be making on Albertsons. I just left store #4289. I had the rudest cashier. Dr. 88 but, u must purchase 3. Sodas were scanned and my Albertsons card was used. 14. I told him Big Red and RC are Dr.

I arrived at this store on 02/15/2019 2:45 pm The store had no cart's available so I had to go back out to the parking lot to retrieve one. I should have left at that point, because this is not the first time.

Then I see that I had to use my smart phone for this digital coupon or I would have to pay double the price. With all the being said, I will never step foot in albertsons again. Going back to Smiths / Kroger.

Every Friday for the $5 Friday, my father in law and I would go to the Lake Forest, Ca store for the service delis Fried chicken and their hoagies but the last two months the service deli there have not been great service. There’s never any hoagies out and they hardly have their fried chicken.

Whenever we ask if they can make the a hoagie for us, like for example the deli manager Diana would just whine or complain about being on her own for an hour and a half or whine that Pamela is taking forever on the salad case instead of helping us.

Sometimes when Alfonso is working we will walk up and he will walk away to start cleaning or messing with the ovens leaving us standing there for 20 minutes. We heard that store has poor customer service but that is beyond poor.

Paso Robles Albertsons use to have a very friendly customer service. Today my cashier had the name Adrian but on my receipt the name is Josh M....? What a poor service he gave to me and the 2 ladies in front of me.

I was at this store 10/31/18 around 2:30 pm. I was in a regular check out line with 3-4 people behind me. There were only 2 cashiers working at the time. One at the regular checkout and one at the express.

The express lane was empty. The manager walked by and saw that the reqular line was full and told the cashier at the express lane to take the next customer in the regular lane. That was me. I went to the express lane and cashier immediately was agitated at the amount of groceries in my cart.

It was only about 50% full. Mind you I only went to the express lane because the manager directed me there. " I was not aware of this and had only gone to the express lane again under her manager's direction.

Today I attempted to use your digital coupon system. I downloaded the online app on my I-Phone and it came up as Safeway. I went to the store in Tucson, AZ on N. La Cholla and asked the customer service person for help.

That person tried for 15 minutes to get the app to work. She suggested changing my account password. The app not only asked for my email address but also my email password. Email passwords should only be used to access your email account and never for any other reason.

I asked for the store manager use his app to make the purchase. They refuse to do that or give a rain check. I left your store empty handed and just spent another 40 minutes with Mike on your customer complaint line to get your app on my phone.

I've been a customer at your Surprise, Az location since it opened in 1998. I've watched it deteriorate over the last few months. The lines have gotten ridiculous over the last few months and I know it is due to the lack of help when checking out.

Also you advertise products that are not even there. You have two cashiers that I must rave about during this time who try hard to make shopping better. I only know them as Pat and Judy. They serve customers as best as they can especially Pat with her great sense of humor.

Please do something about making this store what it use to be. I know there are many people I know that feel the same way and have taken their business elsewhere, but as a die hard Albertsons shopper, I would like to see it improve.

the so called front end manager or whatever this creep is named Sara has a rotton attitude and shouldn't be in customer service. She judges customers without knowing them. She has always treated me like dirt, very rude and nasty.

My first horrible experience with this nasty creep was at another store in Henderson a year ago. This store on Rainbow is now one of my regular stores and if it wasn't for the nice cashiers I wouldn't still do business there.

This store used to have 2 nice front end managers Cathy and Lori. I wished I knew where they were. My last visit was on Wednesday July 25th, 2018. The cashier, Wayne is always great which is why I'm rating it 3 and not lower.

I accidentally bought fat free Lucerne coffee creamer at the 5950 South Cooper street location. I went in this evening to try to exchange it for same creamer, just not fat free. The checker lady was rude. I told her I bought the wrong creamer.

I didn't bring the receipt but, made the purchase under my Albertsons reward account. She said that with dairy they need a receipt even though it is not expired, and is Albersons brand. She huffed and puffed like I did something wrong to her.

This is in regards to Albertsons Service in general. This store is located at 7022 North Mesa Street, El Paso, TX. Yesterday, 6/25/2018 we purchased two 4-packs of Tuna. 43. When my wife returned today to get the overcharge refunded, she was exposed to prolonged waiting until a "Manager" showed up.

After a few time explaining what happened, my wife got very frustrated with the slowness of which this issue was being resolved. It has also come the our attention, that the cashier staff (with a few exceptions) do not greet you once you approach the line, the packers do not acknowledge you etc..

We just returned from Arizona and had the chance to visit Frys. What a difference in attitude. Too bad we do not have one here in El Paso. You need competition. We will never buy anything from this…

Your newspaper ad in the Idaho Statesman on the 10th of January 2018 is very confusing. The coke ad advertises 3 12 packs for 10 dollars is in bold red lettering. In the body of the ad is the print,digital offer when you buy 3.

Every time i go to Albertsons store on Royal in Eugene Oregon I always get over charge for some thing or other. I will address it to the cashier and they will say OH HOW DID THAT HAPPEN. They also charge me for something that i did not buy.

And that is all the time. I will tell the butcher i want 1 lb. 50 for it. It gets old after a while. May be they do that because i an close to 80 .

For the second time in a week I went into Albertsons to redeem my app coupons. And because I did not enter my phone number in BEFORE the cashier rang up my purchase I did not get the coupon price or the $5 off my purchase.

I have shopped a Albertsons for MANY years, but alas this will stop. The first time was with a cashier that did not seem to know what he was doing so I thought after he rang it up the second time AFTER I PUT IN MY PHONE NUMBER and did not get the $10 off I thought he had made an error.

The error is with Albertsons, not the cashiers.

Hello: I am writing this complaint (on behalf of my husband) because I was contacted because by (I think her name was Michelle from Great Falls, MT) regarding his complaint against the Albertson's store on Main Street in Billings, MT. If you read my husband's letter to Boise which was never responded to so he filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and which they in turn referred it onto the Phoenix AZ headquarters for a response.

Thereafter Albertson's must have sent the complaint onto the Great Falls people as we were contacted by telephone to contact them. I contacted them and Michelle stated the camera's were not working at the Main Street Albertson's store since spring 2016.

I have a complaint against Albertsons Store #572. (9/3/16, 16:29) Fab 5 sale Items were not marked on, buy 5 or more and save, throughout the store. Made trying to figure which ones in same group of products was one on Fab 5 ad. Was shopping with list. When I got to check out I asked clerk, was the coffee on add, Seattle's Best or Starbucks. Her response was, "Unless you know, it's really hard for me to fix at the end." Asked if she had an ad to look at. She gave it to a co-worked and told him to look. He said, "I didn't even know we had Fab 5, this week."

Clerk was very annoyed, that she had to make the change, and was slamming things around. I informed her, that I wish I would have shopped elsewhere today. Another employee next to me was complaining about some other work issue in store.…
