Good Evening,

You have lost a valued customer!!! I placed an order for curbside pick up at approximately 2:30 p.m. for the Aldi at Kensington Drive in Appleton WI to be picked up between 5-6 p.m. At 2:38 p.m., a text was sent stating that there is a delay because there were no shoppers. I looked on line for over half an hour on your site to cancel the order, to no avail. I called customer service by 3:30 p.m., mind you the order was NOT in progress. Your service member hemmed and hawed about cancelling the order and placed me on hold. The call dropped so I promptly called back, mind you I was on hold for over 20 minutes by that time. I've been looking for a friend for a microwave egg boiler for some time. I was delighted when I found them recently on Aldi's shelves for $3. I bought two egg boilers as gifts and one little egg boiler spatula to go with it.

The first person didn't want the gift, which I'm happy for now. Because when I tried to use it at 3 minutes the egg yolk was nowhere close to done. I have a 1000 W microwave, the max it says you can use on the instructions. So I upped it to the 5-minute level - it was still not done. Holding my breath and hoping not to hear the sizzle sizzle from aluminum foil or metal inside a microwave, I did it for 7 minutes. I want to clarion Aldi this morning and I did not get a cart. The cashier was incredibly upset with me that I did not get a cart and threw my items in the cart while speaking rude lead to me the entire time and

then when I didn't pack fast enough she threw my bread and tomatoes in the back of the cart and my tomatoes popped open and went everywhere. She told me to go get a new one but she had me sew upset already that I just said forget it and I gathered what I could and I left

I did a pickup order of six items. When I got the pickup, there was only 1 item available. What a waste of time, gas and money! Then when I went into the store, two of the items were in stock!

I like ALDIs & regularly shop there but lately their produce in Glen Burnie is not being checked & is moldy & bad. I bought vine tomatoes that I threw away because were bad & moldy. Twice I had to get an associate to pull moldy tomatoes off the rack.

Yesterday I bought 10 pounds of potatoes. A couple were moldy that I threw away & when I went to slice a couple they were black inside. I realize that I should have checked them better, but I never had a problem until recently.

Like I told the associate, someone is going to get sick. I will continue to shop there, but Leary buying vegetables

I will never go back to aldi on 66th and cottage grove. The cashiers were extreme rude. They also told me that I couldn’t use my OTC card because they don’t take it.

However I use it at that exact aldi all the time. I would rather them say they don’t know instead of flat out lying saying they don’t accept it. Just horrible customer service and attitude.

Your one check out lines are too long. And no other line were opened to help the customer. Self check out do not end the need for more people to check you out. If it was up to me I would walk out and go pay a higher price for better service.

This isn't a big complaint actually. In the Kansas City USA stores the squash is packaged on a plastic tray that should be recyclable but because it is flat the equipment at our local recycling center are unable to take it.

I collect 7 a week. Is there a program through Aldi with your supplier that could reuse these trays in some way.

I live in Pittsburgh, PA 15235. I have lived in Penn Hills for five years. In the past week, I shopped at the Aldi in Penn Hills. Both times I shopped at this Aldi, I was approached by someone who needed money and was asking everyone who walked out the door for money.

This is unacceptable and if this does not stop, I will stop shopping at Aldi. If you will not do something about this, I will go to the police. I should be able to go shop for my groceries without be harassed by someone.

I was in Aldi's at the Bedford, Indiana store at 2:30 pm today 6/20/2023. I noticed two different families with large dogs in their grocery cart in the store. Neither dogs were service dogs. I do not like buying my groceries in a store where I have to use the carts knowing that dogs have been in them.

I didn't see any post on the doors stating that "Service Dogs only" I know this seems to be happening in alot of stores now like Walmart too.

I went to Aldi in Willenhall this morning and I asked the staff if it had any more flowers and he said to me I will have a look out the back. So I was standing by the empty tubs waiting and waiting so I went around the store to see where he was.

He was finishing his shift but when he saw me he couldn't get to the store room quick enough. That's not nice is it.

I'm a very nice person and every time I go in there are two women that are always rude and I get charged for extra items I didn't purchase. And I'm tired of it I go to Aldi once a week and I dread seeing them they are so rude and don't smile or say hi when I say hello.

I’ve beefed going to another Aldi that's further from my house just so I don't have to see them. I only know one of the women's name it's Kaci the other one has short black hair and I go to the Aldi on 3251 N GOLIAD ST Rockwall TX.

I really wish there were self checkouts there so we don't have to deal with rude Workers. If these workers don't want to be nice they shouldn't be working wit Customers

Had a $12.00 rib steak and it was mostly gristle with a little fat. It was tough. I was terribly disappointed. I could hardly cut it. I have three left and am worried that they will be the same low quality and that I could never serve them to guests. Please advise.

When I walked in to the Kendall store located in Miami FL, I noticed more self checkout lanes then with an employee. In addition, shopping carts a very few.. No customer service any where. I enjoy the lower prices on many selected foods, but cutting out customer service, very few cashiers, and the grocery bags you sell are so cheaply made, they fall apart as soon as you carry them out of the store. What is going on?

I rather go to Walmart to do my grocery shopping, at least their they have plenty of shopping carts, more checkout lanes with live people, and better shopping bags. In addition employees out on the floor.

I keep getting profiled by Aldi's. Its not just this one location off East Capitol Drive. Either store security or management is hovering around. Is there some behavior that makes staff/management believe I am going to steal something? I stopped shopping there for a while hoping things would change.

On 4/14/2023 we were shopping at Aldi store#14, Bensalem PA, cashier Rachel. Since my 75 year old sister has a disability, we shared a cart. On the conveyor belt, our purchases were separated by a stick. After paying for my sister's purchase, I asked the cashier to put my purchases on the top basket after scanning, but she began to dump everything on my sister's purchase.

I asked her three times not to do this, but she angrily replied three times that she should not split the purchases. The fact is that the purchases were already divided on the conveyor - this is a separate transaction - and they were paid separately.

I was at Aldis in Pittsfield, MA on 4/8/23 just to grab gallon of milk, I’m at register put divider between orders , when I get to register the guy scans my milk then starts to scan other items which weren’t mine. He then gave me an attitude saying there wasn’t a divider when the lady behind me said she moved it behind hers, he made me very uncomfortable and humiliated, he called manager over to do a void saying I was being rude and

Today after two weeks of not being able to find Friendly Farms Lactose Free Fat Free Milk at the Aldi at 4833 Oakton Skokie, IL I am disgusted with the delivery process. The manager there was very nice and told me she was going to try to find out why the deliveries to their store of the Lactose Free Friendly Farms Milk has changed.

She said they used to get equal quantities of the 2 percent, whole milk and fat free lactose free milk Aldi brand but this time they did not get the Lactose Free Milk. Someone at the corporate office must have changed the deliveries. why?

One of the staff in Aldi germantown has no manners with customer. He is the one who wears a beard. He tried to run over me with his fork lift cart. Never had the manners to apologize. He even told I was on his way when I was trying to look at the shelf.

You have modified the West Chicago Aldi's to be self checkout. This is despicable, you have become like everybody else with lack of customer service. Part of the reason why I continued to go to Aldi's was because the cashiers were friendly and greeted people.

You were one of the few companies that believed in customer service, obviously,that has changed. Modifying your standards to fit in with everybody else is going to push customers away versus bringing them to you. I for one am one of those customers because I still believe that customer service and a cashier smiling face means something.

I bought a bag of red potatoes that I bought at Aldi’s and used self check out. The next day the potatoes started to spoil one by one and I went to ALDIs to return them as per their 90 day return policy and the cashier would not refund exchange nor credit me for the bad potatoes.

Good Evening, I recently visited Aldi's in the city of Friendswood Texas. M. on 3/18/2023. Upon arrival to the store, I attempted to enter the store by using the proper entrance door that was marked entrance and as I attempted to walk through the remaining entrance door it had been locked by an unknown person from the inside(possibly an unsupervised child).

I then found myself trapped between the doors and was unable to back out or proceed further. I am claustrophobic so this made me very anxious and uncomfortable. I have shopped at this Aldi's for 4 years. Buy alot of my catering items from them. Always put a box in the cart to collect groceries. Was told today that she does not bag groceries. I do not ask them to bag my groceries.

They throw them in as normal and I organize after I've paid for them. I work at a grocery store for 10 years. And yes I can properly bag groceries. Her way, I have to completely take out all groceries, place box in cart and box them and organize again.

Why waste their time and mine. Plus she was so rude about it. I live out of town and shop once or twice a week. Never been treated this way! Cried about this on return trip home. Customers are your heart beat to a business.

The receipt did not print legible. When addressed to Mgr Brahim, decline to handle or recognize the performance of ink. I utilize all receipts to take care of issues that may occur. Perhaps there's a misunderstanding about training Aldi provides for satisfaction to customers.

Hello there, I would like to let you know that my cashier today did her job and was very professional but when she called her manager for a key the lady was African American and had bright red hair, not only was she rude she was rolling her eyes the whole time.

I don't appreciate being treated like this but this is my second bad experience with this young lady. time which I think is ridiculous. The service at this store really went to hell over the last 2 weeks.

First, we were over charged for items we didnt buy and when we took it back in to get the money back, the new manager was rude. Then we were told we couldnt buy something because the date on it was from the day before and she said she couldnt sell them to us.

Next time that happens Im leaving the whole order right there and walking out. If we continue to have poor service there Im not going back there and I am sure I wont be the only one. The management before you hired this idiot was fine and the there is no need to hire clerks with no customer skills either.

Went to buy groceries at this location (as I have uncounted times before) and while checking out and still putting my items on the conveyor belt from my cart, was loudly told by the cashier to "bring my basket around." This didn't make sense as when this has happened before, the cashier has a cart within their reaching distance to begin checking items as I am loading them on the belt. I got to the check out register and this young man never looked up; and literally started throwing checked items into my basket. Chips, bread, etc on bottom; canned goods, etc. on top...didn't matter. He never looked at the cart and just was throwing items into it. As I was bagging my items, I noticed he did this to every customer behind me. Horrible!

My cashier at the Aldi in Edgewater was the rudest person I ever encountered. She's always rude. She was talking under her breath while checking everyone out. She should not have this job if she doesn't want to be there.

Nothing like grocery shopping and coming out like someone hated you being there. I really do not think I will ever go back to this location. It was the worst experience I ever had at a grocery store.

Aldi’s did away with plastic bags that they charge me for. They now sold me paper bags which didn’t even make it to my car. The bags failed scattering my groceries all over the parking lot. I left my food on the nasty concrete.

I was recently at the Aldi's located in Palmetto Florida, store #107 and was treated very rudely. I was in line I placed a divider bar before and after my order - when the cashier started to add my items to the lady in of me she told him that those items were not part of her order - he rudely told her hat she didn't have a divider and

I live close to an Aldi in Fayetteville North Carolina. Technically, this is where my wife and I often shopping. The walking distance is convenient for both of us. I went there to just to get a few items. On my way back at the cash register the cashier insulted me due to the fact after I key my pin number while using my ATM card.

In front of the cash register I could see around three places where they posted "No Cash Back". After I was done paying, the cash register issued me a $10 bill. I said I did not need and I did not ask for it.

Her response was you hit a key that gives the 10 dollars back. I believe that was strange not only I did not hit the key to get money back, her cash register should not issue any money.

I really enjoy your Bakers Treat muffins, they make a nice snack. Each bag is supposed to contain 4 mini muffins.

This is not a complaint but since y'all don't have a working phone number that they actually answer I probably will not ever get my problem resolved as a phone call would have been a lot quicker. A day or two ago I was in Aldi's in Kingston and I think I accidentally left a blue freezer bag on the counter and I was wondering if anyone had turned it in or was holding on to it.
