Poor customer service, rude and vulgar language. The store of concern is the Aldi in Prince George's County at the corner of Regency Parkway and Marlborough Pike. In addition, the produce section has really declined as well as many other products.

This store serves Prince George's County, and Washington DC residents. We were extremely excited to see Aldi come to our area and would appreciate having these issues addressed.

I bought half and half at the Aldi store on Fayette in Baltimore City and it smelled bad when I got home and so I took it back and they replaced it with another one and while I was there I opened up two of them that smelled bad so I switched to low-fat half and half I opened it up and the smell was not as bad so

I took it home but I got sick and when I took it back to the store I didn't have a receipt and they told me there was nothing they could do about it and I informed them that I'm not making this up that they better check their half and half because I know it was the half and half that got me sick

I shop at Aldi's, 12120 W Burleigh St, Wauwatosa, WI 53222 at ;east three days a week. I approached the entry at 7:52 pm this evening, January 8, 2023, with another customer, a lady. As we crossed from the parking area to the entry one of the two workers in the produce area, stopped, and went to the sliding door.

My visit to Aldi on Diversey is always great I’m just having a hard time with the cashier (Irma) she seems upset every time I visit. Her attitude is caring on and spreading to her performance as a cashier. In order to maintain a good work environment she must be retrained to leave any baggage at home and not carry it to the work place.

Very rude and unprofessional cashier encounter today at ALDIs located at 2813 East 3rd Street, Bloomington, Indiana with the rudest cashier this morning. I’m still sitting in my car and can’t believe how rude the cashier with long pink hair with bangs treated me.

She seemed friendlier with the male customers however. I shop at this location all the time and this is the first time I’ve seen this person. She shouldn’t be working with customers or be at the front of the store to deal with people.

I purchased some coconut whipped cream. The can quit working about 1/4 of the way, leaving 3/4 of a can that could not be used. So I returned the can to the Vienna wv store. The mgr on duty ( Chris ) exchanged the can for a new can.

I’ve been eating unsalted almonds from aldis for some time now. Of all the brands I’ve tried, yours was the best tasting. Last week I went into the Collinsville, Il. Store and bought just one bag because I noticed the color of the bag and name was different. Wow, they almost tasted stale and are horrible. The expiration date is fine. Like other people I know that shop at aldis, it never fails, you either quit carrying something or change the brand to a less tasty product. today do my groseries at 1739 west cemak at the time of paying I felt discriminated, so I put my things to pay, the cashier told me she was closed, then I move to another cashier but when I moved, she attend to another two custumers . I am mexican the anothers was white.

Check out lady in isle two was just about as rude as a human can be. I was in shopping around 12:15 pm. September 21st 2022, this is the closest grocery store to my house, and would very much not like to have to interact with this human again.

I went to the Aldi store in Bolingbrook, IL on 9-8-22, I needed to make a tax exempt purchase. I was informed that I wouldn’t be allowed because my organization was not on the list. I’ve been coming to this location for years and I always presented my exemption.

I was informed that the policy had changed. This should have been communicated to customers in some form, not when they get to the register to check out. This is poor customer service and I am not pleased at all.

Then I was told it would take about a month. My husband told me that he submitted our exemption over a month ago. So our organization should be on the list.

I purchase my half and half creamer from here and every damn time I open one the tab breaks off in my hand. I end up getting a knife to cut the little circle out just to get it opened up.

Who wants to deal with that early in the morning while your trying to drink your coffee before work. Somehow you need to come up with a better way to open these damn things.
