I bought the bakers treat mini blueberry muffins. Buy them all the time. 2 of the bags had only one muffin in each!!!!!

Didn't take pic of 1st bag and now hot a 2nd? That is half a box. Happened at lyndale in Bloomington, mn.

Cashier Ophelia on Gull Road was very unprofessional, lacks customer service skills and just rude. I had one item, a customer before me allowed me to go in front of her, Ophelia said quote "you gon have ta wait" saying she had already started to ring items up, which was untrue, she wasn't done with the customer before both of us. Proceeded to say it "ain't gonna take long, sometime people just gotta wait".

Not the first time I have had to deal with her unprofessional attitude, this time just got me.

Last Sunday August 14, 2022 I placed an order with Aldi .. it was delivered by Instacart.. I ordered 2 ready made salads.. when I opened the container to eat.. it was a pile of brown mush… with prices being what they are at this point .. this is unacceptable..

they either came from store on Sheridan Dr Tonawanda NY or Niagara Falls NY .. Instacart does not let you know which one.. I live on Grand Island NY.. my husband passed 2 weeks ago and I can’t afford to waste money on rotted food !!

Prepared pasta with frozen clams I bought I Aldi, Altadena CA today. Very disappointed because only 11 clams were open the rest of the 12 were closed. Your supplier looks like is cheating. Why put 12 cooked unopened clams in the box.

Your manager in store #75 in Seneca, South Carolina is horrible. Most of the time the store is a mess and I have been in there a few times and she has been yelling at employees, while it seems they are working like they are supposed to.

How are you allowing your manager to disrespect your other employees in front of customers? Unbelievable that you allow this. This is a horrible place to go and shop for groceries.

Good Day I am concerned about the qualifications needed to get employment in some of their locations. I have applied several times my experience is 100% more than what they require and never was selected for a position. What bothers me is I know several people who are in the same predicament as I with this company. I have 40 years cash handling and mgt experience. I have commercial and retail experience. Open availability I am a retiree and at present working Family Dollar and Dollar Tree in the area. Wondering if unfair practices are occurring. I bought a product at AlDI; named FUNNEL CAKES it includes a pitcher and a mix inside, the problem I am having with this product is that it is used for human consumption, The mix contains WHEAT, EGGS, MILK & SOY. THE PITCHER has a bad design because it is impossible to clean and there is a hollow empty space inside in a form of a handle that holds food inside that can not be taken out or wash away, creating a potential for food born illness, poisoning by pathogens since it can not get removed.

this product is distribute and sold exclusively by ALDI.

2pm on a wednesday. The line to pay is all the way up the aisle to the back of store around the back and all the way down the produce isle. The store is filthy and this is not the first time.

THEFT & Disrespect is the issue. pockets the money” who knows! Noticeable very nasty and with a rusty spirit - snatching items carts from and told my daughter to shut up - then problem escalated name calling from my daughter to cashier because of her attitude and actions !

Cashier walked off the register refusing to ring up items. Supervisor as we were told came out I went back to the store second time there (list keys) and was given a larger pizza they took my items and took my keys that was left there.

Talked again to the supervisor who lied about the your store policy (I shop there often! I’m aware of the policy because employees that work there informed me ! PAY FOR ANOTHER PAIR. Sincerely Renee’

Rogers ar location. Have had a few issues with the same cashier (Samantha) over and over but the last time she was so rude about throwing my groceries and when I said something her reply was that the company made her do it. I don't believe that at all and I would appreciate someone giving her an attitude adjustment before a nicer customer catches her on a bad day

On Saturday July 30, 2022 we went to Aldi store #17 in Houston Texas. We have had previous complaints about a cashier that is always throwing our items in to shopping cart after scanning the items , many times we have told her to stop damaging our items we have to actually go back and

replace the items she threw in the cart because the package opens and the food products start to leak. But on Saturday July 30, 2022 she did the same throwing of our items in our cart and she had a nasty attitude and even hit my wife with a shopping cart on her stomach area we will be filing some sort off police report.

My grand daughter worked for Aldi. She is a 20 year old God loving Christian and she just got fired. Well, they asked her to resign. She went into work and she got a coke took a couple of sips then went and paid for the coke.

She is on camera paying for the coke. The asked her to resign because they said she stole. Even though it is on camera that she paid for the coke. I The district manger that fired her was Katelyn Wilson in Chattanooga TN.

I think that is crazy. I mean I can see why they do not want there employees to do that because some people would steal, but they saw that she paid for the coke and fired her anyway. They could have just talked to her and she would not have done it again.

I was shopping for only a few items. I had a couple of loaves of bread a bundle of bananas, 2 pizzas and salsbury steaks 2 frozen packs. Once I got my things on the counter and came close to getting checked out.

I brought it to the clerks attention and handled her the steaks and wanted them to be placed back because I thought they were dinners. She called another lady to the counter and looked at me and told the other worker I was just crazy.

I thanked her for asking another worker to put them back and after I thanked her she made a terrible hissing noise and scrunched up her face. Here in Decatur IL on Pershing Rd. and MLK. I will never go there ever again.

I wasn't felt unwelcomed as a customer and was very embarrassed.

I went to your Akron Ohio Britain Rd. Store this morning. I walked into the store and was told the store isn’t open yet and I asked what time it opens and was told 9:00. I started to leave and the door would not open, Henry asked how I got in and I said through the door and he said it’s locked, I said how do you think I got in?

( I walked to the door and it opened to let me in) he said well it’s locked that’s why it won’t let you out, and I repeated myself, how do you think I got in? ( he was very rude and made me feel like he was accusing me of something).

ALDI at 4710 University Drive, Huntsville, AL. Terrible customer service. Associate at register was a mid aged man with salt & pepper hair. I walked up to pay and he shewed me back away from the register (with his arms and hands) and said the customer before hadn’t finished paying, even though she was away from the reg.

Then after I paid, with the few Items I purchased in the cart, he grabbed the cart and pulled it away from me as I tried to roll it over to the loading counter. He never explained why. He seemed very frustrated.

I went to Aldi in valley stream this morning after a long night at work. I was standing online for more than 10 minutes. As soon as I got to the cashier the cashier had his friend cut in front of me and he started cashing her items instead of mine didn't even acknowledge my presence.

I addressed him about it and all he said is he doesn't see what the problem is. There was a Caucasian girl with short curly hair standing there with him. I asked to speak with his supervisor and he his girl answered saying that she is the supervisor and rudely said she doesn't see what the problem is.

Hi I recently visited Alsi in Frankfort ,Il I saw a cashier with the name Christine She appeared to be having a bad morning which I accepted . No greeting , frown on her face , etc . I opted for cash back and this is where her rudeness went to another level .

I asked if she had any smaller bills for the 40$ cash back and she said “No” before drawers even opened . Then I replied” oh ok , if you don’t have anything smaller no biggie “ Then she opens a stack of 10$!

Bills and hands me two 10$$ bills and a 20$. Then I replied “ ok great that works” Then she very rudely replies “ Well now I have not thing left for change “ Wow!! So rude . I frequent this Aldi all the time and everyone is usually very professional and courteous.

Sat for two hours last night to order click and collect for myself disabled and my two dependent children. Unfortunately their systems were down it is not even 9am and I have called customer services for help the lady was so rude I explained my circumstances she did not care asked to log a formal complaint she said I would not hear and

, Dania Beach, ask for the manager she came out with an attitude I explain to her what happened and she said the only thing she could do was put one in the back for me I would have to return the one I bought back to the store I bought it at she had six of them sitting on her floor. I realize the speed of your employees is paramount how ever in today world of rude and ruder you just don’t expect it to be so blatant. 10 am and the employee was VERY VERY rude. And even stated that she would rather be RUDE and safe.

The employee with her then laughed loudly. None of the other customers found anything very funny. I also assume that from the name of this website nothing will be done to rectify but at least I got to “HISS”. This is a small town and word will get around regardless of how you chose to handle this.

A simple excuse me would have gone a long long way. But guess those days are over. Thank you for your time.

On Monday, June 27, 2022 at 10 am, I went into store to purchase several grocery items. When I approached the check out, there were several people standing around with baskets by the counter that is used for bagging. Just above the checkout and under the lane #, the hand written sign said “cash” only.

The clerk checked my items and said “cash only”. It was then that I was told that the system was down the debit/credit cards could not be processed.

First, I was told it would be 10 minutes- then they didn’t know when the system would be running. No options were given and I left the store and a full shopping cart of groceries. Question: why wasn’t a sign placed on the entrance door indicating a problem?

That would have saved me the trouble of shopping only to leave the groceries behind.…

We were at the Aldi is Washingto, Pa on June 27th around 330-4pm. As I was checking out I told the lady there that I couldn't take out my disabled daughter who was sitting in the cart out and that I needed both carts, mine and the one she was ringing our stuff out in.

She told me that she wouldn't be able to ring out any other customers when in fact there were other buggies behind her she could have used. I stated that and she told me those were for the other cashiers, which I would've understood but there were no other cashiers at those registers.

I didn't catch her name she was an older lady with dark hair. I then kept telling her that I wasn't taking my disabled daughter out of the buggies. She proceeded to have an attitude with me and was ringing out my groceries aggressively.

Bought a gift card. My son tried to use it and it was rejected. Had to return items. Had to go home and get receipt proving purchase of card. Returned and ass't manager was rude and tried to make excuses and in general tried to humiliate my son.

After having to argue, again, about the card it was eventually replaced. The whole episode was very time consuming and humiliating. My son was made to feel like a crook.

89 but that was the wrong price so they told us either you talk the water as the price that is given to you or you have to leave the store so we tried to buy the other water but when we went back to the register they told us that we will not serve and that we needed to leave the store so

the manager came over and harassed me and yelled at me so then they told us to leave the store and then after all that had happened they called the cops and we got a ticket for apparently trespassing.

This is a formal complaint on employee at store #81. The employees name is David. To say he was rude would be an understatement. He definitely doesn’t need to be in the customer service field!! I asked if I could use some of the loose change in my purse and he told me they didn’t need any change!

Well, first he said, “change, what kind of change”. I said coins. Then he responded that they didn’t need any more change/coins. He also dropped my grapes (after I had paid) and allowed them to roll all around the register area. He’s a horrible person.

I want a call from corporate to discuss this further!!!

I love shopping at Aldis but am rethinking my shopping preference. When I check out why do they throw my food products? I have had holes in my cucumbers, bruised tomatoes, smashed breads, strawberries which i needed to throw out.

I think you see my problem. I spend anywhere from 100 to 150 per week. This Tuesday I asked the cashier not to throw my fragile food and she stated she didn't. She stated I could bring back a product if not satisfied.

Why would I want to make an extra trip when this could be taken care of front end. I've spoken to other customers who state the same issues. Thank you Lois

I asked the Cashier Sean to stop speeding as he was checking me out because he was throwing my groceries into the cart smashing my bread and causing the Aerosol top to pop off. His reply was “ no biggie it was just the top” i stated that it was a big deal because these are my groceries that i am Paying for.

I am an Instacart shopper and I am in Belle Vernon Aldi frequently throughout the week. It is store number 9. Everyone in the store is very pleasant except for one cashier that stands out she is very rude every time I am in there. Her name is Terri.

I always try to be very pleasant even after she's been rude to me but it continues every single time that I go in there. I try not to go to her register but sometimes that there's only one register if they're not very busy I have no other option.

I'm not sure what to do about this because I am in Aldi's quite frequently and I should not have to get treated this way.

I've had a horrible time with getting my Aldi orders via Instacart. I think Aldi needs to realize that Instacart is ruining their reputation with their shoddy service. I'll never use instacart ever again and I'm done shopping at Aldi until they go in-house with their grocery pick-up service.

Today I ordered, got confirmation it was time to pick it up. I get there, check in and sit there and sit there, no sign of anyone coming out. Finally after sitting for 10 minutes, I go into the store to get someone to bring my order out. The Instacart app had glitched (again) and was not notifying anyone I was there. I am handicapped and use Instacart/Aldi's pickup as it is much more convenient for me. Instead it's a time waster.

This is my second complain to the corporate just because of the fact my first complaint fell into the deaf ears. The first time i complained about the spoiled food i bought at Aldis. I sent you my receipt and the UPC number and the picture of the item you sent me a complain file number and did NOTHING about it no refund or follow up.

Aldis corporation not only gauging people they are selling the poorest quality foods . To be specific. 19 dollars in the East side Aldis store. This is nothing less than ripping the people off. You are going to loose lot of business very soon once this type of events hit the news.

I had no buggy and forgot my quarter so I had to use the one at the end of the aisle. The worker was so rude and came over and rushed to get all my groceries out of the buggy to take it back.

I was at the registrar with my items on the belt. The registrar broke. The cashier asked me to move to another register. She helped me unload all my items to my Cart. Then she left me to fend for myself.

All the people behind me decided to go ahead of me. I said please let me in. So the new cashier just kept ringing all the other people up. I made my way thanks to one nice lady. REALLY!!!! I was standing in line behind an elderly lady, there were no plastic spacers to be put between my items and her items but I left at 2 ft Gap between them. I was busy unloading my groceries onto the conveyor belt and my groceries made it to the register and the cashier started ringing up a few of my groceries on the woman's order..

the cashier stopped and asked if this was part of her order and the elderly woman told her no it was mine. So the cashier reprimanded the lady loudly telling her that she was tired of people not using the plastic dividers to separate each customer's groceries and scolded her for not doing so and told her next time that she comes in to make sure she uses the divider.

Greetings, My complaint is brief and I simply want someone to respond to this issue. I will form it as a question: When the company puts anything of necessity. There is never a limit per customer. All Items I purchase in bulk and even Capri Sun packs and coke cans say "Not For Resale" yet I see one man buying 20 gallons of milk in you know hes goin to sell at his convenience store for 6 dollars that same day, its just wrong.
