The Rome GA store has an employee, young man named Dylan. a few months ago, as soon as he finished ringing up my stuff, he shoves the cart away from him and pulls another one up. I told him no, you're not done with me and I need the cart to set my purse down so I can pay.

He said no, it's store policy to make things go faster. We argued, I told him it was rude to push the cart away before my transaction was completed. I paid and then found a manager to complain about this new policy and his attitude.

Unknown to me at the time, I suppose to not get in trouble, he told the manager that I threatened to hit him with a cart. Do what??? I found that out tonight. My son was with me. As soon as Dylan finished ringing up the last thing, he shoves the cart away.

I submitted a complaint on 9/25/2021 regarding a rude employee and manager that did not honor the twice as nice guarantee for 2 packs of spoiled sandwich meat. I received an email that someone had tried to contact me for more details so I called the 800# to update the complaint.

The associate assured me that management from the Kernersville, NC location would call me about the incident. To date, I have not heard back from anyone and it has almost been 2 months. The case number is 2466155. I would greatly appreciate a response. Thanks.

The New Aldi in Clemmons, NC has the HANDICAP PARKING as far away from the entrance as possible aLL other stores has HANDICAPPED PARKING as close ti the Main entrance as possible please correct this as I know many senior citizens shop there. The cashier names Cayla is super mean , she dragged my food from belt , and dump right into shopping cart set aside. Banana , mangoes , cans and frozen meat all piled up together , seriously not happy about the way she treated my food . IT HAPPENED EVERYTIME WHEN SHE SERVED ME .. not sure if she does the same to other Asians , because she acted normal with other race.

My local Aldi in West Swindon Wiltshire is a nice shop after the refurbishment it's good but the only thing that lets it down is the very dirty blue shopping baskets they are disgusting so dirty unbelievable I shop in many shops Lidl Asda Sainsbury's and Morrisons but their baskets are always clean come on Aldi you can do better.

Akdi did not honor its "twice as nice" policy. I bought 4 half gallons original, unsweetened almond milk. All 4 had same expiration date Codes with times differing. All 4 were bad/spoiled when first opened (all on same day/time). Returned the 4 to store for replacement and refund per your policy.

Was in check out line for refund. Store mgr. " I asked for refund. She said "we only do that on one. " Aldi did not honor their "Twice as Nice" policy.

I visited Aldi on 10/8/21 to make an exchange. Upon arriving, I went straight to the cash register area where I saw Keisha, a heavier set black woman, who I informed that I would like to make an exchange...she scoffed and promptly replied in a rude way "You are going to have to get in line, I don't have my mask on!" Poor- Aldi customer service 225 E. Capitol Drive Milwaukee, Wis

Last week, I shopped at the above location. I was rudely asked by the check out clerk to bring my cart forward to her, as I was still trying to unload it. The conveyer belt was steadily rolling. I was working fast trying to empty my cart. She appeared angry or upset that I was taking too long for her. This is a difficult task for anyone to do, i.e , unload groceries, bring the cart forward, especially for me. (I'm 72 years old). But, I apologized. While taking her the cart, I saw that I had left a candy bar in the cart. Every week aldi winston hills has queues right back through the shop to the back wall . The manager a female has no idea. She stands there not on a register or goes around looking at stock and ticking paperwork off .

When on a register she is rude to customers and staff , she is a very aggressive woman and this is why there are few staff that want to work there , the assistant store manager jackeline is very nice to staff and customers there are so many out of stocks no porridge today. not shopping there anymore

Please, my Aldis in Santa Ana, Ca on Bristol St is in dear need of cleaning. The front area cement and area wher the shopping carts are stored is filthy. As you walk into the first double doors another filth.

Plus the employees are just rude. I love Aldis, and was contemplating going to the Fountain Valley store because The service is a lot to be desired.. Please help, and make out neighbor Aldis a nice place again.

Lately the fruits from Aldi in Palm Bay fl. taste pesticides and gives a stomach ache. The Rib eye cooking on the barbecue had no beef smell at all .

Airport Rd, Asheville NC While shopping, I was apparently in an employee's way as she was putting product (produce) up, I apologized and moved out of the way, no response from employee only facial expressions that clearly showed I was interuppting her work. As I've worked in grocery before, I understand it's frustrating when trying to stock with customers, however customer service REGARDLESS of the situation reflects the store and company.

I've always had pleasant experiences with the employees in the past at this store. Hopefully she can regroup and either be more pleasant to customers or at least act like it. Name tag looked like it said Remee or Renee?? Very unprofessional and rude.

I shop through instacart and I am really happy with their service. It is the Aldi store in Cicero IL I have a huge problem with. Everytime I order they are out of a lot of the items I am trying to purchase.

If something is out of stock I should not be able to request it. Today 28 items that I ordered were out of stock which is ridiculous. This happens EVERY time I order. I have been shopping there for over a year now and every single time I order this happens.

I am unable to go to the stores myself now because of covid. I am handicapped and very high risk and although I have received the vaccine I still have to be extremely careful. I have been an Aldi shopper for years but now I am seriously think about not shopping there anymore.

I went to a store on Congress Avenue, Lake Park, 33403. I put my box inside the cart, and the cashier put the stuff outside the box. I said you can put inside the box. But she said no. Her manager asked her to put the stuff outside the box otherwise it will lose their time.

I asked to talk with the person and a guy named Time Guiman came out with its supper rude attitude. It yelled that its cashier does not do any packing. If customers want to pack, they need to come outside to pack.

I I bought a 5 pound roll of ground beef at Aldis in Sioux Falls, sd, and i am very dissatisfied with it. I was making hamburger patties with it, when i came across something that looked like a thick rubber band, in the ground beef.

It was absolutely disgusting, and i threw it all in the garbage. I will never buy anymore meat at Aldis. I purchase a lot of groceries there, but its the first time i have tried their ground beef, and believe me, it will be the last time.

Today, 06/26/2021, around 2:45 PM, I encountered a rude, aggressive, and loud employee of yours. He was quite tall, with little head hair. His station was the last register, and the closest to the bathroom. I was next in line, and when I fumbled with the order divider stick, he loudly and rudely demanded that I just stop fumbling with the stick and get on with loading my food onto the conveyor belt, because he was in a hurry.

On 4/18/21 I visited Aldi supermarket on University and McNab in Florida, there was a gentleman in front of me cashing out his groceries, he was paying with his debit card. I was next in line, the cashier told me to step back, step back, I asked her the reason, she said the man is using his card and she did not want me to gather his information, I was taken aback because why would she said such thing.

I went into Aldi 5-12-2020 to purchase a few items. As I was waiting in line with my items in a grocery cart for the cashier to complete checking out the customer ahead of me, the cashier next to him closed her line and

then whispered something to the cashier who line of was in and a few seconds later he looked me in my face and said his register was closed. I have been waiting in his line for at least 2 minutes.

Visited my local Aldi store today.

Specifically, the location on Pine Island Road just east of the intersection with Chiquita Boulevard, cape coral, Florida. As a senior citizen extremely who is very concerned about their exposure to COVID-19, I arrived at the store at their opening time in order to avoid exposure to as many people as possible.

I was equipped with a mask and gloves and was very upset and surprised to find that many of the staff members were without masks at all and those that had masks, only covered their mouth’s leaving their noses exposed. I went to speak to the store manager and was even further disappointed and angered that the manager himself also had his nose exposed and only his mouth covered with his mask.

Visited Schiller Park Aldis on Sunday May 3rd at 11:00 am. I was shocked to find the lack of adherence to state mandated rule to wear mask when out at public area such as grocery store. No one was enforcing the rule that customers wear masks.

Many were not and left to continue to shop. More appaling was that the stocker was not wearing a mask. Was allowed to stock meat and other food in store with no mouth covering. Store was also overcrowded. No limit to number coming in.

When I complained cashier she simply shrugged her shoulders. Total lack of regard for pandemic and enforcing state guidelines.

I am a 56 year-old woman about 3 weeks ago I put in an application for assistance with medical and snap. Same day I put application I was called and told they are Expediting my foodstamps well 3 weeks later I haven't received my card.

I was told to today on April 3rd 2020 to activate my account call the number they gave me put my card number in and create a pin then go pick up my groceries have them put my number in manually. I came out today because the cupboards were bare and I really shouldn't been out because all my medical issues.

I placed an order of groceries from Aldi now they use INSTACART for deliveries, on 03/31/2020 I ordered $6500 of groceries I never got a receipt or aknowledge of any order, I never received my groceries but the money sure was taken out of my acct. Ive tried every possible way to contact INSTACART but is impossible.

I do not rate an Aldi store, but Mertec. I returned a 20v drill for warranty in December 2019 and have not received it repaired or replaced. After several emails and even talking to them in person nothing has been resolved.

We were just in the Aldi‘s on Embassy Drive in Lancaster Pennsylvania, today on January 30, 2020 at 4:25 PM the girl at the checkout lane was extremely rude and careless. We purchased a bag to put our groceries in, she not only didn’t put the groceries in the bag but TOSSED them in the cart where our one-year-old was sitting in his car seat!!

with the last item being a larger metal shower caddy that she placed right next to his head So carelessly. Not only Unbelievably unprofessional but just plain unkind!! We recently bought a new wall oven from Aldi Burpengary QLD, Australia on the 22 Sep 2019, it was installed by a registered Electrician, we have been using it since then. We have found that it is extremely under powered when cooking items of meat to the recommended temperature and time to cook instructions on the packaging we are having to turn the temperature up to maximin and cooking time is taking twice as long. We are extremely disappointed with this oven it certainly does not preform as it should!!

thank you for having a store in the rocky mount area, My complaint is not an issue with quality of product it is the lack of stock any time of day during a two month period. In short My wife has diabetes and I like to buy a light yogurt from this store.

I contacted the workers on several locations asking them what is the best time fo purchase the light yogart as for several months every time i go to the store weather it be at 830 am 1000 am noon 2pm 500pm and just before closing. every time i go there they had zero stock and If the would understand that I am not asking for much just when i can go to the store and purchase on of your products that would help my wife manage her diabetes.

The Aldi store I shop at 30700 Detroit Rd. Westlake, Oh 44145 never has advertised products in stock. Their standard answer is "we never got it in" I was looking for Season's Choice Frozen Avocados 10 oz. and was rudely told "if you don't see it, we don't have it" This has happened several times over the past few months.

Really thinking about not shopping there anymore. Have been shopping there for well over 5 years and of course, they don't have a phone nbr to call. I work and can't be running to the store every day. Really disappointed with this lack of customer care.

30. I noticed the operator was very disengaged and dismissive of customers. Hugging and puffing when too slow. She was chewing gum loudly with her mouth open. I asked if I could exchange something without a receipt. She said ask him and nodded to the other check out.
