He called the manager who was lovely. I asked her if it will be deducted from my purchase. She said quite loudly We Don’t Do That, just wait for the manager. She told me to hurry up and pay there were people waiting.
She not only embarrassed me but herself by her comments and bad attitude. But miraculously she was so pleasant to the customers who were behind me when the manager was there. I know this is just a 5 minute snapshot of her day, but really.
