I was at the weight area the guy very rude he try to over the carry on and I tell he was wrong and he say he have the right to let not us fly we didn’t make no threat he have no right to cancel the trips and throw me the customer service phone number he say he not going to help me anymore call the number and my plan just about took off then he call the manager she say now he can have to deal with me she talk like she the top of world and

we garbage then I have talk to her like she have the right so she letting fly my husband is the the office I call him to help to take care of this but too far I couldn’t do nothing he told me just fly home then we will deal with them later on why aligiant hire employees like this poor customers services

The Flight attendant was extremely rude and harsh when I was loading my bag in the overhead compartment. She gave me orders on how to put my bag in the compartment even though i loaded it the same way it was loaded on my departing trip and it worked just fine.

There are such better and more professional ways to speak with passengers to make the flight more pleasant. The flight attendant was so rude that other passengers commented to me about it and apologized for her behavior. I think her name is Elaine.

I have never in all my years of flying I have never felt the need to report someone. Until now.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I paid extra to be able to cancel if I had to. The customer service representative assured me I would get a total refund if I had to. Well, I have to. and it's a voucher!!!

I won't be able to use the voucher because the person we were tovisit will be dead, so I won’t be able to use a voucher. I need all of my money back now!

Cancelled flight without any notice or reason. I believe I heard some of the workers stating they do this when the flight numbers are low. They shouldn't be in business. ever. This is not the first time this has happened to me with them, but it will be the last. Never again.

To whom it may concern, I flew Allegiant air yesterday, April 22nd, 2023 from St Petersburg/ Clearwater to Asheville NC. When I arrived to the counter I was told I didn't have wheelchair access and I did, it just didn't show on my boarding pass on my phone which it should have.

When i got to my destination i went online and sure enough it shows wheelchair access. So frustrating. Wanted to bring this issue up Thank you Shannon Walker

We went to the airport yesterday to make flight reservations. Once home we found email confirmation. My name was incorrect. I tried to call to have it corrected and make sure information and tickets were OK. Waited over an hour for response then none.

Since it was Sunday, we thought Monday would be better. I've been on the phone since about 8:15 this morning and still on hold waiting for an answer at 11:30 am. During that wait someone called my husband and said he'd received a call from a man that said he'd gotten an email about OUR FLIGHT with the same confirmation.

Now even more anxious that something was done incorrectly and STILL WAITING!!! TO TALK TO SOMEONE! VERY ANGRY. Tried that CHAT feature yesterday with no response as well! Last time we tried to call for help the same thing…

To make a long story short, the Sanford airport agent put a luggage ticket on my bag and a duplicate tag on the gentleman behind me on his bag. Found this out halfway driving to my home and I get a call from Allegiant counter Cedar Rapids Iowa saying we have your bag.

I return to the CRA a the gentleman with the duplicate tag remember me in line in front of him at Sanford. This should of never halpened

On February 25; 2023 my 15 year old Grandson was unable to board his return flight #1299 (Sanford Orlando Airport) @2:20 pm flying into Syracuse Airport arrive @ 4:56 pm. Upon arriving check in and security went well. As we were waiting to board my grandson Carson was paged and was told he could not board due to a Weather Advisory.

I understand your policy however in further checking No Advisory was administered that day!! I am extremely upset as he was unable to get home until Monday 2 days later!! When we returned on Monday check in was a nightmare!!

The agent checking us in could barely speak English. She insisted his carryon was too large which was the same carryon he had on Saturday and there was no concern.

The staff at the check in for Allegiant Airlines at Harrisburg International National Airport was very rude, short with me and other customers. So, I am a priority club member and the customer in front of me was checked-in, baggage complete and left.

” It was how she said it and she was not happy to be at work. If this is how you treat your customers I will need to reconsider any future trip with Allegiant.

I made a reservation for a 1 way ticked from Jax to Pittsburgh on 1/26 for a 3/2 departure for $54. I never received a confirmation # but the $54 was taken from my checking account. I have tried every day for the the last week or longer to contact someone but Nobody answers the phone.

I had to purchase another 1 way ticket from Jax to Pittsburgh on 3/2. The ticket was more expensive. I have been an Allegiant customer for years and I am extremely disappointed in the service. Please refund my $54. I would appreciate a response in handling my request. Thank you, Kathy Perciavalle

I had a flight on February 24,2023. The plane was scheduled to leave at 10:19pm. Our plane was delayed they said at first because the plane coming from SFB was going to be late. We boarded the plane at 11:30am. We sat on the plane until 2:30pm. We were told the baggage personal who were supposed to load the luggage just quit and walked off the job. They had to call in new personal from home. We were not given any drinks. We sat there until 2:30pm and then arrive at SFB at 5:00pm. My entire day was lost in the Florida resort I was staying at .It was flight number 1348SFB ,from Rochester New York to Sanford Orlando airport. I feel I should be compensated my $215.00 for my flight since I missed an entire day at the resort. I was very disappointed with the service from the airlines.

Today I had a situation where I needed to locate my grandson to pick him up at the LVI (ABE) airport from his arrival from St Petersburg FL. All of the passengers on his flight disembarked. and received their luggage.

I became dismayed not seeing him and went to the Allegient ticket agents desk for assistance. There were three employees at the desk and I was the only person to be served at that time. I asked if they could confirm if my grandson was on that particular flight.

Two of the agents referred me to the third person, I assume to be their supervisor. That supervisor with down turned eyes announced no we won’t do that in a most abrupt and discourteous way. My flight # is CGBZGR. I talked to 3 girls diff yesterday, whoever it was that I last talked to, was a complete bitch. I was on wait for over a hour, & she wasn’t letting me talk. She was assuming without letting me even have a voice.

Very immature on the phone. Whoever that was please look into, very bad look for the company & was acting like a teenager. Told me she wouldn’t help me after I gave her attitude back. If she can’t handle her job like an adult she doesn’t need it that job.

I arrived to check my bag in and the only clerk walked away. I stood there 10 mins before I asked for assistance. I was told to wait and someone would check me in and get my checked bag. No one came in time.

I was told 25 mins after I had been waiting that I could not check in because they were closing the counter for 45 mins. The airport security told them I was there on time and they still were extremely rude.

He so mentioned he heard no announcement was made that the counter was closing.. Due to this situation I missed my birthday party which I had planned three months ago and missed all my family and friends who flew there for this event.

I also missed several days of work due to the next flight being several days later. I called the customer service line to let them know of this…

I needed to change my return flight and the only way to do this on the app or online was to cancel my reservation. I had two others traveling with me and did not want to cancel their flights. I tried to call and waiting on hold Thursday evening (2/23) for 1 hour 2 times and then the call just ended.

Then tried the chat, it said "we're sorry, all agents are currently busy. I then called in on Saturday 2/25/23 again waiting for longer than anyone should have to hold, I then asked for a return call, did receive one.

Once on with an agent, I discussed the issue and they said they could cancel my return flight and schedule it for a later day. I then read my email today, 48 hours later and the flight is completely wrong, Wrong cities to and from, fully wrong; agent changed everything…

We were supposed to land in Destin Fl.

However, they started to put the landing gear down and decided it was too foggy at that point so they were going to turn around and go back to Saint Pete airport that was 50 minutes away…. Never once told us when we took off from minneapolis that it was foggy at destin.

When we landed at st Pete no one told us anything when our flight would leave next and only gave us $175 for one passenger when there was five of us total. No hotels available and we had three kids with us.

No food or drinks available for us at the airport. We all slept on the floors that weren’t clean and bathrooms up to an hour wait. No one knew when we would get another flight… there was no communication to us at all… we do expect to be reimbursed for that flight..

To whom it may concern I wanted to write a review about your attendant in the airport at check in today. Our attendant was very good and very nice then the lady next to her showed up and I was very displeased.

She pushed me out of the way without asking me to please move out of her way as I was trying to speak to my attendant and be able to hear her it was loud so I was blocking the scale, which I apologized even though she pushed me. Then her customer came up and yes it was loud the lady couldn't hear what she was asking her so instead of getting louder she got snappier and just plain rude to the lady I felt bad for her.

Then instead of asking her coworker to move my bag off the scale they were sharing she picked my bag up and was going to put it on the conveyor belt without a tag on it…

The complaint is for the Nashville Airport allegiant counter staff. All I wanted was a pass to go thru the security to drop off my 3 year old daughter to the gate. Had asked staff member to issue a pass and was told NO, because thir was someone flying with her.

I tried to explain the other passenger traveling w her had just turned 18 and was not related to her. I was talking very calmely and they kept insisting I was being rude. When in turn I was only trying to figure out how I could get a pass.

Since when can one not get a pass when dropping off a minor. Staff very unprofessional and uneducated.

When you are wheelchair bound. You have difficulty boarding. Pn Feb 20, 2023 they left me until the last passenger which means you are hanging onto other people's seat. Having difficulty getting by people getting up and down into the overhead bends.

The cell phone app did not work properly and despite numerous attempts for me to change the number of checked in bags, the number of checked in bags could not be changed. This resulted in $$ due to them failing to refund me.

This is a bunch of malarkey and I am taking this issue to another level since the check in clerks acknowledged that my issue with the phone app is not unique and that other customers had experienced similar problems. To add, when I used their on line chat, I was directed to a third party tech support (JustAnswer) and that was also a runaround and did not address the situation.

Also, JustAnswer wanted to hit me up with a $55 / month subscription fee. Nice work Allegiant. BTW, I did file several complaints via their phone service, the wait times were ridiculously long…

On Tuesday February 7th I booked a ticket for my son in law for February 9th to fly to Texas from provo to get my daughter and drive her back to Utah. On Wednesday February 8th I checked him in 24 hours from his flight and obtained his QR code to why on the flight.

I woke up at 4 am on the 9th to go pick up my son in law 45 minutes away and drove another 45 minutes to get him to the airport and dropped him off. When I was on my hour and a half drive home I received a call from him stating there was a balance due and he could not get on the flight.

I cancelled a one way trip for my father 5 days in advance of the flight, and received a voucher for future travel. Unfortunately, my 88 year old father was hospitalized, and will not be able to use his voucher. I can supply hospital documentation if you wish. My hope is that the flight might be refunded.

Had a medical emergency, unable to leave. Sat on hold for well over a hour, and all they had to say was “ hold times are usually 2 hours”, not “ sorry”. Representative was incredibly rude!!! Basically said I have to eat my ticket.

“I can book you a new ticket, or if there’s nothing else I can do, have a good night”. I have used Allegiant for years and have never been treated so despicably by any airline! Shame on you Allegiant!!

I had a flight with Allegiant on November 10th. I showed up 2 hours early and needed wheelchair assistance because I recently had a hip replacement. I checked in and was told to have a seat and someone would come get me.

Thirty minutes later an agent told me they were short staffed and to go ahead and go through security and someone would get me there. Forty-five minutes later nobody showed up and I had to walk the entire way to the boarding area or I was going to miss my flight.

I have lung issues on top of just having a hip replacement and it was ridiculous even though I got to the airport in plenty of time, I wasn't able to get wheelchair assistance.

My family of 5 flight CDG7H9 from Huntington wv to PIE Clearwater was delayed on January 6 2023 almost 3 hours. We received the text at 7:51 PM literally as we were unloading our luggage to check in the airport.

We asked a few times why the plane was delayed and we got excuses from inclement weather to there were too many planes in the air. When we finally boarded the plane, the pilot came over the intercom and told the passengers there was a mechanical issue with the plane earlier in the day and it snowballed to our flight.

My parents are elderly but we still say there and waited. We flew into PIE and was going to drive to Coral Springs FL where then we would rest and shower then get up and leave the next day at 10:00 (checkout time).

My flight was canceled on December 23,2022 and we were left out to dry. Most other airlines book another flight for you but you don’t. We tried using your website and calling to no avail. We had to drive to airport to try and book another flight.

Second flight was canceled, drove back to airport.

Third flight was canceled, drove back to airport. I understand you can’t control weather but come to find out one of those flights canceled because of no crew. That’s unacceptable!! We missed Christmas with our families. Plus we had to fly into another city or wait extra 2 days to fly back into city we flew out of.

My mom Lynn Chamberlain flew into Spokane International Airport Friday evening 1/6/23 @ 7:18pm from Mesa-Phoenix Airport, she flew to Mesa-Phoenix from Spokane on 12/17, before she flew to AZ I called the airline and let them know she was having memory issues and I was worried about her finding where she needed to go, so they listed her as a disabled passenger.

My mom didn't get any type of assistance from the plane to the carousel upon returning to Spokane International Airport, she left her suitcase behind at the airport. I have called Allegiant many times and was on hold for 2-3 hours each time.

Flight #646 yesterday (1/1/23) from Bismarck, ND to Phoenix Gateway Airport. Staff at the Bismarck airport and the two flight attendants did a great job of accommodating passsengers. Allegiant’s service was pathetic at Gateway Airport. Passengers waited 40 minutes on the tarmac to get a spot to park the plane…pretty obvious Allegiant was grossly understaffed.

Problem was compounded by having to wait 90 additional minutes for Allegiant staff to get luggage frm the airplane to the luggage carousels. Fortunately we do not have to routinely fly on Allegiant.

Your employees left me, a 73 year old woman in a wheelchair, at the gate where I got off the flight from Spokane that landed 5 hours late with no way to get home. All I asked for was a taxi voucher, since your delay caused me to miss my scheduled ride. You need to contract with a company to help your customers get to their destination when you delay them

Bought 2 tickets on 12/20 at $211 each for a total of $542 (Conf # CFHNVP) Tried MANY times to cancel for full refund within 24 hours of purchase but your line was always busy. Have called MANY times since with same result. Because I could never get through to you to cancel, I can not take advantage of today's lower ticket cost of $174.

Allegiant does not answer their phone or monitor online chat services when the weather threatens flight status. This makes the third time this has occurred. No email updates, essentially the company shuts down to zero contact just hoping you will give up and figure out another way to get home or make other contingency plans to accommodate your flight needs.

I have just had the most horrible experience with Allegiant. Yesterday I booked 2 flights on Allegiant. My sister and boyfriend had just received a call that his brother had passed away. Thinking I would help them because they don't do the computer.

I booked the flight and they were not feeling well this morning less than 24 hours later they go to Dr and find out they have covid. I have gone to the chat line and sent a message with no reply.

The website wanted let you change or cancel the site even though the website says you have 24 hrs to cancel. I have called 702-473-2601 and they tell you to cal 702-505-8888 and then tell you to hang on for over two hours.

m. m. We finally boarded the plane only to be advised by the Captain that we had to wait for paperwork concerning service performed on the aircraft in Grand Rapids. We then sat on the plane for a total of three hours before we took off.

Despite having sat on the plane for three hours we were not offered a complimentary drink or snack. Very disorganized and unprofessional. Not to mention my wife and I missed a 4:00 pm appointment we had scheduled. I believe I should be compensated for the unnecessary delay and lack of humane treatment endured.
