I was told by my agent I would be fully covered and there would be no issues. I got the estimate from my auto shop, Performance Auto, and I took it to my agent Curtis Wofford and he made a copy.

I had my first property damage claim with Allstate. Boy, it sure seems the story’s I have heard are true. The adjuster seems to lack any basic knowledge of property or claims. He delays responding to me by days after each item I send in and most recently, he sent me an email that for the co tractors estimate I submitted, I need to have them bold lines of items that are different, I guess than what Daniel allowed on his estimate.
He also asked for photos, which I have already sent. I did send them again. Now I guess I wait another 3-5 days for a response? I asked for a supervisor to call me and all I get is poor ole Daniel.

I don't have allstate, thank goodness. But someone who does hit my car. Allstate covered the repairs and a rental, but made both unbelievably hard to have done. With all the mess of arranging those things, estimates, shop visits, travel to/from rental facility, etc.
I had to take off quite a bit from work. I sent them an invoice for around $150 which they refuse to pay because its not covered by the "policy" It's not even my policy. The accident was not my fault but now I'm the one having to pay all of these out of pocket expenses due to someone else's negligence.

The course was completed 12/14/2021. This was verified with the agent I spoke with approximately 5-9-2023. I was told that this matter would be sent to the back office for review. My payments has increased to $212. Per month. I was also told that my easy pay discount was not applied to my account.

I have been with Allstate for a little over a year, and never did I felt in good hands, if anything In the last month I been on the worst hands with Allstate. Recently I made a few changes to my Allstate policy to lower my monthly payments, do to financial hardships, just to realize that my monthly payment stayed the same as it was a month prior, but my coverage decreased significantly.

I am forced to represent myself in court while diagnosed with Bipolar, and on psychotropic drugs. A prick test revealed that my then 12 year old daughter was allergic to mold. Mold wss found in the AC unit due to a drip pan overflow, in 10/15/15. The claim was denied.

I paid cash for a tow because my service had expired, and I was never given a receipt. I spent over 2 1/2 hours on the phone over the course of two days. I was transferred to four different departments and given five different phone numbers.
I asked for a supervisor each time none was ever available. I was told it would take 3 to 4 business days to get the receipt emailed to me! Tomorrow will be a week and I’m still waiting for the receipt.

I filed a claim with Allstate for the tsunami damage to my roof and they repaired the roof under the promise of not paying extra beyond what the insurance company paid for.
Lastly, I received 2 checks from Allsate in July 2022. I deposited the check into the bank and it went through without any problems. I soon paid the roofing company a check.

I ordered a couch through Wayfair for $1390 before taxes. 99. Less than a year later, my couch has broken wood inside and all state decided to reimburse me. Nowhere in my warranty does it say I’d be given a gift card nor did I use a gift card to pay.
All state send me a gift card for $1390 only being able to be used on Wayfair which is unacceptable. If my couch didn’t hold for even a year, there’s no way I want to be limited to buying another couch from only Wayfair again.

We had a water leak in our guest bedroom, which we rarely go in I went in 9/20/2022 to get something out it the closet and discovered a leak in the closet I immediately called a repair man it was fixed and there is damage to the walls and the carpet he suggested I call my homeowners insurance which my husband the area was video taped and she rejected our claim saying it was a chronic problem because of the mold, mold can grow on a wet carpet within 24 to 48 hours.

I represent an HOA property in San Francisco that for the last twenty years has had Allstate Commercial Insurance for our building. In the spring I was contacted by a contracted phone service to coordinate an inspection of our building.

Filed a claim on June 17, 2022 with Allstate for Water Damage to upstairs bathroom due to a burst water line. Spoke with Claims Adjuster Maggie LaWall who told me that Allstate would not honor my claim. She then told me to contact Joshua Roman of Roman Insurance Agency here in Memphis.
Nothing has been done about the claim. The water caused damage to the upstairs bathroom cabinet, wall and floor. It also caused damage to a downstairs bedroom ceiling down the seam and the around perimeter. The entire ceiling needs replacing.

Almost impossible to cancel a policy. They are eager to sell but if you have to cancel, good luck getting anyone on the phone. They don't let you cancel online. You have to call, the moment you say you want to cancel they say you have to speak to an agent (to convince you to stay) but then you wait on hold for an agent and none of them want to take your call.
