Very dissatisfied with Allstate because they don't care about their customers. I regret I have been with this company for over 30 years! What is the point of paying into a insurance policy if you can't get them to pay out when you need them to.

I hope they loose any potential customers in the future because Allstate doesn't stand behind their words . I would not want to work for a company with a bad reputation.

My car was involved in a multi car accident. The responsible party was covered by All state. I reported within 24 hours of the incident. The lack of communication, (beginning with no return calls the first week) emails ignored and absolutely no follow up is unbelievable. The website has the tool to check status, it doesn't work and no one can help. Trying to call the 800 number to voice a complaint only can be used if you are a policy holder. All state has been a nightmare to deal with. This week will be the 4th month and I still have no reimbursement for the rental car. They claim to have lost the email ( it was found when I provided date/time to a rep) I was told allow 48 hours to process. After 10 days it is still not done.

I have been with Allstate for over 30 yrs my agent Thomas Hoffman to say it short is a bully. It stated in aug of 21 when I wasn’t getting my paper bill didn’t come so called and payed over the phone and kept happening and I got late charges several times.

I think talked to him again in December and he said we could do auto payments so I gave him my bank card and assumed it was being taken out of my back so I put it in my checkbook for January and February, I got a letter from him stating what date of each month that the auto payment would be taken out.

92 and I got a letter in the mail saying I was behind in my payments so I called him and he said it wouldn’t go through which is not true. He then raised my payments to 100 a month and my deductible was 250 and he said a 1,000 that’s when…

December 16, 2021 Dear Manager of Warranty, I purchased a two years warranty on my son’s computer and when he really needed it, it would not charge. I have a claim that I was found completely innocent in. It was all on the other driver. After waiting 2 months to finally hear that my car is going to be totaled. I have incurred 2 months of rental coverage and still counting.

I can't find out from anywhere phone number or chat any information about how to proceed with this whole mess. I will say it again I was hit by another driver and they were found to be at fault. Why is this costing me anything at this point.

Why am I paying you to insure me if it is not for just this kind of situation. I am on a fixe income. I need my money and this at taken a lot just to stay mobile. Again , why is this costing me anything?

HI I been a client of yours for many years. My problem is every years i pay my car insurance in 3 payments and charge me 10$ each payments,i make my final payments and ask if any more cost respond no final payment.

Allstate rep cancelled wrong policy. Was suppose to cancel auto and home and cancelled our cottage insurance, that was not due for renewal for another three month, as well. Now the mortgage co is charging me their Ins co FEE and taking it out of our escrow.

I had no knowledge they did this and left me uninsured until I started getting letters from the mortgage co stating my policy was due, I kept sending them copies of the current policy, not due to expire until June 2021. When I called Collin Brennen.

He said I TOLD Jason to cancel all policies. I did in fact NOT tell Jason to cancel as it was not due for renewal. These two people Have created chaos in my already stressful life. I do not care how much money they save me I will never come back to Allstate

My vehicle was hit at work, filed claim online 3/26/21, yet to get my vehicle fixed. How long does it really take to get things processed for a claim?? Agent explain to me after I filed receive an email about claim an what my deductible would be , agent told it would be covered completely because it was it hit in run..

Days later received in mail change in my policy that I did not approve or sign to change. Emailed agent why did she change without me signing anything, she emailed back stating I need to sign to change back an get the credit for it being changed.

I emailed letting her know I did not sign anything to change, she needs to figure it out, an that I am not signing anything to correct what she had no business changing to begin with.

I sent in a detailed complaint and I got sent right back to the people I filed the complaint with. I should not be surprised after how this company has treated me. My claim #0584157465. I'm sure you can find it on file somewhere.

I do not want anyone from the Mobile area contacting me. This morning I got called a liar saying my hearth (where the tree fell into my fireplace) was cracked before the tornado. some just a few days before that Sunday which clearly shows my hearth.

I had an engineer come out who was clearly paid to write up what they wanted. There has not been one single employee from Allstate to set foot in my home. I have filed a report with the Alabama Insurance Dept as well as spoken to a lawyer.

My complaint is that Carla Carlowe misrepresented what my insurance would cost, and put me in a financial bind. Her company has refused to cancel my policy when I obtained insurance from another insurance company until I received a form from them that they wanted me to sign rejecting personal injury protection coverage which I had already purchased and paid for.

I placed and inquiry on my Internet on January 23, 2020 to get some quotes for my brother on car insurance as he does not have a computer . Shortly after placing the inquiry his cellphone rang with a fellow stating he was with All State and his name was Freddy. 00 for.

The agent, Freddy, started by saying the he could see that my brother had a Ford F 150 and would he like to include that truck also. My brother said no as the truck was parked and was purchased for parts.

I was in an accident 9/18/19. It is now 11/14/19. I received a partial payment Finally after making call after call after call to the claims department. They paid a local dealership to repair my car then found it needed to be totaled.

Now they are holding my money hostage until they retrieve theirs. That's total BS!!!! That was Allstate states fault not mine. It is 4 days away from being 2 months and I am still without a car!! this was the fault of the other driver which also has Allstate insurance.

I had very small accident caused by the other driver on my Toyota RAV4 and was estimated about $1600. And I took my car to body shop and waited 2 weeks to let me know that the car worth less than the repair expense and the adjuster told his insurance decide total lose and Zachary my adjuster told me to take my car .

And the accident was in rear of my car and they removed the spare tire hold and they can not put it back and they put tape on it and they told me to take. After that I called my time and text many time to Zachary, but no respond.

I don’t know what to do with their wrong decision, the car is in good condition and want to keep it, but I have received a letter from Allstate to report it. Is any help?

I have my vehicle & home insured with Allstate. Approx: 3 months ago, I sold my 1999 Chevrolet van when the motor went. I called my local Allstate office to report this sale requesting to have the insurance removed from the van.

Since that time, Allstate keeps removing the full payment for both vehicles each month. Apparently my request falls on deaf ears. I have called the office and spoken to people, sent text to the web site for my agent, sent text to her cell phone, left voice mails, and went to the office in person.

The claim adjuster arbitrarily and incorrectly assigned 90 percent fault on the Allstate policy holder and only paid me 90 percent of my claim. The police report and policyholder stated it should be 100 percent fault of the policyholder but the adjuster stated she could do whatever she wanted to do.

The adjuster will not take my calls or return messages. I will provide the claim number and details if contacted by Allstate. This appears to be an unethical and perhaps illegal policy.

I have been waiting since 9/2 for ALLSTATE to get a claim done so I can get my car repaired . My expenses are escalating . SOON I will not have any money left for the trip back. Hotels... food for me and my family are mounting ! I pay my payments always on time.

The staff have no integrity. There client totaled my car and injured me, causing me to miss 2 weeks of work where I make $200 a day. The adjuster Bradley McKenzie & his supervisor Bethann bearden in your Columbia SC office down played my injuries stating that I wasn’t in that much pain and then offered me $250 for pain and inconvenience.

They both were rude and treated me like my health was of no importance. The supervisor even laughed at me when I became upset with how my claim was being handled . I threatened to report the way I was treated and she chuckled as she encouraged me to do so.

This tells me that this is not the first time they have mistreated the third party in an accident. I may not be a client but it is an outrage to be treated in such a manner.

My Toyota Camry 2013 has been dutifully maintained and invested in as my retirement vehicle. The average life of a Camry is fifteen years and 300,000 miles if properly maintained according to Customer Reports. The manner in which Allstate has attempted to address the incident is more by omission than action.

My Mother's home, my childhood home, was destroyed in a fire. She has been an Allstate customer for as long as I can remember. She is a strong Christian woman who has overcome brain surgery, partial paralysis, and several other health issues.

She has always paid for her insurance coverage, and has kept her family under the Allstate umbrella of coverage as well. She has been more than patient while awaiting a decision on her home. There was an unjust accusation made that her home was intentionally set on fire, while she was at Church.

Our car was totaled on June 3 2019 claim 30547870402 we were contacted by a Michael Flis 480 9774563 he stated he was our contact and claim would be handled quickly. as you can see that is not the case. MR FLIS WILL NOT RETURN PH. CALLS AND STATES HE NO LONGER IS HANDLING THE CLAIM. I have now no one to call, and no one is calling me. I will have no choice but to see a lawyer if this is not resolved quickly.

On a side note I got the police report in about 2 weeks and called Flis to see where to send it. HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK.

Today was very hot day and I went to the flea market and my husband left the car keys inside our car, I didn't worried because I knew that we were cover with road side assistance but when I called to ask for help I realized that I wasn't in good hands.

I got the worst customer service experience because I was denied the service that I deserve and being paying for the las 3 plus years. I was on the phone for almost an hour for nothing,but as soon as I can I will switch to a different insurance company.

John purchased auto through another company, brought his new ins ID cards to Bartel and the male at the desk said John was all set. 2 months later, I'm pulled over, and was charged with operating a vehicle without ins!!!.

I was hit by an 18 wheeler on May 10th. I contacted Allstate to make them aware of he incident, great and helpful and prompt customer service however on the claims aspect, I was telephoned by Allstate’s claims investigator by the name of Micheal Riedl.

Today's date: May 30, 2019 I had considered obtaining insurance coverage from Fleming Family insurance on Friday, May 24. I dealt with Mr. Jason Fleming over the telephone and gave him my bank account information for payment. He emailed me the documents for my signature and asked me to finalize the process. However, I had changed my mind and decided not to sign them and decline coverage.

I've had a claim going on for eight months. My adjuster won't return my phone calls. I need my property claim settled. Allstate threw us out TWICE from our housing we're supposed to have under ALE for at least 12 months.

I have a newborn baby and 3 other kids. The adjusters don't know what they are doing. They don't know my policy and that I live in California. They call me right before they leave the office so I can't return the phone call, when I call back the next day nobody answers or returns my phone calls.

A complaint has been filed with the Insurance Commissioner regarding an Allstate Insurance office located in Canton, Georgia. After speaking with a local Allstate Insurance office I was advised to make a complaint with the corporate office regarding the actions of this agent.

I purchased a manufactured home, built in 2004 on 4 acres. The mortgage broker received the information regarding an insurance policy with said agent and apparently Allstate doesn't even insure manufactured homes and especially not ones over 5 years old, and without an auto policy in effect.

I was lied to and this information was covered up by the agents to allow closing of said property to take place. Now I am having to find someone to insure my property after the fact and will be forced to pay double the premium…

com treated your customer since 1986 with TOTAL disrespect. Until I had my call with him yesterday everything was very professional, and I felt good that we had been a customer for so long. Your outside inspector can out and meet with my contractor (whom is a contractor that works with Allstate) and at the end of there inspection they both agreed that we needed a new roof and other repairs.

Hancock adjuster keeps putting us off our roof has a tarp on it we have called but the lady from the claims department is rude and keeps saying it’s not their fault things come up.I am very upset that they can not keep 1 appointment .this is the third time we were put off with some excuse not acceptable poor way to treat your customers.

I was instructed by an all state employee to make manual payments for my policy for the last 2 months (total due: $319). I was instructed to do so because I wanted to change the bank account I used. In March (as instructed) I paid roughly $158 (monthly bill) which left me with a balance of $161 (due in April). Because it was a manual payment me and my wife called on 4/15 to May our last payment which we were instructed was $116. Not sure why it wasn’t $161 but we didn’t question it.

Now today it’s 4/27 and All state agents claim because we are not in autopay we have to pay 319 for April and May. I’m not sure how this is possible when 1st we were instructed to finish the policy manually and 2. My new billing cycle should have started in May and I should have been renewed for autopay Adam…

Hello yes I’m writing this letter to appeal a claim 000541691150 that Allstate. Claim adjuster Rhonda Morgan is handling . It came back that I was at fault !! When the person hit me in the back bumper ! I’m wanting to go further with this action and I’m not at fault .

It seems like these no such thing as Allstate helping hands . Thank you Cecilia Espinosa my policy is 924116369

Allstate is the worst insurance company to have. I was with this company for 3yrs had a accident that the other driver hit me from the back the letter says I’m not at fault but on my driving recorded it shows.

Had another accident when the driver ran the stop sign and hit me again the letter of Experian says I’m not at fault but they have it on my driving record at fault. I will calling cooperate Monday morning
