Dear Amazon customer service

The delivery driver pulled his truck 3-5 feet into my garden beds, crushing 2 plants and when he backed out he ended up dragging the boulders I have on the perimeter out half way into the driveway. I had to get my neighbor to help me move them back.

This occured at the beginning of my driveway where I have a turn around space and it has never happened before. The driver was very careless and he had to know he caused damage. I can provide pictues if necessary. As you can see by my account, I have frequent deliveries and there has never been an issue. this was very egregious.

One of my business vehicles broke down and I made a purchase with Amazon for the necessary part. Amazon allowed me to buy the part and I waited for the delivery date stated by them.

On the day of the delivery, the item never arrived, supper was contacted and they told me to wait 3 days. The days were waited and the item did not arrive. Support asked me to wait until the next day and their system stated the item was scheduled for delivery. The next day came and the item DID NOT ARRIVE!

For the fourth time, I contacted their support, but this time via phone. The representative told me the item was out of stock!

How can Amazon sell me something that is out of stock? At the same time, provide me a date with tracking for that item on their website ?

I purchased an expensive electric knife sharpener. When I received the sharpener it was poorly packed with no packing foam. The knife sharpener I received looked used. I plugged it into power and it immediately began to emit smoke and a burning smell.

I immediately repacked it into the box I received it in and contacted Amazon by chat. I was issued with a return docket and was informed the $69 aud postage would be refunded as well as the purchase price when the received the item back.

A couple of weeks later Amazon contacted me and told me that the knife sharpener that they received back was not the one that they sent to me and refused any refund. The refused to send me pictures showing why they believed I sent back a different item.

They refuse to answer of me emails and I am $500 aud…

So I ordered a postal heater and it was defective and wouldn’t turn on anymore after using it for a week. I did a replacement & it arrived, worked for 4 days and never came on again. I contacted Amazon to advise of the situation and request a return labels for the defective item.

I returned the second heater March 9,2023 and Amazon reps have verified they received it on March 13 however, when I asked when I can expect my refund I was told although they see it was received back I need to wait until April 24 and I should have my refund by then. What!!! Totally UNACCEPTABLE!

This is actually the second time Amazon has not wanted to my refund even though they received the item. Horrible customer service practices I’m no longer ordering from Amazon! It’s especially hard to speak with a human…

My bank account was charged for subscriptions I didn’t authorize for a year. I was issued a 11 month refund but the refund went back to my account that was closed. They money should have been sent back to Amazon.

I was then told that they cannot reissue another refund because they just reversed the transaction. This is unacceptable. I’ve been a customer of Amazon for years and I shouldn’t have to go through this. I have spoken to 2 different people who told me different things.

I even spoke with a supposed to supervisor who said he couldn’t help me. This is unacceptable. I’m going to cancel my account and let people know how Amazon conducts business with signing you up for free trails you didn’t ask for.

I have been charged on some printable gift cards which are invalid for use! I've tried to contact customer service several times and nothing was done to solve the problem. I've send a letter to the Corporation Headquarters and it was returned to my address sealed just as I've sent.

I am member of the Board of Directors at Oceanview Towers Apartment Complex at 2652 Cropsey Ave Brooklyn NY 11214 . On March 21 2023, 2 male Amazon delivery personnel made a delivery to the building. These individuals made inappropriate comments of a sexual nature while in the elevator with a female Tennent from the building.

I would like to file an incident report with a supervisor involved with the delivery department servicing our address here in Brooklyn. These individuals are not to return to this location. I have video and photographs of the individuals along with the time and apartment number they made the delivery to from our in house security surveillance system. I would like to make a supervisor aware of the incident.

I'm a valuable prime member. I placed ordered on 3/16 for sixteen items in anticipation for the holy month of Ramadan. Most of these order items were eligible for prime shipping with an estimated delivery of 2-3 days.

However, some of my items are yet to be received, and some mark as delivered which I did not received. All packages shipped via UPS were delivered. Packages with delivery problems are with USPS. I called customer service for help with either replacement of items or refund since the packages are delay, and the postage service did not communicate clearly as to where and how to obtain my packages to no avail.

I have been locked out of my amazon prime video account for over 6months. I have called up many times and requested for my account to be cancelled or unblocked. At the beginning I tried to log in as usual and saw there was a message saying that amazon suspected some unusual behaviour and has temporarily blocked my account.

Every time I called up I was told that a specialist will contact me within 24-48hrs via call or email.. nothing. It’s going in circles again and again and again. I just want to cancel my account BUT I NEED TO BE ABLE TO UNLOCK AND SIGN IN TO MY ACCOUNT TO DO THAT.

I’ve been charge every month as usual but not having access to anything I’m paying for. It’s not right! If they temporarily put an account on hold.. they shouldn’t be charging someone!

I returned an item but the original card card was stolen so my bank issued me a new one. Which after amazon keep sending me emails my bank rejected payment. My bank citizens which I plan to close after this is resolved disputed but citizens is stating to them the item isn’t returned but that’s not what I’m getting due to Items being returned Mack in January 2023. I’m getting run around and twin conflicting circle of a situation. The representative lady who took care for my case was really rule. I explained my situation is that i bought a defected item and as her instruction. I contact the manufacturer however the manufacturer told me that the I have to send it back to Amazon.

After that conversation I mentioned the same thing with the lady who name Dhanielle Joy C just told me she couldn’t do anything and she will hang up the phone. After I try many time to call other representative and they helped me to solve the problem.

com. We have been unable to add new products since December of last year. the help technicians have said they see the problem but state it is nit their department. I ordered a Vinyl repair kit to be delivered on Thursday March 16th. I got home from work and my package was not there I was told by a customer service rep to give it 24hrs it could be running behind even though it was marked delivered.

I did, I also had to cancel with one of my customers last minute because I was unable to to repair the product before she needed it that Saturday. I started a chat on Friday 24hrs later and was told give it another 24hrs.

I waited until Sunday when I called to see when I would be receiving my replacement product because I still needed it, they let me know that they will not be replacing or refunding me for the item I ordered and never received. I explained to them why would I lie about a $39 item??

They put my account on hold three weeks ago because I started making purchases. I have sent them copies of my bank statements my card number, even the balance in my account. And yet I keep getting lied to every day that I call that someone will contact me I have sent them everything they’ve asked for and they still have my account on hold and cannot verify my information.

they repeatedly taking money out of my account and I cannot get it back because I can’t even speak to a human. You have to email everybody. Amazon is a joke anymore and once they have ur card number they take take take and scam you out of your own money.

No one has contacted me nor emailed me about this problem or even made an attempt to fix this! Only thing I haven’t given them is my blood or first born child!

Amazon took money out of my account for an item that had been returned ( UPS picked up and left receipt) recieved email they had received returned item. I woke up to 60 dollars being removed from my checking account. They made a mistake and took this amount out....I called , spoke with 3 representatives ( all in India) refund was issued but that would take 3- 7 business days which I could not afford to wait for. They offered a 5$ coupon for my trouble. I was shocked. This was money I needed NOW to live off of.

The next morning I asked to speak to a local supervisor...she said her name was SL she was extremely rude and refused to give her name.( she said she was in Georgia)

I spend an OBSCENE amount of money on amazon monthly.....if this company takes money that I personally need to live…

I bought a new gaming computer for my grandson for Christmas on 12/14/22 We bought and downloaded many games for him. On 3/12/23 his windows 12 would not start. I worked with Amazon tech for 2 hours to repair. Tech could not fix problem.

Spoke to customer service and a supervisor about returning for refund. I was told that if I send back computer that Amazon would put the restocking fee back on my debit card. I returned computer and when I called to get my restocking fee credited back to my debit card that their is nothing further they can do for me.

SO THEY FLAT OUT LIED TO ME SO THAT THEY COULD GET THE COMPUTER WITH ALL THE GAMES WE BOUGHT AND DOWNLOADED. VERY UNHAPPY PRIME MEMBER!!!!!

A lazy inconsiderate Amazon van driver made a U-turn in my front yard on Friday, March 17, 2023, at 1:17PM. I live at the dead end of 19802 Reading Rd. Lutz, Fl. I have an old garbage can upside down that marks my property line, your driver drove onto my property approximately twenty feet to avoid making a three point turn on the asphalt Cul-de-sac.

First time I've had this happen with such negligence and ignorance by a delivery driver from any company. Well today March 19, 2023, at 2:11PM, another or the same Amazon driver choose to make a U-turn in my front yard.

This is totally unbelievable that Amazon has hired a complete idiot to drive one of your company vehicles on the roads in America. No wonder insurance rates are raising at record levels. I hope this complaint will be resolved…

Your customer service reps told me every it will be here today , yes 1 rep gave me compensation money for my troubles but also misinformed me. I never was told the truth , I was given a refund by another agent who promised me I would get item the next day 3/19 /23 n if it did not arrive a replacement would be given .

I would suggest you listen to all phone calls to see how I was treated and misinformed.

I returned a diagnostic scan tool I purchased using my debit card because the ad was misleading and did not actually work for my vehicle. I asked for a refund back to my debit card. They gave me a partial amazon credit for only $149 instead of $179 with zero explanation. I returned item in the same brand new unused condition that it came in. Tired of going back and forth with them about it I just finally gave up. I then tried to use my amazon credit to make a purchase. Shortly after that I received an email stating that an item I tried to purchase violated their terms and my entire Amazon credit balance of $149 is revoked and won't be refunded.

Some Amazon drivers will park on our residential street for 10 - 15 minutes while delivering packages, with their music BLASTING!!!!! Drivers for UPS, Fedex and USPS don't do this, it's always Amazon drivers. We've called Amazon about this, neighbors have too.

Talking politely to the drivers only gets you a laugh or an angry look. Amazon "customer service" says that these drivers "actually work for other companies". Really? THEY WEAR AMAZON VESTS AND DRIVE AMAZON VEHICLES! When you point this out, you get told to "call the cops".

Why the heck should it be a CUSTOMER'S job to deal with inconsiderate Amazon drivers? Don't they have a local supervisor? When you call Amazon you talk with someone in India or the Philippines, you can't talk with the local people who actually have authority…

As per my conversation discussion with 10 Customer services agents at Amazon the Two Fila- Items are Defected the Spray does not work and the website to contact the manufacturer is truly not helpful. FILA is a Brand name,and therefore I am not able to go any further to lodge the complaint.

This is the first time I can clearly document that Amazon is still liable for not complying with this type of defective item they willingly sell. When you call in to complain more than three times if a Supervisor RED Flags the call EVERY OTHER AGENT will hang up on you..

Yet Amazon made a sale and profit for Selling a defected item ...

I brought one of the items from Amazon - IDEALHOUSE Queen Platform Bed Frame with Storage and 4 Drawers on Feb 27th, 2023 (ORDER # 112-1894277-5785822).

We received the item in March's first week, and we noticed that one of the parts is missing and communicated with the Manufacturer, and they said we will send the parts, but we never received the parts. I have ordered a new record on pre-order. It says that it will be shipped on a specific date. Two weeks later there are no shipping details about when it will be shipped. I called customer service and was told they don't have a date when this item will be in stock.

The record was released a long time ago so they should have it in stock. That happened with another order of mine last year and I was waiting more than 3 months until I was told to cancel my order because they would not get this in stock.

Again the record was pre-order. I have a feeling that again I am not going to receive my pre-order as now the item is not available to be ordered at all.

For years I have had no problem with my monthly subscribe and save delivery that has come to an address that USPS doesn't deliver to because it is a business without a mailbox. (We have a PO Box) The delivery came via UPS without issue.

Then about 3 months ago, in early 2023, the shipping service was changed by Amazon to USPS and my order became undeliverable and was sent back. I called customer service a total of 4 times on this same issue and each time wasn't given any explanation.

The order was "replaced" and after I told them it could not be delivered via USPS, they still did not facilitate proper shipper. I finally changed my delivery address to the US Postal Service address that receives packages via Amazon, which meant I had to pick up my deliveries there, instead of getting them…

I received a package yesterday with no packing material, in a box too small, with expensive printer paper shoved in the bottom of the box, a 100 count sleeve of DVDs in a broken container and a movie in a broken DVD case and just now discovered another item missing altogether. Amazon is definitely not the reputable company it once was.

I bought 2 security cameras which were delivered on March 14, 2023. Neither of them worked. I am 65, on oxygen, and have neuropathy which makes it difficult to get around. I live in disability and am alone. I have been a great customer of Amazon for years.

First the 2 day delivery went away that I paid for. 99 to return the defective security cameras since I don't have a printer to print a label. I spoke to the supposed supervisor As dam. In interim of doing ph. my Amazon accnt. orders portion of my app. ended up showing “no orders”, & having no past orders also. I had a couple orders on way & was not able to access locker hub in lobby of my bldg.
