As per the complaint i filed there should be 3 items to be delivered. Only 1 item i received which is Apple Magic Keyboard i didnt receive delivery of 2 Numbers MSI 27 INCH monitors. I have asked the customer care person to check about this . However he mentioned there is a team working for this and he sent this to escalation team for complaint. The escalation team took 4 hours and confirmed all the items in the order are received. However i didnt received any. I filed a complaint to the seller of the monitors who sold me the items . He confirmed that the issue is from amazon delivery end and refunded the full amount of both the monitors. I was hung up on today by Rick a person who identified himself as a Amazon customer service supervisor. I received order #112-8634033-4976218 Power Stop Rear S4764 Pair of High-Temp Red Powder Coated Calipers on April 14,2023. While at the Brake shop I was advised by the manager of the shop that the calipers were missing these very important washers that lock the calipers onto the brake rotors.

I had to find and purchase these washers and pay to Uber to the parts store to purchase them. I have never been treated so rude as I was tonight by this Supervisor Rick. Needless to say I am a very disappointed prime customer .

I spent 45 minutes on the phone with your csr department where she couldn't see I was already charged for an item that was cancelled due to damaged package and cancelled item claiming I never paid for the item which I did. Its frustrating when you spend the amount of money I do with your company.

Past times Ive had problems the reps were rude and I had to call back or was put on hold for 45 minutes because tbey didnt want to deal with me so I was put on "ignore". She clearly did not understand english well and kept saying I didnt pay when she didnt even search for the information. minutes. Very frustrating.

Never had problems with Amazon like I have recently. Its impossible to find anywhere on your website how to deal with complaints. Very frustrated! 3816

All too often, I have been let down by Amazon and its inability to keep its shipping promises. Time after time, I have ordered objects with a posted shipping date, fully expecting to receive the item on that date, only to get a notice saying, sorry, it's running late, but it is on the way.

In several cases, I needed the item before leaving to go out of town, only to be forced to buy it at a local store so I could leave town as planned. In one case, I paid extra for expedited shipping, only to be told the item would arrive on the day I would have received it if I didn't pay for expedited shipping.

To make matters worse, the customer service representative insisted that I wasn't entitled to a refund of the expedited shipping fee. After going round and round with him, I finally got fed up…

I'm highly upset with the service of delivery and representative that assisted me in the process. Sadly I spoke to about 6 reps about my package not getting to me by promised date. I was surprised one of the reps brushed me off the email chat and closed out the chat. That was so unprofessional.

Secondly getting promised a day and time for my package and nothing was delivered to me. This is bad for business and going to im about to start looking into a competitor that can treat me like an asset to their company and a person.

With this experience I will never refer anyone to you guys ever again.

Two defective scooters in a row, both returned, the latest one has been caught in limbo. " Bullshit - UPS proved it returned it to the exact address Anaxon shipped from. I am partially disabled, fixed income, need this credit to order another scooter.

I am outraged by the negative experience I had yesterday with the employee who drives the Amazon car. He stopped at my spot and I kindly asked to get into the spot because it was raining a lot, so he ignored it and looked at me with disdain and walked into the building for the delivery.

Not satisfied he went back to the car and got around 8 to 10 more packages, looked at me again with contempt and went back to the building. I was waiting for about 30 minutes for him to come back and tease me again.

We at The MFA / GWU, 2150 Pennsylvania Ave. NW, Wash. DC 20037 was visited by an Amazon delivery person on Wednesday, April 12th just after 3pm. He entered our lobby requesting to deliver packages, inquired on our delivery procedures and our Security staff informed him that he would have to deliver directly to all destinations.

He proceeded to use our elevators to the first floor and left all packages. Picture attached

I've placed 3 orders recently and it's been hell the first was for about 300 worth of stuff that was never delivered despite saying it was but the otc I was supposed to give the delivery person was never given I took the day off to be home to recieve that package. Reported this to Amazon and they made me wait a month to get my money back and only after filing a police report.

I have 360 Camera surveillance and no one showed that day . 2nd order was for a 40 $ uv flashlight that was delivered and a pic was uploaded unlike the 1st order it said delivered to porch and there it was 1st order no pic and it said delivered to "a safe place" .

I requested to return my Amazon order 112-8776296-3855446. Amazon sent a return label, and I shipped the package off on 01/04/2023. UPS delivered the package back to the Amazon facility on 01/06/2023. For the last 3 months I have been arguing back and forth with Amazon about refunding me for the item.

I returned the item and they keep refusing to refund me, saying that they did not receive the item and that their facility did not “process” the return.

However I have proof that UPS did ship the item back to them, and I also have the tracking number that shows the item was sent back to the right location. BEWARE OF AMAZON STEALING YOUR MONEY!! Amazon will not replace any items or refund any purchases even when their customer service representative admits that the package was NOT delivered and was marked delivered incorrectly! And after they tell you that it's your loss they literally hang up in your face smh I have been a prime member for many years UNTIL NOW!

Not only did I cancel prime but also audible because the interaction I just experienced was disgusting and inappropriate!! I received an order from Amazon today. One item was concealer. They sent the wrong shade. I called customer service THREE TIMES, tried to straighten out the problem — impossible with CSAs who don’t speak English well — and still no resolution.

They kept wanting to verify my account, when I had already done this, via text. Kept saying they couldn’t verify my account.

Finally had enough of their nonsense and told them I would just return and buy elsewhere. 99 to return via UPS, which is most convenient for me. As a Prime member, I should NEVER pay to return an item, ESPECIALLY WHEN AMAZON SENT THE WRONG ITEM! Just infuriating!

I made an Amazon purchase last week for some items for a business presentation. Amazon allowed me to purchase the items, confirm the payments, and schedule the shipment for a specific time and date. I waited for the delivery date specified in Amazon's confirmation email.

The item did not arrive on the day of delivery, and the shipment date was changed to a completely different date and time. Furious, I immediately contacted Amazon Supervisers, who told me that by paying more money for an expedited one-day shipping agreement, they would fix the problem and allow me to receive my items on April 4th without having to wait 3 days.

Just have not gotten any substantial reason as to why a refund has not been issued to a phone that was returned just to say the item was missing but I have attached receipt after receipt of tracking information saying item was returned per your instructions. Not everyone has 542.00 dollars to throw away with the excuse of we didn't get it when receipts say that you did. My package arrived late (birthday decor for my sons birthday) I was told I could keep the package and I would be issued a refund. No refund. So I contact them again, I’m told I need to ship it off, they offer to send a pick up service. Ok.

I get an email, my refund is almost $10 less than what I paid. I contact them again. Why? I’m told the pick up service costs. Okay I don’t want that then obviously. I’m told the service would be cancelled.

I come home to a paper saying there was a failed pickup. So I contact someone ELSE, they say I won’t be charged and they’ll send a QR code for my package to my email. Ok. Guess what?? NO EMAIL.

So I talk to someone ELSE, they send it right away and issue a $5 credit and say it will be applied at checkout. So I buy something and guess what?? No $5…

I use a prime account with my sister and partner. I have been having nothing but issues for the past few months. I ordered a cat tree that was in stock when i ordered. it was expected to be here 5-7days from the ordering date.

I brought a tread from Amazon and that thing was a death trap. I was electrocuted from the arm rest because my hand was sweating from my jog. Apparently the little circuit they installed inside the metal armrest for your IPad stand is a disguise death trap.

I decided since I struggled to set it up I wouldn't return it, I unscrewed the armrest to disconnect the iPad circuit cause I didn't want to get electrocuted to my death by accident. $$ because it decided to completely ruin the circuit of my wall outlet in my house.

Now my fridge, microwave, TV, oven and worst phone charges are null. Nothing works. I am in shock to have to know that such device can actually be sold to customers. Surely I'm not the only one who complained that they got electric shock by this treadmill.

We ordered a Ninja Coffeepot Model #CFP301, we love it and decided to get one for our camper. 00 higher, but we had some rewards money so I used that. Got the 2nd coffeepot today. Not the same one. The new one is Model #CFP451-CO.

No coffee scoop and no separate dispenser for hot water. We checked the model number, a bar code sticker covered the model number. Looked like it was done on purpose to hide model number. 99. 00 less and tried to cover up the model number.

We very disappointed in Amazon service.

The weather in Winnipeg, Manitoba is quite dire today as we are experiencing a snow storm. The roads are not in great shape. I was returning home from an errand, and an Amazon driver failed to stop at a stop sign and crossed in front of my car, almost causing me to t-bone the Amazon van.

This kind of reckless behaviour doesn't belong in our neighborhood. I turned around to track his van to get his license plate. Please follow up with this driver. License# CKM 570. Incident occurred on Aldgate Ave at 2:10 pm on April 5th.

I waited all day for my order and not once did the Amazon truck pull up to my house too drop my stuff. I contacted them and told them it's saying it's been delivered but nobody ever came. They told me for the next 3 days that on April 3rd if it still hasn't arrived that they would refund it.

So I got them up on the 3rd and they tell me that they denied my refund because the delivery man told them he delivered it. And then said I need too find a better place for my packages to go. Better then my house?

Hours wasted with no resolution. After hours wasted on chat and on calls, I had to have my dad dispute the charge to his card. All of this over a $150 gift card. What a waste of everyone's time.

My dad ordered 3 giftcards as a Christmas Gift for my daughters and I. He gave me a heads up that they were on the way. I received a package a day or two later with three little boxes. Two of them had gift cards in them and one was empty. Problem #1. I contacted Amazon customer service and they actually resolved that issue pretty quickly by sending a replacement. Great. Fast forward a couple of months. I've used up my replacement gift card, one of my daughters used hers up with no problem and then my other daughter went to load hers onto her account. ERROR. Uh oh, why in the world isn't it working…

Ordered a Brother printer and toner from Amazon online store and returned it I have called customer service at least 20 times with no results, contact BBB but they cannot force Amazon to return my money. Amazon has its products back but has lied about the processing of my purchases and refund status.

It shows they gave it but have not actually issued my refund, which is a fraud. I have receipts from UPS showing they got the purchased items back but these crooks are keeping my money. The customer service people are off-shore and feel they can do anything they want.

I have filed with the attorney general office, and the FTC, because these government agencies do take action when consumers get scam by stores like this and no one takes my hard earn money get away with it.

Complaint against a prime delivery driver, the number on him van number is 45 . west I was exiting off Northside Boulevard in Nampa Idaho. I called Amazon prime customer service number only to be hung up on three times after I explain to them what had happened .

So I reported to law enforcement. He did a improper lane change and never put on his blinker. Just drifted into my lane twice.

Second time I almost rear ended him because he was that close to the front of my bumper.

I have been trying to get technical support from Amazon for the better part of the morning. All I can get are chat bots, who don't understand the problem at all. I finally got through to what I thought was a human being, and the upshot was that I was transferred to something called "just answer," where they would deal with my question if I signed up with their service for $55.

I have ordered quite a few things from Amazon over the last 15 or so years. If I can find any alternative at all, I will never buy anything from them again.

I placed over 2,000$ worth of orders through Amazon for home office equipment in a week. I received all packages upon schedule except the HP Laser Jet Pro all in 1 printer. Upon investigation, conclusion was theft.

However if the package would have updated me upon delivery/tracking and been delivered on time I would have been home to collect the package. Amazon first directed me to contact the original seller ECommercebusinessprime who attempted to refund the product 4 times.

However Amazon CS blocked the refund and informed me to file a police report and provide them with the case number. So like directed I went to Hunt County Sheriff's office to file the report. BE AWARE!!! I have been a long time user of Amazon- but I am pissed! They have charged my card for an item I canceled due to super late delivery, which ruined our Christmas, THEN continue to charge me.
