I purchase a lot from Amazon, and that is going to end after the terrible service that I received. A package was delivered to a different address than mine, and the picture the Amazon delivery person took, shows this clearly. This delivering to the wrong address happens often.
I have spent more than 2 hrs now, trying to get this resolved. First, I was told that they would ship a replacement products to me. That is not true, and other amazon reps have confirmed they can't find anything on that. I have already re-ordered one of the products that was delivered to someone else, and now I want a refund.
Tonight, I was transferred 3 times, the last time supposedly to the "special teams" that handles these types of issues. The woman who spoke to me told me that she could not re-fund me, and…
