Lately my packages have been saying delivered and a delivery attempt is never being made. I work from home so Im always home and looking out for my packages. Recently an order stated the delivery was attempted and it wasnt and 72 hours later it still never arrived.

Amazon delivery has been declining rapidly and I lose out on business and money when your delivery drivers steal my packages and mark them as delivered or delivery attempted. Amazon use to be convienent and now its a complete hassle and inconvenience.

I do not plan on shopping with amnazon ever again but this needed to be addressed. From drivers stealing packages, to putting packages in the mail box and not following delivery instructions, to documenting false delivery attempts. Its sad and ridiculous and the quality amazon…

I have had SEVERAL occasions when my Amazon packages have not been delivered as stated by the driver. I have included SPECIFIC instructions for delivery. The apartment community has a binding contract with Amazon which enables the drivers to receive a FOB from the office which allows the driver into the secure buildings in order to deliver the packages safely and securely to the correct address. The drivers are ignoring this procedure, and Amazon is refusing to either redeliver the "missing' items and/or refund my money.

I have called for days and days and taken the appropriate measures only to be told Amazon is utilizing their Risk Management Clause which as a consumer we agree to when utilizing Amazon.

I received notice that it appeared as if someone was trying to access my account so it was locked. I had to call the 1-800 customer service number which I did. After discussing the issue I received a "case" that indicated I did not have a "Seller" account associated to the email account.

Of course I don't - I am a buyer and never asked about a seller account. So I called again and explained the issue. Was advised they would correct that and make sure to get it updated. WHAT?? I called AGAIN.

I spoke to a very nice rep who told me they just used the wrong form, but he would make sure they get that straightened out and I should hear back in 24-48 hours. After no response in about 36 hours I called again to check.

I am consistantly having things ordered using Prime that are sold and shipped via Amazon come up missing or delayed. I placed an order Wednesday 05/10/23 that was supposed to arrive 5/12/23 and never received my package. The status kept being in limbo (changing from delayed, to on its way) and this is an ongoing problem with packages shipping from Edgewood, MD's hub.

I had an event to attend and ordered in enough time for it to get to me and once again it never arrived to me. I called customer service 05/11/23 and the rep rushed me off of the phone.

I have called Amazon customer service at least fifteen times in the last six months about the same thing: drivers who will not follow delivery instructions. I live in a neighborhood/city where theft is rampant. In a three week period last november, I had seven packages stolen from my front porch in a two week period; all of these packages were left in plain sight of the street.

I know that if I report too many packages stolen that Amazon will cancel my account. As such I have made every effort to have packages placed out of sight from the street. ” And customer service is absolutely worthless!!!

Not delivered as promised. I called their "customer service dept" and was lied to about delivery twice. Their customer service dept is not given the tools to do their job and it shows in their service. Ordered a large chicken coop which came with missing parts. Contacted Amazon and wasn't given the option to get the missing parts. Was told I wouldn't get a refund until returned. It's a large item that was delivered and was told it would be picked up today for return. Didn't happen.

Have another ordered and not refunded yet for this one. Who knows when it will get picked up and I'm expected to wait for my money.

I have been an Amazon Prime Member for 12 years now. At the beginning their customer service was excellent and I even got their credit card. This past year they have become a nightmare to deal with & have stolen money from me & permanently banned me from writing reviews because of "suspicious activity" on my account. I write this because of my abject disappointment in the misrepresentations of delivery dates. Ninety percent of the time I buy from amazon based on the delivery date, but sadly I can almost bet my order will not be delivered on that date.

I feel this delivery issue is getting worse. It has reached a point where I am beginning to look elsewhere and question why I should remain a Prime member. Whatever efforts are being employed to resolve this are failing in my eyes.

I would suggest you terminate wishful thinking delivery dates and face the current reality of likely delivery dates.

When using an amazon business account, business customers should receive an actual paid invoice or paid receipt rather than a "final details of order #xxxxxxx" page which is not a business document or acceptable to government entities regardless of how they pay. I went into a partnership with Regional under the misguided belief that Regional was like their partnering company, Amazon, but they are NOT alike at ALL. ).

Just do not do business with Regional Express. They are not worth your time or money to do business with this company. I would really look to another delivery service provider before I even have to think about trying to do business with Regional.

I called customer service and they assured it would arrive that day and it did not. I even ask for a refund and they said I’d have to wait til I got the package. The lady wouldn’t let me talk to. Supervisor.

I purchased a boy's bath robe in January 2023 from Amazon for $42. I used Amazon because I have trusted their transactions. On April 17, 2023, I was notified by email that the robe was a safety hazard and needed to be destroyed immediately.

I ordered a car fridge from Amazon as it was on sale however the day it was supposed to be delivered I found out they had not even shipped yet even though they marked it as shipped. The day after it did not arrive.

I had a debit card from the State of California as a tax rebate. It got lost under a pile of paper on my desk and the State kindly sent me a reminder letter telling me to use it by the end of April or lose it.

The exp date on the card was 4/26/03 but the letter from the State said it was good until the end of the month. I bought groceries, gas, some medications during the last couple of days and figured I would use the rest on my Amazon shopping list, calculating how much $$ I had left on the card because Amazon requires one card per payment.

I order something on Amazon that was suppose to be delivered today. I paid for the one day shipping to get it today but I received a message saying it was delayed. I had it ship to my job because I was working today.

I contacted Amazon about a subscription to Starz that I did not order. 99 for Starz from 11/27 thru 4/27. I never authorized the subscription or ordered a free trial. This rep informed me that he could only refund me three months and I would have to contact Starz for the other 3 months.

That is ridiculous since the "subscription" was supposedly ordered thru Amazon and is Amazon's responsibility. Please note that I did not know I had a subscription and I have never watched the channel.. I am a very dissatisfied and frustrated customer.

I purchase a lot from Amazon, and that is going to end after the terrible service that I received. A package was delivered to a different address than mine, and the picture the Amazon delivery person took, shows this clearly. This delivering to the wrong address happens often.

I purchased a cover for my truck. I called the seller who told me to get a hold of Amazon. I spoke to four Amazon representatives who all intentionally disconnected me. Steve, who spent 45 minutes with me on the phone, hung up on me after I asked to speak with a manager.

Amazon is doing fraud with its customers. I ordered a fastrack womens handbag from amazon india on 3rd april 2023. I was not happy with the product quality so i returned it. After the same product has been returned amazon says that we have recieved a tshirt against a bag and it was sent in a box when left for ATS.

Neither we have the bag with us nor they are refunding our amount to us amounting Rs. 1250. They are not even helping us nor replying to the mail. Instead they are harassing us by replying the same mails again and again.

I am very upset with one of yr sellers Cremworks. I purchased a heatpress back on Nov 30, 22. When I got it it didn't work rite and it ruined 2 of my shirts . I contacted Cremworks to return .

I placed an order yesterday April 21st and was delighted to find that part of the order would be delivered the same day and the rest would come on the 23rd. I was offered a returnless refund for an item by a service agent in the Amazon chat. When I contacted again to check the status of the refund I was then told that this previous agent had lied to me and that a returnless refund is not possible.

While I understand that I need to return the item in order to receive the refund, it is very disappointing that a representative of Amazon gave me wrong information. I was pleasantly surprised to be offered a returnless refund, but it does make sense as shipping the item back costs more that the value of the item itself ~R1700 as opposed to ~R1200).

Received Nugget Ice Maker 02/09/23. Quit working by 3/21/23. Manufacturer will not honor warranty because the Amazon seller (ITS2LIT, LLC) is not an authorized dealer. I recently discovered that a person or persons stole my bank information set up an Amazon account and began ordering on Amazon and having items shipped to an address on their account. I asked Amazon Customer Service to help me identify the account holder and to tell me where Amazon was shipping their orders.

Amazingly Amazon refused to provide me any information and instead chose to protect the person / persons committing the fraud.

What an unbelievable situation as I had all the information except where the products were shipped or any information of the account holder.

Amazon is perfectly fine with allowing a fraud to occur multiple times resulting in thousands of dollars of fictitious orders being placed against my card.

Now that Amazon is delivering packages it will not deliver any packages to my home unless I am home. I have given delivery instruction advising them that they can leave packages in the mail room or in front of my apartment door, but they still refuse to do so.

This has happened on my last two deliveries. They text me with the issue and give me less than 15 seconds to respond before they close it and say they will try again tomorrow. I was advised that they could not find a safe place to leave my packages.

I live in an apartment complex in the suburbs. It is very safe here and packages do not get stolen. They leave packages for my neighbors. My neighbor has an Amazon package right in front of her door right now.

I have called Amazon so many times and get the same answers each time that they will have to contact the seller. I don’t know how many more calls that I will have to make. This issue is going around and around for so long. I’m very DISAPPOINTED.

I just had the worst interaction with Amazon, customer service representative. I ordered a product to to be exact they were due to arrive yesterday they did not come. They had not been shipped and I was not given a reason why when I made the phone call the day after they should have been delivered to inquire about the products, I was told that there was nothing they could do that they were both out for shipment.

I asked, could I be confiscate it with a credit or something for my inconvenience because of their late delivery. I was placed on hold for a very long time that followed up with the representative telling me that my items have now been canceled, and that it was done on my end, and

that there was nothing they could do and he hung up on me , I called back several times finally got…
