Our plane was delayed and on the tarmac for three hours, with very little information given. When they forced us off the plane an agent by the name of Rashany (I was at LaGuardia) yelled at us gave us sheets and disappeared.
The line for rebooking was EXTREMELY slow. I stood in line for two hours before this agent, Rashany, all of a sudden cancels booking and starts yelling at people who try to get answers. She then lies and says the next shift starts at 3am, when in fact they start at 5.
In addition I called customer service twice. The first time the woman lied to me and told me the booking agents can give me a refund and then a second one refused to give me his name and hung up on me when I tried to get clarification.
Any help on how to hold these poor workers accountable would be…
