I am complaining about a supervisor who called reference a supposed complaint that I didn't make. Upon reviewing my initial call on the day before due to an unauthorized transaction. The so-called supervisor rudely hung up on me when asked for clarification to a question I had asked several times without an answer.

I would appreciate a return call from a supervisor above the individual who hung up from the United States. I have the name and the time of the date of the received call.

My refrigerator needs repair and no technician knows what they are doing. My food and medication is spoiled and it seems that no one seems to care that I am an disabled medicated patient. I asked for a loaner refrigerator, reimbursement for food and medicine, etc; and have been turned down from the the contractor and AHS.

AHS said they are not responsible for secondary damages. So, who is? Now I have to get a lawyer to find out who is responsible.

If I could give this company less than a 1 star I would. I have the platinum plan and I am disabled paralyzed my water heater broke and is spilling water at the top and bottom I call 4 days ago to get service and

I was told it would be a rush order and here we are 4 days later and no service. This is THE WORSE company EVER!! I pay for a service at I am not receiving. This is FRAUD!! I AM GOING TO CONTACT THE BBB AND MY Local news.

Scammed me by denying claims with plumbers that want a bigger job by diagnosing jobs with modifications that are not needed. Taking 5 fees (125.00) on their 2nd opinions from their other plumbers .

On 1-17-2023 I initiated a request for service on my water heater at 7852 Seneca Lake Road, Ozawkie,KS 66070. Anderson plumbing was the first company I was told would handle my leaking water heaters but after contacting your customer service Gothenburg second time they indicated it was cancelled ( I didn’t cancel the service).

I was told that another company would contact us. But as if 4 pm 1-23-2023 no one has contacted us about repair. I called customer service today at 3pm and was told no one has b assigned to do the repairs, but don’t would contact me today.

I turned in my repair request Dec 29, the company THEY sent said I needed a new water heater. I currently have an 80 gallon and they want to replace it with a 50. In the contract it says they will replace with a COMPARABLE unit.

It is now Jan 19. I have called at least 5 times. All they say is someone will call me back with a resolution. NO ONE EVER has called back. Nothing but a bunch of run around and I have no solution as of yet!

I filed a claim with regard to a faulty hot water heater, AHS contractor verified that the hot water heater needed to be replaced. AHS was suppose to replace my while I was under contract, but never did so I replaced my hot water after 3 months of run-around. To date I have never been reimbursement for my out of pocket cost for replacement.

I have been waiting for over two weeks for my dryer to be replaced. Sears serviceman can to my home on 1/6/23 and was told the dryer could not be repaired. I have contacted AHS at least 6 times and everytime got a different response from them.

Over a week ago they said I would get a message to "Go shopping" and I haven't heard a word. Yesterday they told me I would hear from them within 24 hours,but that hasn't happened either. 00 on the 3rd of this month,and they take my monthly premium on the due date every month, but they are not showing me that same respect.

I'm really tired of waiting and having to go to the laundry mat every day. Thus is absolutely unacceptable.

We have been working on getting a refrigerator repaired since December 20, 2022 and the issue is still not resolved. Multiple times represents have responded that they would call us back and have yet to call us back. The refer us back to the appliance repair company who then refer us back to American Home Shield with no one taking care of the problem.

Sears came out as a contractor 30 days ago to repair my heat pump and ended up advising AHS that a evaporator coil was needed and for AHS to order the part. AHS advises the part is ready for pickup but Sears refuses to pick up the part and AHS wouldn’t send it to me.

I have made repeated calls and this has been escalated multiple times with no resolution. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered and I have been a customer for years. I will never use them again and in fact will find another company.

I am at my wits end over this and AHS has taken my money with no result. Criminal Charges should be brought against them and no one should ever use them again.

I contacted AHS re my broken washing machine in mid-December. I have had 3 service calls. The last repairman ordered two parts, one which came, the other is on back order since Dec. 27. The repair company (Sears-A & E) has authorized replacement since the machine is over 10 years old and the part needed is back-ordered.

AHS will not authorize replacement. They expect me to keep waiting for the part, even though I have rec'd an email from A &E closing out my service request. There seems to be no way to make any progress with them to comply with the contract.

I have been waiting since August to have my garage door opener and springs repaired. There is still no resolution. When escalated to a supervisor, I am told I will get a phone call back within 24-48 hours. That almost never happens.

I have had the agent hang up on me several times. I live in California. You have no contractors in this area. I had to find my own licensed contractor. Licensed contractors in California are not willing to install springs separately.

There is too much liability. Please find someone to get the job done! This has gone on for too long!!! My contractor has called you 12 times and this is still not resolved.

I contacted customer service and cancelled my policy in August 2021. ) I realized in December 2022 that they had still been charging a monthly fee for the entire time for a total of over a thousand dollars. I had not received any communication from them in that time frame and though that my account had been canceled.

Now they refuse to close my account without me paying a $50+ cancelation fee.

Also, all of their customer service is outsourced so you can get an English speaker on the phone.

We filed a claim on 12/29/22 for repair of our gas hot water tank. Because of new year holiday, nothing was done. I was then told that it would take 24-48 hours to have a vendor assigned. I was then told that there are no vendors in our area & would be able to choose 1 after permission was granted from a certain department which would take 24 hours.

Approximately 36 hours later, I was told that was still pending. Yesterday pm I was told permission would be granted by 9pm last night. Today I was told that a vendor was still being searched & it would probably take until 1/12/23 since it would be 24-48hrs & you go by business hrs & only work 8 hrs/day!

I have submitted for service 6 times in 3 days. Your 3 vendors keep telling your call center in the Philippines that they do not do work on a sewage ejector pump. But your call center just keeps sending it over and over again.

We have not been able to use the water in the house for almost a week because it will back up into the house. This needs to get remedied immediately since I pay for coverage on this component.

On 12/30/2022, I called American Home Shield, to find out if I am eligible to be reimbursed for a filter that I purchased for my furnace from United Air Temps on 10/10/2022. 00. The filter was needed to replace the old one that was dirty and unusable.

The customer service representative, Kimberly, after consultation with her managers, indicated that I was not entitled to be reimbursed- she did not provide a clear explanation. I have had the worst time trying to do your call center’s job in getting my sewage ejector pump fixed. T. Plumbing. That plumbing service was scheduled for this morning, but I received a phone call from them this morning and was told by them that they do not service that component.

Had issues with my AC. AHS could NOT find a company in my area. Authorized us to find company. Finally found one 75 miles away that did not work with AHS but would come take a look. My furnace went out on Christmas and it only got worse from there. The high was 33 degrees and the low was -4 degrees. I called my warranty company and the recording for American Home Shield warned about freezing pipes.

We have not had heat or air since August 2022. We filed a workorder ticket with AHS in September 2022. They assigned a company to come out to fix the problem. After waiting over a month, the company came out to repair the problem.

I contacted AHS on 12/26/22. I explained due to leak my water had to be shut off. I have spoken with at least 4 different people from AHS explaining "I have No water" in my home. This leaves me to have to bathe at someone else home.

I am highly dissatisfied with the decisive means your company used to increase my monthly contract payments. On 12/24/22, I received an email indicating that my credit card needed an update to renew my recurring payments. I called and spoke to Kakisa who informed that they had a Master on file instead of my Visa card.

I called in a work order over a month ago for a furnace. They rejected the independent contractor and later assigned one who has not come to my home. You get the customer service bank where you're given canned responses and no real help.

Its winter, I have no heat and I co tinge to get no real help just lip service saying my requested has been "elevated". Their contractor stated he would charge 1800 in modification fees to remove the secondary heat exchange.

He hasn't been to the home to even diagnose it. So if you could give less than 1 star I most certainly would.

Upon contacting AMS I was informed a repair technician would contact me shortly. After after four days no one had contacted me. A second call was made and I was told within a day and a half I would receive a call. This did not happen.

Contacted AHS on Nov 23 to report the failure of a capacitor the company had replaced only two months. This affected our pool heater and pump. Dispatch #178497498 No vendor has contacted us yet to schedule a visit

If I could give this company a 0 I would!! I’ve been a consumer since 2006, paid monthly on time. Any minor issue, such as a minor shower leak, they will gladly collect the fee to fix, which is already a rip off because it might cost 70 to mix a minor leak, I’m paying them 200, when we include the monthly fee and the service fee.

I have no heat and put in a service request on 10/21/22. Job was dispatched to Beaches Air Conditioning and Heating (423) 498-6349 though they are not a Chattanooga, TN company. They appear to be based in FL. Things started of ok, though no one contacted me for several days (10/24) and was asked if I was available for tech to come out on 10/25.

Opened a service request 10/20/2022 on my AC/HEATER. Contractor came 10/24/2022 and said, problem with the furnace. Waited for authorization and approval. Returned 11/02/2022 and said, PCB problem. Been calling AHS and contractor almost everyday to fix the problem, but all promises.

It's so cold in the house. Family members are getting sick because of the weather. WE NEED HELP!!! Please send someone who can fix the problem once and for all. This is unacceptable. It's been 3 weeks and no heater in the house.

What have my family and I done to deserve this suffering?

They sent someone out that messed up our heater so when we tried to turn the heater on it didn’t work we called them back again and they sent somebody else out who tells us that there is no wiring to our heater anymore it’s been taken out the only place that was up there was a company called Hollywood air sent by American home shield we told American home shield we are not comfortable with them coming out to our home because the guy was rude and

nasty and also now we find out our wiring is gone and he was the last one up there they want to argue with us and tell us there’s nothing they can do but send them out again even after I said I’m not comfortable with the guy coming on my property
