Worst customer service I've EVER encountered. Been waiting for our A/C to be fixed for 2+ weeks now. Calls to this company are the MOST frustrating thing I've ever dealt with. NOTHING happens. No return calls from AHS or the contractor. NOTHING.
They cannot, or will not tell you who their supervisor is. I've been on hold for 20 minutes waiting for someone in the "escalation" department to pick up. I don't understand how treating paying customers like this is ok for AHS and I don't understand their partnering with these crappy, crappy contractors, actually calling them "preferred vendors".
I've asked 2x to be assigned another contractor. The answer is always "we can't do that". Why not...... I'm the paying customer and I'm not happy with the service, or lack thereof, from the current…
