I have been a customer for over 10 years. I actually used AHS once or twice in all that time. During that 10 years I probably paid over $7,500 in total fees. It is not logical to continue.
I have been trying to cancel my account for the last 2 - 3 days but have only had unsatisfactory conversations with customer service representatives who don't really want me to cancel. I've been referred to the "Cancellation team" a number of times and have been waiting for their return phone call. Nothing.
Why do business with a company who is not responsive to my requests???
