The customer service sucks. Called their 800 number to speak to a rep regarding one of their contractors to fix my air conditioning unit. I submitted a request or service on , Thurday, Aug,12. The contractor called me at 7am on Friday, Aug 13 and left a message.
I returned the contractors' call at 9:30 am and then called again at 3pm with no response all weekend, Then the contractor calls at 6:55am this morning, Aug 16, I informed the contractor that I had a 10:30 appt and would not return home till around noon. The contractor informed that I would have to call American Home Shield to reschedule.
I called AHS, and the representative told me I had to go online to cancel and reapply.. I questioned why I had go online and redo it when I had her on the phone.... I then asked to speak to a…
