Wreckless driver. On February 12 @11am a Tucson driver, driving in a residential area on Rockcliff Rd, passed another delivery truck in a double yellow line causing the other truck to go onto the shoulder to avoid a passenger car coming from the other direction .

My guess is your driver was leaving Canyon Ranch after a delivery. I will reach out to Canyon Ranch as well

I sold property 1911 N Bison Ridge Trail, Show Low, AZ 85901-29045, with close of escrow 05-16-23. I called AmeriGas (928)537-4944 and cancelled service effective for close of escrow date as previously stated. Account # is 204082790. 03 (invoice #3150877627.

99 for what looked like charges associated with establishing account by new owners of this property. when I checked a few days later, it still listed as my debt to pay; I called a second time on 06-13-23, I spoke with Ben who told me was in process and it would be cleared with 72 hrs. 00. 60, invoice # 3157352233.

I paid for a monitor for my propane tank and I was told I should not have paid it. And a refund check would be sent to me. It hasn’t. I have called multiple times to resolve this and have mostly gotten a run around.

A month ago the my pilot light went out in fireplace and the stove sputtered. I called someone came and turned off the tank. They didnt send anyone to look at the problem. It is now 4 weeks and not been able to get someone to fix the issue Telling me I'm sorry doesnt get it fixed..

After a month apologizing to me doesnt fix the issue.. Last year I ran out of propane and found out it had been over year since the last time they came. That time it took 5 weeks to get propane.

We had amerigas for over 10 years not sure of exact date. My husband passed in 2013. I continued to buy gas under his name with no problem until 2022. They insisted putting it in my name. No problem. I used 100 gallon in two years.

I have never received gas unless it was paid for first. 00. 61. Instead of crediting it to my account they credited it to my husband's account that had been closed for 2+years. Took 2 months to get from his account to my account. 00 late charge.

Also during that time they turned it over to a collection agency. They closed my online account and kept my deceased husband's active. I'm done with this kind of treatment.

Tank removal! I have closed my account since they missed filling the propane tank and was without heat for four days last winter. I have asked on the phone, on chat repeatedly to have them take the tank. Always promised, never came.

The tank is sitting in the alley behind 248 W. Plumas Avenue in Portola CA 96122.

Impossible to get assistance with the removal of propane tank from a property I purchased. I was unable to get any information from the previous owner and Amerigas refuses to even speak with me if I don't have an account.

The customer service representative was very rude and did nothing to try to help me figure this out even with the property address. I have spoken to 4 different people at the company and all I want is the empty tank picked up.

It should not be this difficult. Based on this rude customer experience I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Good afternoon,

I am the Community Association Manager for The Sanctuary at Palm Coast in Palm Coast, FL. You have a tank farm there for owners and there have been many complaints regarding the following items: 1. Unreasonable billing fees for a gas leak evaluation 2. Failure of monthly meter reads and using estimates 3. Inaccurate meter readings 4. Unable to speak with someone locally 5. Reps out for service calls only there for a few minutes/short periods 6. Owners complaints not being resolved

I also recently called on behalf of the Association. Once I finally was able to speak with someone, I had asked for a supervisor and they put me back in the phone system.

Being that these issues are Association wide, we would like to set up a meeting with a local representative to have these…

I phoned in acomplaint of smelling propane on April 15, 2023. Service Technician arrived and said "The smell is do to low propane and hot weather". 94. 00 per month on my invoice do to my fixed income. On June 17, 2023 again I can smell propane very distinkly so again I call with concern to have an experienced technician come. 81.

This time the propane odor is very strong all night. I call again on 6/18/2023 , Fathers Day and another tech comes and i have less than 10 gallons therefore 80 gallons have leaked out. I did have pipe running from tank to house dug up 2 feet and found a severe leak in the hole containg pipe. 1,2023

Amerigas is the worst company I've ever dealt with when it comes to utilities. While every call with their godforsaken call center assures me I'm a "valued customer," I haven't had propane since May 12. Every time someone has come to repair or refill, it takes 3-4 days, and I still don't have working gas. We pay $173 per month just to rent the tank and I haven't had propane for the majority of this month.

When our hot water and gas stove stopped working, I paid for expedited service for them to refill the tank, which I didn't get. When I finally got them to show up, on May 16, I was told to schedule a repair. It was scheduled for May 22. They didn't show up. They "fixed" the tank on May 24, but couldn't refill it until today, May 27. Today, the deliveryman couldn't get the gas to work,…

I requested a full delivery of gas on May 6, 2023 and was scheduled a delivery for May 15, 2023. I called this morning to advised of no delivery but was told my date was Monday. I came home from work to find no delivery so l called at 630pm and spoke with a representative that was not able to advised me on my schedule delivery and asked to speak to her supervisor.

The representative places me on hold for 30 minutes returning say I now have permission to transfer to a supervisor which she did but the call stated,” no one is available now called back during business hour tomorrow. I then call the emergency help number and was advised of a delivery for May 19, 2023, no problem with her help but PISS POOR on the representation of the supervisor and the representative.

My gas tank was picked up in October 2022. 00 per gallon. I have not received a refund for this gas. i have contacted Amerigas representatives numerous times to request my refund and am told my gauge was broken therefore they didn’t know how much gas was in the tank.

I have asked why the gauge wasn’t fixed, so my money could be refunded. I don’t think my gauge was even actually broken. As to date, May 12, 2023, I have not received my refund.

We discontinued using AmerGas in 8-22. Due to terrible customer ervice,. Could not contact anyone for service, no calls would be answered, no contact,. We requested that they pick up their tank. It was picked up

Had not heard from them. until January 2023. We receive a bill for 132.90 - other adjustments and now bieng charged a laste charge of 36.00 a month. We refuse to pay anything - as we do not owe anything !!!

We will continue to sue this company if our credit is impacted or they keep sending bills with charges

The worst customer service on the planet is at this company. It is impossible to speak w/ anyone local. I terminated service with Americas almost 2 months ago. They still have NOT come to pick up the tank. I have called them 4 times since cancelling and no one in customer service can help me or get me to the right person who can help.

When I push for a supervisor they hang up on me. I am always on hold at least 20 minutes w/ each phone call.

I am in the process of filing a formal complaint, in explicit detail, with the BBB of Oklahoma & the Oklahoma State Attorney General's office, against Amerigas, for price gouging, for illegally trying to ruin my credit & my reputation, with bad, & illegal business practices, & false & misleading information & advertising. Amerigas in Oklahoma, has a business rating of F minus.

I closed my account 3 months ago. Fix this, or I am going to file a Class Action Lawsuit in Federal Court, to expose Amerigas's bad business practices, to the whole United States, in a "High Profile" Class Action Lawsuit, that ALL will see.

After being an Amerigas customer for more than 20 years, on January 11, 2023 I have canceled my contract with them and asked them to come and pick up their empty and detached propane tank as soon as possible. After 2 months the Amerigas propane tank is still on my property!

I have called their customer service many times, without success. Every person of the customer service is giving me contradictory replies I would like Amerigas to come and remove their propane tank from my property immediately!!! What shall I do? Thank you

A nice lady contacted me asking about my tank on my mobile I explained to her this was my first mobile home I have ever owned she ask me to check the tank so I went home the very next day I think my hot water went out so I call Americas which went down hill from there honestly I spoke and I may not be spelling names correctly but

We have @ 75 residences on the property at Ortega oaks r v park. We ran out of propane on both our fill station and clubhouse tanks. Each tank holds @ 400 gallons. Two days ago after many calls and just as many disconnected calls while being “transferred” we contacted the phone numbers to contact AmeriGas and inform them we were completely out of propane.

We were assured by the person on the other end of the line that we would be refilled that day. That day came and went with no refill. After many calls the next day I was finally connected to s person who said we were put on emergency refill status yesterday.

I ordered propane 2/7/23 My daughter in law passed away from Covid. I need to plan her funeral I have been calling for 4 days to get then to come to deliver. You have had 20 days to get this delivery here.

You wanted with my Last delivery so long my pipes froze and broke which explode my pressure tank. MY daughter in la Was critically ill and your company did not come until the Atty General called The corporate office. That delay cost me $2800 for plumbing repairs.

I am 70 yrs old on social security I need my money to take care of my grandson. I need propane. I cannot wait 3 days. I have already wanted 10 days. I ordered propane from AmeriGas on 02/09/23 they gave me a delivery window that they will deliver between 2/10/23 - 2-16-23. I called them today and they said we are processing your order that I’m not even on the schedule for delivery.

I have a 1 year old daughter and a 3 week old newborn we only have 10 % of propane left since 3 days ago I had to turn of all the heat in the house and my wife already got sick. Last year they were late 3 weeks with delivery.

If any of my kids become sick I will be filing a lawsuit agains AmeriGas as they always keep lying when they will deliver

Wish I could give ZERO stars. I purchased a propane delivery of 100 gallons on January 29, 2023. $539 later I received a message my delivery would arrive between January 30 and February 6. February 6 came and went and no propane.

I called February 7 and was told it would be expedited and would arrive either that evening or the following day. Mid day February 8 no propane. I called on February 8. I was told over the phone "100% guarantee your delivery will arrive by end of day or at the very latest February 9.

Today is Friday February 9 and I can 100% say I still have no propane. I was on hold for a combined 1-hour and 15 minutes until the automated message told me the office was closed and I would need to call back during normal business hours.

Now I will have to wait until the earliest…

I ordered propane Dec 20, 2022 propane was never delivered after several attempts and being told by Amerigas representative my order would be expedited but propane was never delivered. I requested a refund I was told it would take 15 days which would have been Jan 26,2023.

Did not think there was a company worse than Xfinity/Comcast cable, but Amerigas “customer service” takes first place for the WORST customer service ever. Corporate gets an “F” for the way they have allowed this to continue.

We had Sawyer Gas in Jacksonville,FL which was great then they sold out to Amerigas. A NIGHTMARE for the customers. No local communication.

Each phone call to sort out a problem takes a minimum of 45 minutes. Promises promises and no action.

No local office in Jacksonville or in FL you get connected to operators in the Philippines, they barely speak English. They cannot resolve basic issues like billing per gallon being wrong. They are friendly and will promise a resolution within days. It literally takes months. It’s so sad that America has sold out its former…

I have requested gas delivery 5 times since mid January to one of our rental properties where our tenant resides without a means to cook. Each time I call I am sent to a call center where it`s difficult for me to communicate due to the language challenge.

I have been told that the account has been blocked due to a tank repair issue. If so, then send your repairman out to fix the problem then fill up the tank. AmeriGas owns the tank so it`s your responsibility to maintain it.

This has been one of the worst customer experiences I have had in a long time.

This company has TERRIBLE customer service. When you call the automated system claims that they have IMPROVED their system, which is totally untrue. If you have the patience to go through all of the prompts, you will be connected with someone in a foreign country who will have no idea what you are talking about.

If you have an alternative, DO NOT use this company.

We have tried to connect service to a new property and it is STILL not completed after A MONTH. We have tenants with children with NO HEAT as AMERIGAS bounces us from one customer rep to another.

First, they opened the account in the wrong district and that takes 3 weeks for them to figure out. We get an appointment and NO ONE SHOWS UP. We get an invoice for this property but have no service. No accountability as we are constantly transferred, put on hold, or told to call back the next day!

I am a keep felt customer. I have to call all the time for them to keep my tank file. I was told that the keep up on the customers tank and will not let them go under 30%. My tank is on 4% and I still do not have any gas yet.

The supervisor will not get on the phone or return a call. My contract has been move off of my account. 42. 00 dollars. Which they had to correct. They did not fix my contract yet and can not keep up the right phone number on the account.

This order is going to be a large bill and it is not my fault. So I am still waiting for my gas. It was put in as an emergency delivery. Something need to be done about your deliveries department.

We have been waiting for someone to pick up their tanks, since last year. We call constantly, same response, someone will call you, shortly. No one ever calls. I am tired of talking to someone overseas, they don't have a clue about what is going on.

They keep telling me, no worries. We supposedly had an appointment for someone to come pick up the tanks, of course a no show. I waited around all day. This company is a joke, and should be put out of business!

How many times do I need to call, just to be lied to?! Their tanks are sitting in our back yard in the way. How does this company get away with deceiving people?! There has been so many complaints against them, but they continue to operate as a business.

If I ran a business that way, I would be dealt with! Please stop their insanity!

They charged me a $125 tank rental fee although I had purchased the required 80 gallons. There was approximately 5 gallons in my tank but the driver only put 70 in it. They claim 80 is the max although my mother in law who lives on our property has 90 lbs in hers they filled last week.

I prepaid but they won’t give you the money ($40)only a credit. They could have kept my $40 but instead charged me a $125 tank rental fee. They technically did keep my $40 so I think it’s unfair my bill is now $125 because they added another $35 late fee because they wont wave the fee.

I have to let my tank run completely out because I am forced to order 80 gallons at a time minimum. They are the most horrible company I have ever dealt with and I am finding another gas supplier. Before they close the local…

Amerigas claims they delivered propane to our residence on 12/30/22.

However, on January 9, 2023 we lost heat and hot water. On 1/9/23 our tank read 0%. It is completely empty. We have and pay for automatic delivery of propane. We have four children and two adults in the home.

We have been without heat and hot water for 3 days in winter in Pennsylvania. Temps were below freezing overnight. Our gas powered appliances are off. This poses several safety risks: no heat for children, no hot water, no ability to cook, possibility of pipes freezing, danger/harm to appliances, the residence is currently unlivable in this state.

Emergency Heap faxed and they said it could take up to 12 hours to go through their system. It took me 3 normal idiots then I asked for a supervisor. The supervisor couldn't get the fax. I'm looking for a new provider.

Everytime I call its a hassle. The 3 didn't even know what Heap was even after I explained it to them.

I ordered propane from them on December 19,. 2022. Was told it would be delivered on December 29th. It wasn't. I called customer service on the 30 th of December was told they would put in an emergency request to have it delivered.

Called back on the 6th of January to inquire about the delivery, was assured the same emergency delivery. It is now January 8th and still no delivery but they had no problem over charging and taking my money. Unacceptable and unsatisfying service.

I was scheduled for fill up 12-22 to 12-29. I am almost out of propane (heat). I have called and chatted with support and am told they are very sorry, but have no driver in my area, but will put in emergency ticket.

Absolutely miserable company and customer service! We are signed up for "automatic tank monitoring" so we don't run out of gas. Simply not done and we have run out of gas two consecutive times. Everything goes through their website or "customer service" number who read off the website what they log.

Simply don't do what they are hired to do.

I purchased my house in October 2022 and moved in early November. I contacted AmeriGas and set up metered service beginning October 17. I received a bill in December showing a meter reading on December 19. I was billed for 193 gallons for six weeks service!

That seems impossible to me. The house is a small two bedroom, 1200 square-foot property. I called and explained the situation and got no help at all. I asked to be transferred to someone who could help me and was transferred to a man who explained to me that the meter was previously read in January 2022.

That means I was billed for a full year! I explained that I had only lived in the house six weeks and was not responsible for the previous owners propane usage. he said he was going to refer this to their resolution team and get back…
